on January 10 2023 a Dunwoody police officer pulled over a white SUV for a failure to stop at a stop sign driver's license yeah because of the stop sign you ran the sapphire back then coming up the officer issued a citation but the driver refused to sign it stating that it was incorrect Ed he said what I wanted to do it before but I didn't want you to feel that I was threatening but anyway I live here okay what happened and my bad but faster he's been here all day I put my ambulance I did stop you didn't see it but at the end of the day you could ask your your whoever asked him that I wouldn't like okay if it's recorded you can go to court on February 7th he's sitting there he'll tell you I mean first of all this citation is incorrect then I'm definitely seriously I'm not saying that because that's incorrect all right go ahead but I just think is it possible for you to ask him did I run did I refuse to sign you're going to jail I hear what you're saying but again you're an officer but can you ask yourself I'm not going to ask him so are you going to sign it or no so you know that you're incorrected so are you going to sign the citation or no I'm just this citation is incorrect all right first of all I've been very polite I'm just asking you can you ask if your your your sir sir sir can you I'm not refusing but sir I'm not originally arrest I just asked you can you ask your co-worker if I ran the citation that's all I back again I asked this when I explained it to you I said your friend is coming here put your hand behind your back so now you have an obstruction charge I said I will not resist any rest the whole time I said hey can you ask him yeah play that with somebody else how much well I saw you fighting with you that's why we over there so you were sir we're not gonna do this I said um force your hand behind your back and I let you and I said hey can we ask [Music] why are we at [Music] yeah but right now sit back you wanted the cab go turn around it's over like you could have signed the sanitation it would have been all over I literally was asking people turn around move your legs no you're wait I don't even know what my right stuff I have never laid the hand on you I didn't on your legs yes you working today yes he's here I used to work soon and I'm not resisting it looked like they fight I mean I don't be a normal person I'm like I see him he's not trying to do nothing he ran the stop sign yeah you wanna okay okay go back and forth for what now you got to a ride to the cabins it looked like a regular pat down to me I just said something's going on thank y'all so much all right appreciate y'all okay 370 go ahead and start running bro I'm trying to fight I've seen it that's why I came over here I was like oh man [Music] oh that's crazy [Music] I know you need a uh yeah appreciate it no you got weed in here oh it's meat in there he was charged with obstruction of Law Enforcement Officers failure to stop at a stop sign possession of marijuana less than one ounce and transported to DeKalb County Jail foreign
