On February 16th, 2025, the Flagler County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported argument between two men in Palm Coast, Florida. As a deputy attempted to diffuse the situation and separate the individuals, one of the men became increasingly aggressive toward the deputy. Fortunately, a backup deputy quickly arrived and helped take the suspect into custody. Charlie 224, problem I secured. Get him up. Is that too tight on you? No, you took my pants man, please. Next thing you know we hear the knock at the door, we thinking it's my sister coming from work from the B section. He come in, trying attack him, then they get to scuffling and then Yeah, I ain't going to lie, I hit him too cuz he said something about me that was disrespectful to him so I ran up on him and hit his ass too. And then my daddy got but mainly it was my daddy and him scuffling. Yeah, okay. Yeah. So, what he getting charged with for swinging on the police? That that all Well, it'd be resisting if anything. He was arrested for battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting an officer without violence and transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, where was later released on a $2,000 bond.
