22 got her come back here what are you doing on October 26th 2023 an officer on patrol noticed a car crash into another vehicle and then speed away he pursued it and activated his emergency lights but the suspect vehicle fled at a very high speed after a brief chase the officer was able to track down the vehicle in a parking lot here's what happened next I don't think so it's just a rear end happened right in front of me but this other car took off out of here what are you doing got huh got to go school you what I got to go school real quick School my kids yeah this is not school I cuz I was trying to park somewhere I didn't want to be in front of everybody it was my fault I thought this would be better than so you take off down Veterans Parkway come up here yeah my fault and you going to school to pick up the kids here yeah I got to go get them can I run in and get them real no where what school they go to right here what school is it I'm not sure I'm not from um you're not no can you call and tell them to come down here no I'm not going to call them you got a a purse or wallet or anything no huh no I have nothing did you not see me right there behind you my lights on and stuff see I didn't see you no come have a seat right here and just so we're not getting rained on and stuff okay and I'll talk to you in here run and no we're not getting we're not getting kids anywhere come here have a seat right here I what are you [Applause] doing trying to take off on me after a brief chase the officer was able to catch the suspect running from me stop what are you doing the officer told his colleague have right here figure this [Applause] out get all yeah I don't know probably let me in the hold on you got insurance in the car there should be a go car can we get in there and look yeah all right hold on got the keys I got the keys somewhere she had them in her hand so I did something with them I don't know where they went off off hand up here so he must not no I guess not I D I was right behind her and she's or I was in the next Lane over she slide just rammed in the back of the car over there and I'm trying I moved around to get behind him as I get behind her she just out and speeds off down vet so it comes in here Parks right here so she's going into the school to pick up some kids school yeah uh no yeah I know well I went by there was two cars at the intersection but I was on the wrong spot I couldn't figure out where I needed to go and when I went back there was nothing there okay were they in the turn lane yeah they he was in the left I was in the lane going straight he was in like the left turn lane I think or maybe the I thought he's in the left turn lane but maybe I went in there to get around it I don't know could have been like there was a red Camry sitting there that might be what it was a red Camry it was probably something like that there red Cam in there but as I went back up that way the car was coming back okay coming southbound maybe pulled off somewhere but I'm sure he'll call or something later I'll keep an eye out I I'll have to go back I'll go back and look at my video and and I'll get the plate and all that I I can I can track him down later I just have time to do all that I can't find anything in my system with Sheila Johnson okay there's no DMV records of Sheila Johnson I haven't got my license where's your license I haven't got it I haven't got nothing yet and you're 50 you've never gotten a license so you've been driving your whole life with no ID I really don't drive how do you get a job I do under the table okay so they have any records of you I don't know they know my name but they P me under the table and our baby said to make money about a PO I do so what school did you have to get kids from uh the primary school but I'm not sure which one I'm only been here three months only been where three months BL okay but you got out of your car and you said you got to walk into the school here and get your kids yeah I was told the primary is over that way the primary is over this way okay so there's no kids in here that you need to get no May it's a primary school whose kids are you getting might the ones that babysit who do you babysit we miss Larson so so they're not your grandkids or anything no what time school get out about 3 okay and you pick them up every day after school my Friday nothing ever been in trouble and you never gotten an ID card nope huh you got a traffic ticket anywhere nope never no not since you're 16 or 15 or 14 yep that was minor but I've never got my license on my mom wouldn't let me get nothing who's your mom Dorothy Dorothy she live in town shortly after the officers found out that the female was lying about her name and also had a warrant issued in her name all right Sheila well I know why you're lying to me now cuz you got a warrant and you're suspended for driving so that's why you're lying to me right I go okay well you did I asked if you go by any other names and you said no you should have told me that and you gave me the wrong birthday and then war and you got the war yeah got some more too so might hold her on that so but as far as mine goes I just a suspended ticket and then the redu speed yeah leaving the scene y um obstructing obstructing ID and uh Insurance resisting go and help [Applause] out so you're probably going to go to Poria okay they to get me yeah probably I got to run out and grab something out my car is she good right here all right I can't do much what am I going to do you be amazed I don't want to know I don't want to know I don't some people do do that's crazy there's nothing you can do what what can we possibly go I mean seriously it's not that and I'll stay in there until I go to court is that how that works you know but there's no cash Bell I'm confused now no no no the warrants the warrants were issued before the cash bail thing went to effect so you've had the warrants for a while so the warrants have a the warrants have a cash spond because they were before the new law oh so those still are in effect I think the female was charged with resisting arrest obstructing
