officers patrolling the area conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to excessively dark window tent after speaking with the driver they observed suspicious Behavior prompting further investigation have your driver's license can you check it before you pull me over I mean before you check my license you not even sure go ahead and provide me your license you pull me over okay sir go and step out of the vehicle you can goad and step out of the vehicle then all right you don't have any weapons on you or anything do you have any weapons on you all right well we're just going to go in handcuffs
