himself locked out of his home after realizing he had left his keys inside in an attempt to get back inside Mr Richardson decided to punch a small hole in a window to reach the lock inside the house his sister unaware of his identity was alarmed by the noise and quickly called 911 for help officers from the Fort Allen Police Department responded to the call and arrived at the scene upon their misunderstanding the situation despite Mr Richardson explaining that it was his house and he was just trying to get inside the officers did not listen this is my house I'm paying for this house I confrontation continued Mr Richardson tried to explained that he was the homeowner and had every right to enter his property even if it meant breaking a window however the off officers ignored his explanations and his rights instead choosing to detain him without Reasonable Suspicion this lack of judgment led to Mr Richardson being handcuffed and treated like a criminal on his own property good faster and adjust himself in the cramped back seat Mr Richardson protested as he tried to position himself in a way that wouldn't aggravate his pain around the outside yes you ain't got a hand R I'm I stop this as Mr Richardson continued to express his discomfort and call for help the officer's patience wor thin threats followed with one officer warning him that he would use a Taser if Mr Richardson didn't keep quiet true to his word the officer tased Mr Richardson twice in quick succession because he cried out from the pain scream scream again go ahead Help Mother scream again you
