on November 2nd 2023 Monroe County Sheriff's Office Deputy observed a speeding Kia SUV making a legal pass in Big Pine Key Florida the deputy initiated a traffic stop [Music] CRA Washington 32 Charlie Fox truck Tango 54 the driver later identified as 67-year-old Walter Frank Camp caught the depuy's attention with an open Bud Light and the unmistakable odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle Camp seemingly intoxicated attempted to explain that another vehicle forced him into oncoming traffic how are you with the sheriff's office I know you are I'm sorry I know you are you know who I am yes how do you know who I am doesn't matter okay well I'm stopping you for passing in a no passing was there any reason for that uh the guy cut me off that guy cut you off yes okay when was that right
