on November 30th 2024 Flagler County sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a pregnant woman being attacked by three girls in banel Florida hello hello what's going on so we were all just sleeping and three girls just came up into our house like literally opened our door MH and just walked in and one of the girls put their hands on me okay um and I'm actually 9 months mhm but uh it was over a phone that was left in our truck okay I dropped the phone off when I realized it was in the truck I put it in their mailbox cuz they weren't home yeah so I came home after dropping my sister off at my cousin's house came home came to go go to bed they showed up three deep all three of them came in my house I just open the door just open the door do you know them physically yes I grew up with the girl okay and um they are drunk mhm uh I don't know if you guys were there but they were at a party on hard grve that got shut down when you say she put her hands on you what exactly happened she hit me in my face mhm I actually have a red mark I'm going to put my lighting I see it a little bit Yeah Yeah and um she walked over here first she walked up into their house first okay I don't know if all three of them did or not but she walked up at there first did anybody else see this yeah my whole family family woke us all up even woke my one-year-old up okay there is two kids in here both of them were sleeping I think mine's the only one that got woke up I don't know if my niece on foot did they drive here they drove here drove here okay I'm not 100% sure to make a model but I did realize it was a white car okay and do they stay around here yeah hold on cuz I don't know if it's Palm or pine so give me one second so they're both on the south south of the MX yeah hold on I know exactly where they so stay just so I make sure I have on my duction row here you said you were sleeping it was three girls yes they barged into your home MH Uninvited yes and attacked you where were you at the living room were you I was walking out of my room to make my son a sippy cup of milk so it was already May cuz he yeah it's 12:00 he would have been up by now anyways okay but still that already knew it we already knew what was going to happen so we dropped her phone off to her mailbox we told her that they weren't listening put her phone in her mailbox it is there on Plum I don't know what the address is I just it's plum yeah it's on Plum in the mailbox under the piece of mail okay I didn't want no one to see her phone so I picked the piece of mail up put her phone down and put the mail on on top of it okay your phone so something happened beforehand where you guys had possession of her phone yes sir they were in our truck they jumped out talked to other people we had to get the truck home y y y okay so you guys were all at the party yes on hard grve you guys came back yes sir I'm not you had possession you dropped her off you had possession of her phone phone off itself okay we dropped her phone off yada y yada and we just left it alone and we came home we were ready to go to bed we were already in bed okay and they came here walked right up in our house and then the camper and okay without any permission yes the door wasn't open they just barged right in straight okay okay all three of them yeah I pushed all three of them at the house okay okay awesome um well you have the right to protect your own property um that's what I told them and yourselves so the victim identified one of her attackers as Cassandra wils 20 of bunnel but did not know the other two girls that look like Cassandra [Music] yep so I found two of the three girls okay I add him to the call tempor Early oh I actually need statements and I can get that started if you have them yeah I have statements the next day deputy went to a residence to speak with Cassandra and spotted a white vehicle matching the victim's description sweet yeah um real quick you might me talk to you for a second come here is it he's next door yeah he's like our dog too huh he's like our dog too okay any might if I talk to you guys real quick who uh who drives this n on here huh it's mine it's about my vehicle we're just trying to figure cuz there's some questions that we have about time and place and and she may or may not have saw a crime occur and we're trying to get information of what saw other crime occur so we're trying to figure out what it happen when did it happen how did it happen and if that's the car that was described and it came back to this address I got you that's what we're trying to figure out number so she has the information and the keys that we need to be able to figure out the rest of what had happened last night all the way on the other end of so we're just trying to piece together the story and figure out what's going on I've been at I've been at hog we ubered home this morning from dayona so we weren't even here like we ubered home this morning okay I got you there three people walking doorer anyway but I he I have the card you know he he does talk to her so I'll have my son give her the information she a girlfriend no nobody I haven't I haven't people and eight different stories and uh it it started off with your phone yeah and then someone told me it was placed in this mailbox they somebody said something about my phone was in a mail in their mailbox okay but it was never there and I guess it was in my mailbox okay it what mailbox were they saying it was in I they I guess they said it was in mind but they never said that I guess they were in that truck and then we left oh and then like 20 30 minutes later they were like okay like let's go get the car and then that's when our other friend showed up and he was talking to us so we got out and then that's when my phone was in there and then they just took off okay okay they it took off Tomy said he got home realized your phone was in his truck and then he drove it here and put it in the mailbox and then he snapchated your brother B mhm and I I just want there's a little Gap there's an in between to the point where this girl named Cassandra who I don't know I don't think yeah I don't know if seems like seems like no one really knows who she is but she's somewhere in there we're just trying to figure out where you know what I mean yeah yeah so I'm just so I mean you leave I was on probation there that's where my address was and he if he had any like thought that I was out doing something like not P like during the day he would try he threatened to call my contact with him like it's it that's what makes him mad and it makes him mad seeing that I'm going to work and I'm not bothered by what he's doing he work um he works at the 24-hour tire shop the only whole body weight on Cassie and then I said we have to go we have to leave and then some some man at that house came and pushed her like out of the house and was like get off of my property and then pushed her and we left all right do you understand that if your phone is missing and you believe that someone stole it you can call us and we can resolve that for you that's true I know okay instead of going into Were you invited to the house at allm have you ever been invited to that house before no I don't know those people okay so with SRA you guys enter a house that you're not supposed to be
