Put your hands behind your back. All right. What? >> An officer responded to a gas station after receiving a domestic disturbance call from a woman. When she arrived, she immediately began questioning the caller's boyfriend, assuming it was just a simple misunderstanding between a couple, completely unaware that things were about to take a sharp turn for the worst. >> Hey, sir. Can I talk to you? Hey, I'm Officer Meiselle. How are you? >> Hey, how are you? >> Hey, we got a call about I guess you and a female in a physical altercation. Of course, if you fine, you can clear traffic. I got >> hot cheek. >> What's going on? I need you to talk to me. Okay. Tell me what's going on. >> I didn't do anything. >> I watched the whole thing. They didn't hit each other. >> Yeah, I hit each other. >> Were they pushing each other? >> Yeah. I would have stopped them if they would have started fighting. They just was arguing. >> Okay. So, nothing got physical. Nobody was shoving each other. >> No, she went inside and then they >> have you been drinking tonight? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah, of course. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on and why I got called here. >> I don't know. >> You don't know? Okay. I go to jail. I didn't do anything wrong. >> How'd you get here, Bobby? >> I got a ride. >> You got a ride before >> by your girlfriend? >> Maybe. >> Did she drive you here? >> So, if I go check out the video, I'm not going to see you driving here. I don't know. >> Okay. >> How much did you drink tonight, Bobby? >> I can't understand you. >> That it does matter actually. What is she saying? Cuz he is absolutely plastered right now. He can't I can't make out anything. He's saying he's screaming at me, tried to touch me, saying he's a lawyer and he's going to get me. >> She supposedly she said he's a criminal defense attorney. She's like, "I'm not saying nothing." I'm like, "All right, well, if you don't say anything, I'm going have to go solely for what these people saw with you." >> It was clear to them that they couldn't build a case if neither partner was willing to talk. But just as the officers were weighing their next move, an eyewitness stepped forward with a piece of information that was about to flip the switch and give them just enough hope to [music] continue the investigation. >> From what I visually saw, cuz like I said, I pulled in not too long after they did, he made first contact. >> Okay. And how did how did Okay. Can you talk to me about the >> literally bear hugged her and tried to pull her out? He's saying he did nothing wrong and he's a lawyer. >> What it is is this all stem from her finding messages from other women on his phone. >> Okay, I got that part. >> So, she she had the phone and he was trying to get the phone and she was keeping the phone away from her and he was trying to get the phone. >> Okay, >> that's what that's for the physical contact. >> Okay. >> And then as she has the phone, he's walking up and she pushes him back away. There's no like punching any of that kind of stuff, but there was he was trying to get the phone. >> There ain't no violence. While they were still trying to peel back the layers of the incident to figure out [music] who had struck first, the suspect decided it was time to join the conversation and defend himself. After all, he was a lawyer. And when the officers gave him the chance to come out with the truth, he took that opportunity to pull a string outside the lawyer's playbook. >> Hey, what? >> There ain't no violence. >> Who is she to you? Your girlfriend. >> How much have you had to drink tonight? >> Enough. >> I can tell. Is this your phone? Is that your phone? >> Yeah, bro. >> Hold on to your phone, man. All right. All right. All right. >> What a lawyer, man. We didn't do anything wrong, dude. >> All right. So, tell me what happened with you and your girlfriend here. >> Nothing. >> Nothing happened because everybody else around you says there's stuff that you guys were arguing over our phone or >> Let me see the video. >> Well, there is video here. >> Let me see the video. >> Well, we don't need to see the video. >> There's no video. >> There's a video camera right there. >> Let's see it. >> All right. Do you or No, >> you're you said you're a criminal defense attorney. >> You have a boyfriend. >> Cool. >> You have a boyfriend or no? >> None of your business, Bobby. All right. >> Out of line. >> Yeah. You think? Aren't you in the professional field? Aren't we supposed to be professionals to each other? >> Then you shouldn't you shouldn't have stopped me. >> Okay. >> Good. Have a nice body. I never break any laws. >> Crazy, man. She's like obsessed with me cuz [snorts] she thinks it's going to with her head. Yeah, there she goes talking talking. If you're a guy, nine out of 10 times like odd just attacks against you. So, what's your name? >> Officer Meiselle. OPD >> Wildwood PD. You know where you are? >> Yeah. >> Where are you? >> Marian County. >> Nope. >> Mar Wildwood's Marian County, right? >> Nope. >> Oh, Sumpter. >> Ding ding ding. You got it. >> Ooh. Holy. How the hell do we end up down here? >> Where do you live at? Marian. >> Yeah. >> What are you doing? What are you doing down here in Wildwood? Partying. >> Yeah. Sumpre County, >> apparently. >> Where you at? Wildwood. >> Yep. Oh, I just want to go home and sleep. Can't believe you guys would think it was the messing. I would never touch a girl. Never, never, never, never, never. Oh, wham. They beat me. >> Signal two. >> What's up, bro? >> Oh, awesome. >> They beat women. We beat me, dude. We never beat >> Very disrespectful. >> Oh, he's drunk as hell. >> Yes. >> No. >> At causing a scene in the parking lot. I'm not drunk as hell. >> How drunk would you say you are? >> She thinks I'm paired. I'm obviously not in the best position of like gaze like where I mean scale of 1 to 10, I'd say like a eight. >> I'd say seven or eight. >> He thought he was in Marian County >> cuz I didn't know I was in Leburg. >> I never even mentioned Leburg, man. I said you're in Wildwood. >> Okay. Wildwood's definitely definitely Yes. >> Wobber. Wob. >> I'll be right back. >> I know. Paul, >> you can drop all names you want. >> I don't I'm not dropping names. I'm not dropping names. >> Hey, let's go over here, man. Let's go over here. Get off this man's truck. Bobby, let's go over here and get out of this man's way. All right. Stand right there. >> Good looking. Do you have a boyfriend? >> Don't come up me. All right. Stand where you are. >> Okay. You don't have a boyfriend? >> It's not. You're crazy. You guys are barking up the wrong terrain. >> We like literally did nothing wrong. I'm serious. >> Okay, >> joke. It's a waste of government taxpayer dollars. >> What's up, man? You're an attorney, man. >> Sometimes. >> Yeah, sometimes you're driving around this tank. You know better than that. Come on now. Here's what I'm thinking. >> Sometimes >> I'm thinking separate Uber. They don't live together. Think >> Oh, Vince is watching video real quick to see if it if anything 33 happened. >> Hey, Bobby. What's up, bro? >> What's up, buddy? >> Not great. >> You're all right, bud. >> If you're in my situation, not great. [laughter] >> Lawyer. >> Bobb's a lawyer. >> You're You're a lawyer. >> Yeah, you said it like 30 times. >> I know. I didn't do, dude. Dude, >> probably signal, too. >> Holy [ __ ] bro. I don't care if I'm a lawyer or not. >> [snorts] >> Although he was clearly intoxicated, he wasn't completely lost in the fog. He knew exactly what was at stake. [music] The weight of his reputation hanging by a thread and his career teetering on the edge. He didn't find a way to talk himself out of this mess. Everything he had built could come crashing down like a house of cards. She could tape this [music] all all night, all day she wants. >> We have to, man. You know how it goes. You're a [music] lawyer, right? Are you defense attorney or are you like a prosecutor? >> Criminal defense lawyer. you to really really really wait for her to say what she has to say. Are you kidding me? That's [ __ ] dude. >> And I got to get both stories, man. >> Oh my god. She's a joke, dude. She's alcoholic. >> He's an alcoholic. >> You like the system? Oh, wait. You're being recorded. I know that. Come on, man. Have rhythm. Come on, man. Come on. >> No, I'm good. Thanks. So, >> it's all right. Come on. >> Hey. >> Hey. Let's not scream like that. All right. >> Are you going to be disorderly? I don't think so. >> You're in a public establishment. Stop screaming like that. Okay. >> You know the law. >> I'm asking you to stop screaming like that before we get more complaints. I'm not going to sit here and argue with you, Bobby. >> You think you know the law better than Bobby Ramala. >> All right, Bobby Ramala. You know me, right? >> Let's figure out video. >> I don't think you know me in Ocala. You'll regret it like super hard tomorrow. >> Okay. >> Yeah, you will. You will. Yeah, you will. Loser. >> No Romeo. Nothing. It's a loser. She doesn't know. >> Vince [music] is watching video right now. >> Be honest with you, man. She's not a She's not a real cop. >> She's a real cop. >> Not in my opinion. >> She's a good cop, bro. >> She doesn't know her. >> Yes, she does. >> She has no Bobby Ramala. >> I don't care. Bobby Ramala. >> You sure? >> Okay. >> Bobby, I don't like her attitude, man. >> But your attitude is worse right now. So, >> what did I do wrong, man? >> You're you're calling her a loser. >> Is that a Is that a >> You make me feel like a criminal. Yeah. We ain't making you feel like a criminal. >> She is. >> Don't come close to me. >> Oh, he already put his hand on my shoulder. So, >> Oh, yeah. Battery or a Leo. Battery Leo. Got a job. >> Sorry. >> Go ahead and hold it for me. >> All right. >> Forgive me. >> Yeah. >> What kind of attorney are you, Bobby? >> I've represented all I've represented officers, doctors, lawyers, everybody in town. At this point, the female officer decided to turn to the suspect's girlfriend to hear her own side of the story. What she was about to hear was all an entirely different story from the lawyer's narration. I can see it here. >> Hey, man. What's going on tonight? I haven't talked to you yet. So, I got, trust me, I got all of his whatever he's got thrown out. So, he been drinking tonight. You guys left the party or something? >> We left the >> Okay. He said you guys came over here to party. 45 gas and had not enough gas to get home. I realized he had way too much to drink. >> So my intention pull in 190 stoke her up a bit before we drove home, >> right? >> That's my whole intention. But he has two phones and I knew his other phone was in the mat pocket of his car. So, I grabbed it and um there was like text messages and voicemails from other women and um so as I'm getting gas, he realizes I have his phone and that I'm seeing what is on his phone. So, he gets out and he's like grabbing me trying to get his phone. I'm trying to get his gas and like leave me alone. Like, get back in the car. Like, you know, just let me look at this. Like, get back in the car. Like, leave me alone. Like, the cops are going to come. Like, Bobby, the cops are going to come. I finally got him back in the car, but I realized like the situation was still a little too like escalated and I needed to pee. So, I'm like I go in the store to pee and then by the time I come out like everybody's here. >> Okay. Were you guys I obviously we got a couple calls. Were you guys like yelling at each other? >> Of course. >> Okay. It was making like a big scene. I >> It was terrible. It was embarrassing and terrible. But that's what happens when you find out that your boyfriend is cheating. >> No, understandable. I get it. We're just trying to get everybody's statements and then you guys will be good. All right, I'll be right back. >> Now, it was the suspect's word against his girlfriend. [music] And while their behavior throughout the night already painted a pretty clear picture, the officer decided to turn to an eyewitness for the final piece of the puzzle. What she was about to hear would cut through the fog and bring the clarity that she had been waiting for. >> Oh, ma'am, you witnessed everything happen, right? Okay. Could you just run me through real quick? >> Yeah. Well, you can see I'm parked on four, so I drove around this way and came in. And as I got out, I'm obviously getting out this way. >> One second, guys. >> Well, it sounds funny, but it's almost like you're a woman, you know, you know, when the boyfriend comes up behind you, kind of bear hugs you like if he's going to kiss you on the neck. Well, that's what I thought at first, and then it was the drag and then she was like, "No, stop. Don't touch me." And then it just kind of escalated from there. It was every time she went one way, he would follow and she would every time he would get in her space, she'd push him away and say, "Leave me alone." And she made a comment at some point to something to the extent of whatever this, you know, whatever happens, it's on you this time. I'm not dealing with it anymore. And she went to go pump gas. And then after pumping gas, they actually at one point wrestled with her with the gas pump handle thing in her in her hand. >> He did. >> Well, they the two of them, he had her when she was holding the gas the gas hose. >> Okay. >> Um I think she was trying to hang it back up and then every time she went to go into part of the car, he was right with her and then she'd jump out. >> I appreciate it. Give me one moment. All right. problem. >> With just enough evidence stacked against him, they decided to give him a hard lesson on the same law he claimed to know so well. >> Bobby. Bobby, put your hands behind your back. All right. >> For what? >> Put your hands behind your back. All right. >> For what? >> You don't have anything illegal in your make sure you don't have any weapons on before we take you to jail. We don't want you to >> You guys can one of you guys can search him at the car, whatever. >> Wherever. >> Yeah. Why? >> There you go. Just stay right there. Thank you. >> For what? Wait a minute. >> You're being arrested >> for what? >> For disorderly conduct. >> Oh, yeah. All right. I mean, I don't think I did anything wrong. >> All right. Let's take a walk, man. This way. >> My car. >> Right side. Left side. >> Uh, either side. Both's open. >> This is you right here. Right. >> I'm right here. >> This is not okay. >> This side's fine. You already searched him. >> Yeah. >> Hey, can you pop this real quick? Look at this. >> Yeah, I got to do it manually. I got to Oh, >> I don't know how you even did that, but okay. Oh, jeez. [laughter] It always does that. You got to like push it all the way up. >> So, you have some cash right here. >> Here. I got a bag in here. Put all his stuff in. >> You sure you want to take them? We can always take them. >> I got it, man. Sure. >> Yeah. If any I want to do this one. >> He was later charged with disorderly intoxication and ordered to pay a $150 fine. In another case of arrogant lawyers trying to teach cops the law and watching it backfire. [music] One of Oklahoma's so-called finest attorneys, Cassidy Geese ended up denying she was a lawyer after a failed attempt to lawyer her way out of a public intoxication situation. >> I was smashing. >> Maybe that's not >> I was smashing I was smashing the window. Get out. >> I'm sue your baby. >> We have [screaming] 9 years more education than these. >> They took you on a public roadway which is in public. No, I've actually studied the law. >> For someone that went to law school, you don't know very much about law. >> I'm not who said I was in law school. I'm a real estate agent. >> On January the 5th, 2025, Oklahoma police responded to a call from a ride share driver reporting an escalating altercation with two women who [music] refused to get out of his car. When officers arrived, they began questioning the driver about what had happened. But what he was about to tell them wasn't nearly as shocking as who was involved. >> Me here. Wait go me come you no you another go another location. Yeah mi no go me please stop. >> Okay. >> Yes. Korean >> interpreter. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> Yeah. This is Sergeant Closon Police Department. Uh he he called you to translate. So I just need to know what happened. >> Yeah. The interper when I brought him here to another location. Me too. >> Thank you. Okay. Thank you. Okay. So, pretty much through the translator [music] said that they asked for a ride. They told him to come here. He came here. They said no. Go to another location. >> He didn't want to play games with him. So, he told him no. >> You can tell. >> And then they refused to get out of the car. >> No. No. That that's not at all. We We were hitting the car to get out. The The car was unlocked. >> It wasn't unlocked. I was smashing. >> Maybe that's not true. >> I was smashing I was smashing the window to get out. You can try. I was smashing to get out. I was smashing going out. See? See? I told you. You were smashed in the window. >> Child lock. >> It was child lock. I told you. I told you he didn't >> yelling at me. >> Yeah. Your phone is >> I guess the rookiey's taking him >> is the one that Richard. I'm trying my camera. show. We're not going to show anything. >> Ow. Ow. You smashed my head against the >> I did nothing wrong. Ow. Ow. I did nothing. >> Hey, stop. >> No. You >> I not I have nothing to h to hide. >> We didn't say you have anything to hide, but you're going to be searched. Okay. I don't give a I'm not even [ __ ] that. >> Okay, she's good. >> I didn't do anything. >> You I'm your baby. That's what happens. >> After placing her in the patrol vehicle, the officers began searching the car for evidence that would reveal whose story held up and what they found left [music] the truth staring them right in the face. >> She does. Open that side real quick. These doors are child locked. >> No, that one isn't. So, this one's child locked, but the other side isn't. They still could have got out. >> Yeah, I mean, other doors. >> With the truth about what had really happened between the driver and the suspects now clear, the officers decided to take them to the station. Once there, one of the suspects decided to make it her life's mission to give the officers a hard time as punishment for taking her [music] to jail. But while she was at it, the second suspect had just one surprising request to make. All right. Let me step out. >> You okay? >> I am. >> Step out [music] for me. >> Yes. >> Need help? >> Oh, >> okay. Come over here. >> My head hit. >> Do you have a camera on? >> My camera is on. >> That's thankful. Thank you. >> Yeah. You're welcome. Stand right here for me. Okay. >> Uh-huh. All right. >> What have I done? >> Huh? >> Have I done something that like >> Yeah, you're going to jail for public drunk. Let's go. >> But I'm not in public. >> No, you you you were in public. >> Huh? >> Do what? >> How? >> Well, anywhere besides in private residence is public. >> So, yep. And you are obviously under the influence. >> Why do you say that? >> You took my feet like my shoes off. >> Why are you still >> You should turn around. Why am I in public? >> I will sit you down. You can sit down, sir. >> What have I done? >> Take a seat. >> Thank you. What have I done? >> What have I done? >> I will stay seated as you hold my shoes. Your body cam is on. >> Do you want to know the name of my representative? >> No, I don't. >> I bet you don't. >> I don't. Oh, I'm going to stay right here. Why do you think that I have presented a problem tonight? >> I don't know why you're giving me such a hard time. >> How have I given you a hard time? >> You have your body cam on. You said that. I asked you. >> How have I given you a hard time? >> I've asked you where you're taking me and where I am. >> What is your hard time, sir? >> I thought we were supposed to be playing the quiet game. I guess I'm >> You want me to be quiet? >> I do. Okay, I will be quiet. But why am I here? >> I already told you public. >> So quietness. >> How does your quiet game go? >> Look that way. >> Look that way. >> Yep. There you go. Just like that. So just like that. >> And what? >> Hey, can I let go of you now? Can I let go of you now? >> I haven't asked you to touch me all night >> because you're trying to stand up. Are you going to stay sitting? >> Let's go. You're just disgusting. >> Stay sitting. >> You're gross. Okay. >> I would never ask you to touch me in my life. >> I will like back off. >> So, what are you saying is my problem like that >> for not wanting to be touched by you? >> Don't do that as soon as you get in there. >> Disgusting. >> Disgusting. >> That's fine. Yeah. >> I think it's me. >> Oh, ma'am. >> I didn't. She's not loosening my handcuffs and I feel like I can't. >> I promise. >> No, I'm not trying. I'm just trying to tell him to loosen my handcuffs a little bit. >> Hey, I promise. Hey, if you start acting right, I'll loosen them. See, >> I'm just I'm like literally thinking of my own. Do not lay down and you are. >> I feel so much better. >> Granting her requests turned out to be a huge mistake. One they'd soon come to regret. >> All right. Will you stay calm now? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Since you're now calm, >> I'm going to sort out y'all stuff. Okay. >> Yep. See, that's why we're sitting down. >> You're all so This feels so much fine. He's not doing anything. >> You're the whole night. >> Okay. >> This guy honestly has been I feel fine on these these hands. >> Yeah, but the thing is you've been a whole night and honestly I want your badge number and you know you've been a whole you've been a whole >> 1984 2522. >> That's great. You know, look at me. I'm sitting here chilling and wishing >> Shut up. >> You're starting off the new year pretty good. >> Oh, really? Oh, really? That's how you want to talk to us? >> Jenna, >> I'm talking about the Chiefs. >> You're playing great this year? >> You're a 15. Are you serious? >> I called the police because that Uber driver locked in a car. >> No. Tell me. Shut up. He just kicked me off. >> Look at her. >> At least we're not like that. I think that's >> At least we're like we call I'm the one that called the cops >> and actually these these >> these guys shut up. They jerk off to you. Shut up. >> No. Shut [screaming] up. >> They jerk off to us. They are disgusting. Shut up. >> We have 9 years more education than these. >> I called 911. You ass. >> I called 911. And why am I hiccups? >> You're still smart. >> Yeah, I know. >> Yeah, >> that's great. What were you? What? Why am I being arrested? >> I've told you three or four times. >> I was in Uber and I banged on the door and a and a female cop let me out. >> They have no [ __ ] >> I called the police. So why am I >> baby? They have no reason to arrest you. >> So this is kidnapping basically. So I can do in state Oklahoma and make a lot of money. >> No girls, >> what did I do? >> Do you see that woman? Three females. >> That woman like pass out drunk and like >> you don't give a [ __ ] about you. Hey, shut the up. >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, we ain't talking about you. >> Yeah, we're trying. >> Yeah, come at me. >> What did you drunk? I called the cops. I was the one. >> I was the one that called me. I'm in a private car. You should only drink at your house. >> You're like a piece of like a small [ __ ] >> I'm banging on the Uber. >> At this point, one of the officers thought it would be a good idea to remind her of the favor he had done for her earlier. Somehow, he hoped that it would at least get her and her friend to calm down and reconsider their actions going forward. Could such a good gesture really make two intoxicated, [music] high-handed attorneys hold it together? >> Here's Mike. >> What? >> I I I put you in new cuffs and everything and then you start flipping out again. Doesn't make sense. >> I'm not flipping out. I'm just telling you what happened. >> Okay. >> I'm not Do you see me coming out? >> No, >> she's flipping out. Why would >> she? Which is weird cuz in the car is the other way around. >> I I'm not flipping out. I'm sitting here and I appreciate the new pass. I called the police. I called the police. I said, "This guy won't let us sell us a car." >> He took us to a parking lot and said that if he if we didn't give him more money, he wouldn't let us leave. >> I love you. I love you. I love you. >> He He black. >> He blackmailed us. >> Please. I'm just I'm just telling you what happened. >> No, I I see what the issue is is >> you've told me the same story four or five times now, and I get I get it. Okay. >> So, you think that is okay that Uber? No, I'm just saying I understand your story, >> but he drives. I'm the one that called the police, not him. >> Hey, taxi shut up. I >> know. >> So, I called the cops and the lady let us out of the cop car and then arrested us. It didn't fit me. >> They're going to give it to me bad because I call them losers. >> Funny thing is this is a really great lawsuit. >> I said what was your scores? >> S or graduate high school. You didn't take any test to like predetermine your accomplishment and you got MAGA all the way. That's you. >> That's a mag. That guy right there is your maga. >> He took us to a park. Don't listen to me. Parking lot and then paying. That's why who do you think called the police? It wasn't him. It was me and the cop the door. >> We did nothing wrong private drivers. You guys are This is the >> Jenna. Shut up. >> Yeah. I was trying to shut up. They're retards. They are fat [ __ ] stupid. >> Hey, they want >> How are you? >> They want a trooper. >> Why? >> I don't know. Every time >> I didn't go to law school in charge. >> But the thing is we didn't do I >> You can't become a trooper without going to law school. So that's that's my loss. >> Treatment. >> What's a >> trooper? >> He's in charge. >> So I can't know when >> he just got out of law school. You don't talk to him? >> That's cool. >> I got out of law school 5 years ago. How long until I'm in jail? >> I don't know. [snorts] >> We're in jail. >> You're in jail right now. There's a roof over your head. This is >> I'm in custody. >> What do we do? >> You have not. No, you have you haven't read the Miranda actually. So, >> we don't We don't have to remind you that I'm a eternity. >> I don't have to read read you, >> Miranda. Actually, you do for the rest of the day. >> You do have to read us to write the rest of >> before I like get held at home. >> Oh, is this like some like country? >> Can you rationalize me? >> Yes, I can. Are you kidding me? Are you are you saying that what I am? I don't need to ask >> for what public listen to me. We weren't. I was the one that called the Uber and then the Uber locked us in there. >> I'm the one that called the police. >> She kept ranting and when the officers finally had enough, they decided to take her in for questioning. But then in a move unlike anything they'd seen before, she pulled another stunt, [music] one that left a lot to be desired. >> So yeah. No, I would like >> I would like more or I would like >> Come on. >> Yep. What did I do? I was in an Uber that wouldn't let me out. I called the police. >> Was it an Uber? I I don't know. >> I was in an Uber. >> Okay. Was that >> I I have a question. Is an Uber in public? >> No, I wasn't. I was in Uber. He was >> For someone No, for someone that went to law school, you don't know very much about who said I was in law school. And I'm a real estate agent. >> You're talking to the wrong girl. >> So maybe you should get your facts right because you're not obviously a good cop cuz I'm not the one in law school. I never went to law school. I never been to law school in my life. >> I have never been to law school in my life. Never been to college. >> Okay. >> You are obviously not as good as your job as you are. >> Can we Can we do that? >> I have I don't know who this is, but I've never been to law school. I don't know who I was talking about. So, we obviously can confuse on the same story. >> So, this is the person that was put in the system. Thank you. >> Your name's Jenna, right? But >> that's wrong. >> Yeah, exactly. >> Thank you. >> And that [music] but >> you're not right on what >> from Donna back in October. >> You're right. >> That says the mother talked to them. >> No, you're obviously confused on whatever the >> facility before. >> Yes. Yes. >> This is funny. >> That means he came into this facility before. >> Can I can Am I free to go because this is hilarious. So, >> I'm sorry. >> They can't. >> I'm not trying to be rude. I call the police. I'm the one that called the cops. >> Okay. >> And >> this is the last name that I got from the coun. >> No, I'm not >> that I've never been to law school, >> not a lawyer, >> not anything that you just said it was. But I wish I I am >> I mean I'm flatter that you think that that was me, but that's not me. >> Thank you so much. >> Can I go? right down here. >> What did I do though? >> I called I'm the one that called 911 >> and now I'm here. >> I've never been to law school. Like you said, he thinks I'm in law school. >> Can I get anything about that? >> Go ahead and turn your hand. >> I'm saying he thinks I'm at a law school. >> Yeah, it's been a weird night. >> He thinks I'm at law something. I've never been to law school. Don't know what you're talking about. My name is Yeah. I don't know what he's talking about. Never been to law school. Never. Yeah. >> Sit. Sit. >> I think that officer because I've never been to law school. I don't know. >> I think I think he set me up. I now picture I put her to take it in. >> No, but the funny thing the funny thing is that he didn't lose, which is flattering, but I haven't graduated high school, man. >> What? >> Oh my I know graduate high school. I never even graduated high school. >> Okay, >> so you got me confused completely different. >> Do what? >> Yeah, you got me confused cuz I've never even graduated high school. >> Okay. Meanwhile, her friend was in another corner of the station mouthing off the officers like she wanted to get even with [music] words. >> He's been doing this job for about 6 weeks. So, it's fun to remember what we were all like that [ __ ] fine. That makes you feel >> mine. >> Why are we not? >> She's like, why are you like hyperfocused on that? >> Defending you. >> I'm [laughter] sorry. >> You're small. I'm sorry. I won't defend it. It's very little. You have a little and I will not defend it with mustache anymore. >> With mustache. >> What's mustache? There's two of those. >> She called him a mega mustache guy. >> But you're the only one without a mustache under your [ __ ] nose. Has your being made fun of >> kept saying? >> No, I just don't care. >> No, it's in front of a room full of people and you don't care. That's cute. >> No, I don't. >> Cute. >> I wish I didn't know what it felt like. Those shoes look cute. >> But they do. >> Did you think you're power over it? >> What have you done? >> Girl mustach. >> I can't. >> I bet they'd make fun of you if you tried. >> He probably would. >> They probably would. Not me. >> You just said he had a small >> That's worse than having a bad mustache. In the end, both women were charged with public intoxication and find $3,000 each, along with a 6-month suspension [music] from the practice of law. Just like other arrogant lawyers who would rather lecture cops on the law than obey the same law, James offered to teach cops the law for free via his YouTube channel after he was caught driving on the shoulder without a license. >> My name is I'm an attorney for real. >> Well, and you don't have a license. >> I'm just letting him know the rules. Y'all don't get caught. >> You don't have to tell him his rules. He knows some rules. He don't because cops don't know the rules. You get taught in the academy some, but you don't get taught what the Supreme Court says because y'all don't know how this works. And I'm trying to teach you. I have a huge YouTube check. You want to write down my stuff? >> On September the 3rd, 2025, a Washington officer on patrol pulled over a motorcycle after they observed the driver passing the shoulder. When he started talking to the driver, later identified as James, he realized that he wasn't just another offender. He was an ignorant man who felt that he had the backing of the law to [music] break the law. Officer s Union got police department. >> Nice to meet you. >> Well, uh the reason I stopped cuz you were passing on the shoulder. >> Okay. >> That's not legal. >> It's not legal. >> Nope. Can I get your license, registration, and insurance, please? >> I'll give you my name and information. That's all you have with me right now. >> You do not do you not have a license? >> No, I don't have a license whatsoever. I don't use the roads in a commercial capacity. >> Here in Yakima uh and in Washington, the attorney general I'm an attorney, by the way, here in Washington. The attorney general has already dictated the aspect that all uh road usage well it depends on if you have a contract or not whether you're using it commercially or not commercially. >> Are we doing the sovereign thing? >> No, I'm not a sovereign. I'm >> What's your name? >> My name is I'm an attorney for real. I'm not even BSing. >> And then also right now is the aspect that the definitions of both municipal and county codes here in Washington. >> What's your data camera? just want but uh the aspects here in the state of Washington first off here in Yakma specifically both road and street is defined as open as a matter of right for public vehicle to travel. So the legislature has narrowly tailored the legislature not to violate any constitutional right due to the aspect that it is all about the consent of the governor. Meaning that if I'm using the roads in a commercial capacity whatsoever then of course right there's an issue but I have no contract with the state. I do not have no driver's license with the state. I have not given up my consent to right to a local motion travel. >> Okay. So >> what's your middle name? My middle name is James. >> All right. Say tight for. >> Hey are you are you aware of Rodriguez versus uh United States? No. >> You don't know what that states as far as >> Nope. What I do know is that you were uh you were riding your uh motorcycle illegally on on a on a public road in the state of Washington. >> Well, and you don't have a license. >> Correct. I don't need to have a license. >> I mean, you do. >> No. According to the Washington Attorney General and their opinion as well as Supreme Court just sit tight for me. No, no. Sit tight for me. No, you don't. You're going to make assumptions. >> I'm not making an assumption. Sit tight for me. 438 on two. >> Can you start me a second unit? I'll be at the Hoffsteiner parking lot. >> Negative. just as sovereign. >> What's up, man? >> Yeah, just and just as a matter of fact as well, like where we was at was in Yakma and not Union Gap, by the way. >> I observed you in Union Gap. >> And the only the only No, the only place where I actually got over into the over into the side was exactly in front of wall, right in front of Valvalene, which is actually Yak Madrid. >> No, that's that's Union Gap. >> I'm I'm looking at the address, bro. >> I happen to work for Union Gap, so I know where it is. >> Well, this is right where I did it. Right in front of the Dairy Queen. Yeah, that's Uni Gap. >> No, it it says the address is Yaka, >> bro. It's Uni Gap. >> Yeah. No, according to the map, it shows all Yak 93. >> All right. Well, go ahead and sit tight for me up there. >> What's up? >> I just want to say um as far as everything is concerned, like are you going to issue the tickets so I can be on my way? Okay. And are you going to give any discretion or you just going to give a warning for your boy or how you want to do this? >> Oh, no. You're going to get a you're going to get a summon for court? >> Oh, you want to give me a ticket? >> Yeah. >> Instead of just a warning? >> No, I'm not going to give you a warning cuz you just got a ticket in July. >> In July? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, that's not from you, though. >> No, it's not for me. >> Okay. That's what I'm saying. >> So, why would I give you a warning if you've already been cited for the same stuff that you're trying to pull right now? >> Well, because I'm not guilty. That's why. [laughter] >> I mean, you're you're driving >> guilty, Bubba. You're driving a motor vehicle without a license in the state of Washington. >> Yes. And I've won every time in court. That's what I'm trying to tell you. >> All right. So, go wait over there. >> Go wait over there. >> Okay. >> 4382. Can you give me uh case number, criminal traffic, no rebet? While he was still running his ID, the backup officer arrived and immediately started questioning the all knowing lawyer. But it didn't take her long to realize that he was a pompous guy who never missed a chance to show off. And this time he was basking in it once again. >> You can talk to him. >> You can talk to him if you want. >> Is that your bike? >> Yeah. I just need to get my citations to go. So, Rodriguez versus the United States says that the stop is not supposed to be extended upon a dimminimous amount of time to issue the citations to let me go because there's no crime that's been committed whatsoever. And actually, I don't have a license in Washington, nor do I have registration in Washington. So, I'm not obligated to abide by any contract. Uh, this isn't just something that I'm stating to. I'm actually an attorney and I've actually won several times in court or had the cases dismissed from prosecutors due to these facts and I can explicitly show them right now. and I have three federal cases in law suing police for violating my constitutional rights. So, I really just like the tickets to be issued so I can be on my way because there's no crime that's been committed or that I've been suspected of either. This is my private property and due process states that by the constitution that my property property cannot be taken from me at any point in time unless there's a crime that's been suspected because I'm not obligated that I don't have a driver's license here in Washington. The attorney general both have stated that through opinions and in both Justice Tolman the Supreme Court, Justice Tolman T O L E M- N saying that we have the rights to travel here on the roads. Then in Yakama County, both the municipal and the county codes, the definition of street or road states that the roads are open as a matter of right for public vehicle to travel. And I'll pull those up exclusively right now for the municipal code. So that way there's no aspect of dictating that I have to abide by some presumption that y'all state that I have to have a driver's license. That's not true. It's not how it works at all. I know that's what y'all been taught, but that's not how it works on Supreme Court, though. >> So, I like the tickets to be issued and be on my way. This is actually extending beyond the time to issue the citations. He's just running through my neighbor. He's not issuing. He's just trying to search and conduct an investigation. Gotcha. Let me see. We in the right drive. Let's get in the right one. As you can see, I'm already starting to sweat. I don't want to sweat. So like I need to get my tickets to go. Where is my supporting affidavit notice? Open as a matter of right. There we go. We'll do a search. Fine. Fine. Okay. County road. County 8.06.010. Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the county road means every way, lane, road, street, boulevard, in every way or place or part thereof in the county of Yaka. Open as a matter of right for public vehicular travel. That does not mean drive. It means travel. Travel by any way I see fit. Cuz I own these roads. That's how this works. So, I need him to issue my citation sign. >> Not yet. >> Damn. With all you got for me. >> We'll get there. >> Hey, look. I want to show you something real quick, too. Like I was showing >> Nunz. What's up? So, I got uh Yakama County, Washington, subsection 8.06.010 definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following words and/or phrases shall have, excuse me, shall have the indicated meanings. One, county road, excuse me, uh, it means every way, lane, road, street, boulevard, in every way or place or part thereof in the county of Yaka, open as a matter of right for public vehicular traffic. >> Sir, just for right now, >> why you keep interrupting me? I'm talking to you, sir. It's okay. >> I'm trying to talk to you. >> Just let him finish his citation. Just let him finish his citation. >> Okay. But what I'm trying to say is do not interrupt him. I have not committed a crime and I'm not suspected of a crime. You don't run me, okay? You don't You're not over me. I I am I am a good person. You don't get I'm saying you're not >> Okay. So, don't try and sit here and tell me what to do. I can do whatever I want to do. >> I don't violate crimes. So, until I violate the crime, you have no authority to tell me what to do. >> You're saying you want to get grilling, right? You want to get going. >> You instructing him while he's trying to do a citation. >> I'm just letting him know. Y'all don't get >> You don't have to tell him his rules. He knows something. We don't. If if that was the case, why do I have three federal cases? If that was the case, why do I got a summary judgement for $1.2 million right now that's about to get paid out? >> She listened with wrapped attention as he went on and on, spilling every word that came to mind. But she hadn't heard the last of it. The next words out of his mouth were a slap on the face of law enforcement. This time, he had succeeded in crossing the line without even knowing it. Because cops don't know the rules. You get taught in the academy some, but you don't get taught what the Supreme Court says. And then you're held liable. and he's what helpful. And the person that's sitting there is a visitor that's learning what he only he knows is liable because y'all don't know how this works. And I'm trying to teach you. I have a huge YouTube chat. You want to write down my stuff? You can get involved. >> I will. >> You don't want to. I'm okay. >> Okay. You're going to be hosting on YouTube, just so you know. >> That's fine. >> All right. Well, I mean, it's like, you know, I'm not playing. I'm not no small time guy. This isn't No, you're going to violate my rights. I'm not trying to be bold. I'm just trying to tell you that we as the public now have AI. You see what I'm saying? We don't get fooled no more. We can easily search and find the case law that applies to any situation. We don't have to go searching through books to immediately find what we need to find. And now that we aren't, we ain't getting our rights violated no more. That's how this works. The days of we're going to violate your rights and you're going to do whatever we say that those days are over with. You can do it, but you'll get fired. >> Believe me, I've already got three of them fired. No longer on the force. >> Okay. >> Brady's list can't even go and testify anymore. So, what's the point of giving tickets? See what I'm saying? That's how this works. Like, we the public ain't playing with it no more. And it seems like you a good cop, so I ain't got nothing to say bad about you. But, you know, I don't have no contract with the state. Did you see a Did you see a driver's license? >> I saw suspended. Wait, wait, wait. I don't have no driver's license. I've never applied. So, there's no suspension. You better look again because Cameron's never applied and I don't have a picture. So, you better write that ticky right cuz I don't have no license, bro. They suspended the right to apply. >> [clears throat] >> deliver. >> So, what's that say right here? >> Do you show me? Do I have a plot? Do you have a picture >> in the state of Washington? No. >> Okay. That means I've never applied. >> Okay. >> If there's no picture, then I've never applied for a license. So, I can't have a suspended license. What happened is the state of Washington through their DMV, which is under the AAMVA, which is a private member association, has put in their system a clarifying number to try and identify me and then state that my right to apply for a driver's license would be suspended. >> Even better. >> Well, I've never applied. It's better. >> It is. >> How is it better? >> Cuz you're no valid operator's license without ID. >> What do you mean ID? I don't need I did ID. I gave him ID >> without physical identification. >> You don't have to have that. >> Yes, you do. In the state of Washington, you do. Go ahead and look up the RCW. the RCW. >> Yep. >> How? >> Let me ask you this. If I have the right to self-govern and I'm free, how am I required to do anything? >> That's a conversation that you're going to have with the judge, >> not me. >> Well, I won't have it with the judge here because I'll actually move it up to federal court because I don't play with municipalities. >> Where's the judge here? >> Like I said, no, just right now. Are you recording right now? >> Always. >> So, the judge here, >> you can't be recording if he's on his computer right now. >> I can record anything I can see. You can't tell me that. >> That's information you cannot be seeing. >> Then he needs to hide it. That's not my fault. What are you talking about? I have the right to record. That's a first amendment right. You know that, right? >> I understand. >> Okay. I can write whatever I see. I can record whatever I see. >> That's fine. >> I know it's fine. >> He's writing your citation. >> Why don't you wait to talk to him once he's done? >> Because this how it works. As soon as I You don't hear. As soon as I go and talk to him, he's going to answer two questions and walk away and say, "Have a good day." >> He's not going to answer my questions after I'm done. That's all. No, that's what every one of them do. >> Oh, we've issued their citations. cuz we don't want to talk no more. Bye. >> Looking for one. >> You don't want to answer question. >> Have I committed a crime? >> Am I suspected of a crime? Do I have a contract with the state to abide by the by the driver's license code? No. So everything right now is actually a constitutional violation because I've advised him that I don't have a driver's license. He knows that I don't have a driver's license. Yet he's issuing me citations in a presumption and assumption that I'm utilizing these roads in a commercial capion because drive by black laws dictionary and by the federal courts has dictated that you must be on these roads in a commercial fashion. Do you want to know the exact definition of drive >> by the federal government? You want to see it? All right, let's see it. 43 the backup officer. The goal was to keep him talking while her partner completed the verification. She listened as the lawyer bluffed his way through talk of the law and his rights. Here you go. One employed defined as driver. One employed this information from >> Black Law's dictionary. That's how it works. I'm not employed. I don't That's how it works. I don't use these roads in a commercial capacity. I am free to use these roads in any way I see fit because they're open as a matter of right for public vehicular travel. Him, you, all you, you're presuming that I'm driving because that's all you've been taught. You don't know the distinction between driving versus traveling, which the attorney general here in Washington has clarified many opinions. Not only that, you got the Supreme Court Justice Tolman T O L E M an A who has stated you cannot there's a clear distinction between driving and traveling. I'm traveling right now. I am in See, I don't understand creator. What's creator endowed right? >> Don't know. Do you know what natural rights are? >> Go ahead and tell me. >> I don't need to tell you. That's what your city should be teaching you. What is a natural right? >> You know everything. So >> I don't know everything, but I do know my rights. And I'm not going to allow my rights to be violated. >> All right, ma'am. >> Yeah. >> So, check this out. You're going to get a you're going to get a court date in the mail for operating a motor vehicle without a >> show up. That's fine. Then there will be a warrant issued for your arrest. No, they won't because I'm going to send in a notice of appeal on the constitutional violations that I've advised you of my rights that I'm using these roads open as a matter of right behavior to a federal court and change of venue because you're not honoring my rights. There was nobody that was harmed. You have no complaint. You have no verified victim whatsoever. There's no statement of a public complaining. So right now it's you. >> So this is all the conversation that you're going to have with the judge. >> I'm telling you because the body camera you can tell the body camera all you want. I'm telling you, yeah, >> that you're going to get a court date for no valid operator's license without ID, >> right? >> Because you told me you don't have one. I don't. >> Additionally, I got you for improper passing on the right. >> Okay. >> And no insurance. >> Great. I have a shy bond. >> What's that? >> I have a shy bond. >> Oh, okay. >> It's for 30,000. >> All right. >> Hey, uh, you know, if you drive, you can be arrested. >> I'm not driving. >> But you are driving. >> No, the definition of driving is unemployed. That is Okay, I'm done. Leave me alone. See what this is. >> I'm not going to argue about my rights. Bro, you're not going to dictate or you're saying something. I reserve all rights, including my right to remain silent, and you're not going to take those from me. >> I got created rights. You're not going to violate. Your presumptions will not hold. >> Sorry, that works. not driving. Get your definition right, bro. >> At this point, they were done arguing with him. All they could do now was wait and let him decide how the rest of his day would go. And it was solely going to depend on his next choices. >> What's going on? How y'all doing? What are you doing? You good? You good? >> I'm just waiting for you to drive all the way. >> Why? You going to pull me over again? That's harassment. >> No, that's another criminal offense. >> Okay. What is a crime? >> What is a crime? >> Yeah. Traffic infractions are not crimes, right? >> Actually, driving without a >> People versus >> Can you just listen for a second? >> No, because you're driving presume. >> I'm not I'm not presuming anymore. >> You're presuming I'm driving. >> But you don't know the definition of driving. >> You're driving your You're literally It is written operating a motor vehicle. That >> is not a motor vehicle. >> Is that a vehicle with a motor? >> That Okay. Hey, do you know the definition of a motor vehicle? >> That's it right there. That is not a vehicle with a motor. >> Pop up there. >> Show Show me where the motor's not at. >> Okay, just because you do something. Listen. Okay, I'm going to be cool. Let me be cool for a second. I get I get it, dude. I get that they don't teach y'all. I get it. I am an attorney. I'm not going to sit here and lie to you, bro. I am an attorney, bro. What don't you understand? Do you want me to show you the federal cases? What do you want me to do? You want me to show you the millions of people? going to tell you that if you get back on this vehicle, >> you're not even in jurisdiction here in Yakima. >> I don't care. I saw what you did. >> You don't care. So that's on your body cam. You don't care. >> I am dealing with you right now. Let it >> Why? Why don't you want to just uphold my rights? >> I'm not. Nobody's interfering with your rights. >> You took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States. You took an oath to uphold the Constitution of Washington. Yet you're allowing statutes that do not override my constitutional rights to dictate how you act because you feel as though you need to have authority over me. >> No, I don't. >> Then why are you harassing? Because you committed a criminal in ter >> people versus battle. Okay. 1952 state. >> Do you want Do you want me to get a supervisor over here? >> I don't I don't need you to tell me. I am because I win in federal court. I win in municipal courts. I don't need you to presume and act like somebody else telling me is going to invalidate what people WAY ABOVE YOUR PAY GRADE SAYS. >> OKAY. >> So like that's what I'm not understanding. You're actually telling me that if I drive on >> because I I stopped you for a criminal offense that you committed in the city of Union. >> You keep saying criminal. >> Yeah. That's what driving operating a motor vehicle without a valid infraction >> without ID is a crime. It is a misdemeanor. >> The definition of crime is bringing harm to another. That shows the ignorance that you have in relation to our state statute and our freedom here in America. >> Give me one second. You can take off. You're good. >> I'm going to get an Uber cuz you're just harassing for it. >> Yeah. Get an Uber. >> I will. >> All right. We're good. >> If you can leave out of this jurisdiction, >> actually right over there is >> this ain't >> okay. At the end of the day, he was charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license. Up next is Linda Jones, who decided to lecture a cop on the law after she was caught red-handed breaking it. >> Actually, I'm an attorney. I know my rights, and I'm not breaking the law. As I stated, sir, I'm intended at this office. Maybe you need to go read into your law books. >> I'm going to let you off on a warning. >> You have no choice but to let me off on a warning. On March the 22nd, 2025, a police officer responded to a private property after reports of a woman, later identified as Linda Jones, trying to dump her dirt where it didn't belong. Quite literally treating someone [music] else's trash can like her own backyard. The officer arrived just in the nick of time, catching her before she could offload her waste. But as he began speaking with her, didn't take long to realize that she was one of those entitled lawyers who think they can wave the law around like a magic wand, whenever it suits them. 719. Dispatch, approaching suspect. Excuse me, ma'am. >> What is it you think you're doing here? >> I'm dumping trash. >> That's illegal. This is private property. You can't be using this dumpster for your trash. >> Oh, no. It's okay. My office is right here. It's It's not illegal. I have an office here, sir. >> Your office is here. You You work and you work here, >> correct? I'm an attorney at law. Um, just >> You're an attorney? >> Yes, sir. Do you need a business card or anything? Yeah. Yes. I need I need proof of this. >> Would you like services or anything? Or why do you need my business? >> I would like to see proof that you're an attorney cuz this is private property. You can't be throwing trash out there. You're breaking the law. >> Okay. I would love to show you how to work. That's my problem. >> 10:19. >> Here you go, sir. >> Linda Jones, attorney at law, located right at this office address. I I see the Linda Jones, but I don't see the address here. >> Sir, if you flip the card over, please. >> Thank you. >> Is there anything else I can help you with, sir? Because the sun is >> I I still don't see the address, >> sir. Here's the address here, please. >> And that's my name. Is there anything else that you need to verify that, sir? I'm trying to cooperate here, >> ma'am. I'll ask the questions. You're breaking the law right now. >> Actually, I'm an attorney. I know my rights and I'm not breaking the law as I stated, sir. I'm intended at this office location. >> Okay. This card doesn't prove any of that. I need to see your ID. >> You don't need to see my ID, sir. >> I just gave you my business card. >> Ma'am, don't make this any more difficult than it has to be. There's no need to be confrontational. I need to see your confrontational, sir. I'm not being confrontational. >> Ma'am, you're being incredibly aggressive. >> All you're doing is escalating the situation, and there's no need for any of this. >> I'm escalating the situation. >> Correct. I've asked you three times now. I need to see your ID. >> My ID to verify the business card. Okay. I'll do that for you. >> But I don't have to. Okay. Make sure you know that this is my name to verify the business card and the office address. Sir, this is not illegal dumping once again. >> All right. But the address is different on your license than it is on the on the business card >> because that's a business location, sir. That's not my home address. >> [sighs] >> Yeah, this this whole thing just seems very suspicious. I'll be right back. I [laughter] need I need to run this ID. >> You don't need to run my ID, sir. You don't need to I'm an attorney. Like I said, that'll be against your jurisdiction if you're trying to run my driver's license. >> Ma'am, you just >> You and I both know that or I can tell you that right now. That's illegal what you're doing. >> You just illegally took your ID and >> because you have no reason to legally stop me. I gave you my ID. I did not have to. Once again, >> ma'am, you're breaking the law. You're illegally dumping trash. Your addresses do not match up. >> Yes, they do. >> They do match up. >> Well, then you should have no problem with me running it then. If you are who you >> don't need to run my ID, sir. I told you again. I'm a lawyer. This is my office address. I've proven that with my business card and my driver's license. This is not illegal. You have no reason to stop me. Well, then you should have no reason for me to run your ID if you are so in fact a lawyer and this is your property because from where I stand, you're illegally dumping trash into a dumpster. If we continue with this, sir, you're going to get sued. Is that officer I see badge 2322? You really want to continue this conversation knowing that I'm an attorney at all? I mean, you haven't proven that you're an attorney >> with the business card saying attorney that doesn't and the ID matching that doesn't do it for you. >> Or you want to keep going down this rabbit hole, officer. >> Okay, ma'am. This could just be so simple. All you need to do is give me your ID and your business card back. >> I'm not letting you run anything. I don't have to let you run anything. Maybe you need to go read into your law books, >> ma'am. instead of just the academy. >> If you weren't breaking the law, >> you're going to get sued, sir. This is harassment now because you're on my private property as a tenant. >> 10:17 >> and you're trying to make me up. >> While he was trying to call for backup, she kept spinning her [music] web of words, a manipulative rant designed to wrigle her way out of trouble unscathed. But before the officer could decide his next move, she hurled a wild accusation his way. >> Call because you're wrong. You're absolutely wrong. I don't know if it's racism. I don't know what you have going on. A bad day. I'm not sure, sir, but you need to go. >> None of that is relevant to what's going on here. >> It's very relevant because you're sitting here harassing me at my workplace, but I'm taking out my trash where I pay for half my office space. >> Okay. None of that has been proven. I do have an ongoing investigation right now that I just got called on. >> My business card. I've given you my business card. I've showed you my ID and verified that's the name. This is my office. Would you like to come inside? >> Okay, ma'am. I'm going to let you off on a warning. >> YOU HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO LET me off on a warning because you you need a warning yourself. Keep it going. >> I have an ongoing investigation I need to tend to. >> I bet you do. >> We're going to leave this as a warning today. >> That sounds great. That sounds great. You have a great day. In the end, she was led off on a warning. Unlike Linda, who got off lightly, Lindsay learned the hard way after boldly defying law enforcement. >> Are you refusing to identify yourself to a police officer? >> I'm refusing to turn around. Put your hands behind your back. >> What are you doing? >> Get away from me. What are you doing? >> He has nothing to say. There's nothing that we did wrong. WE WERE LITERALLY STANDING OUTSIDE. DON'T LISTEN TO THAT FAT. MY BROTHER'S A POLICE OFFICER. I'm a It's dirty. >> On February the 19th, 2021, Georgia officers responded to a residence following a noise complaint. [music] When they arrived, it was clear a party had taken place and guests were slowly trickling out. The officers decided to stand by as everyone figured out their way home. But [music] one guest had a different idea, one that didn't involve playing by the rules or cooperating with the cops. >> This whole time they were outside smoking on the porch and then they started yelling it off. >> Okay. Uh, >> we're just getting in our Uber, waiting for it, and then >> Okay. Would you like to file a report? >> I would like to file a report. >> Okay. Need your ID? >> Yeah, we do ever were coming, but they've been sitting out there yelling at us when we were standing here. Not >> Okay. Nobody over there called us. >> They were crunching at us then. >> Okay. You know that they That's not the people who called us. >> Oh, who is it that called you? >> Uh, someone on the north side of the street, not on the south side of the street. They just were outside not 5 seconds ago screaming at us for being >> Well, I don't care about the other people. >> I'm sorry. They just wait on their Uber. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Do you Do you think that they could wait inside? >> Do you think that they could wait inside? >> Do you think that they could wait inside there? the we got a call about the noise disturbance on the front porch, not inside. >> Yeah. It's very >> Well, we have a a bachelor. >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah, nice. I feel like every call I've been on tonight someone it's either like a bachelor party or >> dude this is Savannah this is this is the Nashville of Georgia every bachelor party comes here >> Friday Saturday Sunday is >> you know veils and >> options for bachelor parties >> really >> yeah I mean like >> well right now it's cold but you do pedal >> psych Uber says 1 minute away, but it said 1 minute away. >> It's been saying it for >> about saying this for >> I know I believe you, but she's about 2 seconds away from getting a noise ordinance violation. If you don't you can't keep her quiet, she's going to she's going to get her quiet. >> Okay. >> She was clearly pushing her luck. The officers had given her every chance to calm down and walk away, but she just wouldn't take it. Every word from her mouth dripped [music] with arrogance, and every gesture screamed entitlement. At first, the officers couldn't quite place where her arrogance was coming from, but sooner or later, they would find out. >> We just want to get >> crazy. I hear you. You guys can wait inside. >> We said you guys can wait. >> That is an option. Want to go? >> I know, but you guys are You're disturbing your neighbors. It's >> Wait, I'm disturbing the neighbors that were sitting right there. >> Okay, give me your ID. >> Are you kidding? >> Yeah, give me your ID. >> Okay. Ma'am, I have my >> Come on. What are they doing? >> Right now, she's being detained so we can identify her. >> I can I can promise you we can get >> Hey, hey, hey, hey. >> 25 Bravo one. What are you guys doing? I don't understand. >> At this point, she was merely being detained for refusing to identify herself. But after she boldly claimed to be a lawyer, the tables turned. [music] That revelation was the final nail in the coffin, sealing her fate before she could even plead her case. >> Go ahead. >> What did I start supervisor and EMS for use of force? >> What are you doing? >> Walking over to my car. want to go home. >> I promise you I have anything. >> She's not under arrest right now. >> You can convince her. >> What are you doing to me? >> Stay right there until we get into my car. All right. >> Come on. >> What are you doing? >> You guys, I'm an attorney and this What are you guys doing to me? As an attorney, you should know in the state of Georgia when you're being detained by police, >> it is a requirement by law >> that you identify. >> What did I do? >> I don't have any weapons. Get in the car. >> DOWN. [screaming] >> MA'AM, GET IN THE CAR. >> I didn't double lock him. >> Emily, >> this I can't I can't double lock him right now. I didn't even do anything. >> Sit down. >> Wait, guys. >> Sit down. >> If you just get in the car. Sit down. >> Do you need EMS? >> After placing her in the police vehicle, the officers turned their attention to her friends, who are now trying to intervene and make sure she didn't end up in jail. But the suspect had already made up her mind to write her own ticket to ruin. And at that point, nothing could stop her. Okay. So, >> I got a little ghost. >> Listen, guys. >> Okay. I want to explain something to you. >> We came out here for a noise violation. >> Literally for them. >> Okay. >> Yeah. For them and screwed. >> Okay. I'm trying to explain to you. >> No, I know. I'm sorry. We're sorry. We're sorry. >> She is causing a lot of noise while I'm here. And I tell her, "Hey, you're really close to getting a noise violation." She keeps going and she gets in my face. >> So I say, "Okay, it's a noise violation." And I attempt to identify her. In the state of Georgia, >> when you are being either at any point in contact with a police officer and you are not free to go, you're required by law to identify yourself, >> right? >> She doesn't know that. She doesn't know that. She's a lawyer. >> She is a lawyer. >> It's not She hasn't passed the bar in. >> Can I at least like talk to her for a minute? That's not something that we just ask for to pay off. >> My dad is just asking what is she charged with? >> Um, it's going to be public drunkenness. She's going to be disorderly >> public drunkenness. Disorderly conduct >> and disorderly conduct. >> No, there's one more. And then um obstructing a police officer >> and I'm sorry. >> Obstructing a police officer >> and obstructing a police officer. >> I have a question. Exactly. What am I here for? >> Okay. What does your report exactly say that I did? Emily, do not talk to him. He has nothing to say. He has nothing to say. There's nothing that we did wrong. We were literally standing outside. Don't listen to that fat. >> You guys are pathetic. Why are you doing this? What are you doing? My brother's a police officer. I'm a attorney. I respect What are you doing? >> When it became clear to them that she had no plans to calm down, they invited her sister to talk to her and at least get her to do the right thing by identifying herself. However, they soon realized that it would have been easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for an egocentric lawyer to take instructions from some police officers who she felt were below her. >> I'm not finding you in their database. >> Where's your ID? >> Do you have your ID on you? >> Weird. What are you so bored? This is so weird. >> Lindsay, do you have your ID on you? >> Yeah, I eventually I don't know. >> Hold on. Roll down the window real quick. Hold on, Katie. Roll down the window. I would rather have them out. >> If you want out of those handcuffs, I need you to calm down so I can look at your wrist. >> Are you kidding me? No, I'm not. >> Please do. plan well avenue. >> For some strange reason, she desperately [music] wanted to go to jail. Or at least that was what her actions suggested. But the officers had a better plan for her that would soon be revealed. >> We want to get her out of handcuffs and back with you guys. >> They want to get her out of handcuffs and back with us as >> repeat everything. I You can put me on speaker so he can hear. >> Oh, sorry. I'm just going to put you on speaker. >> We want to just stand with her. I don't want her If we're going We want to get her back to you as soon as possible. We're not going to we're not getting fingerprinted, but the information that she's given us, we can't find. Yeah, don't be nervous. >> I'm going to take you and Emily and Michael, take you out of this car and put you in my car and I'm going to take you out of handcuffs and I'm going to give you and Emily a ride over to the place right above social club where you're staying cuz all your friends are in a police car and they want to go home too. >> No, I know. I'm just No. >> They want to wait for you cuz you're almost done. >> He's finished up that paperwork and you're done. >> Too bad. >> But your sister wants to ride with you and I'm going to let you guys ride together. Okay. If you want to get in, just slide and Lie can get here. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> Fortunately for her, after the officers confirmed her identity, she was released without charges, even though she deserved some. Although Bobby was taught a pretty hard lesson for foolishly trying to teach law to those who enforce it, Benjamin Greenwald met an even worse fate when his silver tongue failed to save him from a trespassing situation. >> I'm a lawyer. You can't talk to me. I [music] clean my fist. Good luck. >> I'm a lawyer and you haven't listened to me. My name is Benjamin Green. >> Okay, man. >> Stop. Stop, man. Stop. >> If you would have listened unlawful commands, you wouldn't be in this position. >> I apologize. I apologize. On December the 28th, 2022, officers responded to a fast food restaurant following a report of a client loitering on the premises. When the cops arrived at the scene, they met an ignorant man who didn't hesitate to let them know that he was wellversed in legal affairs. >> Um, so he's over there in the corner. He's been here since about 4:00 a.m. You guys want >> step outside for me? >> Oh, you guys step outside. He wants your trust.
