on February 5th 2023 a dorville police officer on patrol noticed a silver Dodge Ram with extremely dark window tint the officer initiated a traffic stop and used a tint meter to check the windows revealing a tint level of 4% well below the legal minimum of 32% inside the vehicle were three occupants none of whom had a driver's license or ID you can keep moving man you mind lowering this window Sheriff's Office office failed to fingerprint him upon booking and he was released on February 8th a warrant was later issued for failure to appear on the obstruction charge nearly a year later on January 23rd 2024 the suspect's brother contacted the Doraville Police Department revealing that his brother had used his identity the warrant was removed from the brother's record and transferred to the true suspect who was now properly identified additional charges were added for identity theft 32717
