on October 12th 2022 a dville police officer on patrol clocked a BMW speeding at 90 M hour in a 35 mph Zone in dorville Georgia more than double the speed limit the officer pulled the vehicle over and the driver struggled to explain his excessive speed stating only that he was having a bad day huh oh 90 Plus what's going can I see your license where you coming from man um this my uh well I can't we can't hear you I'm coming from visiting my fiance at work BR she just got out work back to so what's a h tonight sh huh had a had a hor day car had a rough day my car your car seems to be running fine not this one my car in California was just stolen a patient almost died in my hands today give me a favor come on out here right quick sh speed is 35 man come on back here you have anything on you no warrant you're just being detained right now okay a warrant inette yeah for tra F to appear for traffic offenses which traffic I have no idea something you did guette guette you're probably driving fast if I had to guess you not going to rest right now he just detained okay they come back go to quarter no I'm from California I'm I I'm a medical but your license he ran your driver's license and he come back you know you know what's crazy um that you know what's crazy what's up I was when I first came out here you know my car was shipped out here I was pulled over by Officer he said hey you know your license is suspended I said no I don't know and he took it from me you know he let me call a ride home and I ended up going back to California I went to California said oh it's not suspended probably because a bunch of old stuff that never came off of your record so maybe the year on whatever well whatever the case may be I don't know what it is don't even know in County they said it wasn't so they gave me another license you know in California you know but if you say it is no problem I'll have to go to the police department out here or something you know and it'll beet yeah and I'll check that I've never lived in guette sir well that don't mean that you didn't drive through guette where do you live at now cam D Woody is around coming D Woody yes sir so you've driven through you're also going to get a a ticket for reckless driving cuz you were driving more than double the speed uh speed limit legal speed limit and then you have the warrant I this is new to me well it's we're going to see if it's valid or not yes sir that's fine yes sir all right so if they don't want you then I'm going to just go ahead and write you a couple tickets and put you on your way but if they want you I'm going to still write a couple tickets then you're going to have to go to jail tonight and I might have to impound your car can I call somebody to pick it up no not right now I'm not we're not making phone calls on the side of the road Devil Is Alive something I not watch come back driver's license that driver's license came back with a war meaning somebody at guet County Police Department that wrote you the station or a city near there had to get that driver's license was from that moment I didn't I'm I'm definitely going to follow up with it just to make sure you know is your license suspended no it's I don't have a Georgia soor if you still have an out of state license and you do something in the state then suspend your you won't be able to get one you okay so when I got pulled over and he said oh I uh my license is suspended he didn't know why I had the documents and everything from California as well when I went back that was the moment that ended up suspending a Georgia license even though I don't have him did he write you a ticket at all or anything he um he wrote me a a susp no he didn't write me a ticket he didn't write me a ticket he just said you for driving on suspend or anything there was a there's a look oh you you might be be right I had paper plates you see that that car was on the wrong side of the road I had paper I had I had paper plates at the time cuz it's still a brand new car huh so um but the tags was on my car wasn't suspended either though and I when I went to court2 you could running through Georgia please they said it wasn't suspended either so that is one of those I should have showed up still if there was a court dat yeah one of those fix this kind of thing situation okay well you're not suspended on the door temp4 you just don't have license and code for is confirmed 104 so you're going to jail tonight okay oh my God yeah oh my God the devil is a liar something no that's not devil ain't got nothing to do with it driving I have a warrant as well and you has a warrant as well for for a f to appear well that's what happens when you some things they they you ever heard that saying what comes around goes around exempt you from going to court I I don't know I happed you got did you do you admit that you got pulled over they I went to DMV and I I I told you what happened I'm good I have my well here it is dude right here pay it to appearer for track offenses gwet County okay they told me to go to dnia well apparently something ain't straightened out and I think was suspend well we're not even talking about a suspended license that was that's what that is is what I'm letting you know well then you need to straighten it out D on suspended license right sir no it just it doesn't tell me that it just says failure to appear somebody just said that sir sir excuse sir did you just say it was supp drive on suspended license no license or suspend he well he's unlicensed to Georgia I don't have a Georgia license well apparently you were assigned once I was assigned a Georgia license when I I hey man this this tells me very vague information Bo you're not being charged with any license chart you're being charged of reckless driving and speeding now whatever happened in lawrenville that's that's between is what I'm concerned about well that you're going have to take Hey Hey listen to me what does you're going to have to take that with them take that up with them and the reason why I'm charging you because you already been you already got a history of failure to appear so you're going to have speeding then transported to deob county jail all just call my over there that's you can explain the situation the position is not going to answer at this time no in the morning explain to the
