on October 20th 2023 Flagler County Sheriff's Office deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a minor traffic violation in Palm Coast Florida the vehicle began to accelerate away from the deputy when one of the occupants tossed a softsided case out of the passenger side window before the vehicle came to a stop temper dispatched just the [Applause] window copy 1069 code 2 to 212 what was your first the deputy asked about the thrown object but both the driver and passenger denied any involvement you good yeah what did you throw out the window what'd you throw out the window what 20 G and possession of control substances male passenger was charged with armed trafficking fentanyl armed trafficking methamphetamines possession of fentanyl with intent to sell possession of methamphetamines with intent to sell possession of cocaine with intent to sell possession of Suboxone tampering with evidence possession of marijuana under 20 gram and possession of control substances
