No, I'm not showing you guys anything. I'm obviously not good to >> I'm not your weapons. >> No, this is crazy. See, the window is open. >> My children are broke out the window like I >> I came downstairs and set the golf. >> Oh, wait, wait, wait. What did I do? Wait, what? Wait, what did I do? >> Police officers deal with different kinds [music] of dumb criminals on a daily. But top of the list are the self-sabotaging ones who pick up the phone and call the cops on themselves. >> We've been ghosted for seven years and I didn't want him to go to jail. We two kids together. I'm a stay at home mom. >> He just came in the house. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, he just chased you around. >> Um he was mad yelling at us dad trying to get me to come out the house. >> Hannah, stop. I'm going to catch you. Just stop. >> Wait, wait, wait. These are the times when dumb criminals call the cops on themselves. Let's begin with this. Stella called Eric who called 911 to report theft only to end up in cuffs himself. >> Are you all right? >> People typically don't come up to me with a baggie of weed like that and then just show >> turning myself in, bro. So I ain't even feeling no trouble. Another thing you came out. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. >> That was just that one. On September the 22nd, 2023, 33-year-old Eric Thomas called 911 to report that someone had stolen $10 from him. [snorts] At the time, the cops thought that this was simply a theft incident. But upon arriving at the location, they were faced with a very unusual situation. >> Hey, what's up, man? >> What about >> Bro, come on, bro. What's going on with you? I appreciate you not being Come on, man. Probably not anybody custo. >> People typically don't come up to me with a baggie of like that and then just show it. Are you good? >> No, I'm good, bro. Cops ran off. >> What's running off? >> Cops came up, didn't ran off and they told me to call the police. So, I called the police, turned myself in. Who Who did you talk to? I'll I'll take I'll get that. That's Do you real quick? Do you got any weapons on you? I don't know. >> What's your name? >> Eric. >> Eric. >> Thomas. >> Thomas. >> See, you're the one that had $10 taken from you? >> Yeah. >> The first officer on scene could hardly believe his eyes when Eric charged towards him with a big bag of THC in hand. To understand what pushed Eric into making such a dumb move, the cops began to ask him questions. >> All right, Eric. What's What's going on today, man? >> Like took all my money and ran. >> Okay. >> And I called a job for you get the money back thing and I just want to turn the too he end up leaving. >> Was it was this like a like a deal going back kind of thing? >> Yeah, deal going bad. >> Did Did he like >> turn, you feel me? >> Wait, did did he like hit Did he like take like rob you from it? Like >> Yeah, he robbed me from it and ran off. Where did he Where did it happen? >> He ran up the street, bro. >> No. No. Where did it happen? >> It happened in front of here. Then he ran up the street. >> In front of here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. On this side of >> turning myself in, bro. So I ain't You feel me? Get in trouble. Trouble. We took the money for the ran off and I called you on. He left. >> So So do you know who this person was? >> No. >> How'd you get in contact with this person? >> He walked by and I was just selling myself. >> I What? What does the guy look like? Because the description that I got was you. >> Fat guy and he ran up the street. >> Except I don't think you're 250, but kind of >> I had a black male, black shirt, black short or black pants about 250. What did the other guy look like? I just want to make sure the other >> black guy and he ran up the street. He was kind of fat. He was 250. He had black pants, black shirts, black, black shirt, black pants, black shirts. >> All right. >> Because Eric almost matched the description of the suspect, officers began to explore the possibility that he was their guy. But that wasn't the case. Eric was shockingly just a criminal turned repentant who called the cops on himself. We're still good on that. So, so again, he walked up to you and said >> something along the lines of I'm turning myself in. He had all the in his hand. I was like, "Put it down in here." I called them and they said that I should turn myself in. That was before me even asking any questions. >> All right. So, you're the one that called dispatch initially about uh somebody stole 10 bucks from you? >> Yeah. They took it and ran up the street and then when I saw they catch him, he kept walking. >> They took what the $10? >> Yeah. We got in an argument and then when it came up like he said something bad on him. >> Okay. I'm just asking the as far as as far as you you want to try to press charges on the victim or >> No, I'm fine. >> Find him. No. >> Okay. You don't know who he is, I'm assuming? >> No. >> No. Okay. All right, man. I appreciate you being cool. >> I'll just take your commentary and do the test and the possession. >> What? Aren't you getting off here? No, >> I'm just Oh, you're you're working. Can't make this stuff up, man. >> What? Very well. Very well. Barely. Yep. Uh THC. So at least now now it's a little the intent charger is a little bit sh that. >> Oh that I thought he was I thought he was the subject. I need you to start transport when I do reveal him. >> Mr. Thomas, you got a phone number on my guy? >> No. All right. >> Oh, but he called from a number. Damn. >> This is me being stupid. I asked him for his phone number. He said he ain't got one. But he called from a number. You got a phone number? I call that a clue. I'm not a detective. >> I'm still very shocked and confused. >> Right. >> Welcome to Largo, baby. >> What you did with my phone? >> Your phone's up here, sir. >> My IDs. >> Your IDs are all in your wallet. >> What's this right here in my face? >> What do you mean, sir? >> Behind the head? >> Oh, it's my body worn camera. Before transporting him to jail, officers performed a search on his person one more time and found several other bags of marijuana, including two additional bags which contained white powder. >> All right, Eric, you ready? >> Just place your feet underneath the steps. Underneath the steps. >> Underneath and then underneath the steps. Yep. And just stay there. He's got some changes that I got to grab, too. >> Stay right there, brother. Right there. Yeah. Almost. Yeah. Yeah. I'm going to I'm going to take these off, brother. I'm going to take this one off. Put that out of there. Can I put you to the front? >> Yeah, that's what we're doing. We're just trying to make We're trying not to get you with the cuff. >> Back up just a little bit. Spread your feet a little bit apart for me. >> He's got to double lock the handcuffs so it doesn't >> double locking the cuffs. >> If you If you'd like me not to, I can go ahead and let you uh sit like that. It's your choice. >> All right. See? Oh, wait. Come back here. Back around. Sorry about that. >> You're good. I guess back out. Can you take him out of the front, please? You take it on the front. What do you What do you mean? >> Do what you going to do in the front, please. >> No, he did do what he was going to do. >> He going to take the whole front. >> Oh, no. He can't do it. They have to They have to stay like that. >> Another guy. >> Yeah, I know. It's about that. >> Yep. >> All right. Stay on real quick. Real quick. Real quick. Real quick. Hang on. Step out. Step one on back out. Step on back out. >> Turn around. Spread your feet. >> Another thing you came out. >> Oh, really? >> Yeah. >> That was just that one. >> He's been cool, man. >> Yeah, I could I could smell. Like I said, I I was trying to get him just in real quick. >> Yeah. Property. >> Yep. Eric was charged with possession of white powder and was sentenced to 120 days in jail. Moving on from Eric, this next dumb criminal had his home swarmed by cops after he reported himself for attempting to end his roommate. >> You're what? >> I'm tired of living. >> Okay. Well, I don't want you to hurt yourself or anybody else. >> All right. Can you put down the stick, please? >> It's a sword. >> A stick? >> Oh, a sword. Many >> on the 14th of July 2025, 911 dispatchers received a disturbing phone call from a man identified as Fred. While on the call, Fred revealed that he was about to carry out something sickening and urged the dispatcher to call for help. >> Hello. Can anyone hear me? >> Hi, I'm trying to call the police. >> Hi. Do you have an emergency? Uh, yes. I'm trying to kill my friend. >> You're trying to what? >> I'm trying to kill my friend. >> You're trying to kill your friend? >> Yes, I am. >> What address are you at? >> Accidental Drive, 95826. >> Is there an apartment number? >> Uh, number accidental drive apartment. >> No, it's not, right? Nice. >> Okay. How are you trying to kill your friend? What do you mean by that? >> I mean, I have a big sword and if he keeps getting on my nerves, I'm going to kill him. >> Is your friend there right now? >> Uh, yes. But I'm outside. He's inside. >> Okay. What's your friend's name? You're >> okay. Gotcha. And what's his last name if you know it? >> I'm sorry. >> What's your friend's last name? >> Uh, do you know his neighbor? >> I'm sorry. >> Do you know his date of birth? his birthday? >> No, I don't. I don't. >> Okay. And your friend, is he white, black, Hispanic, Asian? >> It doesn't matter. I don't want him around me anymore. And if I >> Okay, but we need to know who he looks like so we can have >> Well, he's African American. >> Okay. How old is he? Uh, >> I believe he's 51. >> Do you know what he's wearing tonight? No. >> Are there any weapons involved tonight? >> Yes, I have a big sword. So, I want to take him out. >> You have a what? >> A sword. >> What is that? >> Um, big knife. >> Okay. Where is that knife right now? >> It's on my purse right now. >> All right. in like a pocket strapped to you where >> you know I'm sitting on a heater and I have it in my hand. >> Are you willing to put it down cuz the officers won't want to contact you if you don't put it down first? >> No. >> After receiving the call, a team of officers were sent to the address where Fred was found with the weapon in hand. What was suspected to be a prank call soon turned out to be a serious situation needing immediate intervention. 75. My whole MDT just crashed, but I believe subjects outside has something at hand, but I can't see yet. >> Hi. Did you call us? >> I did. >> What's going on, man? >> I don't but I'm trying. >> Okay. Can you drop whatever's in your hand? >> No. >> What do you have in there? with a sword. >> Okay. Can you put it down? >> No. >> 75. He has a sword. He doesn't want to put it down. Not listening to commands. >> What's going on? Can you talk to me? >> I copy. Let me make sure we have some type of sleep out there. I'll be around. >> What's that? >> I'm tired of living. >> You're what? >> I'm tired of living. >> Okay. Okay. Well, I don't want you to hurt yourself or anybody else. So, how can we help you today? >> What happened? >> And then we'll figure out what to do with your friend. >> Did you call us? >> I did. >> All right. Can you put down the stick, please? It's a sword. >> Oh, a sword. >> Can you please put it down for us so we could talk to you, >> please? For me, you put it down. >> I don't know you. Why would I talk to you? >> I know, but what's going on today? >> 75, can we have someone that's CMT start out here? >> Okay. What's been going on today that that makes you want to to hurt your friend? You guys get in an argument? >> I don't care about him. I don't give a [ __ ] He's just something to get you here. >> Okay. Is there anything we can do to help you? >> You can shoot me. I might help. >> 75. He's still not listening to commands. >> With Fred in possession of a dangerous weapon, there was only so much the officers could do. To ensure that they remained safe, officers stayed several feet away while [music] trying to talk Fred into dropping the weapon. >> Hey, Fred. >> Can you hear me? >> Hey, my name's Cameron. >> Nice to meet you. >> Nice to meet you, Fred. >> Douglas. >> What? >> Douglas. >> Is your name Fred or Douglas? >> Both. >> You go by both. What do you like to go by? >> Uh, Frank. >> Okay. What do you want to go by right now? >> Okay. I'll just keep it with Fred. Okay, >> for like I said, my name's Cameron. I'm with the police department. Okay. What's going on tonight? >> I'm ready to go. What's going on with you? >> Uh, nothing much. I'm just responding to a call to try to see if I could help you out. >> I'm going to do something different. >> Okay. What would you [music] like to do? >> Why is that? >> You have a what? You're done. >> Yeah. >> Let's try to expand on that. What What led up to you being done right now? >> Life. >> Just life? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Hey, were you in Justin inside of an apartment? >> Uh, I was in my home. >> Okay. Is there anybody else in there? Uh, my friend. >> Okay. Is that friend okay? >> Yes. >> What's your friend's name? >> And that that he's okay? >> Yes. >> Okay. Is he still inside there? >> All righty. Well, what happened between you and him? >> Yeah. >> Just an argument. Okay. >> All right. Yeah. Fred, what what's leading you to be sitting there with a sword right now? >> I don't want to be there anymore. >> Okay. What's your plan? >> My plan is to get my life. >> Well, we don't want to see that happen. The cops managed to keep the situation calm for several minutes until Fred [music] decided to make one stupid move and swung his sword in their faces. >> That's fine. >> That's good. >> I'm sorry, >> Fred. I can hear from your voice that you do. up. >> Let's check the house. All right. Thank you, please. Fred was subsequently charged with assault with a deadly weapon on a police officer and resisting arrest. Unlike Fred, Eric here called the cops with the intention of getting a colleague arrested, but [snorts] ended up in trouble instead. >> He grabbed me by my shirt and pushed me off of the steps and pushed me into the truck. >> What we're going to do is we're going to issue you both a disorderly conduct ticket. You're gonna How are you going to introd? >> He put his hands on me. So, you're not going to arrest him >> for him putting his hands on me? I'm getting a ticket for something I said. >> Yeah, Officer Masky told you. >> Yeah, but that sounds petty as though. >> On June the 8th, 2022, an employee of a towing company, Eric Sims, dialed the police to make a report after getting into an altercation with the owner's son, Josh. Upon receiving the call, the cops quickly drove down to the location where they got more details about the disagreement from the caller. Brother, >> how you doing? >> Good. >> Um, >> let's get out of the road and we'll talk over there. >> Yes, sir. >> Thanks. Here, Eric? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Incident today at the office here. >> Yes. I want him arrested. >> Okay. Well, before we get to any of that, I need to know what happened. >> All right. The owner called me about a call I did this morning. >> Mhm. >> And she's trying to say that I could have towed the car. I tried to explain to her why I couldn't and that the owner of the vehicle did not want me to tow it with my truck cuz I have a record 4x4. She wanted a flatbed. She got mad, hung up on me. I'm at the other office. I just got off at 8:00. I came over here to try to I was coming over here to talk. I got to the door. Um I was yelling at her. Mhm. >> Her son came running out of the bathroom, jacked me up on my shirt and told me to get the out of there and he grabbed me by my shirt and pushed me off of the steps and pushed me into the truck that's right next to the steps. And then I had hit the truck and then he grabbed my phone, slammed my phone on the ground. I went to go grab it and said I was calling the police. He grabbed my phone again and then grabbed me by my shirt and holding my phone like that. I told him, I said, "You know you're going to jail now. It's assault. You'll see there's a big dent in the truck. >> Okay. All right. Let me talk to this guy quick and then I'll be right back with you. >> And this is not the first time with her son. Her son is always getting I rate getting in people's faces and everything. She can't even deal with him. I didn't put my hands on nobody. I didn't do none of that. And he just snatched me and threw me right off the steps. He went way beyond. Immediately when the cops arrived, Eric wasted no time narrating his sub story to them. At this point, he thought he had successfully won the police over until witnesses began to give contradictory statements and [music] the tables turned. Um, so Sue, the owner, been dealing with some drama that he caused last night. I can't really speak to that cuz that's what she's dealing with. Um, I was in the back room doing some stuff. >> He comes in the office and instantly nothing out of his mouth but screaming. makes instant screaming top of his lungs. Um I step out there and Shay, the other officer guys out there, um we asked him immediately, you need to go. You need to go outside. We'll deal with this later. Uh continue to scream and be in our face. So we opened the door, asked him to leave, guided I'm going to touch you. Guided him out like this. >> Okay. >> And then so he walked down the stairs. He tripped on the stairs. >> These stairs here? >> No, in the garage. He tripped on the stairs, kind of stumbled, dropped his phone, >> and that was that. And then we continued to tell him to go out the back door. He continued to do the same thing. Kind of stay in our face, not want to go anywhere. Got him out the back door, shut the door, and just told him, "Don't don't bother coming back." And that that was it. We've had issues with him yelling before. We've had issues with him being violent before. Um, a while ago, he actually almost ran me and Shay over with his car. >> Okay. You came in. You heard the screaming. You came in from the garage. You heard the screaming >> just um up front in to the bathroom area. >> Oh, okay. So, you came out. You said whatever this issue is, we'll take care of it later. >> Yeah. We can't deal with it when people are screaming. Yep. Exactly. I just said you just need to go. >> What was he screaming at you then when you asked him to leave? >> Uh, I'm not going anywhere. It's along those lines. I'm not going anywhere. >> Did he swear or threaten anything? >> Uh, there might have been some swearing in there. >> And there was no physical altercation whatsoever. >> No. Like I said, we were touching each other cuz we were in each other's face and we were both walking down the steps and he's a bigger guy and he kind of tripped over his feet >> and when he tripped he fell to the ground. >> He fell against the vehicle out there, I believe. >> So, no threats to you, no physical violence to you. >> I don't recall any threats, but again, you know, I just wanted him out. And to be honest with you, he's a problem. He's a felon. I know he's had past issues in the past. >> I've given him as many chances as I can. Honestly, the only reason he's still here is because I said, "Let's give him a fair shake and a chance." 8:30 in the morning, coming in instantly screaming at the owner, who's also a woman. I just don't understand where where someone thinks that's okay. >> And that was it. >> Sure. >> Can you just give me the rundown what happened on your version of the story? >> So, I was sitting at my desk with back to the door. All of a sudden, that flips open. He comes in screaming, yelling about whatever him and Sue were talking about for hours on the phone. He's been this guy before where he comes in hot and we tell him he's got to leave and he's just he's very confrontational. Okay. >> So, we started telling cuz I know the mechanic said he's like you guys right away you got between him and Sue and said you need to leave. He's like you guys both and told him multiple times you need to leave and he didn't. So, we're like Eric you got to get the hell out of here. Just get out of the building. >> So then they start you know walking back out in the back trying to get towards the back door. And I told like Eric you can't be out here anymore. We can't have you on property anymore. You need to step off past the curb and I can't have you on our premises anymore. If you do it again, you're trespassing. >> Okay. >> Not even 5 minutes later, he's back on property and all that. But that's not my thing. >> Do we know what the issue was that happened that he's so upset about? >> He's that guy. He's just got criticized for something he did last night. Toi wasn't >> as far as I understand with like the toe calls and he's just very confrontational when people send him stuff. He just if it's not convenient for him. He just he's that kind of guy. So he just he takes everything personal and then blows it way out of proportion. He >> This is I don't know how many number of times he's come in screaming and yelling at people or been out on the back stoop having shouting matches with people. It's been an issue. >> Was there any physical altercation like any fighting, anything like that? >> No. No fighting. Nobody threw any punches or anything. According to his colleagues, Eric had been a pain in the neck for far too long and already had it coming. In just a few seconds, he would come to realize that calling the police when you're no saint yourself is a totally dumb move. >> Then he he snatched my phone from me. >> Then your phone was in your hand? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. Why did he take your phone? >> Cuz I said I was calling the police. I even tried to sit there and talk to him after he put his hands on me and he was still going on and yelling and cussing at me because when I was I was at the door and he pushed me. >> I went like this. >> Mhm. >> And slammed into the truck. >> There's How far away from you are the were you from the truck when he pushed you? >> About 4 ft. And I I I kept my composure. I didn't put my hands on him or I I wanted to punch him in his but I know better. >> Yeah. Okay. Let me go talk to this other officer here and I'll be right back with you. >> So essentially, so you came here yelling and screaming. You're upset with Sue. I get it. Um that's that's not acceptable behavior. It doesn't excuse what happened with Josh. So essentially, if if you want to pursue charges, then you're also going to be charged with disorderly conduct. They don't want to pursue charges against you, but you can't come into a place of work yelling and screaming and causing a scene. >> Disorderly conduct for a place that I work. Okay. Do what you guys got to do. Is that what you're Is that what you want done? >> I Whatever. I mean, >> they should never put their hands on me. If you're going to char That's stupid. You're going to charge me disorderly conduct for me yelling. But >> that's disorderly conduct. I don't know what coming into a place of work screaming and yelling and making >> you know how many days every day that he comes in yelling and screaming at all the employees. >> Okay. That doesn't that doesn't excuse your behavior. I mean, >> okay, no problem. >> Is that what you do? Do you want to be charged with that and have him charged as well or >> It don't matter. You can go ahead. We both can go to jail. Can I park my car? >> Okay. I'll have to make a phone call. I don't think anybody's going to go to jail, but you can you can be charged with it. >> Hey, do you want to come down here and get my car? Cuz now they're talking about that I have to go to jail. >> Charges on Josh. >> You guys can get a signature bond. You don't have to go to jail. >> I'm on probation. >> Okay. You still don't have to go to jail, though. >> I want him to go to jail. What he did? What he did? put his hands on me and slam me in the chalk. Okay, >> you guys are not going to arrest him. That's [ __ ] >> Despite being given the option to resolve the situation amicably, Eric remained determined to go down the difficult path, even if it meant getting himself a ticket. Do >> you know where he fell into it? >> Um, I would assume >> he's claiming he was pushed into the truck. >> My guess would be >> probably right here where I can see this rub away. So yeah, he's claiming that you he was pushed and he wants to press charges, but we're explaining to him that if he wants to press charges, we're going to charge him with disorderly conduct right back. Because this whole thing this thing all started because he came in here, >> you know, all pissed off and >> if that's the case, I have more stuff. I mean, he's a felon. He's trying to sell me weapons. He's got guns in his possession. I'm not trying to go down that rabbit hole. I just want him gone, >> right? No. And that's what I told I told my partner. you guys just want him gone, you know, and just want to cut ties, I guess. So, >> um I would have never even had to guide him out if he would have just left like I asked, he continued to scream. I he couldn't even step back here. And then then he then he stood here. Didn't even after that point when he tumbled or not tumbled, but when he kind of tripped over his feet, I just backed away. Didn't want to touch him anymore. He stood here for a few more minutes and then eventually [music] um Shay was able to get him to step outside. >> She that's my girlfriend. She works here. She's the manager here. >> She can even tell you how he acts every day and treats people. >> She's even looking for another job. >> Okay. >> All right. So, just just based on the information we're getting inside and based on the the totality of what happened here today, nobody is getting arrested for this or has to get arrested for this. You don't have to get arrested. He doesn't have to get arrested. What we're going to do is we're going to issue you both a disorderly conduct ticket. >> You're going to How are you going to in He put his hands on me. So, you're not going to arrest him for him putting his hands on me? >> I'm not today. No. Just based on the >> Can I have your supervisor come out, please? >> Yeah. I'll give him a call after I write you your ticket. While the officers were busy processing tickets, Eric and Josh managed to sneak up on each other, leading to an intense word exchange between the two angry men. >> Hey, go stand over there. Get away from it. Don't stand over there. >> Go stand over there and stop running your mouth. >> Just don't listen to him. Just don't listen. >> I would let you do whatever I need to do. >> Yeah, I know. >> He just threatened me. >> No trespass. No. >> Yes. >> Well, why did you come out here though and go near him? I No, no, no, no, no, no. I went over here to deal with this stuff and he literally screamed across the road. You know who my people are? His parents. >> It's not enough. >> I don't want nothing to do with him. And I wanted to touch base with you. If I'm getting a charge, I'd like to file whatever he's getting. >> I'd like No, but I'd like to He's been trying to sell firearms and he's a felon. So, I have text messages. If that's the route it's going to be, that's the route it's going to be. I'm done. >> Hey, Eric. I don't mean to blow up like that, but I don't want I don't want some violent situation to arrive from from this jawjacking and you're telling him that you know his >> I didn't say nothing. >> Okay. >> But you see how he came over reacting came >> I understand and I told him if you guys have beef that he needs to just stay in the building. Okay. But you also have a responsibility. Okay. Cuz we're here because you came here just that's straight up. I mean regardless what happened inside here that's why >> well you know what I'm saying. >> He had no right putting his hands on me or slamming me into a truck. >> Okay. All right. >> And I had bruising and everything. >> Yep. And obviously like we don't have the cameras to determine one way or another and that's why he's getting a DC ticket. But you're also getting a DC ticket for the things you said and the way you were. >> I'm getting a ticket for something I said. >> Yeah. Officer Masky told you >> that sounds petty as though. >> Well, this whole thing sounds petty. >> That's That's petty that he put his hands on me. >> If If you've been fired and you're not supposed to be here, you can >> I was not fired. I was fired after the fact. >> Oh, I was told I was told that you had already been fired. >> No, no, I was fired after the fact. >> Okay. All right. Sounds good. >> So, like we said before, um, >> is your supervisor coming out? >> He's not able to come out right now, but you can call in if you want and talk to somebody. >> Okay. I I called him. I ran the situation by him. He's not able to come by, but he said he's willing to talk to you about it if you need to. So, you can call in. >> Yeah. But you guys are not taking him to jail for putting his hands on me. So, that's what you guys do is just let people push people. >> Not in general. We have to take into the totality of the circumstances. Okay. You can't come to a business, start yelling. >> Work here. >> I get you, but it doesn't conduct. Okay. Okay. And then you can walk away and call the police or do things like that. But things escalated to the point they did because of how you acted. Okay. I'm not justified. >> You can't. I was in my car. >> Oh my god. He threatened me. >> Okay. So, I'll arrange with them a way for you to get your stuff out of there. I'm going to issue the ticket here, Eric. Okay. So, it's for disorderly conduct. >> That's you know, that's that's um that's really uh bull petty you're doing, right? >> Okay, that's cool. Here's your ticket. >> But I'm saying what's your name? >> My name is Officer Masky. We're not going to go through this whole thing. >> You're g me a citation for me yelling >> for disorderly conduct. Don't >> for disorderly conduct. You're giving me a ticket for yelling. Correct. >> Yes. >> Police department. And you're not going to take him to jail for putting his hands on me. >> Not under the circumstance. No, Eric. We've already gone over this and we don't want it on video. >> Do you want a copy of the video? I got it right here. >> All right. No problem. That's petty as you guys [ __ ] for doing. >> All right. Do you want help getting your stuff over there or No. >> Okay. Well, we're not going to help you then. Not if you're acting like that. >> Yeah, but you guys let him act like that. Put his hands on. >> Get in your car and drive away. Okay, things are done here. >> That's just [ __ ] >> Eric, just drive away. You can get your stuff later. Okay, we're not going to go about this when you're angry. >> Well, I want you to be the supervisor. >> I told him about it. He's aware of it. And you can call him. >> So, what's his name? How am I going to call him? I don't know who the supervisor is. >> Sergeant Te. You just call the police department phone number. You can find it on Okay. In the end, Eric was issued a $187 citation for disorderly conduct. Eric was undeniably an absolute nuisance, just like Hannah, who called the cops to her home while high on illegal substances. >> He's got video evidence of him confirming him his story. Your your story is kind of not matching up. So, there's two ways we're going to go about this. One, I'm going to take both of you to jail. >> Yep. Don't fight. Don't fight. >> Stand on your back now. >> I somewhere here. Okay. Hannah, you're not so >> You're not sober right now. >> Okay, I can clearly see that. >> On the 9th of March, 2024, police officers received calls of an ongoing domestic dispute from Hannah Jasper, who was claiming to have been attacked by her ex- fiance, Michael. In response, the cops were sent to Hannah's residence. However, when they arrived, they found no Michael [music] in sight. >> Hi. >> Hi. I'm >> Deputy Leadville, Brown County Sheriff's Office. Uh, were you the one that called in about the disturbance? All right. Why are you out of breath right now? >> Nervous. >> Okay. Do you need rescue? >> No. >> No. Okay. Can you tell me what happened? >> My fiance came here. >> Okay. >> Um just scared me. >> Scared you? Okay. All right. Is there anybody else in the house? >> Um Michael's dad. >> Okay. And is he allowed to be there? >> Yeah. >> Okay. All right. Um did he how did he did he come up to the door or what exactly took place? >> Um he is trying to kick me out of the house. See, I had a I had I broke my leg. My leg is healing. >> Okay. >> And um he I finally called the cops on him a couple of weeks ago. >> Okay. >> And he was charged with domestic violence. >> Okay. >> Um so I called the Golden House and um had a no contact order put in place. Um but we've been together for 7 years and I didn't want him to go to jail. We have two kids together. I'm a stay at home mom. and I love him and I want to try to work it out if I can. >> Okay. Kids in the house? >> No, they're my with my mom. >> Okay. Okay. So, does he have a no contact with you? >> Yeah. >> Right now, he does. >> Yeah. >> All right. Is that It's a court order. No contact. >> Yeah. >> So, is he he's not allowed to be at this house like Well, anywhere you are, I guess. Okay. >> No. >> Okay. Um, so when he showed up, did he like >> his matters that are junk? Yeah. He's >> he what? >> He um he's mad. I was going to say he's mad with a junkyard dog. So he um I'm getting over a sinus infection. So um wanted me to come talk to him. >> Okay. >> Down in the parking lot. >> Okay. >> Um so I went to go I don't I don't I just was scared. So um >> Yeah. >> Okay. So he wanted to talk to you down there. >> Yeah, he wanted to talk to me down there. Um but yeah, so I went to talk to him. Was he physical? >> He's just trying to trying to get me to leave. And um I've been with him for seven years and he's >> Was he physical? Was he physical with you? >> He chased after me. >> He chased after you in the house. In the garage. Okay. So Okay. You actually had face to face contact with him and everything? He Okay. >> Yes, he was in the house. >> He was in the house. >> I was in the house. >> You were both in the house. Yes. >> Okay. Did he Did you let him in the house? >> No, >> he just came in the house. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, he just chased you around. >> Um he was mad. yelling at his dad trying to get me to come out of the house. >> Is and the father's inside. Can I speak with him? >> He wants me to leave the house, too. >> Okay. But you have residency here, so you can stay here? >> Yes, I've been here for 7 years. >> Okay. So, can I speak? >> Can I speak with him? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Where have you stayed in the past other than here? >> Um, only here. I've been here for 7 years. I raised my kids for >> I I understand. But I'm saying if if if push >> aside from here, >> if push comes to shove and we need to we need to have one of you leave. >> My mom, >> could you go somewhere else? My mom lives in um No, my mom lives in Ason. Okay. >> According to Hannah, Michael hadn't shown up to the house to taunt her despite being a no contact order between them. To verify the accuracy of her statement, the cops decided to speak with a family member who knew the couple all too well. >> Sheriff's office. >> Hi. >> Hey. Where are you at, sir? >> Toilet. >> The toilet? >> Yeah. >> All right. When you're done, can you please come out here? >> Yep. >> What's your name, sir? >> Dan. >> Dan. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Thank you. What? What's going on? >> Um I'm I'm just getting some water. >> Oh, okay. Sure. Um >> do you want to sit down in here? Is this Yeah. Do you want to sit down? There's a chair over there. Why don't you go sit down here? >> No, no, no. I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm good. >> Okay. I'm good. >> Okay. >> Can I >> Why don't you Why can you stay out here if you don't mind? >> See, you're smoking and Why don't you stay out here? >> I'm just getting really really nervous. >> Okay. Well, why don't why don't you stay out here so we can talk? >> See where it's >> You can stand right there. That's fine. Hey, Dan. >> Hello. >> Deputy Le of Brown County Sheriff's Office. Uh, can you just tell me? Do you want to just take a seat? All right. Dan, can you tell me what what occurred earlier today or why we're here? >> I don't know. >> You don't know? Okay. >> He wasn't here. I'm at Auto Fields. >> Oh, you are? So, you weren't here when this took place. >> Michael called and got me cuz it says he couldn't handle Hannah anymore. >> Okay. So, did did he say anything about he was in Well, he said he couldn't handle her, so he was in the house. >> Yeah. On and off >> today. Yeah. >> Okay. >> But I don't think he's supposed to be in the house with all everything that went on before. >> Okay. All right. Did she tell you anything about what took place? >> She don't say nothing to me. >> Okay. Um, you live here. She resides here, correct? >> Yeah. Well, I'm supposed to live here when I'm not at auto fields cuz this is my house. >> Mhm. >> So, everything's underneath my name. >> Okay. Do you have an ID? Well, I'll just get your your information. Okay. >> No, I haven't got my wallet or nothing. >> That's fine. So, so he So, did he call you today or what happened here? >> He was here when I saw him. >> What did What is your name? >> I wasn't here. >> Hannah. >> Hannah. What's your last name? >> Jasper. K E R. >> Okay. >> So, how did he contact you today? >> He call you text you? >> It's okay. Take your time. You sure you don't want to sit down? >> Hannah, correct your Okay. Sorry, I'm I'm terrible with names. >> Sorry anxiety. Um, >> that's okay. That's all right. If you need to sit down or whatever you need to do, we can try to do that. Okay. >> No, I'm good. Okay. >> All right. >> So, okay. >> Okay. >> I tell him he he well contact me. So, I don't know if he's contacting me through when I went to I >> after Michael was a passive aggressive covert nurse. >> Okay. I am scared to tell the truth because I want our family to work. Um, okay. So, that night that he was arrested, he got out of bed at 5:00 in the morning and flipped over a desk at me, threw my correct stone, threw my correct stone down, and slammed me against the desk. I finally called the cops on him. >> For some reason, Hannah could barely keep it together as officers went in to speak with Michael's father. Though the cops could tell that she had something to hide, they couldn't pinpoint what it was just yet. >> All right. So, Mike or your son said he couldn't handle her anymore. Yeah. >> All right. Is there anything else that you're aware of? >> She's acting goofy. >> Okay. Uh, is there is there any reason for that that you're aware of? >> Well, she says she says or she thinks she's so fine and handy. She's good. >> Okay. >> Not wrong with her. >> Yep. >> But it's Michael. Everything else is wrong with Michael. >> Okay. Is is do you know is she under the >> but look at this house. >> Yeah. Is she under the influence of anything that you're aware of? >> She got picked up quite a few times for drinking and driving. >> Mhm. >> But not that I know of now. >> Okay. >> Cuz you can see this house. >> Mhm. >> It's not a very good livable place. >> Yeah. Okay. All right. That's what I needed from you. Thank you, sir. >> And she don't do nothing else but take care of them two kids. Well, she says I told her I Well, I got two kids. take care of. What do other people do? >> Mhm. >> You know. >> Yep. >> Now, my next question is if he if you're here, he's technically not supposed to be here. That's correct, right? >> Excuse me. >> So, what my question for you is why was he working here if he's not supposed to be here? Did you Did like someone say that was okay or >> No. >> No. Okay. All right. I'm just trying to I'm just trying to clarify why he was here. >> Um, so I understand the incident. You you told me about the prior incident. What happened here? So obviously he was working. Okay. And he wanted to talk to you. >> I don't Yeah. >> Okay. So then what happened after that? >> Um he got he threatened me. >> Okay. How did he threaten you? >> He threatened me that um he was because I used like I I wasn't thinking and I used the I I don't have a valid driver's license so I never drive. Um, so I went to some to see him in the parking lot um like around our house and I just went back up to the house and >> he threatened to um call the cops on me. >> Okay. >> Can you say why? >> Because I'm was breaking the law without um having like like they have like he has me on the video camera. >> Oh, driving. >> Okay. >> Is that what you mean? >> Yeah. >> Oh, okay. We're not going to worry about that. Um, so what happened after that? He threatened to call the cops on you. This did this happen outside here. >> Does this happen out front or in the house? >> It was outside. >> Outside. Okay. >> He also threatened me in the house. Um, he was >> So, he came in the house after you? >> Yeah. I I ran back in the house. >> Okay. >> Um, well, I went back to the house cuz I don't I don't This is where I live. I have 5-year-olds and one and a half year olds. >> Sure. So, I feel safe in the house. >> Mhm. >> And he's running in here with his dad and um just yelling. >> Okay. >> And >> did you feel threatened by him? >> Yes. Yes. >> And I'm scared. >> You're scared? Okay. >> Yes. >> Okay. And he was yelling at you. Did he ever threaten you then? >> You don't remember? have to go tomorrow at all. >> I have an appointment tomorrow at 3 cuz I called. >> Okay, take your time. Take a deep Don't be sorry. I have nothing to be sorry for. Take take a deep breath. Take a drag. >> I just don't want to be under arrest cuz I follow the rules. >> Am I under arrest? >> No. No. We're trying to figure out what happened or Hannah. Sorry. I don't know why I got Heather in my head. We're just trying to figure out what happened and why why this why you had to call us cuz obviously you're scared. >> I don't want um him to get in trouble. >> So, I don't want him I just want it to go >> okay >> away. But Michael's father confirmed that Hannah wasn't exactly being truthful. The cops quickly pegged this as a false alarm. >> So, you called us because you you just want him to for a second. >> What do you need to get in there? Um, >> I'm just gonna say like I I'm I'm nervous. I'm nervous. >> Okay. So, Dan's right in there. I'm just making you aware. >> It's okay. He I thought of him was my father been alone. So, I >> Okay, I know. But I just It It's just I don't I'm not familiar with what's in there. So, I just ask that you just stay out here. Okay. >> So, >> so you just called us cuz you just wanted him to go away. You didn't want anything to happen to him. >> Correct. >> I just I don't want to be scared anymore and I can see him. >> Okay. >> I don't want to be scared anymore and I thought I was safe with the no contact order. >> Okay. >> Did you allow him to come here though? Because Dan was saying that he was here and Dan and he contacted Dan and said that um you guys No. Okay. So, he just showed up unannounced. You didn't invite him over. He just shows up unannounced. And or what? Can you just tell me that? What exactly happened? >> Stan, >> what are you on? >> I just I'm really overwhelmed and I just I just Well, >> some of that [ __ ] is your fault, too, you know. Okay, >> Dan, can you please go back inside? >> I'm sorry. >> Just close the door, please. No, that's okay. No, I'm not mad at you. I just >> I'm sorry. I feel safe in in my house. >> Okay. >> Can I get you a chair or something like that? >> She doesn't want to sit down. >> You don't want to sit down? Okay. I'm not trying to back you into a corner either. I I just just understand is I don't know what's in that house. You know what's in that house. I don't know what's in that house. So, I'm just trying to >> I'm just trying to determine exactly what happened. Okay. I have to go in the garage here. >> Okay. You want another drink? Is that what you're doing? Or what's going on? >> No, I just need to sit. >> Just need to sit. All right, perfect. >> So, you might have told my partner already, but but how So, he shows up unannounced. Is that correct? >> You show up? >> Yeah, you showed up unannounced. >> So, so what were you doing before this? >> Well, I told him when he He was outside. He was outside. He was in the warehouse. >> He was in the warehouse and I was in the house. He was in the warehouse and I was in the house. So he was in the warehouse. I was in the house. He told me that he was I was taking care of my daughters. >> Okay. >> My me and my mason up at the house cuz I'm a single mom. >> And he yelled at me and he told me he yelled at me. He said he's supposed he's not supposed to come up to the house and um and um he told me to come down and meet him outside to talk to me. >> Okay. >> Because I'm hopeful about saving our relationship because we've been together for 7 years. So, >> um so I don't know. He was in a warehouse. Yeah, he was in a warehouse. But is that still my address if I'm here and he wasn't with me? I don't know. I got I got a piece together. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> Before closing off the case, officers went a step further to contact Michael. And it was then that they realized that Hannah was the one who needed to be checked. >> Any mental health issues or abuse? >> No. >> For you? >> No. >> Okay. Um I'm going to tell you right now, one of you is going to have to leave and it's probably going to be you because you don't own this house. >> Okay. I will leave. >> What? >> I'll leave. >> Okay. Can you can we arrange that with your mom or like could if we gave you a ride to Green Bay or give you a ride somewhere, would she be able to pick you up from there? >> Doesn't doesn't discuss my residence. >> No, not right now. It doesn't. So, here's here's there's two ways we're going to go about this. All right. >> Cuz he's got he's got he's got video evidence of him confirming him his story. Your your story is kind of not matching up. So, there's two ways we're going to go about this. One, I'm going to take both of you to jail. >> Okay? >> I'm going to leave. Two, I'm going to take one of you to jail and right now it probably sounds like you. Okay? Or three, you can leave here and we'll just No harm to fault. >> Okay. >> All right. I'm going to call but you don't have a driver's license. You're not in a great mental state of mind. So, I'm going to be with you when we contact your mom and I'm going to explain to her that we're going to give you a ride somewhere, whether that's a gas station in town or wherever she wants to meet and we're going to give you a ride there. Okay? And then she can pick you up from there. Okay? Do you have your phone? >> Um, yeah. Um, hang in >> your I don't hang on. I got to I want to ask my cigarette. Um, just a second. This is the Dan. >> Yeah. >> Hannah. Santa, we're we're not talking to Dan right now. >> We're not going. >> Okay. We're not going. So, >> sorry. Hang on. >> You need to use the restroom. No. No. Hang on. I got the rest. >> Okay, we're gonna >> Wait, wait, wait. I'm going to call. Okay, I'm done. I'm done. >> Yep. Sit down. Right. >> Where's your mom? >> Hang on. I'm calling right now. >> Okay. >> Does your Is your mom capable of driving? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> She's with my stepdad. >> Okay. >> Okay. Did your stepdad come and get you or your mom? Anybody? myself and my mom can come and get me. >> But I don't want them coming here. >> No. >> Which is why we're going to load you up and take you somewhere and they can meet you. >> Can I Are these all yours? >> Yeah. >> Hello, Pat. You're picking me out of the house and cops are here. Um Pat, um I got to put you on speaker phone. >> I got to put you on speaker phone. The cops are um >> Hey, chill. Let >> let talk >> here. Can I can I please have your phone? Um, your mom and I are both right here now. >> Okay. >> Can you guys >> Could I please talk to them? >> Yes. >> Thank you. Hello. >> Yes. >> Hi, this is Deputy Leman of Brown County Sheriff's Office. >> So, I'm here with Hannah. Um, so there was a a disturbance that occurred today. Um, >> Hannah's not going to be able to stay here anymore. Okay. >> So, we we need somewhere for her to go. So, I'm going to need you guys to come up and get her. Okay. Okay. Okay. Um, are you able to do that? >> Yeah. >> As effort was being made to remove Hannah from the house, she attempted to pull a fast one on the cops, but unfortunately for her, the cops were much faster. Stop running. >> Hannah, stop. I'm going to catch you. Just stop. >> Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Don't fight. Don't fight her. Stand behind your back now. Stand behind your back. off the ground then give me >> knock you off hand. >> Stupid stupid decision. >> Stupid decision. >> I think Michael drugged me. This thing was drugged to me. >> Yeah. Um, >> how much did you take today? >> You guys, I need to tell you what's going on with Michael. I only took one today. Okay, >> I only took one today. >> With her foolish plans to escape in the gutter, Hannah knew that she was done for. But because she didn't want to go down alone, she tried to bring Michael into it by making crazy insinuations. >> So, there's something going else going on here that you're not telling us. >> There's not. >> There absolutely is. You are not acting anywhere near normal. Okay. So you need to like if you ingested today any kind of that you shouldn't have. >> I got no >> we need to know this so we can get you the help you need. Do you think Michael did something? >> No, I shouldn't say that. I don't know. I didn't talk to him. >> He He was in the house for like one second and helped his dad. >> So, I I would be willing to guess this is probably self gun. Hannah was eventually charged with disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer, bail jumping, and criminal damage to property. In the next case, an overly whiny Kayla attempted to scare her partner by calling 911, but had it backfire in the worst way. >> I don't have any damn weapons. Can I please just go in my car and leave? No. But why am I do anything? My wife getting arrested for no reason. >> I got searched three times before I got in the cruiser. Bro, are you serious? >> I don't have anything. >> On January the 17th, 2025, the cops were dispatched to a residence following reports of a domestic altercation between a couple. The event that followed afterwards was overbearing to say the least. >> I made a mistake of calling the police. >> I made the mistake of calling the police and I should not have. So now I know. And he's >> Why are people Why are you both crying? >> Because it was a mistake. It was an argument. >> And I I I called the cop. It's open. >> My 2-year-old throw out the window like my >> Oh, I just want to leave. >> Just let me figure out what's happening. >> Brandon, tell them nothing. Tell them nothing, Brandy. Tell them that I just want to get separated. I just want to get separated. I want to go to Doc's house. >> That's not how this always turns out to be. If something actually happened, >> nothing happened. I'm telling you, nothing happened. >> At the location, the cops came in contact with a caller named Kayla, who was surprisingly ticked off by their presence. Despite calling for assistance minutes prior, Kayla suddenly had a change [music] of heart, insisting that all was fine. But with the cops now at the location, she couldn't get rid of them so easily. If you guys are being real, get away from me. >> Call your supervisor. They are They're actually all here. >> I'm right here, >> officer. Yeah. >> I can't handle this. I'm telling you. >> Well, you need to calm down. You need to calm down, sir. I want to go home. >> You're home. >> Okay. Well, I want to drive away. >> Okay. No, we got to figure out what's going on. >> There's nothing going on. >> There's broken stuff on top of the roof. >> Yes. My two Do you not just hear me? >> Your 2-year-old throw out the the the smoking device for paraphernalia. >> I don't know. >> That's the stuff that's on the roof. >> What? I don't know what's on the roof. Okay. So, that's what we're telling you. >> If someone threw something out of the roof, it wasn't me, but my 2-year-old throws things out of the roof all the time. >> Okay. Well, I'm going to >> I don't know. I don't know what's on the roof. >> And I'm going to go talk to Brandon. >> Brandon, just tell them I want to get separated for the night. No, >> we're not going to yell and scream out. >> I want to get separated for the night. >> Yell and scream out. >> No, we're trying to get my story straight. And now he knows. >> Okay. Yeah. We're not going to get this. >> Now he knows what to say. [snorts] Why should you have to tell him what to say if your guys' story should match? >> With every passing minute, Kayla's irritation grew. And what she didn't know was that the real trouble was only seconds away. >> I'm trying to go home. Are we [ __ ] >> Yes, but I'm going to come back in an hour. >> Okay. What happens in an hour? >> Nothing. Because you argue over a chat. Did that know he's a liar. Woman to woman. He's a liar. >> He's a liar. He's a liar. >> All right. Okay. So the neighbors heard the disturbance and the Brandon came and told the neighbors to call. >> I did too. I I I I did too. I did too. I came downstairs and said to call the Oh, wait. Wait, wait. What did I do? Wait. What? Wait. What did I do? >> Wait. Why? Wait. But why? No. Please. Oh my god. Are you serious? Please. No. Wait. Do I just order it? I didn't do anything. >> She's No, that's not true. No. Tell Bri that's that's a lie. Brien, that's a lie. >> Oh my god. >> Oh no. >> Please no. Please God, no. >> Yeah. >> Wait. >> But I didn't do it. But Brandon >> Brandon, >> wait. I'm not lying. >> Please guys, I'm not lying. >> She has a phone in her, bro. >> No, I'm going to I'm going to do it right here. >> Where? >> But wait, but wait. But wait, >> I'm going to take Where's your Where's your cell phone? >> No. Right in my bra. But why am I getting arrested? No, guys. That's not true. Guys, please. Please. Guys, please. But what did Brandon say? Please help me. Please, just discuss. Please talk to me. Please talk to me. What's going on? >> No, but why am I I didn't do anything. My wife, I'm getting arrested for no reason. Oh my god. But what am I? I didn't do anything. But what am I? Please talk to me. Please. What did I do? But what am I getting arrested for? >> I'll be right with you. Okay. >> Can you please talk to the the the the neighbors? They'll tell you that this wasn't me. Please. Please talk to the neighbors. No. Wait. Please. Please. Please. Officer. Can I please talk to you? >> But why? I don't understand why I'm getting arrested. >> So, the neighbors called. Okay. Which is causing a disturbance. And at that point, it's out of our hands since it's a domestic relationship between you. >> But it's not But why isn't he getting arrested? >> They are still [music] I'm I can't tell you what they're doing right now. I am with you solely right now. I don't know what >> Are they They don't Are they arresting? But if Brandon tells But But if Brandon says there's nothing wrong, is there a chance I won't get arrested? >> No. >> Why? >> Cuz at this point, it's out of our hands. >> But can you talk to the neighbor? I'm friends with the neighbors. He'll tell you that there wasn't a disturbance. I went downstairs. I asked him if he could come and help. >> Oh no. >> What happened to my phone? >> Okay. Wait, wait, wait. Can you Can you leave it with Brandon? >> Please. >> Can you please just give my phone to Brandon? I don't know have any other way to contact him. So, I'm not going to be able to see the judge till Monday. All right, Mike. Can you please explain to me what's going on? >> You are uh going to have to see a judge. Okay. >> On Monday, >> most likely. >> Well, there's no court during the weekends, right? >> Correct. >> So, it's going to be Monday at least. >> I don't like promising people one way or another, but most likely it'll be Monday. >> I'm on probation. Do you think I'm going to go to jail or prison? I I I have no idea. >> I can't afford officer. >> I'm so screwed. All over an argument. The neighbors didn't have to get involved. It wasn't even about that. I just asked him for help because we're friends. >> Contrary to what Kayla told officers, it was confirmed by her boyfriend and neighbors that there was indeed an altercation. And all fingers pointed to her as the aggressor. Are you going to cooperate with jail staff and everything? >> No. >> You're not going to? >> Why? >> Well, once we get there, are you going to >> But why or what? What if I don't? >> Are they going to put me in solitary >> correct? >> I I wouldn't want you to get any more like resisting charges. >> I'm not getting a resisting if I just don't talk. >> No, no, that's not what I mean. Are you going to physically fight with >> No, I the No, I'm going to go to prison anyway for the next 90 days because of this. I'm I'm royally screwed. I'm going to go to jail. I'm going to lose my apartment. Is there any way I can make a phone call? >> You'll have to ask the jail staff that. Okay. How long is it going to take for you to be able to drop my phone back off to Brandon? >> I can leave >> cuz that's the only way I'm going to be able to call him is from the is on my phone. I don't know any other number. So, as soon as you drop me off, are you going to go straight back to my house and give him the phone? >> We'll see what we do. >> Now, left to deal with the consequences of her own actions, Kayla became extremely furious, transferring her aggression on everyone in her way. >> Did you unbuckle yourself? Yes, it's very easy. >> I re >> I'm not connecting you, please. I don't want to be I died. >> Just bring me inside. >> You have to make sure. >> No. Bring me inside. Damn it. Before I get mad at a meeting, do not yell at me. >> Then do your job. Please. She's not. I got I got searched three times before I got in the cruiser. Bro, are you serious? >> I don't have anything. >> They have the shirt. >> I don't have anything. Running around the corner. >> Sorry. So, I I just I I literally am not I just need to use the phone. I need to get numbers off my phone and I need to use the phone. >> Cooperate. I want to cooperate. Kayla Kayla I just need to use my sound. I need to I'm not yelling. I'm just loud. You have to go through the booking process and we can get numbers once we get everything done. Okay. >> Remember me? >> You look familiar. >> I can't believe this man has got me in jail again. What the do I have to do to get to in this world? This man has abused three years. 3 years and I'm the one that's an aggressor. That's not fair. >> Of course I'm aggressive. You can only get beat someone a day for 3 years. >> Are you going to be screaming? >> I just want to call him. That's all I want. No. I don't want to talk to you. >> I just want to call him. I just want to call him. I didn't even get to say goodbye to my baby. I didn't even get a chance to kiss him. I'm going to be gone for 90 days. I'm going to be gone for I'm on probation. I'm going to be gone for 90 days. Brandon just got a job. He's not going to be able to go in Monday. I have 90 days holding over my head for this probation and I don't know what to do. >> Kayla was eventually charged with disorderly conduct. The stupidity displayed by Kayla was nowhere close to Kyra's an overbearing brat who called the cops while being investigated for shoplifting. >> I called job for my safety cuz they thought we were stealing. >> We're investigating a shot a possible shoplifting. >> But it's it's >> and now you're trespass from the source. >> It's not that deep though. I can get this I can go to court and get this job cuz I I did not steal. We can go to office and everything. I I got my receipt. On February the 24th, 2025, two siblings suspected of shoplifting called the police to intervene on their behalf after loss [music] prevention refused to let them leave with the stolen items. Unfortunately for the pair, their attempt to swindle would completely fall through after they foolishly involved the cops. >> And literally, I'm not about to keep arguing with them. He got we got all our receipts right here for the TV and everything. He counted everything in our cart and still trying to say we stealing stuff. You counted one cart. You didn't even count my food cart. We got every look. Everything's on here. >> Did you call 911? >> Yes, I did. You talking about >> I'm out with the caller. Um, do you want to go talk to them? You want me to talk to them? >> I want the rest of my [ __ ] He trying to say that we took that we sold. >> Dude, let me see the um receipt. >> Counter everything in our cart and still going to say we stealing. >> Listen, just don't go anywhere yet. I'm going to help you guys work it out. >> No, I'm Uber. So, I'm just Uber. >> Yeah, I'm just I'm cancel. >> No, don't cancel. >> Yeah, cuz you're going to spend time here. >> No, we're not. >> I got We got to make sure everything's all good. >> No, everything is fine. No, they said >> just give me one sec. >> They said this stuff is good. This is good. >> This stuff is all good. >> This is good. But he's saying that the rest of the stuff that we didn't >> Did you How did you pay? Did you just >> You pay no Walmart pay. You can't pay nothing else but Walmart pay or card. Please do not cancel cuz we got to go home to my nephew. Please. Like please. >> Yeah. This isn't going to fit in this car. >> All right. Whatever. >> What's he talking about? Everything in this cart is in that store. It's paid for. >> How'd you get all this out here by yourself? >> My brother. >> Oh, okay. >> He counted everything in the cart. Half of the stuff that's in that's not in his cart is in there cuz he took it out. >> Yeah. Hurry up. >> They talking about he going to call the cops. No, I'mma help you. I don't Nobody need to steal. We got money. I got EBT. >> Yeah, but it's saying I don't know how to read this. So, is it Was it declined? >> No, he declined it, but it was because he he had um a regular card instead of Apple Pay. Yeah, he he used Walmart Pay, so he declined it and then paid for it again. >> Okay. Yeah, I don't know how to read these. So, I'm going to step in. I'll talk to the employees. Just hang out here for a second. >> I'm not keep my mother. Wait, it's it's over. >> Over. We I called the cops for him to feel safe cuz he keeps yelling at us and I'm going to yell back and I don't have time for this. It's either we going to get our stuff and leave or >> is your brother still in there? >> He's still in there trying to get the rest of our stuff. >> All right. >> So, who who what's the issue here? What happened? >> I'm talking uh >> Yeah, we were trying >> I'm trying to figure is this two separate incidents? What is this? >> No, it's a same thing. >> We are trying to verify the items that the >> Okay. Some of the items are not >> Wait, did you not check? >> No. >> Did you not scan it on checkout? >> No, I some have not been and and they don't want to they don't want >> Okay. There's a lady who has just left. >> Yeah. I have my partner talking her outside here. So, what >> let them just bring everything because some of them are not facing. >> Okay. >> Are you listening? >> Yes. >> So, now what I'm saying is I didn't come up to the front. >> I got the TV, my game, all that. Right. >> Are you with them outside or not? Yes, I'll put them outside. But in the midst of that, he's saying he stopped us, right? Showed him the receipt. He's saying that it's some item that's not paid for. >> Okay. Do you have >> Do you have the receipt? >> She has papers. >> I'm talking I'm trying to be I'm talking to him. >> Okay. So, >> so then after that, he's saying, but they started going back and forth. I'm telling her to give him receipt. All right. She not giving it to him. He's saying the stuff that's in that car is not paid for, right? I'm like, "All right, cool. It's not paid for. That's not my issue. I didn't bring this stuff up. The person that was in the back me up, but I paid for it. It's no issue. I show you my car. I paid for >> you guys all together at one checkout counter. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, this items that you have right here, >> this right here is paid for a bunch of stuff. And that stuff is he went through that already. But he's saying >> all that stuff is good. That right there is not paid for. All I'm saying, I will pay for it. But he's making a big issue. My Uber is about my Uber about to cancel. I said my Uber >> it cancelled. >> Let me ask. Okay. what I want. >> One what? >> They just bring all the items to verify one after the other then. >> Yeah, that's what we're trying to do. Yes. >> Yeah, that's what that's what just we're trying to do. >> When the cops arrived at the location and got a detailed narration of the situation, they realized that it was only a minor issue that could be resolved within minutes. So they thought, >> do you mind if you just bring your shopping cart right here real fast? We'll just verify this stuff real fast. >> The quicker you cooperate, quicker we're going to get. >> Yeah, just look. We're just going to verify. And then he said whatever. He just said the stuff that is good that's out there. Everything that's not good he just put back there. That's what I'm saying. >> I understand. >> Ma'am. Ma'am. Ma'am. >> Okay. Listen. At this point, we're doing >> Look, just bring it in. >> He just wants to verify this once again and then that's it. >> Can he come out here and do it? Because I'm not about to keep bringing this in and out. This >> How about we How about How about we do this? I'll wheel one in. >> Wheel one in and you wheel the other one in. Right. >> Yeah. Hey, you need help doing it, right? >> Okay. All right. So, let's verify this real quick so we can get him out of here. Let's go. You have uh the receipt once for >> the camera showing right there. Telling camera back that he just verified it three times. >> The camera's right there. Camera's right. >> All right. All right. Stop. What are we trying to do? What do you need? You need the receipt. >> Can I have the receipt? Let me have the receipt. >> Have to keep giving this receipt if he just seen this eight times. The key is right there. You going behind a counter? Count. That's right here. >> All right. Here we go. We got a mirror here. We got a TV. All right. I think we can cross that off. Look. Two t two uh two mirrors. One TV. >> You showing three of these. >> Those not white. Those notes. >> Yeah. But one of them is not on it. >> Is it not on it? Is it not? Verify on the count. >> No clothes on the receipt. These are another >> H. >> Those are another one. Those are another one. >> This is another one. Another one. So, can you bring it up right here? >> As earlier suspected, a search of their shopping cart led Walmart employees to recover several stolen items. Although they were lenient enough to let them walk away without a charge, the female would end up making a stupid decision that would escalate the case. >> They don't want to trespass you. Nothing. Okay. >> They just wish cuz it's already like it's already 11:02. They already shut down. Um, if you could just come, he say come back tomorrow. Whatever the items are that you want to purchase or purchase. He doesn't want to trespass you. Doesn't want anything. Just whatever. Okay. >> Okay. >> We'll just put this down as a misunderstanding. Understand? >> Okay. Thanks. >> All right. Uh did did you provide the other officer your ID? >> Yeah. I don't have a No, I I said that I was 17, but they asked me did I have an ID and I said no. >> Okay. >> But my name is Sierra Williams. I called on the phone. >> You didn't do anything wrong. Why Why lie about who you are or how old you are or anything? >> Why li Why about my age? Why do anything wrong? If you didn't do anything wrong, why would you say? >> I don't really want to get too in detail. Just I didn't know I had to get past like asking who I am and do I have ID. >> Why wouldn't you? >> Because I didn't do nothing for me that you didn't give any information. >> Stop inside a store with four police officers and security. >> I called y'all though. I called y'all. >> I called y'all for my safety cuz they thought we were stealing. >> So, was there anything in your carts that you didn't purchase? Everything he just verified. Am I correct? He just verified everything. He just checked each and every car. Whatever it was not verified, he has. And he just told us. He just came up to us and said whatever was >> I got to We have to identify you first. So if you have an ID, give it to me now or else you're going to be waiting. >> I do not have a ID. How >> Okay. Why did you lie when And you said you're 17. Your math was off by 2 years. >> I know it was. But I just didn't think I >> You're going to lie. At least do it right. But where's your ID? Give it to me now. >> I don't How you pressuring me about something that I do not have? >> How do you not have an ID? >> Because I don't have one. It takes a while. >> You're 19 years old. >> I'm 20, actually. But I said 04. >> So, we're going to have to go. >> Regardless, she said the wrong date. >> Give us your mother's name and her phone number. We're going to call her on the phone. Say you're 17. So, we don't need to know. >> Oh, she's not. She said she gave me a different date now. >> I'm not 17. I'm 20. I'm >> I got a Do I have a picture? >> Yeah, but we still don't have a DL or anything. >> Yeah, we got to do it so we can trespass him. >> I don't have a ID. >> Call your mom. My mom is not What is my mom going to say? >> So we If you're 17, someone has to come pick you up. >> I'm not 17. >> Why did you lie? >> Because I didn't think I had to give y'all information about something that happened. >> We're investigating a shot a possible shoplifting. >> But it's it's >> And now you're trespassing from the source. So now we have to identify you. Show me anything that can prove your name that you're telling me. Do you have a debit card or anything? You got nothing? >> I can't give me teeth. >> You have nothing with your name on it. >> Ky, how old am I? >> No. I want to talk to one of your parents. >> My mom, she's my dad. Hello. >> Hello, Dad. How old am I? >> Dad, you sleep. My bad. Just How old am I, Dad? >> Just get to the office. Wait. >> How old am I? >> Let me talk to you, Dad. I got to identify you. You're making it harder. >> I'm not making You're making it much harder. >> How am I making it hard? I'm 20. Give me anything that has your name on it. >> I don't have No, I don't have You're lying, though. I'm not lying. I literally >> You already lied. So, why should I believe you? >> We have a Starbucks card. >> Okay. Show me something with your name on it, or you're not leaving. >> Well, then I can't leave. I have nothing. Or I could bring you into the police department and we can lock you up. >> Just lock me up. I have no >> We have to identify you at some point. >> Like I literally have my iPad. Like I don't know what you want. >> I want your ID. >> I have no Why are you telling me that I have ID when I don't? >> Okay. So you're telling me you don't have any identification? >> No ID. >> Okay. >> Once the back and forth with her seemed endless, officers turned to her brother, hoping he would provide them with the information about her identity. >> You guys have been out here like 20 minutes ago. What's her name? She said her name. >> Okay. What is it? >> Tell me what it Oh, she said her name. All right. >> Tell me what it is. >> Sorry. She said her name. Ma'am, she said her name. But I'm just saying we told the woman to wait. >> All right. We're doing an investigation right now. If you don't >> You both could be arrested right now for shopping. >> Look, I'm not I'm just let you know, we're trying to prevent that. We want you guys get and get out of here. >> We needed so properly trespassing you guys from the store. We need to properly ID you. >> Okay. This officer is verifying me. >> I'm trying to verify her. So, I want to see if you're going to corroborate what she says. If not, she's getting locked up. So, what is her first name? >> What do you mean? >> What is her first name? >> A lot of people got locked up for it. >> She's hindering apprehension. >> She might be. As long as your name checks in, you give us her correct information, you're fine. >> First name. >> What's her first name? >> Why is you asking me? >> Because I'm trying to corroborate the story. >> You'll be your shop owner. >> What's her first name? >> That's fine. He gives us I have more than enough hand. After wasting a huge chunk of their time, the girl finally identified herself as Kyra Snipe. However, this didn't help as much as she thought it would. >> Going to talk to you out here. >> No. To me? >> Yes. >> Why? No. Stay right here. You're not going out here. >> No, I want to talk to you in person. Right here. >> Right here. Person to person. >> All right. Well, we can't talk. >> I don't want to go here. I want to stay right here. >> I feel comfortable talking out there. >> We'll go over here. I don't know why you want to go anywhere further than here. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Right here. I don't want you going out there. I'm not chasing you. >> I don't even know. We don't have to. >> Stay right here. You could keep me in the corner. Look. Okay. Oh, wait. I just want to talk to her personally. >> Okay. Me personally, I don't want to get in trouble. I didn't steal nothing. I wasn't doing nothing. But yeah, I did lie and I apologize. But I just don't want to get in trouble cuz I'm already on probation, but I wasn't stealing nothing. >> If you're on probation, then you you should know by now that you need to be providing your proper information when you come across. >> I don't want to get in trouble because I don't we are there's they don't want to press charges on shoplifting. You could have left here 20 minutes ago if you gave me your proper name. See how this is a problem, right? >> Why? Why did you lie? You have wars. >> No, I'm on probation. I mean, if they think that I'm stealing, I'm I could go back to jail and I don't want that to happen when I wasn't stealing. >> Right. But so if you want to prove your case and you want to prove to people you're not stealing. You need to learn to cooperate with people. You can't be out here causing a scene because when you're causing a scene to me and my partners, my guard is up. I'm like, "Why is she causing a scene like this? Something's wrong." Then you're not cooperating with them. They're trying to get you out of here. They wanted to check your receipt and check the items and you would have been out. But now we have a problem cuz you lied. You lied to me twice. >> Okay, so stay here. Give me a second. I have to verify your identification. >> It was obvious that Kyra hadn't thought about the consequences of lying to the cops and she had no option other than to deal with what was coming. >> I'm just going to surrender. Here we go. >> Yeah. Not even close. >> I know. You want? >> Yeah. I'm going to bring you in. So just turn around. Take your bag off. >> Wait, can I give my brother my stuff? Cuz he could leave. >> No, no, just stay here. All right. >> Oh, wait. I could bring my phone. Listen, there's no reason we I would have worked with you if you didn't lie to me three, four times about your name. You want your brother to take this stuff? >> What? Yeah. >> Your purse? >> Yeah. >> Do you have anything else in your pockets? >> You want me to take out I'll reach for it. >> My phone. Just my phone. >> You want to take your phone with you? >> What you're saying? >> Um, no. Hinder. >> This is your brother? >> What do you mean? >> Yeah. >> I don't know. >> Who? >> You're not charging, right? >> Well, I know. She gave me a false name three, four times. They're not talking. >> What? >> What do you mean? Do I have to have a shoplifting charge for it? >> Did his name check? >> Yes. >> Brut said yes. >> Yes. >> Yes. >> You guys cannot do anything. >> They want to trespass. >> He just said no. >> You're under for hindering. >> No, but I I I just I I own you because I didn't want to get in trouble cuz I was on probation. >> But you already lied to me three, four times. >> I only lied two times. I said my name was Sierra and I was 17. >> And you gave me the wrong date of birth. No, I changed it when you asked again. When you asked the third time, I gave it to you. I really don't >> you have everything in your pockets. >> I just wrote down the information. >> Whose information? Stop moving >> so I can get >> Do you have anything under this? >> Just t-shirt. Go ahead and sit. Go ahead and sit. I don't want the seat belt. Wait. Um, scoot in. >> No, I don't want the seat belt on. I feel uncomfortable. >> It's loose. It's policy and procedure. >> For someone already on probation, Kyra seemed almost too relaxed about the new addition to her record. >> You can make a phone call. >> You want to make a phone call? >> What? Can you tell? >> No, cuz I was at Walmart and you know how I got EBT or whatever. I went fruit shopping for mommy and Shamir got his taxes and me and him was just going shopping at the store and then that's when the guy was like, "Oh, can I count your stuff?" Um, it was like some of the stuff did not pay for, but we like we did pay for all of this stuff. Like, I don't know. They just see, you know, when black people get money and we go to the store, they can be really stealing every time. They arrested me because I told them false information cuz when I'm on probation and I don't have time for, you know, stuff like this to be on my name, which it is now. But I felt like me personally, I felt like I ain't have to give them information if I wasn't stealing. If I was stealing, all right, if I was stealing, I would have been like, they don't got me for taking nothing. But they got me because what is it? Hindering hindering lying. Obstruction obstruction. lying about my name and stuff. No, Ken is here. I just called her. But yeah, they just locked me up for um Well, they didn't lock Well, they just processing me, but it's just for lying about my name and stuff. I just I I didn't [music] have to go to tell her, but I didn't. No. Yeah, I go to probation in like 2 days. No, not two days. I'm on March 3rd. I go here. So, I'm going just tell her. I could call her up and just tell her, but they probably They probably going to take me to the client county. Huh? No, not now. She said they might release me from here, but I'm talking about prior to my probation. If depending on what they say, they might. It's I don't know cuz I'm not supposed to be gay on charges. It's not that deep though. I could get this I could go to court for and get this job cuz I I did not We can go to trial and everything. I I got one. It's just they they caught me because I was lying about my aunt. It's not that it's okay, girl. Ken's here, too. She said she's around. So, yeah, you don't have to. As long as you run out, I'm not going to the county. I'm I'm okay. And you I'm literally using my phone to talk to you. So, I don't think I'm in trouble like that. Ken is outside, so there's nothing to worry about. I I didn't steal, Dad. They They locked me up cuz I lied about my name. I didn't steal. I got my receipt. They checked my receipt. All right. All right. It's okay, Dad. All right. Let me >> You do understand that Walmart, right? You can't go back there. >> Yeah, I can't go back. >> If you do go back there, you're going to get locked up again. >> Okay. Is there a limit though or like forever? >> I think forever. >> Are you serious? >> That's on them. >> I didn't steal. I think it was just the whole incident in general. And I think if you were a little more cooperative with them, it probably >> Kyra was charged with obstructing justice, hindering identity, criminal trespass, shoplifting, and disorderly conduct. Next is the unusual case of Antoine Sims, a wanted criminal for homicide who called 911 because he was served cold fries. >> So, why did y'all call? Like, what happened? >> Because we ordered the food. Um, he couldn't print us a receipt. >> Okay. Um, he does not want you coming back in the store. He actually wants us to crimally trespass you so you will not be allowed back at this McDonald's. >> I don't even stay here. I keep >> Hey, it doesn't matter. Why are you doing that? >> I know how to Am I right? >> Yeah. >> Don't look. >> On August the 5th, 2022, 24year-old Antoine Sims called the police after getting into a heated argument with the owner of a local Walmart. What initially began as a dispute resolution would wind up being one of the most unusual cases ever. >> I got contact. What's up, man? Um, we're the ones that called. >> Okay. What's up? >> Uh, basically we went in there, purchased the food. Um, I guess it's something wrong with their server. Forest tried to order on the little box thing. She said that wasn't working. He had to stop us from ordering. Go help her. >> Okay. >> So, it's he probably frustrated at work. You know what I'm saying? That's the whole scenario. What I get. >> So, why did y'all call? Like, what happened? >> Because we ordered the food. Um, he couldn't print us a receipt. >> Okay. >> Um, so he said the receipt would be printed in the back. So, I said, "Okay." Okay. So, we sat down, me and my fiance looking for homes around here. >> So, we went back to Progressive Rentals looking at homes. >> Um, I guess our order was called, but we don't even know our order number. >> Okay. >> You know what I'm saying? So, now our food is sitting there cold. So, when I come up, I say, you know, I try to fry. The fries are they're lukewarm, but they're not hot. >> Okay. >> You know what I'm saying? So, I just asked him, "Can we get some fresh fresh fries?" >> Okay. >> He said, "Okay, the fries are not hot. Touch the fries." He said, "No, they're not hot." At this point, you don't touch them, so you know. >> Yeah. Can I just get a fresh set? >> Okay. So he said, "Can I also get the receipt?" That was 5 minutes ago. >> You know what I'm saying? Excuse me, sir. 5 minutes ago. I can I can run my store however I want to run my store. >> This sir, I'm done paid. He said, "Matter of fact, you can leave my property. Get off my property now. Or you can come and get uh I'll do a refund." I said, "Sir, with with um cash up card, this three to seven business days do a refund. Just give me my set of fries in my receipt. That's what you're supposed to do anyway when I pay for my order." >> Okay? >> This is not my my story. He tell me this is his business. on this like it's not cheap. We just need the fries and the burger. >> Okay. Do you have your ID on you? >> No, sir. >> Okay. Well, maybe I have to get your information. >> Okay. >> What's your last name? >> Uh, Sims. >> S I M S. >> S I M E S. >> E S. And first name? >> A N T O I N E. >> O I A N E. A N T O I A N E. What's your birthday? What's a good telephone number for you? >> All right. So, I'm going to go and let you know he called as well. So, y'all both called? >> Yeah, we called, right? So, I'm going to go in and talk to him. Um, >> hey, Con, will you hang out with him? >> All right. He's going to hang out with you for a second. Okay. I'm going to go and talk to him real quick. When officer spoke with the owner, he swore that Antoine was trouble and wanted nothing more than to get him far away from his establishment. >> So, what happened? >> Okay, so break it down for me. >> What happened? [clears throat] >> He insists that he's all his food is cold. >> Okay, >> he's burning my hands. So, whatever. That's, you know, not, you know, doesn't really matter. >> Okay. The next start cussing me. You better give me fresh fries. >> What? Here's a little old lady and she just came up. He didn't even talk to the police. He's like, "No, I got this." But he starts losing it, starts shoving his food at me. >> Mhm. >> And I asked the story. He said, "I said, well, tell you what, you can take your business elsewhere. Give me a car. Give me a refund." No, you're not going to give me an effort refund. You're going to give me food and my money back. Okay. Sorry. Shove his food. I took his food. So, he's got nothing to shove at me cuz next thing you know, he's throwing his drink at me. >> So, I took his food, took a whole Sprite, threw it in the trash. Here's your Give me your card. I need your refund. Take your business elsewhere. Please don't come back. >> Okay. >> Scream at me. I want CT. You know, >> did you give him his refund? Like, is that all right? >> You refuse to. You're not going to give me a refund. >> Okay. This is the way he was talking. >> So, I don't want him CT. I don't want to ever have him back. Okay. >> I mean, dude, obviously on probation, got an ankle bracelet on. >> Up until this point, the situation remained well under control until Antoine was confirmed as an armed and dangerous criminal wanted by the police. >> All right, so here's the deal. As a business owner, he has the right to not remake your food. He is willing to do a refund. He has no problems doing a refund, but he's not going to remake your food. As a business owner, he can do that. >> Um, he does not want you coming back in the store. He actually wants us to crimally trespass you, so you will not be allowed back at this McDonald's. >> I don't even stay here. I >> It doesn't matter. He's requested it. We got to do it. It's not a big deal. It's a piece of charging. >> No, we're not charging. It's a piece of paper we're going to give you that's going to say, "Hey, you can't come back to this McDonald's." That's all it is. >> Wow. Like, no. Just like just realistically, did I do anything? >> I don't know. I I'm not here to even figure that out. I'm here to I'm here to keep the piece. >> Like, this is a >> Yeah, this is completely civil. So, >> yeah. Yeah. Okay. >> No, no, I don't want to complain about it. >> No, no. I just I'm just don't understand what I did wrong with this. >> No, you're good. Um, do you have CT forms? >> Okay. I have CT forms. That's fine. Um, it's not a big deal. So, look. All right. So, this is civil. Okay. As a business owner, he has the right to refuse service to anyone he chooses to refuse service to. Just like if you owned a business, you have the same right to do the same thing. If you own a physical business, like you didn't have you can CT, you can CT whoever the hell you want. You can do whatever >> as long as it's within the law. And that's within the law. Okay. All right. So, hang out with him. I'm going to get that form. It's a simple form that says, "Hey, just don't come back to this McDonald's." Now, I tell you, if you do come back to this McDonald's and we get caught out here, >> you go to jail. I'm not >> I'm not I got a smart. So, um, you cool with the refund? >> Uh, yeah. So, I just got to go in there and tap my car. >> Yeah, I will get that in just a second. Okay. >> Okay. >> Cuz Antoine knew that he was a person of interest. He was unsettled throughout the interaction with the cops. No matter how sleek officers tried to be, he knew something was up. And being the hardened criminal that [music] he was, he wasn't going to go down so easily. >> All right. Spell your um last name for me. >> S I M E S. >> Okay. >> Um, where's your driver's license out of? >> I don't have. Okay. >> I knew my mother. >> Okay. S I M E. Spell your first name again. >> A N T O I N E >> O I N A >> O I N E >> O I N E. So I'm basically just banned from here. >> Correct. not >> um his name their name I can't remember who he's got new forms so I don't >> his name here and then the manager name >> so he's the manager or somebody else >> he's uh he's the owner >> so that's why he feels like it said if you want to take any call >> no this is just 10 10 bucks I don't know yet, man. >> Shades, >> authorized representative. >> What's the address here? Uh look up. So there's possibly a 10 2 10 2 10 2 10 2 10 2 10 2 10 2 10 2 10 2 10 2 1099 2049 C parkway. >> You got it? >> Yeah, I got it. >> You got it. Yeah. Give me a second. >> Excuse me, sir. So, there's no leakage or nothing like that. >> Yeah. No, I'm going to get him to fill this up. Okay. Whatever. Huh? Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. All right, Mr. Sims, come over here. I'm going have you sign this. >> I'm not under arrest or anything. >> No, sir. Just come over here. I'm going have you sign this real quick. >> I said I'm not under arrest. >> No. No, you're not. >> Yeah. Just come over here. I'm going have you sign this real quick. >> You have to sign back to the property. >> So, you'll fill this part out. >> Can I see it, sir? >> Yeah. Can you come over here, man? >> No. I'm I'm afraid of y'all, sir. 3 years, sir. I'm afraid. >> All right. I'm I'm going to walk you through. Why are you doing that? >> I know how to fill it out. >> Why are you doing that? >> I know how to Am I right? >> Yeah. Come on. >> No. Car car. Six. Dude. Call cop. Got him. Contact. Contact backside. Backside >> Antoine Sims was charged with obstruction and criminal trespass for the events that occurred that day. He however faces other charges including homicide for previous cases.
