What are you talking about? Stop talking to me. I slap you right now. Right now. >> I'LL BE IN JAIL RIGHT NOW. STOP TALKING TO ME. I WILL SMACK YOU RIGHT NOW. >> STOP TALKING TO ME. >> I didn't have no choice but get the off. >> Certain teen employees believe being young is an excuse for a bad attitude and zero effort in their workplaces. But what happens when they're handed termination papers instead of another warning? Why me? WHY ME? STOP TOUCHING ME. STOP TOUCHING ME. I'm not the one that called y'all. They fired me off something stupid. You've seen me off the job. >> Everybody out. I'm not telling you what you're being charged with. Okay. Simple battery. >> Here are the times entitled teen employees lost it after getting fired. Starting with this ex Culver's employee who thought arguing with every cop on scene would magically get her back on the job. >> You want go? >> Right. Right. She's trespassed. Right. >> Can you get your paperwork out? >> Let's go. Come on. >> I need your ID to do the trespass. You're about to go and cuff. This is your last chance. >> Actually, actually, I need your last chance. Can you have a chance? >> Was it worth it? >> I gave you multiple chances to leave. >> Keep your head down. >> On February the 1st, 2025, officers were called to a Culver's after a teen employee was told to leave the restaurant after being sacked. Instead of simply walking away, she decided to challenge every single instruction [music] the staff gave her. Although she wanted to be a tough one, her refusal to cooperate would quickly turn her already bad day into a much worse one. >> It's enough. That's enough. Get out. It's not illegal to speak freedom of speech. >> No, you are trespassing. Get out. Get out. You are trespassing. >> Trespass now. Go ahead AND PUT YOUR PAPERWORK OUT. TRESPASSING. >> You want Go ahead. Right. Right. She's trespassed. Right. >> Can you GET YOUR PAPERWORK OUT? >> CAN YOU GET YOUR PAPERWORK OUT? >> Can you get your paperwork out? >> Are you going to sign it? >> Yeah. I got you. Let me get your ID. I got you. Go. Let me get your ID. >> I got you. Get your ID. It's in the car. I got you. >> Go get it. >> No, I have to get the paperwork. >> I can't do it without your ID. >> How do I know? >> I can't do it without your ID. >> I don't know that. >> I don't have your ID. >> Believe you. Are you going to go and get your ID? >> Are you going to get your ID so I CAN TRESPASS? >> I DON'T KNOW. WAIT, BUT cuz if we're here and we're talking about trespassing, can we also talk about how he touching kids? >> No. >> Oh, we can't? >> No, >> we can't talk about how he touches minor. We're not allowed to talk about that. >> Are you refusing to be trespassed? >> No, I'm not. >> Then you need to get your ID. >> That's not true. >> It was painfully [music] obvious that this entitled teen didn't understand why she was being asked to leave the property. Despite the officer's clear attempts to go easy on the disgruntled employee, the team seemed to take that leniency for granted and pushed her luck in the worst way possible. >> I need your ID to do the trespass. You're about to go in cuffs. >> I'm going to ask you again. Are you refusing to leave? >> No. >> Then leave. >> Okay. >> You first. I feel >> I'll walk behind you. >> Are you refusing your last chance? I feel comfortable. This is your last chance. >> Actually, I'm actually I would need your last chance. Can you have a female here? >> Can you have your last officer down come here? >> Are you refusing to leave? >> Are you refusing to send a female officer? >> Are you refusing to leave? >> Are you refusing to send a female officer? Bro, back up, bro. Back, bro. Back up. >> 235. Step it up. One resisting. >> Go ahead. I don't care. Give me your arm now. Taser. Taser. Taser. TASER. >> Turn around. >> That's illegal. Give me YOUR ARM NOW. >> YEAH, I thought so. >> 291. >> Now you're arrested for resisting arrest. Trespass after warning. >> After a meltdown absolutely no one was prepared for, officers finally had the teen in handcuffs. But unfortunately, the cuffs only seem to work on her hands and not on her mouth. >> Was it worth it? >> I gave you multiple chances to leave. >> Keep your head down. >> SHUT UP. I FEEL like slime. >> You can breathe. You're doing all that talking. Knock it off. >> Get off. Get off. Please on the ground. What else do you want? >> Get off. Please. >> He punched me like >> the other units down. >> Let's go 51. Please get off. Get off. Please. You had me on the ground. What else do you want? Get off. Please stop. >> He punched me like six times. Get off of me. >> Please. >> Please. We got her. >> Give me my >> I got her. >> Give me my >> WE GOT YOUR PHONE. MY KEY. >> STOP. Stop resisting. >> I'M NOT even trying to resist anymore. What the >> I WANT A FEMALE OFFICER WITH ME AT ALL TIME. >> GET OFF. [screaming] OKAY, I'LL GET IN. GET IN. >> Headquarters unit 33. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> We'll put your paperwork here. >> Okay. I'm put up front for him. >> Okay. I want my supervisor. I DON'T WANT TO RIDE WITH A MALE COP ALONE. I DON'T WANT TO RIDE WITH MALE COPS ALONE. I SAID THAT. I DON'T WANT TO RIDE WITH MALE COPS ALONE. Just hold it for a few more minutes. >> I do not want to RIDE WITH A MALE COP ALONE. >> I don't want to ride with you alone. It's a female officer. >> I don't care. >> So get me a female officer in car. >> I don't care. >> I feel scared. >> 235 clear 33. >> Give me a female officer now. >> Never. [snorts] If you don't put a female off, I swear to God. >> Okay. >> In the end, the teen's refusal to follow one simple [music] lawful command earned her a dramatic arrest and a charge for trespassing after warning. While that employee was a total nutcase, nothing compared to this 18-year-old nurse's aid who believed screaming through her termination would undo the decision. >> You got to go. >> I really don't care. YOU'RE TRYING TO SAY SOMETHING TO ME AND SHE'S BONE AS and I make you weak as stop playing with me FOR REAL, DOG. >> OKAY, come here. >> Do it. Find out what happens. >> What you going to do? You going to put me in jail? >> You're going to put me in jail? You going to put me in jail? >> Get out. >> Call my boss. >> Go ahead. You're going to do it outside for real. >> Get out. On December the 1st, 2023, officers in Ohio were called to a local healthcare facility after reports of a disturbance [music] between two nurse aids. The two employees had gotten into a heated argument over patient care responsibilities and [music] shared duties. An argument that quickly turned into a dramatic breakdown of order. >> Get out of here. You got PIECE OF TRASH. GET OUT of here. WE DON'T WE DON'T WANT YOUR KIND. >> YOU FOUND THE RIGHT ONE. >> I GOT THE RIGHT ONE. BUT LOOK AT YOUR FACE. >> OKAY, THAT'S >> LOOK AT YOUR FACE. YOU'RE BLEEDING. >> LOOK AT YOUR FACE. >> Look at your face. >> Look at your face. >> You got the car. You got beat. >> You had THE RIGHT >> your kids. That's why I spit on you. >> 4.0. [screaming] >> Haha. Want to beat my small. Is you dumb? >> Is you dumb? >> You mad. >> It's up to your supervisor. They want you back. >> I'm going to call my boss. >> First of all, you can shut the up talking to me. >> Have a nice day. That you two. I really need a chance. At first, the situation appeared to be nothing more than a routine escort off the property. But it didn't take long for the officers to realize that their assumption was way off the mark. The young one was a psycho. And it was only a matter of time before she exploded. >> Get off the property. >> GET OFF THE PROPERTY. >> I DON'T CARE. I don't. >> We got to go. >> I really don't care. YOU'RE TRYING TO SAY SOMETHING TO ME. AND SHE'S talking about talking to me. I [ __ ] you right now. Right now. out of here. >> Have a nice be IN JAIL RIGHT NOW. >> I WILL BE IN JAIL RIGHT NOW. [laughter] STOP TALKING TO ME. I WILL SMACK YOU RIGHT NOW. >> GO. >> Stop talking to me. >> Get off the premises. >> STOP TALKING TO ME. >> GET OFF THE PREMISES. >> NO, I should call myself. >> Get off the premises. >> Stop talking to me. YOU CAN'T EVEN COME OUT HERE TO ASK ME ALL TYPE OF QUESTIONS AND SHE'S GROWING THE SHE TALKING TO ME ABOUT NOTHING. YOU COPY. Stop playing with me for real, dog. Like, what? I will really Oh, we I will really go to jail. LEAVE ME ALONE. >> LEAVE ME ALONE. NO. NO. I don't care. You're not going to do to me. I will smack the door. >> Please do. >> Okay. Come here. >> Come here. >> Do it. Find out what happens. >> What you going to do? You going to PUT ME IN JAIL? YOU GOING TO PUT ME IN JAIL? YOU GOING to put me in jail? >> I WILL END RIGHT BACK OUT. I STOPPED PLAYING WEAK. >> Get off. Get out of the building. GET OUT OF THE BUILDING. GET OUT OF THE BUILDING. GET OUT. Get out of the building. You're being trespassed. Get out of the building. You >> can't trespass me. >> Seven up. >> Get out. >> You can't trespass me. Sorry. Sorry. >> Get out. >> Call the boss. >> Go ahead. You're going to do it out there. >> Talking to me for real. >> Get out. >> She called somebody and she was putting in her camera. So my I didn't say nothing. I didn't say nothing. So she decides to run up on me. My job she's grown. I'm only 18. So if she decides to run up on me, so y'all know if if Stop touching me. So if she run up on me, I don't have no choice BUT GET THE OFF. >> Even with the officers giving her a clear opportunity to walk out and avoid any further trouble, the employee [music] refused to cooperate. >> You're telling this face. >> You have to get off the property. Stop talking to me. Like for real, shut up. If you're not going to pull me in handcuffs and just take me to jail, shut the stop talking to me for real. >> Get off the property. >> Get off the property. >> Stop talking to me. >> I'll get We'll start. >> Gotcha. Give this officer your first and last name. >> No, I'm not giving him. >> You have to. >> I'm not. >> I'm not. >> You're required to. >> I'm not. >> Yes, you are. >> I'm not. And if I don't, >> you'll be arrested for more charges. >> It's not no It's not no more charges. What are my charges? Disorderly conduct fighting. >> My charges. >> Disorderly conduct fighting. >> Okay. Well, I'm not. No, I'm not giving. >> That's fine. We'll just put her We'll just put you in the cruiser. Go and stand up. >> It's going to be good. Go stand up, please. >> Stand up. Come on. Don't touch me. >> Stand up. >> Stand up. >> Stop resisting. You're under arrest. Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Don't touch me. >> Stop resisting. >> Stop resisting. >> Don't touch me. GET THE OFF OF ME. >> GET OFF OF ME. [screaming] >> GET THE OFF of >> Get off of me. GET THE OFF ME. GET OFF OF ME. STOP. >> GET the stop, >> man. Stop. >> Get the OFF OF ME. >> YOU'RE UNDER arrest for this conduct. Give me your hand. Stop. >> You didn't have to. You didn't have to make it this far. >> Shut up. >> I'm not being very nice. Get me up. Yes, >> I'm going to jail. >> It was clear that this young woman would do just about anything except follow lawful commands. That is what the officers didn't realize yet was that her entitlement went far deeper than [music] simple defiance. >> Cops are too tight. >> Going to kick the car for. It's not very nice. >> Give me my phone. Give me my phone. >> Just get in the car. >> Stop resisting. You're not getting >> y'all should train more. >> Yeah. Well, >> I noticed that, too. Y'all should really train more because I'm too strong for this. >> Untighten these cuffs because they're too tight. >> Okay, you can untighten them because they're tight. >> What you doing? >> Looking you up with your last name. [laughter] >> You want You want to sit in jail? >> Oh my god. in jail already. >> You don't get a bond if you don't give me your name. >> Yes, I am. >> No. >> No. Yes, I am. You can't do that. >> Yes, I can. >> No, you can't. >> Yes, I can. >> No, you can't. >> If I can't ID you, you don't get a bond. >> That's fine. You can just sit in jail then. Uh, you are being arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. >> Okay. and is being arrested for disorderly conduct. >> Uhhuh. >> She's going to come down and get her her charge or it's going to become a warrant. >> Okay. >> And we're heading back down to the station for booking and then >> you >> what? No, you'll be released [music] to to an adult or to yourself. >> I'm 18 years old. >> To yourself or to an adult? Yeah, I was going to say >> you are terminated and you're not to return to the premises as of right now. >> I got a hold of the job. >> Okay, that's fine. >> So, I got to go to court. >> Yep. It's a waiverable. Actually, no. This is not a waiverable citation. So, the other one will be You'll have to go to court. You have to go to >> Man, what? >> Watching the 18-year-old behave like a lunatic. Everyone questioning how she had been entrusted [music] with the responsibility of caring for patients in the first place. That's exactly why officers decided to speak with clinic staff, hoping to understand their thought process. >> What exactly went? I wasn't here for the bulk of this. >> Yeah. So, >> only for the exciting part, I guess. >> Came to my office and told me that she did the 9:00 check and changes. And since she did the 9:00 check and changes, she told the other girl, "Hey, you can take out the trash." And I said, "Well, that's fair, but I'm not their [music] nurse. I'm on the other wing." I said, "I'll call and let her know." and we just heard like verbal words being exchanged and I was like are they fighting? So we both ran, got up, went into the TV room to see what was going on but by this point they were locked together fighting. So we tried to break it up was unable to >> and kept trying and then they got apart for a little bit then escalated onto the floor. >> Yeah, it's in a passenger seat. >> So it escalated onto the floor. By that time they just start fighting again. It was >> perfect. We start fighting again. >> Persistent if anything. >> The officers then offered the teen one last opportunity to try and clarify her version of events. He was hopeful that her final narrative may aid in [music] tweaking her fate. >> So what happened in the break room though? >> What happened? Okay. So I ordered me some seafood. I was on the f I was on FaceTime with like a couple of my friends and we was talking about what we was going to do when we got off of work. >> Okay. >> Was sitting you know when y'all walked in, y'all seen that little stool. She was sitting right there. So she came plugged up her phone. >> When she got on the phone with somebody, she put me in her camera. I did not say nothing to her. >> Okay. >> So they all in the background like her peoples in the background like, "Oh, well, why you all arguing?" I said, "We not I'm not arguing with her. I said what I said. I'm not going to argue with you, you." >> Okay. >> So then after that, her people's like, "Oh, I bet you won't run up on her. I bet you won't run up on her." And she ran up on me. Thought she was tough. She ran up on me and she got that and that was that. >> And that's when you swung on her? >> Yes, that's when I swung on her because she swung on me first. >> Who separated that that incident? >> They did. They came. >> That was the first one. >> Yeah. >> Or the second one? >> They they was trying to break up the whole thing. >> So they broke it up and then and then you guys got separated. Then what happened? >> And then when we got separated, she spit on me. Once she spit on me, I took off on her again. >> Oh yeah. Did you spit on her? >> Yes. >> So you both spit on each other. Who spit first? >> She did. She spit on me first. And I grabbed her by her. Uh, she ran up on me. I punched her in her face. She fell to the floor and I got to punch in her some more. And then when she got up, I >> You got the scratches below your eye. >> Huh? >> Is that how you got those scratches below your eye? >> Yeah. Because she took her hand like this and her hand was in my mouth. >> Okay. >> And she would not let go of my mouth. So I bit So I bit her hand. >> Okay. >> And then that's when she grabbed onto my face. >> This was after the break room, right? >> Yeah. And then that's when I did my face like this. And then that's when um I did my face like that. I backed up and I punched her. She fell to the floor. >> Okay. >> But she thought that she was >> she throw any punches at you? Anything else besides the >> Yes. And I want to press charges because she hit me first and I >> Well, you're you're all you're you're both getting charged. So cool. >> I'm still pressing charges against her. >> You can Okay. But again, you're you're both getting charged. But I will tell you if you would have swung on me, that's a felony. You would have been you would have been in jail until court. Patine was ultimately charged with resisting arrest and disorderly [music] conduct. In court, she initially pleaded not guilty to both charges, but later changed [music] her plea to no contest. The judge sentenced her to 90 days in jail with all 90 days suspended, along with a $750 fine for resisting [music] arrest. Not everyone takes termination quietly. This recently fired employee thought she had every right to stay on work premises. Knock it off. >> SOMEBODY RECORD. >> SOMEBODY RECORD. I didn't do nothing. If I wanted to spit, I hustle you. >> If I wanted to spit, I hust on you. >> No, I CAN'T BE CHARGED WITH ANYTHING. Are y'all kidding me? >> On July the 8th, 2023, what should have been a normal night at Dave Busters turned into pure chaos after a recently fired teen employee refused to leave the premises. When officers finally arrived on scene, it was clear that they'd have to handle the employee the hard way. >> You guys call us. Someone needs a call. >> Where's he at? >> You back here. Do >> you guys want anything done with her or >> do you want anything done with her or no? >> I want to never be allowed in this building ever again. Hold up. >> Hey, slow down. Hey, knock it off. STOP ME. [ __ ] [screaming] WHY YOU TOUCHING ME? WHY YOU TOUCHING ME? WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING ME? >> STOP TOUCHING ME. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. Why are you touching me? >> I GOT THIS. >> WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING ME? I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> I didn't do anything. >> TURN AROUND. >> I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. YOUR REGRETS. >> FOR WHAT? >> FOR WHAT? >> THREW CHEER AT SOMEBODY. >> I DIDN'T THROW CHEER at nobody. >> No, I did not. >> Get this one. >> I didn't do anything. >> You're lying. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> STOP. I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING. I WALKED OFF the premises. I didn't do anything. Stop it. >> Stop. I didn't do nothing. Why you chasing me? The team maintained her innocence throughout, even as the consequences began to organize themselves around her. Unfortunately for her, the officer's patience was running out just about as fast as her excuses. >> Y'all taking me? I didn't do anything. >> Oh, you got my hand on YOUR >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> WHY Y'ALL TAKING ME? I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. AIN'T NO STOP. YOU [ __ ] [ __ ] WITH ME. >> I DIDN'T do anything. >> All right, NOW I'M JUST SPITTING MY >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> STOP. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> STOP. [screaming] I'M THE [ __ ] CAR. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING, Y'ALL. I WALKED INTO >> CAR. >> I DIDN'T THROW ANYTHING. >> LET ME GO. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> What are y'all BOTHERING ME FOR? >> WHAT ARE Y'ALL BOTHERING ME FOR? >> FOR NOTHING. I didn't do anything. >> I didn't do nothing. >> If you don't know me, the wall. >> I'm not doing anything. >> Get off with me. >> I didn't do anything. Y'all didn't see me do nothing. Get off of me. >> Nope. >> Come on, bro. Y'all ain't do Y'all DO NOTHING. >> OKAY. You okay? >> Yeah, I'm >> Get OFF OF ME. I DIDN'T do anything. You >> want to MAKE MONEY TO >> SOMEBODY SOMEBODY RECORD >> SOMEBODY RECORD. I [screaming] DIDN'T DO NOTHING. THEY'RE FOLLOWING ME TO THE MALL. >> THERE'S FIVE OF US RECORDING. OKAY. >> LEAVE ME ALONE. I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. WHAT ARE Y'ALL FOLLOWING ME FOR? >> WHAT ARE YOU following me for? >> BRING THE CAR UP HERE. AMANDA, >> BRING IT CLOSER. >> LET ME GO. >> THAT'S NOT HAPPENING. SO, JUST STOP. >> I didn't do anything. WHAT ARE Y'ALL STOPPING ME FOR? GET OFF my knee. We just told you. >> GET OFF MY KNEE. >> GET OFF my knee, bro. >> MY KNEE IS BAD. GET OFF MY KNEE, >> MAN. YOU NEED TO RELAX. >> I didn't do nothing. [laughter] I relax. >> You're under arrest for multiple charges. >> I do not kick him. I DIDN'T DO NOT KICK HIM. >> I didn't kick him. DON'T LOOK LIKE I KICKED HIM. YOU WOULD HAVE SAID I WOULD have kicked him. Goofy. >> That's fine. That's another charge. Keep going. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> I DIDN'T DO NOTHING. WHAT ARE Y'ALL taking me for? >> Y'all nuts, bro. I didn't do nothing. Back off. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. >> What are THEY TAKING ME FOR? >> With shouting proving less effective than hoped, the teen explored an alternative angle, desperately fishing for sympathy. That brief change of attitude was shortlived. >> I'VE BEEN ASKING THE SAME QUESTION. I WALKED. >> OKAY. YOU WANT TO LISTEN? >> I WALKED FROM THE JOB that fired me for nothing. >> You're under arrest for throwing a chair. >> I didn't throw a chair at nobody. >> Under arrest for resisting arrest for batterying on officer land. I didn't touch him. >> Have a seat. Have a seat. >> I didn't touch him. >> Put your legs in the car. >> I didn't touch him. >> We're not doing this. >> HOW CAN I TOUCH HIM WITH MY HANDS CUFFED? >> I CAN'T TOUCH WITH MY HANDS CUFFED. >> Put your knee in the car. >> I can't touch him with his hands. >> We're not doing this. >> Really? >> Put your leg in the vehicle. >> I didn't touch him. >> Sit. Do not >> like an adult. Are you kidding me? >> I didn't touch him. >> Okay, then we'll >> My hands are cuffed. >> Put your leg in the vehicle. >> Put your leg in this car. >> Did I touch you? Pull your leg in this car. >> Did I touch you? >> Well, you're keep your leg. >> Did I touch you? >> Did I touch you? >> No. No. >> Did I touch you? >> I You knew I didn't touch you. >> You got leg shackles in your spot? >> Yeah. >> You didn't touch me. >> Hey, you're going either way. Okay. >> I'm I didn't do anything. >> Right. So, this could be a misdemeanor right now, right? >> It's not cuz I didn't do anything. >> Okay, fine. Then if you didn't say anything, we remove the cameras when you get out of here. Okay. But you got to park. You got to You got to work. >> Exactly. Right. Exactly. Right. Cuz I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. >> While officers struggled to contain the woman, others went back [music] inside to speak with staff and piece together what actually happened. >> Uh I told her, "You need to leave the building. I'm not leaving." >> So she made a scene and then refused to leave. Ma'am, are you good? Do you need an answer or anything? >> Okay. >> So she was running around here trying to get her stuff and we're following around. She's screaming out front in front of everybody else like you need to get out of the building. So she stopped the scene basically. >> So then she finally went out the back door, but then she realized she forgot something. Then she tried pushing us all the way. Now at some point she threw something. She threw the chair at her. But chair >> I was trying to stop her though. >> Do you have any injuries on you? >> Do you have somebody back there? >> There's somebody back. >> Let me um give you this. Let me go get I'm going to get a I'm going to get a phone. I'm going to take pictures of that. Okay. >> Um >> I didn't do anything. I put your hand behind your back now. I'm I'm walking from a job that just fired me and you exactly slip out. >> I'm walking from a job that just fired me. You see it? Can you please call or please? >> Are you the owner of >> a lock right now? >> Yeah. >> Manager. >> I don't have anything. I'm a woman. >> A black woman, which is why they're doing it. A BLACK WOMAN, WHICH IS WHY THEY'RE DOING IT. I DIDN'T TOUCH THEM. THEY TALK ABOUT TOUCHING THEM. I didn't do anything. I'm cuffed. Are you trying to take this off? You see my hand, don't you? >> Exactly. You know, bro, >> it's too thick at the bottom. >> You know, bro, >> I went through it. >> Okay, let's go. >> Come on. Have a seat. >> Have a seat. >> You know, you see it. >> Have a seat. >> Ma'am, you're going to the police station and this work with me. >> All right. So, >> now you need me. >> She We basically had to blockade the door. Okay. >> We were all blocking the door. She was trying to push her way through us >> back in like these east side doors. >> Right back. >> Okay. So she uh crosses the try and fire. She crosses the scene says she's not leaving. Goes out the door. She gets out and tries to come back in. She kind of pushes right there. >> Yeah. He said no. >> Okay. >> And then she refused to leave. >> Yes. >> Okay. And then when did she throw the chair at you? >> Okay. So the first time >> Yeah. >> How did she do it? Did she just take the chair? >> She was throwing everything. She was grabbing stuff and throwing random stuff over. >> Yeah. Chairs. What else is she throwing? You want to go over here? Show me what you chair. Loading the self-proclaimed employee of the month into the patrol car was a feat in itself. But officers couldn't celebrate just yet because the patrol car did little to contain the extent of her entitlement. >> Y'all not listening. >> No, you're going to listen to me. >> You're not listening. >> You're going to listen to me. >> I didn't throw a chair. >> Going to get in this car. >> Y'ALL GOING TO WATCH. We're going to put you in. Right. So, we watch the cameras. There's no chair. They're gone. >> Exactly. That's what I'm telling you. Why don't you take MY WORD? I'M NOT the one that called y'all. They fired me off something stupid. You've seen me off the job. Everybody, if I spit, I >> If I wanted to spit, I huck on your ass. If I wanted TO SPIT, I HUCK ON YOU. >> IF I wanted your feet in the vehicle, >> if I wanted to spit, I huck on her ass. >> If I wanted to spit, she'll go force you out. We just want you to come out. Either way, you're going to be here. >> Y'all forced me in. Force me out. I told you I didn't do anything. I'm walking to the mall. They fired me for no reason. Y'all Y'all acting as if I'm a criminal. Like I had a gun in Dave and Busters. That's how y'all treated me. I didn't do Y'all see me walking and y'all picked me up and threw me in a car. Like I'm a criminal. I didn't do >> you threw this red one. So she just grabbed it like tossed it at you. Okay. What's a uh what's good for you, MA'AM? >> AIN'T NO OKAY. IT'S NOT OKAY. THAT'S THE Y'ALL PROBLEM. It's not okay. You talking about talking about Okay. It's not okay. >> Y'all step out. We're not >> I'm not stepping out of this. Pull me out like y'all put me in. I told you I didn't do anything. Pull me out. Drag me like y'all put me in this like I'm a criminal. I didn't do anything. Y'all didn't see nothing on me. Y'all didn't find anything. Y'all got a call. Y'all goofy as Y'all got a call and y'all did all of that. You should feel goofy as I'm not doing [ __ ] Pull me out like y'all put me in. I'm not moving. >> I understand. Whatever happened out there that >> nothing happened. >> Hold on. Hold on. That's what I'm telling you. >> Whatever caused this, >> they got a call and they put cuffs on me as I'm walking by myself, unarmed, nothing on me into the mall. >> Okay. >> Handled me like I'm a criminal. I didn't do I don't have nothing on me. Okay. Well, let's >> You're not listening. You You You You want to hurry up and finish me like I'm done talking. I wasn't done talking. >> You can breathe better out here. >> I can breathe right here. I'm talking to you. So that means I can breathe, right? Got you. >> What the what the I didn't do nothing. I'm unarmed. Didn't do anything. But they pushed me in here like I did something. I got fired from the only job that I have. I have a right to be upset being fired for nothing. >> They let my drink smoke do in the parking lot, but I get fired. >> WORKERS DO THAT. >> YEAH, [screaming] y'all should do your job and check them. not pushing me in a car. >> They up, man. I'm not getting out of [ __ ] Pull me out like y'all pushed me in. >> We're going to come out here. We do that all in here. It's nice air conditioned. I got hot pockets. I got cocoa. >> I don't care about that. I want to go home. I got to find another job. You don't YOU GOT A JOB. >> YOU KNOW HOW YOU GO HOME? >> You don't understand it. >> You go in there and that's [music] how we start to go home. Okay. >> I'm not paying nothing. I didn't do nothing. I should not be here. You don't understand that. I didn't do anything. I'm not paying a bond. I'm not paying nothing. I don't have nothing. I don't have a job. >> I never say you had to pay a bond. >> No, I've never been here. What are you talking about? I've never been in jail. Y'all not understand. >> That will cost nothing. >> No, you're acting as if I'm a criminal. Like, I've been here, but I don't know this. >> No, I called you Faith. I never called you a criminal. >> Babe, you're not You weren't there. Like, I'm telling you, you weren't there. >> Where I am? Come out here where I am. Okay. >> Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. I didn't say >> it. Momentarily appeared as if the teen finally agreed to comply with instructions. What the officers didn't realize though was that she wasn't done acting out just yet. >> I don't want my other wrist to be this red and bruised. >> Okay. Okay. All right. How tight is it? Let me see. >> Tight enough that it hurts. >> Tight enough for me to ask you to loosen it. >> So, our policy right now is if we could fit a finger in there. It's >> Man, I took it off before. Can you please loosen? >> No, I can't. Okay, Faith. So, I'm going to read you your rights right now. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you [music] while you're being questioned. I just need a verbal yes or no. That's all. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. Do you want to talk to me about kind of like what happened today or anything like that? >> I figured at this point you know what happened or what they told you. So, >> right. I mean I So, I know what happened, but I'm asking if you want to talk about it. >> You tell me what you thought happened. I don't know what I thought happened. I could see what happened on the videos. >> Tell me, please what you seen and then then then I can I can vouch for myself. >> Okay. >> No, you tell me first. Go ahead. Cuz I I really want to know what they told you and what you seen. >> Okay. So, from what I know and from what I saw on the cameras, you had a conversation in the back like the back I don't know Dave and Busters or something like that. >> Okay. Um, I don't know what the conversation was over because there's no audio, but I was told that you were being terminated for I don't know what reason. Okay. Um, you got upset. You stormed out of there. You went like into the main area. >> Grab my bag in the front from the closet where I always keep my stuff. Yeah. >> Okay. And then you turned around and went back in there, right? >> Yeah. I went out the back door where I always go. >> Okay. >> That's where go >> somewhere. And that's that's fine. somewhere in that uh you you pushed like a chair. I don't think you really threw a chair, but you pushed a chair. It hit a lady's knee. She got kind of cut off and then uh you there was some kind of argument that took place like in the back by the garbage area outside my phone. They wouldn't get my phone. >> It looked like someone went back and got your stuff for you. Handed it to you through the door >> and then you walked over to Von Mau. >> Yeah, I was trying to catch the bus home. >> Okay. >> I didn't have a car. Okay. Okay. >> That was the only job I had. >> And when officers tried to talk to you, there was there was an officer. >> I didn't understand what the heck they was. They didn't have no no right to stop me from walking into the mall >> because I supposedly like you said >> pushed a chair. I didn't throw a chair at anybody, but that's what they said that happened. But you seen for yourself that's not what happened, right? >> Okay. What did you see? Did you see me pick up a chair physically and throw it? >> I just told you I didn't see that. >> Okay. [laughter] That's what I'm asking you. So, you said there was another chair thrown. >> That's why I'm having a conversation with you. >> I'm I'm trying to understand what you're saying, though. You said there was another chair thrown, but it wasn't by me. >> Like, when you Yeah. When you rounded the corner, there was a chair that got like pushed down to the ground. >> There wasn't a chair thrown by me. >> She was sitting right there as I pushed the chair out the way going out going out the door. Man, come on. I didn't anybody. >> But you pushing that chair and the chair hitting her, whether it was on purpose or not, that's that's why officers stopped to try to TALK TO YOU. NO, I CAN'T BE CHARGED WITH ANYTHING. ARE Y'ALL KIDDING ME? >> You are okay. I'm telling you what you're being charged with. Okay. >> Simple battery. >> I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. I CANNOT BE CHARGED WITH ANYTHING. I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. YOU seen the video. >> I I saw I saw you. >> I CANNOT BE CHARGED WITH NOTHING. >> I SAW YOU KICK an officer, too, when they had you up against the wall. >> I DIDN'T KICK ANYBODY. >> YES, YOU DID. YOU YES. Your your leg came back and it IT >> I WAS TRYING TO SIT OUTSIDE THE CAR. I DIDN'T [laughter] MIND. IT'S OKAY. I know how I move. I'mma get out of it. You don't got to say nothing else. Do what you need to do so I get the That's it. >> That's fair. Okay. >> Yep. >> Do you need any more water or anything like that? >> I need to need you to DO YOUR JOB SO I get the off. >> That's >> That's it. >> That's fine. >> In the end, the teen was charged with resisting arrest, battery, and aggravated battery on a police officer. From one well-deserved termination to the next, this fire team thought refusing to leave her workplace would get her back on the job. >> She wants you to leave right now. Are is it worth going to jail over this right now? Cuz you're about to go to jail. >> Get off me. >> Turn over. >> Don't touch me. >> Okay. If you >> don't on the ground, >> I don't give a mama. I'm about TO CALL MY DAD. I WANT TO TALK TO MY DAD. On December the 2nd, 2023, [music] at a get-go on Center Road in Solen, Ohio, a gas station manager called police about an employee who was refusing to leave the property. Officers arrived on the site [music] expecting a quick cooperative resolution, but instead found themselves in the middle of a termination that hadn't exactly been accepted gracefully. >> Hi, how are you? >> You work here? >> Yes. >> Someone call the police? >> Yeah. >> There's no one there. What's up, man? her. >> Yes, >> she won't let what's what's going on. >> Came in today and she's the person that's supposed to be with me right now helping me out. >> Okay. >> I had four, probably three of them walk out cuz she just makes it more difficult for them to ask me. One guy came in, he had his ID, older gentleman >> and he had us turn around for a scan and scanning it. She kept saying, "Give me my hand." He just kept asking, "We just can't scan, you know, stuff like that." >> So I told her she could just, you know, go home cuz Let's go and pull off for the night. >> Yeah. >> I'm sorry. I can't hear you. I'm sorry. What' you say? >> I just met him today. Don didn't inform me that he was the manager. >> Okay. Is he in charge though? >> Don didn't tell me that. >> I mean I mean are are you guys >> I just met him today. >> You guys the only two people here and he's he's >> call my manager. >> That That's You want to call him? >> This is my break. >> Okay. Well, just we'll just stay over. We can hang out back here. That's fine. >> She's been extremely disrespectful. I was like I tell her just go home. Call your ride. Whatever. Just go home. come back tomorrow. She's been in my league. So, >> is this her first day? >> This first day with me at least. I know I've heard from a other manager that she could be a pain. >> Are you like technically like the manager like right now? >> Manager in charge right now, but I sub for someone to help her out because they're under staff. >> Would you talk to your boss about this? >> No, [music] I could call her right now. >> I I mean, I would probably give your boss a heads up. That's fine. >> You know, if he's in charge and he's telling you to leave, >> I just met him today. I >> make a call tonight. Maybe one more day. >> That's fine. Yeah, go ahead. >> I didn't do anything. So, I >> I'm not saying you I'm not saying you did. That's >> I'm I'm trying to, you know, just resolve this situation. >> Okay. If my manager I don't know him. I don't even know his name. >> Okay, that's fine. That's fine. But I mean, like, >> give me one moment. How do we talk? I'm going to talk to Don. She didn't She when he came in today, she didn't give her stuff. Hi, Don. Hey. So, a customer came in and um I guess he got extended. You can pull the camera and see it too. But um he wasn't really getting smart or anything like that. But I had I was talking and this young man that came in today, he jumped in front of me. I don't know. He did that like two three times. So they jumped in front of me coming to my register and then he confronted me from the customer and I told him like you know how I am. I told him that I was on the phone. >> You said he's from another store, but I didn't know that. I didn't I didn't even know his like I heard you say his name, but I don't even know his name. It's my first day meeting him. Am I Am I correct or not? Initially, it sounded like nothing more than a simple misunderstanding between two employees until the manager finally explained exactly why he wanted this employee removed. >> What was she doing? She just she harder than it has to be. Like like is she making their day harder than it has to be? Like there's one older gentleman around 50 60. He has his ID cuz he's buying like cigarettes or something. And instead of just scanning the ID, she's just here like can I hold it in my hands? Can I hold it? He's like, you can't just scan it. It's right here in my hands. No, like just scan the card and just start back and forth and back and forth. And then she'll say like to another customer, she was at the it's the tickets complaining over it. She was like I'm done under her breath and I was about to start a fight with her. She started getting mad, you know? Like she was like, "What are you saying under your breath?" You know what I'm saying? And I'm like I already had to go through like three, four of those instances. I'm like, "Dude, like you're not fit for this guy. Like not right now. So just go home." I said, "Go home cuz I'm not dealing with it. You just She already had four people walk away. Those are one of them regulars. So like I'm not trying to have customers that come in on a regular basis not going to make it to one person, you know? >> I'm not not going to have that slide. I missed my first break. I don't know what's his issue, but he keeps jumping in front of me and jumping to my register and I told him I didn't like that cuz he doesn't say excuse me or anything. He just jumped in front of me and I told I went like this and I moved to the to the right side and I said I don't like that. And he did it again when he was sitting in here in the break. He took like two breaks already. I don't know. He just I don't know. He didn't even tell me he was the manager until after the issue the first issue when he jumped in front but he he wasn't out there. He jumped out there literally towards the end when the guy was helping out the lottery. So I come and I tell him like I'm confused cuz I didn't understand what they were like what was going on. I didn't even do anything. Then he tried to send me home and I told him I'm not going home unless Don tells me to cuz you're not my manager. I don't even know you. I just met yelled at me and then he was yelling over me when talking to the customers. When I told you that I'm taking sacrifices and I told you like you can't, you know, take sacrifices for other people. Like that's that's what I was talking about earlier today and I was talking about that with you yesterday. How many like how many times do I have to do that? Like I told you, if you're going to fire me, just fire me rather than you just me getting in trouble and getting coached for things that I didn't do. >> Yes. >> Hello, ma'am. This is Officer Clement with the Soul Police Department. Your your other employee here called us cuz I guess whatever issue they're having, he wanted what is it? I'm sorry. >> He wanted Shaquila to leave for the night. She didn't want to leave. So now we're here. Um >> yeah, just um just have her go ahead and leave for the day because they're obviously not going to work well. >> So why do I have to be the one to make that happen? >> I will have to meet with her in person. >> But if I'm here to play it how you playing, then that's the case. >> All right. We'll explain that to her and obviously, you know, you will have to talk to her at a later time. Okay. >> All right. You have a good rest of your night, ma'am. >> Um I'm not done. I need >> you. You can call her back in a few minutes, but at this point, you got to go. Okay. You have to leave for the night. She's going to contact you again. Maybe you guys can talk about it tomorrow. But she doesn't want you here either. She wants you to go. >> She didn't say that. >> She just she she just said that to me that she has to tell you to leave for the night. We're going to need you to go. Okay. >> Hello. Yeah. So, I have to leave and miss out on my money for a issue. He started I am getting me and you even had this. Well, we didn't have this money. Not only I was quiet, but why? If I'm going to be here by myself, why would I want to do that? You're supposed to know how to do this. he's doing. He wasn't. But as I stated to him on the floor, that's not proper protocol. Why are you yelling at me in front of customers and jumping in front of me? If that's the case, he should do like you. He called the police for it. And it wasn't even a big issue. It has something to do with the customer. And the customer wasn't even tripping for you. You can look on the camera. Heck, can we can we finish this conversation at a later date? He [music] wants you to go. She's saying you got to go. Let's just get our stuff and let's just go for the night, okay? Cuz this this isn't going to be solved right now. This is clearly going to take some time to to talk about and work through. So, we're going to need you to get your stuff and go. >> All right, Don. Um, am I not to retire? All right. >> We good now? >> I know you're upset, but you know, maybe you need to look work look for another job, find something else. You know, >> for a brief moment, it looked like the problem had solved itself. Both the teen and the officer seemed to see eye to eye. But as it turned out, the girl wasn't about to let this end quietly. At least not when she was losing her job. >> You don't have to stand here like I'm a criminal. >> I'm not saying a criminal. >> So, why why do you need to escort me out if I'm going to leave this? Shaqula, you're not going to start arguing with me, okay? I'm just going to I'm not going to stand here like I'm >> They want you They want you to leave. >> Okay. And I'm going to leave. >> Okay. We'll leave. We'll leave when they leave. >> Have I been rude? Have we been rude to you or any type of way to you? We've been very patient with you. All right. Let's go. >> Come on. You're not doing this. >> Shquila, there's no reason to act like this. >> We are going to wait here. We Okay, that's fine. >> If that's the case, I would like to file a complaint as well. File a complaint. We'll make sure it gets >> a complaint for what? >> Because he's filing charges against me. >> No one's filing charges against me. >> All right, go ahead. >> Just don't even engage. I just want her to go. >> Thank you, Shaqula. >> Well, what else you got to do? Cuz I mean, we're on the phone with your manager right now. >> I can't disclose it. >> You said what? >> Can't disclose it. I'm sorry. >> You can't disclose what? I'm asking you what? >> Cash. I'm at the register. >> Okay. Your work day is done. It's [music] time to go. Your man, we talked to your manager on the phone. Manager said it's time to go. We're not going to do this all night. I mean, I don't understand why you'd even want to do this right now. So, she wants you to leave [music] right now. Are is it worth going to jail over this right now? Cuz you're about to go to jail. >> Yeah. I talked to your manager. [music] >> Hey, I talked to your manager. She said it's up to you if you want her arrest or not for criminal trespass. You want to pursue criminal trespass charges? She will be arrested. We we we can't be here all day. >> Just go with us. You don't get arrested. >> If you don't leave, you're going to get arrested for trespassing. Okay? Do you understand, Shaqula? We're We're at that point now where if you don't just leave, you're going to get arrested. They don't want you here anymore. It's time to go. Work day is done. You [music] walked out and we're about to walk out the door. You're not even getting paid to do what you're doing right now. You're just playing games. >> So, if if she was crim trespassing, we would arrest her. You'd come back, sign a warrant for criminal trespassing, and she'd be arrested and she'd be given a court date. I just talked to your manager. She said it was is up to you what you wanted to do. >> Go with them. You're under arrest. Turn around. >> Come on. Come here. >> All right. Let me pick this up. >> No. No. You're done. >> Okay. >> This was really kind of dumb. >> You're under arrest. Turn around. >> Turn around. >> Stop it. >> This is so dumb. All you have to do is walk out of the store. Shaqula, stop walking away. Shaqula, stop it. >> It's on his purse. >> Oh, it's on her purse. >> Take You're under arrest. >> I'm trying to double lock your handcuffs. >> Stop moving. >> Get off me. >> This is so unnecessary right now. >> Did nobody tell y'all to come here and do this? I'm going to do >> this. People did tell us to come here. your boss. >> I didn't even look at you. >> Okay. Well, we explained it like >> that part is in custody for trespassing now. >> I work here. >> It's private property. You don't just get to stay here. It's not your building. >> Let's get that bag off her. >> Shouldn't get it that way anyway. >> After a pointless arrest, one that could have been prevented by simply walking away. Officers were under the impression that the worst was behind them until the teen decided she wasn't satisfied with the trouble that she had already created. >> Okay, relax. >> Slam you against this jail. >> No one's going to slam you. If I take this handcuff off you, you're going to sit still. No, you don't take the hand off her. >> I'm good. >> We're going to get the bag off your back. The >> bag isn't even on my back. It's in my hand. >> I know. And we're going to get it out of your hand. Just >> You're hurting me. >> It's stuck on your hand. >> You're hurting me. >> Stop it. >> Then stop tightening up the cuff. >> No one's tightening the cuff. >> You're hurting me. >> Shila, stop it. >> I'm not stopping. If you really was hurting me, >> let go of the bag. want to BELIEVE ME WHEN I LET go of the bag. >> OKAY, >> YOU DON'T WANT to hurt me. >> No one wants to hurt you. Let go of the Okay, we're just going to Thank you, Ben. It's going to cut it off. >> Don't you cut my bag against that bag, you dumb. >> Okay, if you're not that bag, you dumb. >> Okay, >> don't threaten me like that. That's a threat. >> It's not a threat. If you don't if you don't release it. >> Where am I going? >> Dumb. >> Your mama sick and get in trouble for doing this. I didn't even They already hurt me. I didn't even do anything. Stay in the jail. I didn't even do anything. And my seat belt is not on. Put my SEAT BELT ON. >> WHY IS YOUR SEAT BELT not on? >> Cuz you didn't put it on me. I'm not going to jail for something I didn't do. >> This was really unnecessary, Shaquille. All you had to do was leave the store. >> Stop talking TO ME. I DIDN'T do nothing. You're always arresting me. I got arrested alling year. I would like to CALL MY DAD. >> YOU'LL get a phone call at the jail. >> Where's my phone? >> I I don't I don't have your phone. I don't know. Where is it? >> It better still be in my bag. >> Why? Why would any of us take your phone out of your bag? >> YOU SLAM MY BAG DOWN. >> MY BAG UP. I'M GOING SLAP THE OUT OF YOU. OKAY. >> YOU THREATENED ME OR HURT ME. >> No one threatened you. >> I didn't even do nothing to that lightkinned mother. >> Well, you I I don't think you're understanding here. All you had to do is leave the STORE AND YOU WENT >> DOWN MY JAW. WHAT THE? I DIDN'T HURT NOBODY. >> Your boss, he said it was time to go. I'm not going to argue. >> My boss SAID IT WAS FINE IF WE WEREN'T GOING TO LOWER. HE WAS PITCH. I'm not going to argue with you. >> After an eventful ride filled with non-stop attitude, the teen arrived at the station. Unfortunately, that did not slow her down and she continued making one poor decision after another. >> All right, hop up. >> Touch you. >> I'm not going to touch you. Just walk into the jail. Please >> put my coat away. >> I mean, we're inside. I don't Just walk in jail. Shaquila, >> hold on. JUST DO ONE THING. >> WALK IN the jail and stop. >> Get up. Okay, this is stupid. Okay, you're going to get charged with more things. >> Get off of me. >> Okay, you just need me in the groin. You're done. >> Get off of me. >> All right, stop. >> GET OFF OF ME. Get off of me. TAKE ME OFF. >> I LOST MY handcuff key when we fight with you earlier. Give me Give me your handcuff key. >> Get off of me. >> No. Actually, no. Leave it. >> GET OFF OF ME. Y'ALL KEEPING WITH ME. I'M TIRED OF EARLIER. >> GET OFF OF ME. >> Turn over. >> Don't touch me. >> OKAY. IF YOU >> DON'T touch me on the ground, >> DON'T TOUCH ME. >> The way you're acting right now is >> I don't give a you and your mama. >> Thank you for sitting down. >> I'm sick of Y'ALLING WITH ME. EVERYBODY keeping with me. Leave me the alone. I'm dead serious. >> Okay. Gladly. What the want? Stop staring at me. >> I'm not doing anything to you. >> DO YOUR JOB, DUDE. >> I AM LOOKING AT ME. DO YOUR JOB. >> I AM DOING MY JOB. I'm We're waiting for the corrections officer to come downstairs. Stop acting like a child. >> YOU ARE A CHILD. >> YEAH. OKAY. >> You your mom's child. >> You're right. I am. >> You stupid. >> You need him. >> You're off to me. You're off to me for real. >> Don't touch me. >> No. He just touched my breast. She was going in my pocket. Don'ting touch me. I'm dead serious. Don't. You're hurting me. PUT STOP. [screaming] >> Just stand there. Relax. Get off of me. I'M GOING TO TRY TO BITE YOU. >> About to call my dad. >> Well, you're not going to do anything. >> I'M ABOUT TO CALL MY DAD. >> I'M GOING [laughter] TO TALK TO MY DAD. >> What do you want? >> I WANT MY DAD. >> YOU what you said? >> Put her in the chair. >> I want to call my dad at this point. Stop. >> Get off of me. >> You need to calm down. Let's go. >> I want my mom and dad. Let me calm >> Listen. You need to calm down. >> LET ME CALL MY DAD. [laughter] Please sit down. >> I want my dad. >> All right. >> I want MY DAD. [music] >> SIT BACK. >> SIT BACK. >> SIT BACK. >> I want my dad. I want my dad. He's pushing me off. I DON'T GIVE a bunch of you stupid. Put me in THE ROOM. >> ARE YOU going to start kicking? >> Did I kick you last time? Did I hurt you last time? We got to do what we have to do. >> No, I am afraid. I can >> was arrested and restrained at the Sen Police Department jail, but she faced charges of criminal trespass and two counts of on a police officer with her bond set at $25,000 per felony. Speaking of teen employees losing it after getting fired, this exby's employee raised hell in the workplace after discovering that she had been let go. >> What are we yelling for? >> I WANT TO KNOW WHY. >> HOLD ON. HOLD ON. >> I WANT TO KNOW. Hold on. Okay. That's it. Don't say >> Don't yell at me. Look at me. And he GOING TO TELL ME DON'T COME BACK. I DIDN'T do >> Don't come at me that way. >> I'm pregnant. I'm pregnant. Don't play with me. I'm pregnant. MY BABY. MY BABY. >> GET OFF MY BABY. >> On August the 9th, 2025, officers responded to a call about a disturbance at Arby's where an employee who had just been fired was refusing to leave. But upon arrival, it became clear that the problem was far deeper than just a trespass. What are we yelling for? >> I WANT TO KNOW. >> HOLD ON. HOLD ON. >> I WANT TO KNOW. >> HOLD ON. THAT'S IT. THAT'S IT. DON'T say >> don't yell at me. >> I walked in the door. HE TOLD ME I GO CHANGE. I WENT I LOOK AT ME AND HE GOING TO TELL ME DON'T COME BACK. I DIDN'T do him. >> You don't come at me that way. >> I don't give a who you are. >> Okay. Well, you're leaving. I'M NOT. IT'S >> You're leaving. >> NO, HE GOT TO TELL ME WHY I'M FIRED. >> I'M TELLING YOU. HE GOT TO TELL ME WHY I'M >> I'm pregnant. I'm pregnant. Don't play with me. >> I'm telling you. >> I'm pregnant. I'M PREGNANT. MY BABY. MY BABY. >> GET OFF MY BABY. >> STOP. >> Get off my baby. >> See, I got one resistance. >> Just get off of me, BRO. I'M NOT EVEN DOING ICE CREAM. All I did was walk in >> like I'm >> Don't kick me. >> ALL RIGHT. >> Don't kick me again. >> You kicked me. >> No, I did not. >> Yes, you did. >> No, I didn't. >> You definitely kicked me. >> I DID NOT KICK YOU. >> You absolutely did. >> NO, I DID NOT. >> LOOK AT ME. LOOK AT ME. >> CALM DOWN. >> CHILL OUT. >> JAMIE, CHRISTMAS, will you calm down? >> WILL YOU GET OFF OF THAT? >> Not happening. >> The teen screaming made it seem less like her arrest and more like her being a victim of a wild animal attack. Unfortunately for her, the bizarre behavior wasn't something the officers would tolerate. >> myself. I'm not doing this for her. Bro, get off of me. >> Bro, CAN YOU TELL I WANT HIM? I WANT HIM.
