asking to borrow a phone charger when police arrived they found the woman yellena who began rambling incoherently but they didn't expect her to be some rich arrogant woman who thought she could just walk away from a DUI yeah what's going on I have been trying to charge my phone so this one like my cord it's like um so like the see how it's like this like the end of it and it doesn't plug in so I haven't been able to charge my phone for the past 2 hours I've been sitting here trying to charge my phone and get an Uber home I actually have an Uber my phone just died and I was asking them do you live here I don't but I'm getting an Uber home the Uber is on me yeah okay and I have been like sitting on the side of the road right there the car has been turned off like it's been turned on to try to charge it but then this hasn't been working like it's broken but I have a uber on the way okay my phone I need a like a cord that works I don't have any cords in my phone how did you get you guys up to you and punch because she thought we were like I don't even know she came up to you and just hit you for no reason she thought we were being I guess excessive but we haven't done anything we responded to a complaint from a taxi driver about unruly passengers who had damaged his vehicle after being dropped off when officers arrived they spoke to the visibly upset driver I drove four of
