suspicious was going on the officers asked the driver to roll down all the windows and questioned why they seemed to be avoiding the police car the guys explained they were delivering food and didn't want to block traffic which is why they pulled into a parking lot instead here all the windows on for me what's going on why you trying to dip out on me door Dash okay you're door dashing right here yeah I swear to God like this one I yeah the can I see the address you pull the urn real fast and pulled in here when a cop turns their lights on you're supposed to pull over right away all right you shouldn't be pulling to the back of a parking lot when someone turns their light no we understand that but we was coming here anyway so like instead of holding up traffic and stopping pull right here the customer request you you should still stop right away all right and you're not getting out of the car right now to deliver that okay the police asked for their IDs and started asking a lot of questions like where they lived if the car was theirs and what they were doing in town one of the guys said he was just visiting for the summer and going to college while this was happening someone on the phone with the guys told them they didn't need to show their IDs because it was just a traffic stop you got an ID on you it was sconsin license or no no do you live in Arkansas no I that's the where I Live Well yeah now but like I'm visiting here now you're visiting right now okay but he lived before you don't have a Wisconsin ID it's I stopped you you're going 49 and a 30 just so you know leave their phones in the car the guys were confused and didn't understand why they couldn't have their phones with them the police insisted saying they were investigating and the guys couldn't use their phones you have anything here you shouldn't have no sir cuz it smells like marijuana yeah you don't have any cuz it smells like it you sure don't want to tell me right now don't I don't okay let me see it's like nothing like three that's probably what this is your sister's car yeah this is okay you know if anyone smoked in it recently said she did probably before we is that sister on the big deal out of a traffic stop they felt it was unfair and that the police were treating treating them badly they kept asking why they were being treated like this and why they couldn't just talk to the officer who stopped them why you got my phone leave the phone in there why can't he have his phone his phone because I'm telling you you can't right now investigating something put your phone in there right now put your phone in there put your phone in there because I'm going to search the car for marijuana we're investigating something you're not allowed on the phone put it in there I'm not the police started to get more forceful telling him to turn around and not to resist this made the guys even more upset as they felt they were being treated wrongly yes I was to watch the guy in the trying to dip up on me I'm like this is where the order is at and I showed him the phone and he was like the reason why I'm pulling you over because you was doing 49 and 30 something I wasn't even going that fast to be honest I didn't feel like I was going 49 i l just that's why I turned into here like I just turned in was trying to deliver the food and then do you have your driver's license with you no this officer is going to take your name from you though I have you seen my you got it already he's got your ID already he's seen everything got it that's what I'm saying like trying to deliver the food I know the reason why there's so many of us is cuz some of us are training should be there's a lot of I'm like there's still people pulling up it's like 1 2 3 it's like six of y'all I just told him to leave we just trying to get him they fol I don't even know what house it is anymore all right well we'll get it figured out here you come back and just stand over here for me during all this the police found a small bag of drugs in one of their bags they arrested the guy who owned the bag the other two were detained but not for anything serious throughout the incident the officer's Behavior was seen as rough and unfair the way they handled the situation seemed wrong especially when they arrested one of the guys just for having his phone you know it's m you know it's m you know it's m it's my bag you know it's m this wasn't in the bag it's cool though it's mine you're claiming this no I'm saying it's mine huh exactly that's how dumb you sound what his dumb he the way the police police acted during the whole thing was not okay they were too rough and treated the people badly from arresting them forcefully to being very rude turning our attention to another impactful case and the events that shaped his Fate on August 20th 2020 in the small town of somville a tense situation unfolded between a resident 42-year-old Timmy miles and corpal Robert Barrow of the somville police department Corporal Barrow nearing the end of a Narcotics investigation stopped Timmy because he believed Timmy had just picked up a package of Narcotics from his porch before we the assumption that Timmy had picked up narcotics however a major error was soon uncovered the package supposedly containing drugs was still on Timmy's porch thought it was going to 300 but we it's still there got to confirm yeah we have to make sure if we not we don't have anything see if he's up on one 16 17 some 125 125 clear no report 16 1777 there lost sight of the box and this car left he stopped it he didn't want to get out we had to extract him it's not there y on uh we got SN uh Lookers the [ __ ] going on I'm 42 years old people getting killed oh step out the vehicle that's not the way to H people man in his frustration and pain Timmy voiced concerns about how this incident would appear to his family fearing he would return to them with a black eye from the altercation for real one of Y Bo punch me in my it hurt I got to go back into my my children and my grand at home and they going I'm going have black ey because y'all mother what a black C there anybody get it huh anybody it's not he stressed that he had not permitted any search of his vehicle for and run the car um once that if there's um you don't on and then here's the thing with ain't nothing on me if y'all ran my not have a search warrant but they still called in a K9 unit to search Timmy's car the search turned up [Music] nothing yeah no thing no that way you won't miss our next video where we share more cases like this ultimately the charges in Al placed against Timmy possession with intent to distribute and disobeying a lawful order were dismissed due to the lack of evidence and the mishandling of the situation by the police as for Corporal Barrow his actions during the stop cost him his job he was removed from the force and faced charges of third degree assault and battery after discussing this case let's talk about another last shocking case with its twists and turns One Night in Las Vegas amand ortis was just walking down on the street when a police officer spotted her he thought she was littering and loitering so he called her over things quickly escalated the officer pulled out his taser and told Amanda to put her hands behind her back as Amanda tried to comply the officer became more aggressive threatening to throw her to the ground if she didn't listen H come on over hey what come over here get on put your head back what you I got taser out put your hand behind your back behind your back put your palms together how am I supposed to put my Palms together if you got my hand that's it all right that's it I'm going to dump you on the floor in a minute hell you dig your talking too Amanda was confused and scared she asked the officer why he was being so rough and told him to take his hands off her neck the officer didn't listen and instead told her to get on her stomach Amanda refused telling the officer to just take her to jail if that was what he wanted because he was making a big scene for no reason who you talking to who you talking to talking to me get on your stomach on your stomach help heading up you finished on the ground you finished the situation got even worse the officer started using bad words and telling Amanda to shut up Amanda was trying to understand what was happening but the officer kept shouting orders during all this Amanda kept telling the officer that he was being recorded and that he was treating her badly for no reason dir1 I don't care cuz there's a camera right down on the hot you fin record you finish fighting me me are you finished or no yeah stand here shut up understand me oh no I heard you don't move 468 one time D Martin south of Tropicana but the officer didn't listen he found a small bag in Amanda's pocket and started accusing her of having more stuff Amanda was frustrated and kept saying that the officer was making a big mistake what else you want to do tough guy go ahead and take me a jet I all I want you to do you got it what do you got here that's fine don't T my bre B what the ever pull complaint against the officer the cop was eventually fired and faced a year in prison plus a $100,000 fine the way he treated Amanda was completely wrong we at the end of our video today where we
