on August 7th 2023 officers responded to an accident upon arrival the victim directed them to the lady in question who appeared to be drunk here's what happened next yep she's trying to escape now that and bounced off and then just came flying down here so I followed her down here I wanted to at least get a picture of her license plate okay and she was like Reckless and then I pulled up and then right after they came to my window they said did you see what happened in my car and I'm like no I didn't in the last few minutes okay well but it's definitely her car I mean there was white pain and stff so I have a feeling she came through Reckless car she sat in the car for a long time and when she came out she couldn't even stand up okay we'll get a written statement from you and then
