On August 10th, 2023, a Doraville police officer on patrol noticed a BMW parked near the Budgetel Inn Suites in Doraville, Georgia. A quick tag check showed the vehicle had no valid insurance. When officers approached the BMW, they immediately smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside and saw an open bottle of Jack Daniel's on the center console in plain view. All of a sudden, a black male began walking toward the BMW, but as soon as he saw the officers, he turned around and tried to walk away. You were walking to the car. What's up?
