on September 6th 2022 Brook Haven police officers responded to a report of a suspicious customer at the pink pony gentleman's club in Atlanta Georgia the customer attempted to pay his tab using a credit card that lacked any identifying information when confronted by the manager the customer refused to pay using any other method he persisted in using this particular card claiming that it had been used successfully the previous day [Music] what's going on man hello officer how are you today good sir that's what we got so uh Shan uh it's got a card there's no chip um and there's no name on the card so we don't we don't accept he's run up a $1,200 tab he's got cash from us booze the whole bit say hey I can't accept that can you giving them options can you Apple pay can you do you know uh even uh uh something right he's like no not doing you took my card last night so I said show me so he brings it up oh he's got his ATM transactions sure my ATM will take it it's not my service yeah it's a service that's provided and there's a machine in there so just being real hostile how much is the T well what's going on man what's your [Music] name what's your name all right so I respect the man okay so what happened is the female the bartender said hey there's no name on the card and different form of pay that's all she asked I said well last night literally last night I I literally paid with the same car same car so what is the difference from tonight and today that's all that that's all y' y'all are out here for okay well he said that you brought up uh transactions from ATM which was not no no no I I can prove that I literally [ __ ] bought drinks here okay well so we weren't here last night we don't know what happened last night but but tonight you owe $1,200 and has to be don't have a name or anything else then I would be able to record because my fear especially with how admin he is about just using that that if if that is someone else's part and it's a fraudulent
