in cour law you have the right at this time to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you while you're being questioned if you cannot afford to hire a lawyer one will be appointed to represent you all I have to do is enter your phone number give you that court date hit print and you're going to go on about your way have they already sign the uh trespass order with you do stel still get that uh he is with the city but he's no longer with the police department right here your trespass from Walmart all Walmarts neighborhood markets what is neighborhood markets I don't it's the Walmart branches it's so when you see a blue logo here for like Walmart there's just green typically and it's usually just like your typical groceries and basic necessities I understand why nobody's freaking out there a lady or something tell me I missed something well like my partner already pointed out it'd be understandable if it was a one or two things but the handful that it was that's where it's concerning it was closed in a Bop thing and I know I missed it and the clothes I just picked up from the the thing since they moved it and I photo real quick and I'll be done and you know what you have the ability to go to court and when you explain to the Jud I'm not going to Ste something okay yep but that's why we have courts right so yep it'll be your process of it and if you feel that you've been treated unfairly or getting this criminal charge for something that you don't think you did explain it to the court and that's why we have cours so okay and you'll get a copy of the trespass order so that way you have it on your person if you feel like you want to dispute that end of it with Walmart there's contact information on there that youed it for both because I do it on and that's your constition Y and you'll have that process but we got to do our job when something's reported to us I don't that's why I'm letting you go home tonight and not taking you to jail so as far as that concerns until you handle with Walmart side of things clearly don't come back cuz if you do even if you set premise on their parking lot you go to jail for for trespass there's two different levels of it if you cross into the store but essentially if you come back you can be arrested it's it's ridiculous but I get it okay um this your purse here yes okay all okay this is all her stuff yeah they've already taken ready like I said it's going to be the 31st 1:00 in the afternoon like I told him if I ended up at a funeral ask what I told her to call the court if you have any reason that something comes up that takes president over half the show up to court all their contact information is up here you call the court let them know like hey I had this come up whether it's before the your court dat or the day of Court as long as you communicate to them they are understanding okay like I already said before between what's going on at home the fact that you're Cooperative with them that's good enough for me to be able to say hey you can go home but I will say if we have this kind of incident again in the city I'll take you to jail okay I I'm just I'm just letting you know I'm not saying that it is but if
