on July 10th 2022 Dunwoody police officers responded to a call at the Perimeter mall parking garage in Atlanta Georgia for reports of a public indecency incident upon arrival security Personnel informed the officers that they had witnessed a couple engaged in sexual activity partially exposed outside their vehicle what's going on man uh when I was uh in I saw them literally what US girl come come over here and so what's going when I was upwing cameras uh looking through fing B the girl was literally butt ass naked when I said I'm talking about like nothing on okay um dude had a shut on his dick was hard and this in front of the girl in the whole nine yards and to me I was like oh my God they are [Music] do y have a person in the tower right now uh yes can they go ah and pull up that video for us still unack H I forgot if I still unpack oh still on um so we say both were fully exposed um and that he was masturbating outside of the vehicle outside CU he saw it all on camera hi guys I'm officer H do you guys both have IDs on you I don't have ID oh can that's fine the officers first spoke with the female involved who admitted to being partially dressed when questioned about their choice of location she stated that the male had a girlfriend suggesting a possible motive behind the ACT okay um if you'll step out the car just long enough to kind of explain to me so walk what's going on so we were just here likeis and then the security go up calling the police and so we stayed in the car and waited for you guys okay so you guys would just like sit in the car making hour we were like right here at the window like looking out okay but fully closed yeah well my top was like my best clo and when he came up he was like yeah I saw your big ass tits and that's not appropriate and I was like first of all calm the [ __ ] down he's like no you guys were doing inappropriate stuff you guys were luded and naked no we weren't naked my top was off yeah but my top was not fully off my first and we were standing at the car okay so why are we over here at the mall because he has I'm going to go get his the officers then spoke with the male who also admitted to partial nudity Mr can you hop out the car for me just minute all right man uh I mean being completely honest mhm um F okay my bright idea was you come here the mall is closed W be nobody around and kind making out kind suing on the breast it's kind of kind of where we got far so we chose to come to the mall this well uh it ain't the prime place we know they got cameras literally everywhere in this place right uh now we know that they have cameras everywhere in this place yeah they got cameras everywhere in place like yeah okay I mean that's why I don't lie to you though I don't know get straight with me uh it wasn't a smart move at all I'm do straight with me okay I mean she gave me the exact same stat so be straight with me I'm going to go talk to them and see what all they need done um I'm going to send one the officers go it at the footage place they have to check it out you guys are giving me one statement he's giving me another so I'm just going to check it um we'll kind of go from there you're welcome to have a seat back in the car though what they say uh I talk Hey I what was going there might be something that appears like sexual interourse but that wasn't sexual interourse but what was it but huh what was it uh I guess you could say rubbing but it wasn't penetration that's only clarifying that cuz I told her we it's it's close enough but I did tell her we only suck tits I only suck the breast when I remember no well she did we did kind of do that but we wouldn't [ __ ] but in all honestly keep it as clear is okay so her breasts are exposed what of you exposed if I go back and one of the city's code sections it's 24-4 public in decency okay can't be doing that God knows who's going to be walking around potentially seeing that and that's why that code section's in place okay stuff like this gets caught on those as well okay so like I said it's in violation of that code section so right now you're both going to be placed under arrest for Republican decency turn the you'll be able to make a phone call once you get down there what about I don't know when the num is my heart they'll let you be able to use your phone to look up the phone numbers you just can't like call on your phone can I get bailed out tonight you should be able City Cod it'll have a preset Bond and he'll be able to explain that to you once what happens now I've never been arrested so you'll get transported down to to Cab County that's the jail that we use so once you get down there they'll impr process you so uh they'll get all the code information that they need from us all the paperwork or whatever they'll in process you ask you medical questions um is this one is this finger printable yeah yeah so it's not a misdemeanor it is a misdemeanor but it's through the city so it's not like a state charg through the city um but you'll have a preset Bond so once you get fully processed in at the jail you'll be able to bond out as soon as you get down there and get like the initial booking done you'll be able to make phone calls it all depends on how business jail is but it's I mean it's what it's 9:30 you should be out okay so you know um and you guys have my phone yes it'll go with you is there anything else in the car to with you that's his yeah um like I said you'll be able to use your phone to look at phone numbers call somebody hey this is how much fun get one phone call no they'll let you make a couple they'll give you 3 minutes to call whatever youan so they don't answer any you're going to be going on the driver side this you got me you'll be riding with him oh okay yes please definitely I need my numbers do you have anything that can s me your absolutely not I'm like just a I'm I got you but I'm going put you down real quick you spread your feet apart for thank you man problem absolutely have to go to jail M uh the phone front seatat front seat front driver or front pass front driver orle you driver going driver my to see1 Flashlight what is the charge I going public and decency AER so cuz I'm a career woman how do I get this off recorded what do I have um you'll just speak to the judge um so right now it's just a charge it's not a um official conviction or anything like that so you'll have a court date on your citation like it's it's literally going to be like a ticket basically that you get but because it's fingerprintable we have to book y' in okay so once you bond out you'll have a court date already set I think it's like August 11th right now but it'll it'll be on your paperwork it'll make sure that you guys understand it and you can ask as many questions as you need um on the back of that citation um there's a phone number up at the top that's straight to the dwy city court um so if you do have any questions about the citation directly you can call them what I would recommend is speak to some kind of legal counsel and especially if you're worried about it staying on your record that kind of thing some kind of legal counsel be like hey this is the incident this is what happened see if they can't come to court with you and kind of help work with the solicitor that kind of thing is this a it's a misdemeanor it's a city so it's a misdemeanor but it's a city charge and because it's a fingerprintable offense that's why you guys are getting arrested is that sex doubt with it would it be in a city charge I don't think it is it's just I mean I know but I just ask you the questions to have information I got you I got you it's a little hot back here he's got AC that all turn up for than you in addition they were issued TR warnings prohibiting them from the perimeter Mall property go that should help cool it down a little bit for you did you already say you had people in custody H did you already say you had
