on October 6th 2021 a dorville police officer ran the tag of a sedan at a Quick Trip gas station in dorville Georgia revealing an active warrant for the arrest of the registered owner following that the officer spoke to the driver who refused to provide identification the officer warned him many times that he would be arrested St back you have a warrant but here's the thing let me explain it to and then he has to speak to you he asked to speak to me yeah he said he doesn't understand why I came out with him why would you cuz the register on c for he gave me his he going to show no he didn't give no he P he ped the name he's back here okay he's okay he's going to show the ID I have the ID though so who do I show the ID to cuz he wouldn't give me his name say false name no he wouldn't give position marijuana the driver was charged with a local ordinance charge obedience to police eventually he admitted to having a warrant and asked the officer if he could receive a ticket instead of going to jail the officer explained to the driver and his girlfriend that it was too late for that they then accused the officer of being hostile and pushy claiming the charge was unnecessary Neary as they believed they had already provided ID what we doing waiting on time no I mean either way he going for the instru for the obedience oh so you waiting on so what was the point of showing your ID huh what was the point of us showing you the ID cuz I need to confirm it was him even though I already knew it was him but you said that if we show you the ID then yeah so I can uh print out his
