Unlock it. >> Get out the [ __ ] car. >> Hey, calm down. Calm down. All right. >> Door's not going to open. >> Get out of the [ __ ] car. >> Get on the ground. >> [ __ ] car. >> GET OUT THE GET OUT THE CAR. >> GET OUT THE CAR NOW. >> On the ground. >> On the ground. >> Yeah. Hold on. Hold on. I got >> Is it that car? >> Yep. >> That car. >> Yeah. >> All towards me. All towards me. 451 get up door. Come on in the vehicle. >> What's your name? How old are you? >> I'm 27. >> You're 27 years old? Where do you live at? >> Um, my car. >> You live in your car? >> I don't have an address. >> You don't have an address? >> Okay. Do you have a drive driver's license out of Virginia? >> Yes, it's in my car. >> Okay. >> This vehicle from the back door, it ran over what? >> Um, I don't know. She was driving a radical on the road. So, I was going to go for a pit, but you guys were in the way. >> We moved. >> So, yeah, >> moved. >> And then I didn't feel safe doing the pit in Belleview. So, I didn't want to do in Belleview because there's people around. Yeah, I was over 100 plus the entire time and never felt like I actually got up to you guys. >> I was I was right, dude. I was right on her tail, but she was getting close to >> she was getting the close of lights and all that and I didn't want to do a pit through a light. That's why I start That's why you >> Yeah, when you said move, she [ __ ] smacked this vehicle over there. >> Yeah. Are they okay? >> Yeah, bro. The other my other units out with them. >> Or was that you? >> All right. You will cut your arm. Okay. All right, I want to read you something real quick. >> All right, you have the right sign and you say against unicorn law. Do you understand these right to explain to you? >> Okay. What's going on tonight? Why did you see me at all or? >> I have a lot of health issues like a bunch of diagnosises. I've um spent um most majority of like I mean people say all my life when I was little I was sick. >> Okay. Where where did you see me at? >> I didn't see you for a long time and that's the problem. And I I feel like I literally feel like I need to like apologize because it's like it's like >> I So I moved I was living in my car and I was just uh trying to find work and struggling to find work. So I'm just been in my car and just going from place to place to try to just get a job. I've been just before. So, um I um >> I I should have stopped and rested >> and I have I don't have insurance, so I don't have glasses and I need glasses. >> Okay, that's fine. So, I just all the health stuff I didn't see you and it's like I didn't see you for so long and then I have like severe >> like panic attacks and confusion and I really should have a home when I'm in that like but >> I understand. So why so where did you when did you see my lights? >> I don't even I don't know. I don't even I don't understand what >> So let me then let me ask you this. Why were you driving so fast? >> I did I'm so sorry. I didn't realize I I shouldn't been I just I have too many health issues. I shouldn't be driving late. I was just trying to get somewhere that seemed more like well there was there there have been no hotels. So I was going to stop at a hotel. Okay. >> And I and if there I was I missed it cuz clearly I couldn't do that. I'm so sorry. I mean I just shouldn't be doing this. I shouldn't be doing this. I don't know what I was thinking. I lived at um my the only address I could give you is at >> run her name on um LGR and stuff or run the plate and see if you can get her information off that for me. All right. See if she has any warrants or anything like that. Do you have any warrants? Is is there a reason like what causes cuz all you had to do is pull over. >> I didn't see you. I know that sounds like I did it to you and I have such bad confusion. >> What about what about when you pulled into the market of Marion when you went into that ditch? What happened at that point? I just started panicking because I didn't know I thought because I had my car breakdown. Um it didn't even it was a minor I just hit a pole because of being sick. It was I pulled out from getting gas and I was sick >> and I was stopping to rest. I was like I I was traveling down um and that was when I was in St. Augustine, Florida, and I was >> just trying to find work and so I was just driving around and I was like living in my car and I went and I was my gas uh I needed gas so I stopped off and got gas and then I was like I need to rest. So I put it off too long because I just get so confused. I have too many things. I shouldn't be living like this and I correct but but I just wanted to say I my car just had [music] I just hit a pole on the side pulling up and getting gas. So, you hit a pole now. >> It had to be >> Yeah. Dell. Okay. >> And it had to be um fixed for a month. >> She may be able to run on a tag. >> And I had to >> It's her car >> and I had to wait for my car to be fixed in St. Augustine for a month and I was staying in a hotel. >> Okay. >> And I got really I've gotten really stressed because money was when I left I hardly had any. And then staying in a hotel for a month it went and I had to pay all the car stuff. I was like I've been very >> not like panicky. you know, all of that type of stuff. Panicking, stressed, like I can't get a job for the life of me. I cannot get a job for the life of me. And I don't have education. >> I was like, >> what was called homeschooling growing up, but I didn't actually get done school because you can just put in for like something and it just give you like you can put in like religious exemption and then they they just assume you're teaching. So, I never I don't know like I'm just I don't have that like ability. >> So, when when you crashed into the ditch, you started panicking. You saw our lights and you decided to continue to drive. >> I This is I my brain I was like, "Oh my god, your car, you have to keep driving because if you can't afford, you're going to be homeless." And I was so like my brain was like, "Get your car back on the road. It's not broken." And I know that's like >> horrible because I have a cop car behind me flashing and I need to stop. But my brain was like PTSD on steroids of everything. And I was like, get the [ __ ] on the road and drive car because we can't be homeless. And I don't even know where I am and all and where I'm driving. So I drove down better area, but I don't know things. So I start driving this way towards Tampa. And then I thought I I thought >> I didn't I just didn't know that the roads were like empty like this. So I hadn't seen a hotel. I was like I was so already driving. I was so I was like nothing feels like safe to stop at very like abandoned you know place but I didn't realize otherwise I would have just done the same but I was trying to get over like on this side like >> well in Marian County we don't like when people run from us and also drive crazy through our town or our county. Okay. So that's why we were stopping you. You're driving 80 m per hour in a 55 m per hour area. All you had to do is pull over and I would have gave you off with a verbal warning or citation. Okay. But this is what happens when you and then now you just wrecked into another car. So all you had to do is pull over for us. I don't know. That's what I need to find out. So give me a couple minutes. Okay. >> What's her name? >> Danielle. >> Okay. >> She was in St. Augustine saying there her car got broke. She had money fix it. She doesn't have insurance on her vehicle. Um >> we have her ID. >> We do. Yes. She has no warrants. The car is not stolen, nothing. She felt like driving crazy. >> EMS was called to the scene and after checking her out, the deputy was still left wondering why did she do all this in the first place? >> Ring her outside. Miss Daniel, I got a question for you. Is there anything you've taken today that would cause this reaction from you? Do you drink alcoholic beverages? Do you take any medication? You said you have a lot of medical. >> Yes. And then I got off of it. >> The medication. How long you been off of that medication for? >> Um I was I stopped it when I left cuz I was going to I didn't have like obviously I was living in my car and I didn't have like hours. So I was taking it before I left and then Virginia and then I stopped taking it and I haven't been on any medicines cuz nothing worked. They tried it like all the side effect medications. >> Okay. She's already >> Yes, she's already married. Is there anything you want to bring with you from the vehicle? >> No. >> No. All right. >> She She's not getting anything. >> Okay. Hey, >> wallet or something. >> She was taken to a local hospital where she was medically cleared. After that, she was charged with aggravated fleeing with injury or damage and booked into the Marian County Jail. Wish I would
