on Thursday August 25th 2022 a Florida
Deputy observed a Chevrolet sedan
deviating from its Lane
hello
hi Deputy schwarzart I'm sure Charles
reach for a stop because we're all over
the road back there
got a cup yeah right across the center
you okay
election registration proof insurance
but I don't think I have I never got the
um so we'll talk more about it
oh hang on a car for me stay in the car
for me be right back
all right Miss Alexa
do me a favor step back
all right
here's the deal pull Joe for a land
finally so kind all over the place okay
there's another battle for president
Vehicles I'm speaking to you okay so
from your breath as I talked to okay
producer standardized feel surprised I
want you to show me the able to operate
motor vehicle without impairment
you understand
I did it right now what if I get a ride
okay call Ryan we're not calling Uber
we're not doing anything you're driving
your car I want to make sure that you
get in your car a drive home
whoever arrive home no we're not a week
we're not leaving your car here you're
in your vehicle and I have to make sure
you're safe enough to drive in your
current condition okay because you were
driving when I made contact with you
right
yeah yeah we're at home like what if I'm
on like what if I park my car and then
my mom like where anyone game got me not
an object well I don't know why like
me was that me swerving or something
yeah leaving your lane driving
completely over to center lane to travel
on your phone or is there something to
explain
like drinking like I don't know well I
could smell alcohol Comfort even if
you're standing here outside of the
vehicle
okay
well you know I don't know and it's my
job to make sure you're not impaired
before you get in your car and drive
home from here and I had a dog from
there
you drive home or you don't drive why
why can't why come get me it's not an
option yeah because you're an operator
of a motor vehicle and you were driving
but I'm not gonna drive in a car in this
kitchen you were driving a car in this
condition okay so it's already you know
like I said we're not calling anybody
we're not calling an Uber you're not
calling for a ride all right that's fine
then okay so you want to participate
come on first okay call her and tell her
no you're not calling why because you
are an adult
okay and you were driving a car
and I'm gonna make sure you're able to
drive a car safely Paul but I still have
at home though so I was like why can't I
call her and tell her that yeah I am
doing this you know you're not cool
though why why we're gonna try to move
on okay
um right now are you sick or injured no
no but I can't call my mommy can I make
you cannot call anybody cannot make any
phone calls right you might want to come
get me every time I come be here no
are you diabetic are you taking soon
because you're an adult and you're
driving a car and we're not calling
we're not this doesn't phone a friend
this doesn't call for a ride right now
like tell her like they like I'll
conducting DUI investigation and I want
to make sure to yourself and I don't
need your mom here you're a adult okay
but that is not an option right now but
I say I'm 20 years old though and it
still matters
we're not calling anybody
for this first one
let me come back here election we're
gonna stay right here you're staying
right here
y'all because everything's being audio
and video recorded okay and it's our
policy to have two officers it's our
policy to have two officers president
while we're doing a DUI investigation
okay Mom
no not an option stay over there and you
need to step away
okay so I need you to stand here and
face me if you'd like to participate
okay
I've explained to you that you're an
adult and I'm conducting an
investigation you're repeating my
investigation
and I I can explain to your neighbors
fact that it's not an option I'm not
calling mother if he wants to call your
mom that's fine but if she shows up here
I'm gonna do the same thing I just told
her to do stay away from us okay because
she is not a part of this it's between
me and you
okay
so you can stand right here and face me
we're gonna stand with our feet together
and our toes and our heels together just
like that okay
can you see the red tip of my finger
right here
okay you're going to follow with your
eyes and your eyes only okay it's gonna
move side to side we're just gonna fall
off our eyes do you understand
do that many times other times okay
we're getting there
I mean I've been the right difference so
I think I know how it works but
so
do you see the stimulus the red tip of
my friends sometimes top soccer people
they're like they said I'm just saying
like they do like they have power over
like other [ __ ] like it's not
okay would you like to continue
like
maybe had power over it like others so
okay
we're gonna follow it's gonna go up and
down now
you guys
can I call my mom now
why why I told you a little signs you're
not calling but why though you're on a
boat you're an adult and she's not gonna
be present for this okay
so we're going to continue okay
um we don't really have a line to work
with in the parking lot unless you want
to relocate over there what's the normal
line that it's supposed to be on now
well we work with over again okay we're
in a business look what you're giving
we're beginning I pulled you over at a
gas station there's no lines in our
immediate area we can relocate over
there like it's realized you can go in
the street
I would not like to go on the street I'd
like to go right there there's a yellow
one right there
that's a thin Airline though
anything y'all get anyone for any little
thing they [ __ ] up on y'all get that for
that so let's go on the street then
because I don't care about it we could
do we could use an imaginary line right
here as well are you okay with that
okay would you like to move on
a normal line okay I'm like I hope that
we don't I hope we're not at a new pass
here we have a solid yellow line right
there it's nice so straight it's about
the whip that one to you okay
or we can use an imaginary line right
it's not the same as that
it's not the same as that line though on
the street though well we don't have to
use a line of the street but if I if I
still [ __ ] up on that line you can't
take me to jail
would you like to continue or like to
move on to another we're not going out
into the street okay we're gonna go out
we can either use this yellow line right
there we're gonna use one of these
yellow lines right here why that's
that's the normal line you do it on
there or we could use an imaginary line
here right here I've given you three
options
width of your foot okay well I'm gonna
have you stand but I'm not gonna
abbreviated this okay slow so I don't
understand like okay
ma'am will you stand right there for me
where you were standing your face this
way but this is a normal single line and
that's it I'm gonna pretend that we have
a line that goes as well as we need it's
going to be it's only about nine feet
long okay we're gonna stand with that
with that line with our left foot on
that line right foot Reckless one that
helps so fast just like that but you get
in that position for me
just like that but I got something in
the normal line now well use imaginary
line when I start to begin you're gonna
take nine heal the touch steps along
that line you take a series of small
steps around your lead foot just like
that take nine group four steps back two
Phantom okay do you have any questions
I'll explain it oh what the [ __ ] is that
oh my body won't care okay
so when you were ready go ahead and
begin I want to be filming you're being
audio video recorded this whole time why
do you film it
film everything so 99 back yes ma'am do
you have any questions but I think you
see this on the normal line because I
offered you an imaginary line it's
yellow line over there yellow one over
here she gets twisted with the [ __ ]
with tops though I think assisted with
like anything if you step off a little
tiny bit the line is [ __ ] twisted so
it's about the width of your foot okay
and there's between stepping off and
stepping off to the side so it's about
the width of your foot
all right
so when you're ready to begin
so this is my first one right your first
step your first step is with your left
foot
seven eight nine right
here
where's mine so how is that wrong
that's more than nine
do you know I've been standing here I
want to make sure you're able to safely
drive home to talk soon okay it's a it's
a waves down here it's not it's awful
cycle okay so three toes together just
like that okay if you make two pointy
fingers just like this and bring them
back down to your side okay when I
instructed you you're gonna close your
eyes I'll tilt your head back okay you
have to do it yet I'll tell you when
okay so after your clothes right should
tell dread back I'm gonna call out a
series of commands Okay I'm gonna say
left when I say left you can take the
left Tippy tip of your finger touch your
tip of your nose I love you I think you
bring back down your side without being
obstructed now why am I doing this it's
not a UI thing when I say right you do
the same thing you take the right Tippy
tip of your finger touch your tip of
your nose and bring it back down your
side without being obstructed with you I
think something
I assure you it is why I've never did
this in my VR though so how is
everything it is a thing
it's part of standardized field sobriety
tests okay I'm asking to participate
okay it's your choice I've explained it
downstairs
ma'am you need to stay over there
that's fantastic you need to stay over
there you need to stay over there if you
ask another question it's going to be
obstruction
no okay don't no
would you like me to explain and
demonstrate again no I've done I've been
through this before so do you want to
participate or should we move on
we is this we've already moved on many
times good this is the next this is the
last one but it's not something okay
so again three together like I have okay
toes on the heels together pointy
fingers all right I've never done this
before though
I'm explaining a demonstrator making
this up it's sterilized I'm not making
anything else are you sure
I'm not making anything up so again be
together Point your fingers don't
understand they are do you want me to
explain it do you want me to explain
again yeah please do so important frame
turns inside when I ex when I tell you
to You're Gonna close your eyes until
trip back okay you don't have to do it
yet just watch me okay I'm gonna call
out a series of commands Okay I'm gonna
say left but I say left you take the
left to the tip of your finger touch
your tip of your nose just like that
okay
you're gonna have your head back and
your eyes closed put your head's on back
I'm explaining it demonstrator okay
I'm not going to tilt my held back or
close my eyes in front of you I'm not
gonna do that okay so again
I've said left when I say right take the
right Tippy tip of your finger and touch
the tip of your nose just like that
bring it back down your side without me
telling you to do so okay do you have
any questions here yep that's the wide
here a wide room in that
um
it's standardized standardized field
sobriety task okay
that's probably
standardized fields are already tax
okay so again when you're ready we're
gonna move on so when you are ready
that's the last one yes okay your
clothes rides it's okay you're not the
bend over backwards that's a little far
okay about 45 degrees just like okay
all right your finger to my nose right
right
through your nose okay okay I suppose
right or eyes open eyes closed the
entire time okay
what
what
and left
come on
all right you are gonna be placed on the
rest for do you want place your hands
behind your back do not resist me okay
place your hands behind your back
going away stop
stop
it
put your hands together
you're getting resistance
stay Max he's getting charged with it
[Music]
everything
[Applause]
stop
s
that's a good god get it walk in the
back of the car stop
mom
violation too
go to your car go to your car and leave
cool heard it back
here's a card thank you Professor the
heart huh it's register to her and it's
not hurricane
yeah me too
[Music]
yeah
an intercooler all right
that's the cooler guys I suggest you
walk away because I'll take you to jail
next for obstruction
all right
I wonder who arrested her left wait
I'm leaving okay you need anything for
me no all right let's check our cuffs
yeah
step out
why because I think you undid your cuff
step out not in it turn that way then
why is it matters because I'm checking
our handcuffs now turn that way
yeah I did like on me
that liked all of me
pulling away is resisting hey
she's a Nat's ass away from going for
obstruction really
right I passed everything I passed
everything now I passed everything up so
I passed I passed though why but I
passed bypass so I can't find my mama I
only talked to her for one [ __ ]
second let me talk to her then let me
talk to her [ __ ] let me talk to her have
a seat yeah
get in the car
s
I'll send you the toe sheet all right
she reeks of alcohol
and you witnessed it all and you've seen
it yes because she resisted no no she
did not said she just said no and then
also please
you want to listen or do you want to
keep talking too tight that's right
resisting is pulling pushing anything
active like that she had active
resistance against him no he didn't come
on he's [ __ ] up okay 500 pounds if I
have you in handcuffs and you're pulling
away preventing me from putting you in
handcuffs you know what he's pulling
away for it because he's got himself
tight that's why he just checked him
again
oh [ __ ] she slipped out of them
and she wasn't wearing them watched it
okay
500 pounds to her 90 pounds he threw up
against the back [ __ ] did all this
[ __ ] to her I watched it and you stood
there and witnessed it too yeah I helped
him or take her into custody [ __ ] no
I don't even want him dropping that
officer
nothing that officers
she's standing there doing this you guys
did all kinds of tests on her yeah
when she did The Walking turn she
stepped off the line when she did the
finger and nose she missed her nose
you don't need to explain it I know it's
just unbelievable do you have any
questions
