he followed the car which was swerving throughout until it stopped in a curb Lane upon approaching the driver he could clearly smell the odor of alcohol emanating from the driver here's how the events you had to drink maybe shot three shots how long ago three hours okay three hours that's all you've had is three shots three hours ago wehe headed um I home while he headed to his police unit to check the credibility of the female's documents another officer arrived and made contact with her let me check your license with you okay stay in the car all right V hello you mind coming out and talking to some breathing exercises and you didn't want to cooperate with that you come okay at an aggressive police officer manifer all right I'm going to close it calm down shortly after the female's mother arrived and was briefed about the incident by the officer okay so one can drive the car and one can drive yeah that's fine I won't tow it she did fight with us though so I'm a little perturbed about that oh I get you um here's her phone thank you I I'm a little bit of a predicament here because she did fight with us normally that's a deal breaker for me to go to jail I got you so if you don't feel she's I mean she's intoxicated yeah but we were already on our way to pick her up oh okay and then she started crying she said forget it mom cuz she didn't expect Mom I was coming down to bring her car home for her and I guess she got pissed about that I don't know no yeah she she blew a red light over here at Holland and dle and like cross three lanes of traffic and I follow her down here and you letot people could confus at traffic light sometimes so I get doubt but she started driving I had to stop her and she she she didn't finished our test and then she started fighting with us so just FYI this is totally uncharacteristic for her okay she used to be a teacher and I believe it she's I mean she's fine so since Co everything seems to be just wrong okay I get it you know this this pandemic has affected people in a lot of different ways and we see it every day so um I don't have a problem with you taking her car um I'm having a little bit of predicament with releasing her to you cuz nor normally that can be that can be an option for OVI okay it doesn't look like she has any priers or anything like that um so I mean if you guys feel comfortable taking her home if you want to see that adult he's huge you're driving like a police looking car here so it is okay I mean if you the thing is we got the two dogs in there and here you're welcome to look see and that's now they'll
