On March 16th, 2023, Brook Haven police were called to a public supermarket in Brook Haven, Georgia in response to a reported shoplifting incident. When officers arrived, they identified the suspect as Rian Donald Bilips, a repeat offender with a long history of shoplifting and wild behavior. >> I was on three three day camp and she put me right over there at the student. She paid $4,000 in each day for 30 days. And then when I left food, you know what I'm saying?
