they'll hear your side of the story and then from there the judge will determine if when you're released usually usually people aren't in jail luckily it's it's a Thursday night right so you're going to see a judge tomorrow it's Friday you'll probably be out out tomorrow all right here's what the victim told the police is it okay if I could show Tech messes on the body CL if that's what you want okay earlier today I was at work and he was coming to get me and everything so that is over there but at some point in the Texas is it okay if I look yes that's I'm fine at some point the messages it uh you can see that he was already in my grandma's house he was living with me we were at my house I had bought him two beers we were talking we had a conversation about him going to Dallas that randomly suddenly all of a sudden cuz we already had plans to go to Dallas for his son's birthday then suddenly when he had talked to me after get uh getting home he said that he had a homeboy that was here that was ready to go out there out to uh to Dallas right now today so I was like this is sudden all of a sudden this doesn't add right this doesn't seem right women's intuition it didn't I asked followup questions he couldn't give me a straight answer and he was deflecting and reversing it back on to me yeah so I let it go and this is all through text message yes okay I Let It Go not everything was through text message there was some verbal communication because the the license plat that I showed you guys which is that was car and I seen the girl in there cuz they drove past us and then when we came back to the front of my apartment yeah the passenger seat the passenger wasn't there the girl was out of it okay so I'm like okay I already know he's bullshitting that's cool like I already had the a feeling it was [ __ ] so I had asked him for my belongings I had asked him to give me my stuff back yeah and I know where this girl stays at because there has been prior situations before where I was invited to this girl's house okay uh fast forward when I had came and got my belongings uh all I did when I cooled up with my S with my cousin I had got out the car yeah already like he knew he got caught up he got caught up on cuz he lied to me so you got out of the car here and he saw you yeah and he and he just started doing going off okay cuz he was outside or inside he was outside outside his uh did you guys followed them here we didn't exactly follow them but when I got here when we got here they they were getting you both generally at the same time okay yes so there was an argument in the parking lot it was in I literally had just gotten out the car yeah his reaction was he was he was surprised cuz he got caught yeah yeah and this was in this parking lot or the back one the back one okay okay he just put down his backpack and then he started swinging and then I did swing back in my defense okay so in the parking lot he started yelling at you and then he attacked you yes okay what did he do stocked me in the face I got pulled by my hair I just kept on getting punched uhhuh um I left my face open cuz I'm over here trying to defend myself get him off of me at some point I just stopped fighting I just stopped fighting and I was yelling for my sister to call 911 the male was charged with simple assault and resisting arrest YouTube thinks
