on August 28th 2021 dorville police officers responded to a hit-and run incident in dorville Georgia said that they were on Beford Highway getting ready to turn on to 285 East when that gray crry s of rear ended them they chased her all the way over here I don't know when the flat tire happened CU it doesn't look like it's involved with the accident um girl got out to try and talk to them and they just told her hey we've already called the police they're on the way and she took off into this neighborhood so I got another I got a un in there looking right now and now that you're here I'll go look with him um if we find him or find her we'll bring her back up but all right cool we'll get it appreciate it man 95 radio sign me at 1011 also at 1051 is going to be on the Chrysler temp4 that temporary taxi aage 09 29 is negative 2 12 Chrysler 200 gray in color to a frer at the B 104 what's the address we're showing on who was driving I was driving all right can I see your driver's license absolutely tell me what happened I know the other office you told the other officer was here yes okay so we were on Buford Highway and we were going to make a ride to get on to 285 to come this way so we were on East yes to come whatever this way is I'm bad with that but basically we're going to turn right to come comeing this Direction all right okay so while we were waiting because you know you have to yield for traffic so we were waiting and then while we were waiting this car just rammed us from behind and when she rammed us from behind she backed up and then she got in she backed up and got into the the left Ling like if she was going to go straight but then she cut in front of us and she ran off and in the middle of the freeway she pulled over and she got out of the car like she started walking towards it like she pulled over to like the emergency Sid Lane mhm and I told her don't get off of your car the police is coming and she said okay well she just went nod her head and she got in her car and she took off again so we followed her and she got off of this exit right here she pulled over right here she got off she came to the window again but we didn't respond to her at that point cuz there's no need MH and from there she just walk that way down into this neighborhood down into this neighborhood now I did follow cuz she say she saw her go like behind here she got behind these houses right here on the edge yeah right there so I she said she saw her back here um so she's I guess average height I don't know exactly her height she's what is she black spish yes she is black she's black um she's what she wearing was wearing a black shirt um my daughter says it was like a Tupac shirt and she was wearing the you know the the the short types like the legging style but shorts so shorts yes black and they were black as well so it almost like a workout outfit or something I would say something similar but it was a reg a Tupac t-shirt so it wasn't like a workout shirt Tupac okay I thought say that's what my daughter said I did I just know it was it was a shirt of some sort I'll check neighborhood right quick there's two the cab officers in there right now oh the woman who ran away at first she denied knowing anything but officer knew it was her because she matched the description from the day of the crash oh so your vehicle was not stolen s I'm telling you my vehicle was stoen from me no it was not right I I just talked to the lady on the phone she told me that that the vehicle was up there I just talked to her she told me that the vehicle was in a pound thing she just told me everything that's going on she told me she told me it's a hold on the vehicle all that she just let me the whole run down she just told me y call me back yeah so it was impounded last night okay so what's what's wrong what's because it was impounded because it was in a hidden run stop lying I'm not lying to you why would I lie to you why would I lie so the reason I called you out here because you were the person in the hidden run I was not I'm telling you I was put put your hands behind your back put your hands behind your back they going to take me to jail tank because why look cuz I was not I was not listen to me the the lady that car got hit St put my stuff back in the house the lady car I got hit stated a young black female why listen listen black female black shirt with blonde hair with braids from the braids I have wig on I have wig okay it's blonde with braids right is that wig blonde the wig is blonde okay the car is registered in your name you said it's not even registered it has valid insurance you said it was no insurance on the car you said it's not registered in your name and you fled the scene of an accident instead of just staying I did not do this that's what I'm telling you like did it was not me it was like me I didn't do it okay but we got I mean you got to see how we how we coming at this right you have blind here you are a short black female right those are blonde braids she clearly described you to the te so you see where I'm coming after see how I'm coming at this right right so you just listen it's not it's not even look at me it's not even all that bad cuz if you just would have stayed on the scene you just would have got a little ticket and then went on about your business right but you hit her ran all the way to North Crest got out of the car and ran off and she seen you so you can't say it wasn't you that's how we knew your story when you told us up there your story was sketchy right all right so come on stay there to report the accident you see what I'm saying if somebody hit your car and ran on you you will be pissed right and you will want them arrested that's how you got to look at things you know they got one female in custody she was arrested and charged with Hit and Run and following too closely all right so it's just a ticket I can give you just a ticket you don't got to take me to jail no yeah you go to jail it's arrestable offense but I don't have to get warrant so you don't have to wait for a judge a ticket and then the ticket has a bond to it that why you ran your driver's license expired it's expired that why you ran huh that's why you ran I told you it's a reason why people run if they get into an accident it's a reason they either drunk or you driving on suspended or driving on expired but you want to know what's crazy part about it you wouldn't even been arrested yeah you would have got a ticket for driving without a license that's it it's an arrestable offense but we
