on April 21st 2023 chambley police were called to an apartment complex in chamy Georgia after reports of an aggressive male threatening neighbors with a gun see what I'm saying like I told you you're not going to do nothing to me and I say you threaten me every day every day if it ain't a day go by we cannot sit on the porch he threaten us he'll get up he'll Walk This Way come pass us and everything you don't have no business in our area period you see what I'm saying this is this is not one day this is every day every day we was sitting on TCH mind our own bus was nobody saying nothing to nobody and he start threatening us cook then he start threatening me then he got got up call gang on meing going call gang on me and like I said he kind of CLE he Tred to Circle punch me just 3 days ago when I had and I put the bag of chips cuz when I seen them walking I already seen it man I like man I pull moves like that since I years old in reference to the pistol the gun who saw back then him lying he a had [ __ ] to do with nothing the police reported him he was sitting in his car with s eight open containers drunk in his car and he tried to lie on me okay to the police talking about I hit somebody four five times and I did okay that's what this about so in the parking lot what went down exactly somebody was putting a bucket by my car cuz my my cam seal and crank seal was leaking oil okay white man over there Mr AR the leasing manager no he think he the leasing manager he kept putting a bucket by my car okay saying that the office told him to do it that's all they been doing over here is lying so they put the bucket by your car and you went down and I got bucking throw that the man he talk about I hit the man four five times in the head with the bucket okay you threw the bucket at him though and then they said that you hit him that's what he said down there that was back then right yeah no but what what what happened today we just been arguing out came downstairs so he had the book bag so he had his hand in the book bag right so then he got he went back on went back upstairs on the porch then when he got on the porch then that's when he pulled the pist out and and pointed at uh Mr cook son from the POR and uh so I said he got a gun for real y'all just like that and he had it in his hand and he kept telling M cook on come on up here [ __ ] come on up here so he said no you come on downstairs you know just like that so then that's when I came in here and I told Kim I said Kim he do cuz he just pulled it out on Mr cook son how he do that huh how did he do that how did he pull it out on Mr cook son see we was standing out here how did he do it how did he he had it in the book bag and he had to pointed just like that at him at Mr cook son Cuz Mr cook son was standing like out in the opening and and and kept telling him to come on come on him and and we and we'll straighten it out did he do anything else with the gun he put it back in the book bag and went in the house and so then Kim we went to told Kim so he knew Kim was calling the police he knew that so when the police came he wouldn't even let the police in his house period other guy Chris he jumped on him so bad one night it was pill what start all this today nothing we were just sitting out on the porch and that's all we got to do you don't have don't nobody say nothing to him cuz we instructed not to even talk to him not to say nothing to him cuz you know he going to get ready to go cuz he came down here in the office threaten Mr Walker last week no no ma'am so this guy the the the victim in this call he was in the car he said he witnessed the situation happened so he but he said I don't want to be in the report but Garcia put his name in the report Jamal got a copy to report I remember that okay yeah so heard that's what the guy told me when he got here okay so now that's ever since then he said Jamal been harassing him and that's the dude's father that did it yeah heavy said dude yeah that's what he okay so that's what started the situation with them and when I initi bled over from that incident well yeah once he got a cop report saw his name on her he's like and he he's been getting at him cuz he came up to 150 to complain saying his officer put my name in the report about that and that's what he told me he said I don't want to he said yall put my name in the report already I said well if you don't come forward as the victim is not much we can right so that's when I said well how many witnesses do we have and I started getting everybody same giving me the same story yeah and then I'm like well listen if he directly pointed at you I said there's no really real way around us and so the front desk lady was kind of like listen you got to do something if you don't say nothing police can't do nothing then he finally was like okay I'll go ahead and I'll go ahead and say what happened but this is what he was telling me when I got here that yeah this is from that incident with his name being that's that's what started all that with him so and now the problem like I my suggestion is I guess we detain him try and get a search warrant and check the apartment cuz I mean I know we got these Witnesses but we ain't got no gun we need that gun or that video or video one or the other cuz if that first guy was no good at all cuz if he had it they can't see the video until Monday they having issues with the video that's what they always say okay so then detain him and get a search cuz he had plenty of time to hide [ __ ] if he did have a gun and all these people keep and now the question is you got family members now you see and that's my thing you know I guess probably that all come a before we got out here right cuz now you got neighbors that he already probably they don't like his ass already right so who's it say they not going to join in and be like yeah I saw cuz and then the son said he had a damn gun which that gun if they going to we get the gun we good but if not as a safety precaution the officers detained the suspect and placed him in handcuffs while they continued their investigation all right Mr second all right based on these witness statements officers obtained a search warrant for the suspect's apartment 22 12 hours search warrant is being executed 26 advised search warrant been executed is it lock did she respond go down down to Pastor the guy has the keys for his apartment actually that dude lock the door that saw it's in the back seat of P search War brand executed he's on his way back can I take a picture of the warrant before I open up the door you are who I'm director of operations you can look at it I can take a picture I need it for our records you need it for a record like is this it I see with the red that's it while searching the apartment officers only found a magazine and holster for a gun but no actual weapon got a I got a magazine right here I got a magazine holers right there too hey yeah yeah I check already magazine is there to the left on the ground and going behind the wall to the left behind the [Music] wall considering the possibility that the suspect might have discarded the gun officers searched the wooded area near the apartment windows damn might have to go down here and uh check the back if he Dro it down there might always a possibility you got a holer got a magazine might I hope I hope I hope he don't have it on his person in the back of the unit people that keep a magazine with no gun and a Hoster and a h officers were able to locate a gun matching the description provided by Witnesses oh I got one right here got gun nice okay 339 it's right under yeah that trajectory right there yeah good [Music] job yeah that's it suspect being charged with aggravated assault possession of a firearm during a felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and theft by receiving stolen property the suspect was then transported to deob county jail he is done H sech told us walk Hew it in the well
