on January 13th 2022 officers from the Sandy Springs Police Department responded to a call from Motorcars of Atlanta regarding a male threatening employees upon arrival the suspect was seen leaving the scene in a gry Lexus SUV the officer initiated a traffic stop but the suspect only briefly stopped before continuing to Drive slowly no sir step out of the vehicle sir let's go nor 110 step it up pull into here go into there nor 39 code 10 he's leaving the location I've got lights and the sirat on he's refusing to pull over speed is 15 light traffic Roswell Road Northbound in front of the QT C got to be a gray Lexus Florida tag Lima Tango x-ray Tango 49 nor after a short distance the suspect stopped again however he refused the officer's request to exit the vehicle and fled once more I'm not chasing sir he's refusing to stop he pulled out of the parking lot when I attempted to make contact still going about 17 on Roswell Northbound he's stopping in front of the Sandy Springs Gun [Music] Range ready nor I'm pulling up with it right now let's go out of the vehicle out of the vehicle sir sir out of the vehicle what did I do sir you've been making threats to the employees and you've been told that you're not to so sir step out of the vehicle step out of the vehicle step out step out stop stop nor 130 we're Northbound again on Roswell Road backup was requested and the suspect was eventually Boxed In by officers a short distance later say again sir they come behind it right now he's going down coming up the nor that third unit if we can do a boxing driver's side despite being surrounded he still refused to get out of the car get out of the car yeah y have to shoot me why cuz I'm not getting out why not do that for I did not do nothing just have a talk with us here cuz he kept going in the back and I didn't want him to go back and steal stuff cuz there's nobody back there so I followed him back there every time he went in the back well when Dustin got here he was he was here in the right here right in the showroom right here and then he starts screaming at Dustin telling him that this is his building he don't know what the hell's going on this is his building and I went DUS we've asked this guy not to come back we've given him every benefit of every dial and he also went and he harassed people left he told Peter he's told Peter he was going to kill him and then he told he was going to kill and and Dustin told him he said listen man just just leave and don't come back because if you come back you we're going to arrest you it's what Dustin told him right there I mean I was standing right there when he told him that and Dustin said Bill if he comes back call him we're going to arrest him well that was was last Tuesday and I'm off on Wednesday then I found out a couple of days ago that he actually came in here Wednesday and drove through the parking lot the very morning after Dustin just told him we're going to arrest you and then all of a sudden he's back today and I'm going man and then he there was a customer of ours in in Rolls-Royce down there he threatened to kill him and the guy came and cuz when I saw him I told everybody to get in the back cuz I didn't know if he had a gun or not so then that gentleman came and said he just threatened to kill me and I said just go in the back man let me deal with you so that's when I wasn't going to fool with him I was hoping y'all would get here cuz I didn't want to accost a guy and and then I came through and we were face to face and then that's when he said you know if you weren't dress like this I'd just whoop your ass right now and I said well you know just pretend like I'm not unless get it on you know whatever you want to do dude but then he said he was going to kill me and everybody else here after he threatened to kill the gentleman in Rose Roy and that was Wednesday that was today that was today yeah and then then I called well Philip had already called the police and then this gentleman showed up I'm going man just arrest this guy he came back and then he said well I can't find in the system where there was ever a report made when Dustin came over here I mean I don't know why he didn't make a report that he had to come out to a business with a guy you know here but um but then he parked over there this and then the other night too crazy because it was about 6:30 probably when Dustin finally got the guy to leave last Tuesday and I told him I said Dustin this guy's going to come back in and he said Bill I'm going to stay here till 7:00 because when he when he left his car was pared down there he left he turned he went down here and he parked at Johnny's and I said DUS Dustin this guy's coming back man this guy's a nut he's coming back and he said I'm going to stay here to you lock up and close so probably 15 to S I think Dustin said he he drove back down this way so they sat out there till we closed and he he didn't come back after that that night but those the same same elixers yeah yeah I mean I I yeah I didn't y that customer's not here anymore Philip uh Peter is that is that guy that was in rolls here still customer will you go see if he's down there please all right hate to involve people I want you to get everybody's name I want you to pull a case number in reference to the call that you came out here on okay we're going to get warrants for everybody that he threatened all right right and to let me know when you get done with all that yes sir okay yeah we just want the guy to stay away hey no he's not not paying attention and then it it it's too late you know what I mean but God man I mean we we give the guy and when the first time I ever talked to him face to face was was the other night and I I said dude just just go away man we don't want to cause you in trouble just leave leave us alone yeah no you know I I I completely understand and I do apologize for the slip up a little bit earlier I I will guarantee you happen again I mean and like I told Ken when I called him I said dude you know we have crazy people in here all the time yeah but this this one I'm worried I'm a little worried about cuz he's off his rocket our relationship with the police department and motor sport has always been a good one so no y'all don't call us on every little crazy individual that comes through here and I can pretty much bet every time that you have called it's been a legit for a legitimate reason I mean this guy I mean so I mean I'm I told Brandon that that I I didn't really think he had a gun because I think if he had one he'd be real dangerous guy you know what I mean but we'll take care of it from this point forward okay so this officer is going to take and get and get some information for fleeing or eluding a police officer obstruction and terroristic threats he was then transported to Fulton County Jail nor 130 nor 130 show me in route to Fon County Jail one mail starting mile 11823 empty I'm clear prison Det all right and you don't have a constitution so how do you even know don't even have laws I have no laws you have no laws one needs help he's being held aage and yall stole from me too that's [ __ ] up banie yes okay I'm ask you a couple questions before you get out have a mask for him as well if not we got something you have a fever uh no cough shortness of breath chest pain go something yes or no no have you traveled out of the country in the last 14 days no no mm- been around anyone tested positive for Co no were you in a vehicle accident prior to coming here
