I mean, there's a little narcotic stuff involved, too. So, >> a lot of what she's saying might not be true, >> but she does have mental illness. She is off her meds. >> So, you guys didn't even hook up. >> We literally had one time. >> You don't think that your cop husband could have protected you? >> I didn't want to tell him what I was doing. >> That you were cheating. >> Officers put their lives on the line every day, trusting their partners to hold things down at home. But what happens when officers maybe initiate a traffic stop and then find their wives having a good time with some other dude >> just came down and jumped to me and started hitting me in the head. >> Do you know him? >> No. >> Okay. The chick that's over here is the wife. >> Oh, the other dude >> of the suspect. >> Oh, >> so it might be uh you're sleeping with my wife. >> She called me frantic on the phone saying he just left drunk in the car and he's looking for you. Here are the times on dduty cops caught their wives cheating on them. Starting with the moment officers pulled a vehicle over only to find their colleagueu's fiance getting a little freaky with some other guy in the vehicle. >> 6:00 you took a what' you take a had a glass of wine. >> I'll talk to my supervisor. >> My you know Miguel has been >> Can you please phone him? >> He knows Miguel. Who's Miguel? You know Miguel? >> He's FWC. He's my boyfriend. my fiance. Actually, >> who's the guy in the car? >> Like I said, >> he's a friend. >> On July the 19th, 2024, a deputy noticed a car driving without tail lights and pulled it over. However, at the point he initiated the traffic stop, one thing he didn't expect was to find a woman being a little freaky with some guy and that she would also be someone that a colleague of his intended to marry. >> Hello. How are you? >> How are you? I'm Deputy Orange at the Sheriff's Office. The reason I'm stopping you is that your your lights aren't on. >> New cars. >> So sorry. >> What happened? >> New car. He has no idea. Yeah. >> Okay. Where are you guys coming from? >> I just picked him up from Chugies. >> All right. So, he's the one >> he's the one that smells like alcohol. >> No, I literally just picked him up. I just got out of bed. Okay. >> Yeah. You gave me those. Your this right there. Okay. Do you have your license or your registration proof insurance with you? >> I do. >> Yep. It's going to be in an envelope in there. >> You You've had nothing to drink tonight. >> No, sir. >> Okay. The reason I'm asking because the smell is like really bad. >> No, I get it. >> No, that that's completely fine. Like I can do whatever you want me to do. >> I just like walk up and pick them up. Okay, I'm going have you step out for one second. Okay, >> this will I'm going to keep this for a second. >> All right, just put your feet together, hands at your side. >> Okay, >> I'm just doing this really quick to make sure cuz I I believe it's him cuz I can tell by the way he's talking, but I have to make sure that it's not him. Okay. All right. You're going to follow this with your eyes and your eyes only. You see it? All right. Keep keep it on here. >> So, you have some jerking in your eyes. Are you >> Yeah. No, I know. I have a stigmatism in my eyes. >> You have a stigmatism? >> I do. >> You've had nothing to drink? >> No, sir. >> You woke up and you went and picked him up? >> Yes, sir. almost on everything. And I'm driving to Publix. >> To Publix? >> Mhm. >> What are you doing at Publix? >> Well, cross the street. Public is the neighbor. >> Yes. I'm going to have to do field sobriety exercise. >> Okay. >> Code 499. >> So, here's here's the issue. Okay. >> Okay. and I understand that you're driving your dad, but you're telling me you're just getting out of bed. You don't look like somebody just got out of bed. >> Okay. Um, like I said, is I can tell he's intoxicated. >> I I have never had contact with you before. >> Okay. I don't know you. Um, so tell me what you've done tonight from >> like >> all night from say 8:00 to now >> 8:00 p.m. >> 8:00 p.m. >> 8:00 p.m. I was at Show Me the Money with my grandma. >> Okay. >> Up at Homestead. >> Okay. >> At American Legion. And then I came down here. Um, I saw my parents. They just flew in from New Jersey. So I saw them. I said hi. Oh, and my brother gave birth. my brother's fiance or wife. >> Okay. Tonight, >> uh around 400 p.m. today. >> Last night. >> You've had from 8:00 till now, you have not had a drop of alcohol. >> At 6:00 p.m. I had a um a whiskey. I don't I don't even know. >> At 6. So since 6:00 and it was the only thing you had was one at 6 p.m. you've had nothing else. Have you eaten since 6 p.m.? >> No, sir. >> It was clear as day that the woman was blatantly lying about having just one drink. But the real shock came when the officer spoke to the passenger who clearly wasn't about to help the lady dodge any consequences. >> Hello. Are you're her father? >> No, just a friend. >> Just a friend. >> Just a friend. Okay. And you you were at Sharkies alone? Tell me 041. >> Yeah, pick me up over. >> She picked me up 041. >> Okay, >> if there's any like blow thing I do. >> Okay, so right now I don't have a blow thing. >> Okay, >> that's kind of why we have these exercises. Unsurprisingly, the lady failed each and every field sobriety test. But failing the test would soon be the least of the officer's problems. >> You said that 6:00 you took a What did you take a No, >> I didn't have a glass of wine with my grandmother throwing me the money out there. >> Okay. All right. I'm gonna have you turn around for me. Okay. >> Put your hands together like you're praying. I you can give room. I'm not trying to hurt you or anything like that. >> You will be given the opportunity to provide a breath sample. Okay. I'm going to take this off. >> Do you have your >> Can I call my mom? >> I will allow you to call your mom. How old are you? Let me see your key. >> I am 23. I would like to call my mom to for her to drive my car. >> That's not That's not how that happens. Okay. >> Okay. >> Turn around. So your car I'll talk to my supervisor. >> Maru, you know Miguel has been over there. Can you please call him? >> No, don't call anybody right now. He knows Miguel. Who's Miguel? You know Miguel? >> He's FWC. He's my boyfriend. My fiance, actually. >> Okay, that's fine. Who's the guy in the car? Like I said, >> he's a friend. Picked >> him up. >> You just picked up a random person? No, >> he was just a friend of Charis. >> I knew him before. He called me for a ride and he was getting tire. >> Okay, come with me. >> The officers were stunned to learn that this woman not only had a fiance, but was also in the service. And here she was driving around drunk with an unknown man. The real shocker came when the officers turned their attention to the equally drunk passenger. >> Where's Marine? >> I was drinking beer. I have no idea what that is. >> You You were drinking beer. You have no idea what that is. >> I have no idea what that is. >> It's not yours. >> No. >> Whose is it? >> Not mine. I have no idea. >> Can you smell alcohol in here? Little bit like barely. But >> that's not yours. >> No, sir. >> All right. Go home. >> There's a drink inside the car. Red drink with a lime and a black straw. This gentleman is saying isn't his. >> I don't know what to tell you. I'm sorry. Like that's not my drink. >> Have you been driving people around? >> Yes, sir. >> Other people? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Just so you know, you are going to be listed on this report as a witness because you are saying that that drink is not yours and that belongs to her. >> I didn't say belong to her. I said it's not mine. >> It's not yours. But okay. But her Yeti cup was just thrown in it. Okay. You have a good night. Please cross the street now while it's safe. Go ahead. Oh. Here we go. Yeah. Right here. Look. There it is right there. >> What is that? >> Cooler's light. So, two open containers in there. >> Let me see the After finding more than enough evidence in the car, the officers were ready to make the arrest. But before doing so, they decided to call one crucial person, the lady's fiance. >> Hello, this is Deputy Orange with the Monro County Sheriff's Office. Um, I have somebody that wants to talk to you, so I'm going to put the phone up to my separator. Just be advised that my incar camera and body camera are rolling. Okay. >> Hello. Can you hear me? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. So, just out of professional courtesy for you working for FWC is the only reason I'm even making this call. >> Um, so just whatever you want to know, I'll let you know. >> Uh, did you feel so? >> Uh, yeah, she did. There were two open containers found inside the vehicle. One in the cup holder, um, which she's saying was not hers, and then a beer that was thrown behind her seat that was still full, but open. or it was just a cup and a beer. >> Yeah, it was a mixed drink and then a beer. >> And where you by sharks? >> Um by Yeah, by Sharkies >> and he's going to go. >> Yes. Yeah. There's nothing I can really do, boss. I I'm sure you if you work down here, you know that this is >> I started down there. So, >> yeah. Yeah. So, um yeah, she's going to go to the jail. She's saying that she's going to provide a breast sample, which if that's what she wants to do, she's she's grown. She can do that. Um and then, um she'll go to PK jail. The woman was ultimately charged with DUI, refusal to submit to a DUI test after license suspension, and possession of substances. Speaking of cops catching their unfaithful wives, this bimbo faked her own hostage incident to cover the fact that she had been out with her side piece >> and that it's your wife. >> Yeah. >> And she's blood sister. My blood sister. >> Yeah. Like I'm pretty sure he wanted to like plant in my husband's car so that when I leave he can call the cops and tell him that I cared. Prove >> I'm not an informant. >> You went out with some guy that's not your husband. >> On April the 27th, 2024, officers in Florida responded to a call at a local beach after reports that the wife of an onduty police officer was being held hostage and was threatening to overdose on a dangerous substance. But once officers arrived, they realized that the situation had little to do with an actual threat and more to do with an unstable, unfaithful cop's wife. Where was she physically last? >> So after it was recorded, Holly Hill, >> we have family all over driving. They saw the car. By the time they could get turned around, the car was >> We turned around. We pulled We saw it on the road from that parking spot right there. We pulled in there, went right around that building. By the time we came around, she was gone. >> Okay. >> Gone that way. >> Apparently, when it was recorded, Holly Hill, she was sitting on the LPRs all up and down. >> Yeah. >> They wouldn't pick her phone. >> Um, yeah, cuz I know for us, for the public's incident, I know by the time it was reported to us, it already hit the LPR into Daytona Beach. So if has there been any additional communication since >> I I've been Yeah. But she's saying like she can't leave because the person she's with took the keys from her so she can't leave. >> Is she saying where she's at? >> No, she didn't tell me where she was at but I mean, there's a little narcotical stuff involved, too. So, she a lot of what she's saying might not be true, >> but she does have mental illness. She is off her meds and she does have history. >> Got force to do drugs, selling my wedding ring, all this. I'm currently on foot looking to get enough to overdose and I'll go down by the beach and enjoy my high till I die. Uh yeah, it's you know saying she should have you know myself. I'm begging for her location. Um she's like I never did yet. I know it can easily. >> Okay. >> I don't know >> what messages were shown to Holly Hill. >> All of them. All of these. They were all shown to Holly Hill. Who the this were all shown. Um they saw all of them. I I don't know what more criteria they want for a Baker Act, but you know >> locator. Yeah. I I mean, >> what's our most recent? >> Most recent text message. >> What's the time here? >> 607. >> Cuz I just asked if that dirt bag working at Karabas tonight. She said no. He quit. I requested her a location. >> I answer, you know, >> the last message I have was at 4:47. She said, "Selling myself on roots for money so I can eat for the first time in 8 days." >> And then it's your wife. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> She's blood sister. >> I'm blood sister. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What What mental illness does she have? >> She's bipolar. Um I can show you the meds. The therapist or whatever she was going to give like an actual diagnosis diagnosis. She said she thinks it's bipolar. The poor husband looked painfully embarrassed, almost as if he knew that his wife wasn't in any type of danger at all. By the time officers finally tracked her down, it was obvious that this had spiraled into the kind of infidelity no onduty cop should ever have to walk into. >> Get this process started. >> Mind you, never even >> So you guys didn't even hook up? >> We literally had one time. Was that this morning? >> No. Oh, God. I let him come near me. How >> So, how did this morning happen or this at 2:00 in the morning? >> I was trying to leave. I needed my keys. >> You didn't give me keys. >> Can you unlock me with just one one hand? >> No. >> Can you move? >> What are you doing? >> I have an itch on my face. >> That works. And let's go ahead. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to take you out. So, you were trying trying to get your keys from inside the residence cuz you wanted to leave and you had the door shut and >> No, the door wasn't shut. It was cracked open, but I refused to go in there. >> Okay. So, he wasn't like preventing you to come in. I >> I asked him to hand in my key. It's his room, his name. >> I was not welcome to come in. So, I stood outside and asked for my keys. Okay. >> And then of course as soon as I started leaving it's if you leave I'll kill you. I'll I'll do this. I'll do that. Like I'm pretty sure he wanted to like plant my husband's car so that when I leave he can call the cops and tell him that I in the car >> and then >> I'm just trying to do whatever I can to not get in trouble. So he's telling >> that's when the the lock box was thrown at you. >> Yeah. And then and then you threw whatever item back. >> Yeah, the plastic piece. >> The plastic. >> It's like a divider. >> Okay. The plastic divider. And then after that, when we ran, >> did you have your keys? >> Yeah. I was parked by our hotel room. >> Okay. So, you got your key. You end up getting keys back >> and I drove around to the other side of the hotel and parked by get home. Huh? >> Were you meeting? But >> I have no money. Literally, like I was about to p my watch to get gas to get home. What happened with your wedding ring? >> I had to pawn it because he made me do it so he can pay his >> by making you What do you mean? >> Give me an ultimatum. Do you want something to happen to you and your family? No. All right. Well, here's my wedding ring. I don't take threats lightly. Like, especially not my family, not my two girls. He knows where he lives. I mean, he's a felon. Like, he'll do anything. He's a And then I really set him off because he um when he started like screaming and smacking his chest at me, I was like it was like, "Were you going to strangle me and then threat me for calling the cops?" And he was like, "Did you got my fuckard?" And I was like, "Yes." It didn't take long for officers to realize this whole abduction story was a little too far-fetched, especially since the woman showed absolutely no signs of being a victim. When the cheating wife figured out her lies went landing, she went for an alternative approach, hoping that a sympathy angle might save her from the predicament she had gotten herself into. >> I literally pass out. So, >> you want to sit down real fast? This should only take a minute. I don't You want to sit back in the car? >> Okay, I got to unlock it. He was >> Yeah, he moved and he didn't like I'm hypoglycemic. My blood sugar was probably so low and that's why I'm shaking. Okay. >> I feel like I'm going to pass out. I drank maybe three bottles of water in 8 days. >> Have you been texting, Tim? No, I haven't had it before. >> He took it from you? >> No, you thought he's dead. >> No, I'm talking not right the second, but in these two weeks or however long, 8 days. >> He likes to call. He didn't like text. Gotcha. >> What was your plan? Like, did you have a plan on how to get out of this? I kept on trying to get to my friend Christine's house >> this girl that I know from a long time ago and uh she had reached out to me and she requested me on Facebook so I added it added her and I you know told her that I've been staying in Orand um with this guy Tim and in the messages to her she's like come to my job let me buy you food and give him gas money and I'm like I can't even address But >> so I was going to try and you know tell him, oh my friend, you know, she lives here in the area cuz I don't know what Daytona I don't know even here. Like I have a friend who lives in the area and you know she wants to hang out. Um I was going to invite her over last night cuz she didn't want to be around anybody. He didn't. He's like, "Oh, you can hang out with her if she comes here, but I'm going to leave." So that would have been my perfect chance. >> I'm willing to go back home. I've been trying to go back home and then every time I tell him I'm going to go home, he's like, "Oh, your cop your your pig husband is going to keep you there. He's going to lock you up there." And I'm like, I mean, I I haven't been home. Like, I have children I need to get home to. Like, he locks me up there, it's like rightfully so. No. God car. >> Unfortunately for the wife, the officers didn't buy the victim act for even a single second. >> How come you never told your sister or whatever while they were looking for you where you were at if you needed help? >> Because my sister's not here to help me. My sister is literally the nosiest person in the world. I don't want I don't want my family thinking that I'm doing I like to do just as I'm desperate to do. No, I will force them. But no one's going to listen to me. So, I don't want to sit here and explain myself to people who have their own opinions and theories in their head and make up these scenarios that they're going to run with and believe if everything that comes out of my mouth is a lie. Well, she called four police departments to try to find you because you said that you were being held hostage and was going to kill yourself and take a bunch of an overdose in the ocean on the beach because I would rather do that than be in a room with him or be near him. If I was home at my home family life, I would never think about I would never take myself or my kids. I would never kill myself, but being in a situation like this and being afraid to leave and what he's going to do. He knows where I live. Being afraid of that, like, yeah, I'd rather be be here with you. >> You don't think that your cop husband could have protected you? >> I didn't want to tell him what I was doing. >> That you were cheating? >> No, no, no. out about that. I didn't want him to know like I'm being held hostage and I'm being fed in my throat. And it all started because I like an idiot told them that my husband's a cop. >> Prove I'm not an informant. >> You went out with some guy. And it's not your husband to a party >> and you're sneaking away with some guy. >> Yeah. No, the start that's not how the started. The drug started because when we were there and I said to my husband the cop like I'm not doing this. They thought I was an informant and I was going to try and get everybody arrested. So the only way to prove that that wasn't the case, they made me smoke. You had to smoke it. >> And then what? You went home after that? >> No, not like that. >> Well, that was 2 weeks ago, right? >> Yeah. I don't know how many times I've been home in 2 weeks. I've literally have never been on in my life. >> Well, you weren't held hostage for two weeks. No, >> I didn't say I was held hostage for two weeks. These last two days I've been So this Tim guy >> and then being okay is is being held hostage in the United >> from a couple days ago. >> From a couple days ago, >> the wife's carefully spun web of lies didn't convince the one officer who already knew what was going on. And it wouldn't take long before he'd call her out on every baseless excuse that she had been hiding behind. You were out texting. You had your phone and you were texting your sister and probably other people facetiming. >> Oh, was I supposed to have them go there? >> Could have said something. >> What? >> You were out. I'm going to I'm just saying that the the messages that I was reading do not give the impression of I'm being held hostage by this guy that said me and my family if I don't take this. It reads >> that's your opinion. I know. I'm not I'm not but I'm just saying that's just how it read and I I'm not the one I'm not held hostage by a guy so I can't tell you. But you know I'm I'm just saying you're painting this picture of this dude which he's probably a dirt bag. >> Oh, here you go. I know where you're going with this one. Okay. I'm done talking. >> Where am I going? >> Painting this picture of this dude when you're the one. I know what you're going to say. I'm not going anywhere. I'm just getting out of the car. I need to stand up. >> Don't worry. I'm not stupid. I'm not going to run. >> Said I never met this guy. He sounds like bad guy. >> He is a bad guy. When you meet him, you probably think he's very nice. He's very manipulative. >> I hope I never meet him. >> I hope when you do, he has his watch box on him that has it. He gets arrested. >> Me, too. He sounds like he belongs to jail. And every time my husband texted me or my sister or my mom would text me, he would tell me like, "Don't respond. What did they say first? Say this. Say this. Say this. Tell him tell them what he's telling me to say. cuz I'm afraid to not listen to it. >> The officers eventually took the lady to a hospital for evaluation where they discussed initiating a Baker Act for her, which is a Florida law that allows for involuntary psychiatric examination. The officer handled his wife's infidelity well, but Officer Mleki lashed out on his wife's lover after he discovered that she was cheating on him. >> And from what I understand, this is his wife. And who who showed up? my husband. >> I take you know who her husband is. >> Yeah. So, it's going to go up through the >> I just want him to be safe because he's >> he's not stable, obviously. >> On November the 12th, 2017, officers from the Albuquerque Police Department were dispatched to a dog park for a simple run-of-the-mill fight between [music] two men. However, they'd quickly find out that this was anything but a basic scuffle and was instead the opening scene of a deeply personal mess involving an onduty cop's marriage. >> All righty. So, [music] what happened if at let's do you need EMS to come out and check you out? >> I'm not sure. How do I look? I'm really my head is really sore and it's getting swollen at multiple places. >> David 635, go ahead and send me 4355 >> and have them come west of the dog park. So, what happened? >> Someone ran down the hill. I was sitting here exercising and just >> 30-year-old male uh multiple blows to the head. Uh swelling on the side of the face. He is conscious and breathing. >> Just came down and jumped me and started hitting me in the head. >> Do you know him? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And from what I understand, this is his wife. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. >> So, you had any beef with him? Any issues? >> Uh, I think there's been an ongoing issue, but nothing physical until now. >> Okay. You want to press charges? >> No. >> No. Okay. Well, we're going to have EMS. >> Unless I'm really >> Well, I mean, you're you're pretty red and you got a lot of bumps and bruises around your head. >> And I think he took my car key because I don't It was in my pocket and I don't know where the hell it is now, so I can't even >> Is it just the key? It's a It's a black fob for the whole >> thing. So, it's Yeah, it's probably >> It was like right here and it was in my pocket and he either took it or kicked it or threw it. >> These people jumped over the fence to try to get him away. >> Um, which one's your vehicle? >> The white car. >> Okay, let's go up to the vehicle so EMS can come check you out and then we'll finish the rest of this. Do you have your driver's license on you or >> car? >> In your car. >> My phone is in there. >> What I'll do is once I'm done talking with you, ter. Thank you. Um, yeah, we'll have you sit up by your car. I'll come up there as well and I'll have a chat with her as well and then I'll see if I can walk around and see if I can find it. >> Yeah, we will give you a good 10 minutes and that'll see. >> Okay. >> To the responding officers, it looked like just another ugly call. An enraged husband snapping after catching his wife's affair partner identified as Sha. Except they weren't aware that the most uncomfortable part of the case still awaited them. All righty. So, let me get your name. >> Uh, Sean. >> Sean. >> Yeah. S H A U N. >> And last name. >> People call you guys. That was not >> Yeah. You know what day of the week it is showing? >> Uh, it's Sunday. >> You know what month we're in? >> November. >> What year is it? >> 2017. >> Who's president? >> It's Trump. >> How many quarters in a dollar? >> Four. >> Okay. Do you have any medical issues? Allergic to anything? >> Nothing more. >> Okay, cool. Did you lose consciousness at all? No. >> Did he just use his hands, feet? >> I think just his hands. Yeah. Okay. this way. [snorts] You >> good, buddy? >> Yeah. He's not here and he doesn't want to press charges anyway. It's an ongoing issue. It's just never been violent. Now it's violent. All right. >> And I think it may be cuz the the chick that's over here is the wife >> of the other dude >> of the suspect. >> So it might be uh you're sleeping with my wife, but he was over here working out and the guy just came down here and beat the crap out of him. >> So I'm head over to RNS. >> Okay. >> Okay, Sean, because you don't want to press charges. Um, what I'm going to do is I'm going to write anformational report on this. It's going to have you, it's going to have him, and it's going to have her. Um, and one press charges on it. I've ever been in one fight in my entire life. >> So, if you feel like this is an ongoing thing and it's just escalated to this, nine times out of 10, I can't even say that. Sometimes it'll escalate even worse. Like, he may put you in the hospital >> or worse. He's got regular head. So, >> so what I'm going to do is I'm going to have a chat with her and and find out the situation and what's going on. >> The fact that a furious husband had actually gone so far as to attacking another man was shocking in itself, but nothing could have prepared the officers for the moment they discovered the identity of the asalent. >> Who's that? >> Huh? >> Who is it? >> Oh, I got >> Okay, man. What's your name? S t e p h. >> Yeah. Not yet. >> And who who showed up? My husband. Okay. >> What's your husband's name? >> Josh Maliki. >> Huh? >> Josh Maliki. >> Josh is in APD. Josh, >> David 635 PD. Can you have a supervisor respond down here, please? Negative code. >> The disappointment was written all over the officer's face, who now realized that the asalent wasn't just some stranger, but his own colleague, someone he knew all too well. >> So, I'll ask you again, Sean, do you want to press charges? >> I mean, it's totally up to you. If you don't feel safe, if you feel like this is going to progress onto something, it's gonna get written up anyway. And >> what does that mean? >> Um, there's going to be a report made >> and it's going to go I take you know who her husband is. >> Yeah. So, it's going to go up through the department >> is too, right? >> Yeah. >> It's going to go up through the department and it's going to go to internal affairs because he still is an employee. But if you don't feel safe, I mean, even after this, if something else happens, call us back. Um, I'm going to give you a case and a CAD number and you can reference it off off of that. >> But the decision is totally yours. >> No, that's fine. >> Okay. Um, so they're going to be here in >> They'll be here by 9:00, they said. >> Okay. >> Hopefully sooner. They said in 45 minutes maximum. So, I'll be here to get me in my car and then I can >> Is Stephanie going to take you up to your >> uh I'm not sure. I got to My buddy said he'll come pick me up and and do it. The guy that I'm my roommate. So, >> okay. >> I'm going to call him back in a second and say, "Hey, can you come?" >> I don't know what she's going to do. I just want her to be safe because he's >> he's not stable obviously. >> Yeah. >> And you've never had any issues with him? >> She hasn't mentioned anything to you. What do you mean not physical? >> He's never hit me. >> Okay. >> There's been a I mean that time when he did his whatever he was coming to try to find me. I'm pretty sure. So >> Oh, the incident. >> The incident. >> Yeah. At least that's what you told me cuz she called me frantic on the phone saying he just left drunk in a car and he's looking for you. I'm like, "Oh, that's great." I wasn't living at the place I'm living now somewhere else. But uh >> Okay. cuz we've been having an affair for months now and um he knows about it and she just lies to him that it's not happening and it's still happening and she won't leave him cuz she's scared. >> But I'm just a nice guy. >> Okay. >> The officer wasn't buying the so-called nice guy act. Not only had Sha been having an affair with the wife of an onduty cop, but he had also manipulated and gaslit officer Mleki to the point of physical escalation. >> Well, I'll give you case number and care number on this. Um, if anything else comes up, you can reference the case number and it'll have all the information on it. >> Um, I would highly suggest you get a civil restraining order. It It's It's really not going to be able to do much for us. All that's going to happen is if he contacts you, comes over by your house, comes over within 100 yards, that kind of stuff. >> Um, you'll call an officer, officer will write a report, you'll take it to court, and then you go before the judge. He violated my uh my civil restraining order by doing this, >> right? >> And then the judge will decide what's going to happen beyond that. >> So, all you'll do is take the take the report, but it's it's something that's going to protect you. I mean, it's only a piece of paper. It's not bulletproof. It's not >> fist proof, >> right? >> But it's going to semi protect you from anything that's going on. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I'll take that out. All right, >> Stephanie, you going to be good? >> Yeah. >> You going to be okay going home? >> Uh, I'll probably stay away for a little while. >> Go over there with my mom. We'll see. It'll be fine. >> Okay. Let us know if there's anything else we can do, anything else we can help with. >> If you have any issues, go ahead and call us back. Okay. >> Yep. >> All right. I'm going to hang out for a little bit longer and then until somebody comes and opens his vehicle. >> Okay. >> And then all I'll do is I'll keep swinging by and just kind of keep an eye on your vehicle. >> Okay. Yeah. Thanks. >> Albuquerque police officer Josh Mleki, who had already been arrested earlier this year for drunk driving, was later investigated for attacking Sha. He was suspended with pay during the DWI investigation and the case took more than 9 months to resolve, ending with a guilty plea in early May 2018, just weeks after he resigned from the Albuquerque Police Department. Officer Mleki definitely got his heart broken, as did this poor husband, after he discovered his wife was sneaking behind his back during his deployment. >> Cuz I'm just trying to figure out why she telling me, "Oh, last time I talked to my ex was this, that, and the third." But then the ex is telling me something else. So I we on the phone with the ex and I'm like, "Bro." So I asked him, I'm like, "Bro, when was the last time y'all had?" >> And then he saw the messages and automatically assumed that I'm into something with this guy. >> On January the 23rd, 2025, officers responded to a domestic disturbance and arrived to find an apartment that looked more like a battlefield than a home centered around a cheating wife. >> Hello. >> Hey, what's going on? >> What's going on? Mhm. >> That was unfort. So we had a little altercation. We were talking this that and the third. She went to the laundry room across the way about like since midnight. So I wake up at 2:30. I'm like this is not just my girlfriend. This my wife. So I'm like I'm going to come over here. I go in the laundry room. As soon as I'm going in the laundry room, she hangs up the phone. So I'm like, you're on the phone with your ex? She starts fighting me. This that and the third. So I took up the phone. I came to the apartment. She comes in here. She throws everything off her hair. So I'm I called her ex. So I'm like, "Bro, what is going on?" Every time I say some, I say some slick. She start hitting me. You understand? She took a knife. She want to draw. She took the knife. She hold her hand right here. She start slitting her hands. I'm standing right here. She right here. She doing this. She cut her hands and I say some slick. She throw the knife at me. So I'm about to wait. That's when I called y'all. And then I called her mom cuz I'm just trying to figure out why she telling me, "Oh, last time I talked to my ex was this, that, and the third." But then the ex is telling me something else. >> Step over here. Talk to me. >> The tension between the couple was still running high. So the officer decided the safest move was to separate them. What followed next was a tale of heartbreak and betrayal that the officers were certainly not expecting. So, I'm like I'm not really for that. Uh, there's a um there's a weapon inside the when you go in the room to the left. There's a >> It's yours. >> No. So, we bought it together, but it's under her name. It's in the closet to the left. >> You got your ID on you? >> No. Uh, my wallet is right there on the floor. >> None of that was used against you, though. The weapon? >> No, no, no, no. >> Okay. So, today she was at the laundry the laundry mat on the premises. >> Oh, she It's right there at the engine. See, it was like >> You're talking about the one on the premises though, right? Okay. So, she was there at midnight. You wake up around 2:00. So I since we had the altercation, I made my wrong. So I'm just like, she's probably talking. First he came out here. She was on the phone with some boy. She doesn't have any male friends out here. We just moved from New York. She doesn't have any male friends out here. So I come out here and I'm like, bro, I'm trying to go to sleep. Let me know if you going to come in the house or not. Cuz she doesn't have she her key is inside. She comes out here and I'm like, "Bro, I'm not going to close the door. Come inside." So she come here, but I still have the little latch latch on the door. So I'm asking I'm like before you come in this house you going to tell me who you want on the phone with. She ain't want to tell me. So she walks away and go to the laundry room. So I'm like you know what >> does that happen? >> Around midnight. So I'm like she goes to the laundry room. I'm like all right it's what it it's what it is. When she comes back I guess she just going to take her stuff and leave cuz I'm not going to continue this relationship with you telling me oh the last time you ex had was this date but your ex is probably tell is now telling me while I'm in training for 6 months you're [music] ex. So, I get I I wake up. I look at my phone. It's 2:30. I check her location. She's still at the laundry mat. I'm like, "Girl, I'm not paying no rent for my wife to go stand in the laundry mat." So, I go over the laundry mat. As soon as she sees me coming to the door, she's like, "All right, I'll talk to you." She hangs up. So, I think she's talking to this friend that she says she was talking to. So, I grab her phone, I open the phone, I see the ex's number. She's like, "Oh, I was talking to my friend first." She was like, "I'm talking to my friend first." I'm like, "Bro, the only number that's here right now is the ex that you said is the ex that you said you don't deal with because you used to violently attack you or you whatever." >> So, she walks out the laundry room. This is just right like right now. So, she walks out the laundry room. >> So, she's now at this time coming back from the laundry room >> at about 30 45 minutes ago. She walks when I grab her phone and we get to the car. She walks to the car with me. She's trying to come into the car. I'm like, "You're not getting into the car with her." So, she walks off. If I drive to the apartment, I drive that white B. I park it right here. She head that way. She's walking outside the apartment. So I come, I park, I get in here, I lock the door. I'm about to get on the bed. I hear when the door knocks. So I come and I'm like, "Bro." I'm asking. I'm like, "Why are you talking to your ex?" She's like, "Open the door. Open the door." I'm like, "Bro, I'm not going to open the door, bro." So I finally open the door. She comes in. I call her the ex. She don't want to call him cuz I took the phone and I smashed it. So she don't want to call the ex. I'm like, "She, matter of fact, you can't call her. >> Just smash whose phone?" >> Her phone. Okay. >> So, it's not even turned on. So, she's like, "Oh, this, that, and the third, blah, blah." I'm like, "All right." So, I call the ex. I'm like, "Bro, he answers the phone. He's not saying hello. He's not saying anything." I'm like, "Bro, come get your my house." I'm like, "Come get your bro." Every time I would say like the B- word or whatever, she will flare up. She took my little blue suitcase in there. She She's lobbing that me like she playing basketball or something. She just lobbing. She comes out here, she throws this. Every time I would say some sick, see her running towards me, swinging, doing all of that. So, and I'm trying to defend myself, but >> and that's happening now. >> Yeah. This was like 30 45 minutes ago. So, I we on the phone with the FPS and I'm like, "Bro." So, I asked him, I'm like, "Bro, when was the last time y'all had?" She was like, she was like, she been telling me. So, last time they had January 1st, 2024. We started talking in May. He's telling me they June. I'm in basic training. While my girl, my wife getting [music] by her ex, her so-called ex that, oh, she don't deal with cuz he's abused. She been trying to get away from him. this, that, and the third. But every time I'm I'm like, "Bro, why were you your ex?" She's like running at me. I'm punching this, that, and the third. I'm like, "Why are you mad at me? Cuz you your ass." Okay. >> On the dude's version of events, it was clear as day that the woman was in the wrong. But the officers needed to hear her side of the story. And they weren't expecting her to completely flip the script. >> What happened, man? >> Hello. >> So, we had a argument earlier today. >> Mhm. >> About um him texting like it's been an ongoing argument about him texting or entertaining other females. Um the first time we had an argument about it, we talked about it, whatever, but I just felt like it wasn't resolved or he stopped or whatever. So, we had a conversation about it the next day and I realized that he didn't. So, it's been something leading up. I had a friend from high school who I replied to something that they posted on Instagram a couple days ago and he told me, "Oh, he is stationing Stewart." And I was like, "Oh, it's glad to know that I know I know somebody else that that's down here cuz I just moved." And then he saw the messages and automatically assumed that I'm into something with this guy or when he's he's leaving for the field next week for like 45 days. So he's automatically assumed that I'm going to be doing something with this guy once he's gone. So I was like, "No, that's not going to happen." So we we were talking about it earlier, everything, cough, conversation, whatever. Then we move past it. We were laying down. He brought it back up again. And I said, "I don't know why you're so paranoid that I'm going to be doing something once you're going out in the field for 45 days. Like that's not going to happen." I tried to like, you know, reassure the issue, but he constantly brings up the fact that I was doing something when he was in basic training, which wasn't the case, right? And he was and I was like, you constantly bringing that up, but you're texting females. When I found the messages recently where he was texting a female, I didn't bring it up. I didn't say anything. I let it be. But he went through my phone and saw that I had took pictures of the messages and I said, "Why were you doing it?" He said I was wrong for going to my friend about it first and not going to him. So, he's just not going to explain anything to me. He's telling this girl, "Oh, he lives with his sister. He's going to be help helping her out with her papers and some along along the line of that." I didn't bring it up cuz I'm like whatever. So, the whole thing started today when I'm trying to talk to him. Attacking her boyfriend over her ex was insane to begin with, but what followed next was even worse. An almost impressive attempt to rewrite the narrative in her favor, but the more the wife spun herself as the victim, the more she complicated things for herself. >> I literally walked out whenever I realized that conversation is going left, my first thing to always do is to go outside, cool off, come back in. >> What was that? >> That was earlier today. >> Like around what time estimate? >> Probably like around 7 8. I don't really like know the time, but let's put it around that time. >> Okay. >> And then I went outside, you know, I tried to cool off, whatever. I came back in. We were having trying to have a conversation about the issue again. The conversation got heated and I literally said, "If you're not going to explain to me why you keep on doing what you're doing, it doesn't make any sense. Why are you doing it? Why are you entertaining these females? Why are they so quick to send you news? Like why are you having those type of conversations telling people you live with your sister, you live with this person, you live with that person. It's not making sense. >> Okay. So today around 7 or 8 is when you leave. >> That's when like the whole thing started and >> because you guys started arguing about him talking to other females >> prior to that. But at 7 or 8 is when you left and you took your iPad to McDonald's to get Wi-Fi to talk to your best friend. >> Yes. It was around that time like at what time? >> Okay. So 7 to 10. >> Yeah. We were like I was like back and forth back and forth like inside outside inside outside outside. >> Um as in like coming back and forth like from here to McDonald's. >> No. So I only went to McDonald's once but I was like >> that was like from 7:00 to 8. [music] >> Yeah that time. >> And then you come back at what time? >> That's I wasn't out for long. >> Okay. >> I wasn't outside for a long cuz I remember I was talking to her and I was like I'm getting cold so I'm going to walk back in. But for majority of the time I was like in the apartment complex like I was like right up there. >> Okay. >> So When you walk out, when you walk out the next time, where do you go? [music] >> I was just walking around the apartment. The last time where I went was I was outside talking. >> This was like around 12:00. He came. I was on the phone with my friend. He came and he said, "Are you coming [music] inside?" So I told my friend, I was like, "Listen, >> I feel much better by talking to you. I'm calm, whatever." And I'm just going to go inside. And my friend was like, he was just trying to like hurry up. He was just like, "Listen, no matter what you do, just be calm. Don't try to start anything. just if you have to apologize, you apologize. Just see if you can move past this. I said okay. When he kept on saying, "Who you want on the phone with you on the phone with?" I was like, "I'm on the phone with my friend." He came inside, he was like, "Who are you on the phone with?" I was like, "I'm on the phone with my friend." He was like, "What's the name of the friend?" I was like, "It's my friend." He locked the door and he put the chain thing on the door. What? >> Around what time did he do that? >> That was like anytime after midnight. >> Okay. So, some random time after midnight. Okay. So he kept on opening the door, but the chain thing was on the door and he was just like, "You don't tell me who you're talking to inside the house." >> I was like, "Okay, cool. Unless I went to go sit in the laundry." >> So just so I make just so I understand this part. You go, you're outside and then he says, "Hey, are you going to come inside or no?" >> And then you don't come inside. He puts the lash latch on. >> Yeah. I was like walking behind him when I was trying to finish up my conversation with him. >> So he just put the lock on his head. >> Yes, he locked the door. He put the lock on and then he opened it. So you know it's not going to open the lock on. Yes. So then he kept on saying where you want to hold. I was at my friend. He was like >> And then he didn't let you in cuz you just kept saying your friend. >> Yes. So then I left went to the laundry mat. It was warm in there. So I sat there and I felt my anxiety coming back again. Like it's just like it was just crazy. I'm shaking. like my chest is tightening up on me and everything. I called my ex and I'm like I was just like panicking, freaking out. I was just like there's a whole lot going on. I feel like I'm in this repeated cycle with this happening again. Like why is it happening again? I don't know. I felt like I left from New York to come here and I felt like this worse than before. >> The woman seemed completely convinced that she had painted herself as a helpless, wronged girlfriend. But when emergency medical services arrived, a version of events came forth that would soon seal her fate. >> And I'm going to see your arm. >> Oh, both of them, please. >> All right. >> Oh, other woman. >> Now, with that, did you do that yourself or like during the struggle that happened? >> No, I did that myself. >> Like you took the knife and cut your >> Yes, that's what you said too. >> Yeah. I got a couple. >> So, you're at the laundry mat? >> Yeah, I was at the laundry mat. I was on the phone with him. I was just telling him like, you know, I feel like this is just a repeated cycle. Like, this [ __ ] is just never going to stop. Like, I just don't know what to do. I feel like once I get a sense of, you know, safety or calmness or whatever, it's just the next thing keep happening. >> So, he was just there. He was just talking to me or whatever. Then he came in the laundry mat. I hanged up. We came in the laundry mat and it's a tussle over the phone. >> Mhm. >> When we came out, he threw the phone right by the car before you went in. The phone broke. He drove off. So, I turned back thinking that he left the phone there or not. But when I went, the phone wasn't there. So, I walked back to come back into the apartment to see like, did the phone break? Like, what's going on? He had the chain thingy on the door. I kept on knocking, knocking, knocking. And I'm just like, I don't intend on waking everybody up, but if you don't open the door, you leave me no choice then to >> like the tustling started again. >> When he opened the door for you to open the door again, the tussling started, all of that, >> he called my ex. I don't know what type of information my ex was giving him because when I told him that happened was that the last time I did anything was January, which is true. >> And at what point did you grab the knife? >> Like towards the end. Okay. >> Like I don't I don't know the time but like towards that >> and then at any point you throw a knife. >> I did. >> You did? >> I did. >> Okay. Okay. So, you're going to be going with them because you're going to go on a hold. Am I right? >> Yes. That is that is up to the position, but that is probably Yes. >> Okay. So, because of you going on that, you're going to be released on subpoena. Okay. So that means that um you are technically arrested today for battery and then you will just get um you will get a subpoena. It's like so a certain day to go to jail. >> Okay. >> It says that I'm being charged >> battery. So that's just because you were fighting with him. That's physical contact. All those red marks up on his neck and chest, stuff like that. >> What about the ones on my fingers? >> He's getting he's getting both of you are getting charged with things. Okay, hang on a second. You want to stand up for me? >> Okay, come down. Turn around for this, please. >> In the end, both of them were charged with domestic battery, proving that neither side exactly came out looking innocent.
