on May 14th 2023 officers responded to a
call about an impaired driver backing
into another vehicle this is Chris Us's
the owner of this black truck and she
bumped she backed into this mhm I'm out
I'm fine I just didn't see this car
that's in the center whose car is this
it's one of my employees she's coming
out hey what I'm going to need is your
driver's license your registration and
proof Insurance okay I don't have any of
that I just have my driver's license you
don't have registration or insurance no
it's not my car well it's still
responsibility to provide registration
insance are you able to obtain that can
you get the registered owner to it's my
ex that's all I can tell you is my ex's
you have permission to have it yes I
have permission to have it but I don't
have any information on it who's in the
car with you um a DAT I was with he's to
drunk hey man you got ID on you you
don't have any IDE I do but I'm not
giving it cuz I wasn't driving but I
still have to list you as a passenger in
the vehicle you're not in any trouble I
I just got to list you as a passenger he
is sh face okay I really don't have to I
have to get mine not someone who's with
me is that no since then by law you do
not have to get someone else when you've
been involved in a crash and you're
Pastor in a vehicle you have to be
identified didn't even show it doesn't
even show you have to be identified in
the report guys that's how it is that's

occurred so he has to be listed as a
passenger for any potential injuries
that may happen later on any claims I've

you in the

him as your info no prove it to him at

take that information

responsible one to list you in the in

a pastor in the vehicle I'm the
responsible
