On February 5th, 2023, Brook Haven police responded to a disturbance call at the Pink Pony Gentleman's Club in Brook Haven, Georgia. According to reports, a drunk and unruly woman was causing a scene at the bar. When the officer arrived, he saw her throwing something at the bartender. She immediately started screaming at the officer and was asked to step outside. That's when the real drama began. 1747 check. Can I get a unit of pink powder? Please >> get me the out of here. But listen, >> girl, we were sitting here like everybody else and all of a sudden >> if you look at the cameras, >> I got Well, I don't even need to look at THE CAMERAS CUZ I >> TANISHA, CHILL. CHILL. CHILL. >> OH, I'm about to >> chill. Chill. >> Yeah, I really am. >> Tanisha, >> bro, we're not going TO DO THIS. CHILL. >> Why would you arrest me? I did nothing to you. >> Walk this way for me. >> Walk this way for me. Actually, you just did. >> Talk to him. >> Walk this way for me and stop playing with me. Stop playing. >> Stop playing. I'm not doing this. >> Please. For real. >> I'm not doing this. I don't even know. Just chill. >> I'm not doing this. >> He's just going off. Well, it's not even that. I saw her throw stuff AT THE BARTENDER JUST BUT LISTEN. She's mad. She mad at me. >> Well, being mad at night being mad at night. At the end of the day, you got to act a certain way. >> I got you. Listen, [laughter] she at the end of the day when I saw she threw stuff at the board. >> I'm talking about I don't know. I wasn't >> Nothing was done. >> We were just chilling. >> We was just sitting there. just sitting there and the lady >> we the lady at the bar well was serving drinks >> and then she left she just left and went to go get security for no reason cameras you can go tell somebody cuz you sitting here nasty no you can literally go look at the camera >> I got you the problem is like I said when I walk in regardless of what happened prior to I see her throw stuff at the bartender and now the pink pony is saying they want her arrested So, at the end of the day, I saw her throw something and now they're saying they want her arrested. You see what I'm saying? >> She She's mad because the lady >> being mad or not. Being mad or not. And I'm not saying I I don't know what happened. >> But what I do know happened when I got there, >> she threw something. >> It was a drink. It was ice. I don't know exactly what it was, but I saw ice fall across. Look, come with me. Come on. >> Give me a sec. >> I promise. >> Like, y'all can literally go look at the cameras. Let this happen. >> Stand by. [ __ ] right here in the black. She's probably going to be arrested. >> No, she's not going to be arrested. >> Y'all just chill. [ __ ] Can I tell you what happened? [ __ ] go out $2 million. Listen. Listen. Okay. Okay. Tanisha, calm down. >> Listen, listen. Come this way. Okay. So, basically, you were just sitting there and so the basic I can literally look at the camera. >> So, basically, so basically, listen. So, we were just basically having a good time and what you was like, "Oh, y'all can't dance." So, it was like, "Okay, cool." So, you know, like men of course coming up to us and of course they're coming up to the strippers and they were like, "Okay, y'all not strippers so y'all can't dance." But we were like, "Okay, they're coming up. They're, you know, >> coming up to us as well, too." So, I guess the waitress got I guess the waitress got like offended because we're black and I felt like that was the case for real because you can watch the cameras, >> right? She got offended because we're black and we all dancing and whatever whatever cuz we was literally just sitting there and she's like they got to go and we was like okay what what did we do? >> Everybody else was cool with us. It was just the bartender mad like what's I don't f my leg. She was like why we got to go? She was like basically because she just didn't want us up there because she felt like I guess we was feeling >> intimidated and I don't know >> we was intimidated basically and she just said we got to go and then the guy was like okay y'all got to leave >> came up there came up there first cuz I guess >> we was literally sitting there. That's all we were doing was just sitting >> dumb ass man for what can you spending money? spend money in this. Hey, listen. Listen. It's our mama birthday. >> Na [ __ ] >> Yes, it's it's our mama birthday. >> Okay. >> We [laughter] look, please listen. She's upset. She has a right to be upset. Listen. Please listen. So, >> it's some [laughter] racism going on. Like, for real, we didn't bought a section. >> We just spend money. So, look. Every two seconds they coming over there saying you don't do this. >> Listen, I'm a levelheaded person. They coming every two seconds saying, "Oh, well, we can't >> look of us." I'm I'm not saying it like that, but all of us are decent looking females. So, it's like it's true because we call them, >> they spend money, whatever, whatever. We spending money, too. We bought a section. We didn't bought two bottles. We didn't did all this. So, it's like it's like a competition type of situation to where they feeling like we can't get up, we can't dance, we can't do this, we can't do that. >> I don't know what her problem is with her. >> Who Who is the other female? >> She's aggressive now. >> No, it's the other female. >> It's a It's a Caucasian lady at the mall. >> Like the bar. We come here on camera in the We literally sat there and was not doing nothing. Let me let me finish talking. >> Yeah, it was she was so mad. We was like, "What's the problem?" >> And we really didn't do nothing. Like for real. And it's it's really bad because it's like it's really starting to feel like it's racism because like we came here for our mama birthday 56 years old. >> We were just listening to somebody and >> we not doing nothing extra that's making y'all feel like we are. What happened in there between them two that >> so no it happened because once they decided to that's embarrassing >> there when I got what exactly happened >> Marvin got nobody nobody was there to get me out of jail nobody nobody there to GET ME OUT BUT Marvin said doesn't damn matter be quiet >> I'm just Don't like y'all friends. >> Shut her ASS UP. SHUT UP. >> TANISHA, >> we didn't do you. You was there. We didn't say >> we didn't do nothing. We was just sitting there and she got intimidated. Look, they was trying to take her birthday and she just got intimidated and we had to go for man. Just just come over here. Just let her keep walking over there. >> What happened? I don't know. >> They were all at the bar hanging out, whatever. [laughter] >> But they were dancing. The bartender was telling them, "Stop dancing. Customers don't dance on and so forth." She was throwing ice at the bartender apparently. And when I they asked for me to come in, when as soon as I walked in, I see a whole cup. She threw a whole cup of ice at the bartender. So want arrested for better >> something better. >> So good. >> Is what it is. We don't have anything city ordinance related. I don't think >> did the actually hit her or did >> I mean it just like went over the bar. >> No, apparently it hit her. >> I mean I I don't know if this would apply. >> Yeah. Maybe. >> So I'm waiting on him to bring her her info real quick. [laughter] >> I mean she's going she's going for sure this. So, as a matter of what? It's probably gonna be something better. I'mma clarify the details in a second. >> I'll let you know. Hey, I don't want to go out through your purse, but I need to get your ID out. >> You want to run my ID? >> I I need to get your ID. >> Did you going to be right here? >> What are you mad about? For real. >> Mad at all. I promise you. I'm doing my job. >> Do you understand that that white girl was rude as I come here on the day? >> What was said? Where's your ID? >> Yo, I come on a day with your idea. She's from Florida. I come here on a day ship, y'all. I don't come here often. >> Listen, it's a process. Tonight I chose to come here with my mother and we with that lips behind. >> Why did your mother have to see all of this going on? >> But at the end of the day like why would you want to run my ID and try to do all this? >> Well, because of what I personally saw you do. >> I personally saw you throw ice. >> Did you see the girl? >> No. When I walked, >> she was very rude throwing our drinks drink spilling on us. >> I hear you. >> I hear you. >> Like come on, man. That's the second time that happened to me. >> Nasty to me. Very nasty. >> I hear you. I get you. Come on. I know who I come out. >> And I know you're judging by what you not judging anything. >> I told you one of the bartenders that picked me yesterday to come up here. I don't call no drama. Okay. >> Come on, man. I have I don't do this [ __ ] I don't call drama here. I don't ever call drama here. I spend money. >> I think your ID a couple times. >> That ain't my ID. That's the issue. It's somebody can be rude or be a bad barter steal drink that they're giving to you unintentionally or whatnot. >> But that was weird. Like what? >> I just bought my mom here like trying to have a good time. Bought a bottle to $600. I didn't want to spend a >> I spent it anyway cuz for my mother ain't got no money for nobody in this group. >> Yeah, I got you. >> And you had to. >> Let me get your ID real quick. >> Not a [ __ ] dime. I'm ready to go home. >> Damn. Where's my thing? That's what I need you to do. I need you. >> Let me talk to him real quick. I I still need her ID. She hadn't given it. >> She ain't given her ID yet. >> Oh yeah. On her back, back of her head. >> Okay. And that huge cup, I guess, that what I saw her throw. That hit her, too. >> That's what hit her. Yes. >> Okay. >> She was before just throwing ice cubes at her. Irritating me. That's why I came out there and said, "Ladies, it's time to leave." >> Okay. And all I was asking was the one lady in the black and >> you you even saw her throwing ice cubes. >> No, she told me. I was getting ready to check it on video. But >> I got you. >> But but I asked for leave and everybody starts cussing me and I'm white and I'm racist. >> I got you. Can you go ahead and get that? I'm going to take care of her. Yeah. Go ahead and get that the video started. >> All right. You know I ain't going out nowhere. No, I'm not going to be dead. You going to be very mad. to look for your ID. >> Yeah, she is. >> You had to have it. >> I don't know where my ID is. They must have took it. >> Somebody took his acting like I'ming tripping or something. >> Okay. Thank you. >> Hey, where you going? Father, where's the cop at? >> He's over here. the angels, Father God, for watching over us, Father God. Thank you. >> I'm just trying to get on this stupid not me like I'm a criminal like Father God. Thank you, Jesus, for being with us, Father, in our >> Come here. Where she going? Hey, Tanisha. Tanisha, where you going? >> My car. >> Don't get in your car. You can't get in your car. >> Why? >> Because we're not done. >> Why would he want to pull my ID out of everybody? >> Everybody's ID is getting pulled. >> Like, why? Why is he doing that? >> Because So, stop. Stop. >> I ain't got nothing. Well, let let me let me explain something to you. All right. >> You said the bartender being rude, right? >> Very nasty to us. >> All right. So, is that a is that a crime? >> I feel like it's a crime to me cuz I come here all the time. >> It could be a crime. God damn. I'm like I spend a lot of money here. Y'all treat me like I'm treat you got the right to feel that type of way cuz you know >> I barely down. I live in Buford. You know how far Buford is. >> Yeah, I know. I've been up there. >> So, don't try me like I'm nothing. Me and my I took my mother to lips up there this afternoon. This Yeah. This evening. And it's like I wanted a great time. My mom never been to the strip club. I'm like, "Let's go to Pink Pony. Took her hair. We got a section. I pay for this [ __ ] Nobody else pay for that." >> So, let me let me >> I paid almost $1,000 for this section. >> Let me get back to the point. Okay. So, the way somebody treats you isn't a crime, right? Somebody can be rude. They can be somewhat disrespectful. They can, you know, have a certain attitude. been nasty to me always. >> So, >> I'm tired of that. >> It's not direct. It's not a crime that be like, "Oh man, you broke the law." Right? >> But what can be considered a crime is throwing something at somebody, hitting somebody. >> She ain't hit whatever, but y'all can say she got hit. She ain't never been hit. >> But like I said, that that on its own, that is a that's an issue, right? That's why we're here now because that's what happened. >> She did not get hit. So, we can go to work for that. But at the end of the day, like, [ __ ] you're rude. You're nasty. The first time we came up to the bar, I let you go. I don't care. Whatever. You was rude to us. You passed by when they called the security the first time. Now the second time. >> So why don't you call the manager and talk to the manager instead? >> I don't know the manager at night time. >> I know the manager at daytime. Huh? >> You could always ask for the manager. >> Yeah, but she called the manager. Manager is already telling us already in the section. Oh, y'all can't dance. Well, I mean that might be >> it's like okay. >> Well, you got to think about you in a strip club with with girls. >> It was me. It was my plan. >> All right. >> Do hell. Pull up here. >> Pull up here. >> All right. Um, like I told you, um, they do want to prosecute. They do want you arrested. >> So, listen. Because of what happened inside, >> just relax cuz we >> It's a minor. Listen to me. Listen to me. >> Listen. >> No. No. I'm already on probation. What's about to happen is going to happen. I don't want you to make it any worse. Let's not make it any worse. >> Listen, I do not want you to make it any worse. I promise. >> We're going to keep it simple. Okay. >> As of right now, there's only one charge >> and that's it. >> And we don't want there to be multiple charge. >> Simple battery. As of right now, >> for what? >> We're throwing ice at the bartender. >> That would Are you >> That's what the charge is right now. Listen to me. I If you resist, >> are you >> The charge will be added and I don't want that to be the case. Okay, >> y'all. I cannot get in trouble right now. >> I hear you. Well, you're already in trouble. Okay, so listen to me. And I real we'll take care of everything and we'll we'll help her. I can push you. All right. Okay. >> I appreciate you being cooperative. I I know it sucks. I know it sucks. >> Man, y'all are y'alling serious right now? >> Yes, ma'am. Unfortunately, >> Dustin, can y'all get my purse, please, in my channel >> here? UNFORTUNATELY. >> OH, HELLO. >> I DON'T WANT TO BET. I don't want to. >> Y'all need treasure, man. >> Hold on one second. >> Wow. Can y'all get my purse? >> We're holding it for you. We're holding it for you. >> My husband going to be laughing at my ass like you stupid. Why'd you go out? >> Come on. Let's Let's go and sit here. >> Y'all really about to take me to jail for this? >> Yeah. What the man? >> You're not DOING THIS EXTRA. >> WHY WOULD YOU LOCK ME UP? >> Just put your leg. >> Have a seat. You want them to have your purse, right? >> Have a seat. We'll make sure they get your purse. >> I'm the one paid for every [ __ ] in this goddamn club. >> Can you have a seat? >> Get over me. Get off. >> You have to have a seat. You got to sit in the car. Why you going to sit in the car? >> No, sir. Stop touching me. I didn't do [ __ ] >> If you want to talk to me, >> what the [ __ ] did I do? Well, y'all got to lock me up. >> Just have a seat.
