that she had left home to go to her friend's house but departed without informing them of her whereabouts later they were able to locate her but she was very uncooperative here's how the events unfolded so um earlier today around 5:30 me and my husband have gone into like a little argument civil you know just didn't disagree on something and so I had gotten the kids and I came over here to my daughter's house and um Kathy tried to get into our argument and I turned around I told Kathy this has nothing to do with you we keep your comments to yourself know I mean so we came down over here and she walked into the house and had made a comment and my daughter had told her you know what Kathy you need to be quiet and so Kathy walked out and she came back to the house to well about 15 minutes later 20 minutes later I came back to the house rep Qui and I went into the room and I told my husband where's Kathy at cuz um they had said that they were going to stay the night over here Kathy told me that she was going to stay the night over there wanted to going to some boys house stay in the night at some boys's house and so um her last nonn location was what's your address and Trinity was wearing black pants gray shirt and a black uh sweatshirt that's Catherine no that's her daughter okay did you see what Catherine was wearing I did not I was at wordy does Catherine have any supposed to be home by 730 let me call let me let me call you right right back let me finish speaking with the officer real quick all right thank you uh yeah it's mood disorder and um ADHD she has it's a intermittent like it's it's a Broadline mood does she take medication she does shortly after they were able to locate the daughter who was behav very aggressively over there we're looking for the girls in the house and there's like all kinds of men they're drinking and everything the situation continu to escalate because the daughter wasn't eager to understand the situation and remain calm they were trying to come to our house without our and I tried stopping them they came into our house we'll figure that out hold on guys I can't help you for talking over me continue to argue one by so my my cat my daughter ran to the back and my husband ran after her and was able to get her and was escorting her back Mom got the other mom got her daughter and was able to get her in the car and take off with her so did when he was trying to when he was trying to bring her back that's when she swings on me so I swung back on her the lady that lady that left and some other in there were fighting and I push them out the way I pushed them out the way to get my daughter and they're like oh you touched my sister W if I see my daughter with two grown ass man drink with beer cans I'm they're not letting they're saying there's nobody there what for all that are you did you run away with Mom tonight I didn't run away I told him I was leaving your actual dad or someone that you consider no I want to go with my dad my my real dad that dude came out one day and my mom decided to marry him like a [ __ ] that she is the female continued yelling and behaving in an agitated manner batteries about four times because kids like this that continue to do this and every single time they get a class rejuvenile citation and they throw it off these kids start calling you guys Bluff and start like why he's not going to do [ __ ] there's nothing you can do anyway and that's why they run a monk and that's why they start shooting people breaking into cars vandalizing homes doing all this kind of stuff because they get away with it the juvenile system here sucks it they let these kids down and a lot of the times there's officers that come and this is what's disappointing with me too on some of officers cuz they'll be like oh it's a parenting problem if some if was that person that you're talking about at that house tonight yes so I don't know the person you're talking about but I can tell you this person okay you do know you talking was the little guy yeah you we've been since elementary school is that cuz you guys growing up close like you guys have been in the same classes and stuff he's younger than yeah he's a couple years old he's like n or 10 no he's not yeah no he's 12 and I even reached out to see yfd and I told him look man like I've done I've exercised every Avenue that I can do to get her help I put her in Behavioral Health Facilities they Che they pump her up with meds send her home a week or two later you know what I mean it's the same rodeo and then the but the facilities will be like okay she needs to go to RTC so they send out referrals all through New Mexico for RTC they get denied because of her age so then they start working out of state so out of state will find one for her and accept her but they'll be like oh what's a 7 to 8 week wait till the bed's available so then they release them back home then they're no longer acute here's what her mother told the police about the battery how many places were you hit it was a lot of times like I can't count I know it was my hands my arms in here and she scratched me and she had hit me in my face a few times fre with fruits it's a frequ with oh yeah time vagina there was another little boy this was like in March right before the pandemic started and this little boy invited my son to his house and he had he he had showed like a BB gun to my son and my son was like oh that's cool he's like you want to see something cooler so he takes him to the dad's room pulls out a gun
