on January 6 2023 Chambly police officers were called to remove a person who refused to leave the house in Atlanta Georgia the suspect hadn't established sufficient routes such as receiving mail at the property and had a different address on his driver's license he was asked to leave but refused you've been here recently last time I was here was September in the bathroom Mr Huff what's going on we talked back in September remember he's in his back bedroom back here so what's going on so why so why are we why are we putting him out why is he being insulated from my understanding he doesn't live here okay that's not a reason because he does live here he's lived here on and off just like you said you lived heroin off I'm not you know when I come I come to hell okay that's that's neither here nor there I'm asking you why are we putting him out if you don't want to put him out then don't put him out but then why do you why do you get both because it came to the door and said I've been in that bathroom but I have stayed in the bathroom too long so and I'm happy to knock on the door okay it being officer saying you're not making he wants you to leave so but here's but here's the other problem that we're dealing with we had the same thing I had the same thing back in September because I've dealt with the same situation same September we want him to leave but yet he keeps getting invited back this isn't you know this isn't a yo-yo that's what I'm saying I'm looking crazy because I'm speaking on his behalf and I'm coming off as if I'm done no no we're just trying to figure out exactly like what's correct right the he doesn't live here that's not a reason for him I would have thought that would be the reason if well yes well but he does live here or he has lived here just like you said you've lived here everybody that I know here that I come in contact with is in and out of here constantly because he has a big heart as well tonight that's that's well that's not our problem and that's his problem and he's gonna have to stop letting people come and stay here so if he doesn't want problems absolutely put away is that impossible morning it's not possible he's gonna have to get it's a very good question evicted more than likely percent oh he must put that he don't live here he sounds that he's staying he'll come on his own without being invited and then next thing you know stuff is missing and they say no he's doing drugs anything you know I put him out and someone else put him out yes but he don't live in WoW and I found the fact he should have been like at rehabilities all right we're not gonna do that right now I'm gonna he lives like I said I mean he's been here three weeks three months three days I mean but then you look at the history and like I said it's history he's always here correct what's the address on his ID I don't even remember I just looked and I was like oh that's when I arrest him 81 radio no what address are you okay what address is on Mr Huff's ID entity tonight that's a wallet well he's been here before we've dealt with him before I don't know if he lived here you get mail here Mr Huff you get mail here I didn't
