uh the driver side window on November 19th 2022 a Flagler County Deputy pulled over a vehicle with front windows tinted that seemed too dark he noticed that the couple were agitated the deputy asked the driver if she had a valid driver's license to which the driver replied I don't think so it leads to a dog sniff in a car search hello hi my name is Stephanie Magnuson with Flagler County Sheriff's a third offense of driving while license suspended possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Fentanyl a passenger was charged with maintaining a public nuisance permitting an unauthorized person to drive possession of drug paraphernalia equipment and possession of Fentanyl a full circle he's got a um thank you
