several situations when cops have had to rescue victims from their psycho girlfriends signing with the case of this woman who slapped an officer after assuming he was her husband looked like she wasn't even taking care of my baby you know um she was like I said she was passed on the couch get the TR the I thought you Polie officer I need my St [Music] no on the 19th of May 2023 police officers responded to the call of a man who claimed his girlfriend wouldn't allow him the custody of their child when the officers arrived the man claimed that his wife had been nonchalant when dealing with their baby and also made other comments that made the officers want to dig in more into the situation to see if they could help I don't know how long she's been drinking for but she's been drinking I got off of work she was passed out on the couch I I had to come went through the back door and she was just passed down on the couch we started getting into getting into argument because of how everything was because she's texting someone's gonna talk to you next okay we've been for the past couple weeks some of the reports if they brought up the whole history but um I mean I she's been trying to live here we've been you know trying to you know coexist together but it's is not able to happen anymore you know yeah um I mean like I said the what what had happened today is that I got she she was drinking um I got home she wouldn't to the front door so like I said had to go to the back she was passed on the couch my daughter was in was in her play pen but um the the whole house was M you know looked like she wasn't even taking care of my baby you know um she was like I said she was ped on the couch but anyway she's she's just been she's just been really really you know violent with me just yelling at me ever since I found what she what I found on her phone you know I got I got mad to the point I I paid through the phone having heard from the young man the officer tried to get some information from the wife later identified as Leah but she chose to not make things easy it's officer Hernandez spoke to you last time been like that's been the whole problem since like the first time you guys got call here like a couple weeks back you know like we've been trying to work so when I tell you you guys years what happen I can't I can't I'm done with you per no I need to call my sister to get my baby please turn around turn around BR it back I swear dude you guys are so on the 28th of May 2023 police officers responded to a call following a call from a man who claimed that his wife was putting his child's life in danger his concern was that his wife must have given their baby food causing an allergy when the cops arrived at the residence and began to interrogate him they realized that they had to look deeply into the situation to see how they could help I was like well what did he eat ask cream she goes like squashing hazelnut some type of nut I I don't know what kind of I never heard of the nut's name so I was like oh well that's probably I was like it's probably because of that nut and she goes it's not a nut and I'm like what like so that's when it [ __ ] twisted right there cuz I guess she thinks CU like I don't know because the music was playing but I was talking regular but I guess she took it like I was being like like aggressive towards her or something so she like sideways she it's not a nut and I'm like okay like what the and after that uh I was like dude why you going to get she's like why are you doing that I was like why am I doing what why you going to get all mad over cuz I say it's not a nut I was like you know so we start going back forth right here right right I'm in the kitchen still she's right there I get my food when I noticed she's not going to stop cuz she always wants to have the last word when I Noti she's not going to stop I just get my food cuz I don't want my daughter's my daughter she was she you know I don't want them here so I'm going I get my food I go to the back room right here in this room um I you know after that that's when I'm going to start eating my food and she's just she's on the uh she ends up calling someone on the phone she's talking a whole bunch of crap whole bunch of crap and like I'm telling her she's telling them like everything like the whole situation I was like yo like uh I was like tell this about uh not before she started hitting me but uh tell the tell it right like if you're to whoever you're telling them to like don't make me look bad tell so I have it I'll record I knew like I started recording once she uh once I knew she wasn't going to stop cuz she just shut the how she's going to end up hi going south you know so I like I always I've been recording and recording and this is just one of those incidents where I CAU I got this one on tape um I have other ones too but not where she hits me but anyways um and like I guess she like gets pissed off like cuz she's the phone she called me back to the room telling me like she can't be on the phone cuz uh I'm over here saying I'm talking to my daughters about her that's another thing that brought her to the room like cuz she was back and forth to the to her room and the girls room but after she was in the living room then she wants to stay following me and gets closer then she goes to the so I tried closing the door and she don't CL [ __ ] just going off talking a whole bunch of from my girls you know I'm like dude you're talking about you over here acting showing my girls how to you know but anyways um after uh like uh like you know when I'm telling you tell story right uh like some eventually something triggered there I have to hear what I said but something triggered her that I said that she [ __ ] she uh no no well I did that I have it on video that part but she attacked me before she came into the room um and I uh she tried to attack this is the first time but it's not on video but she tried to attack me and I went like that I flinched you know and I I I'm not I didn't swing I flinched I put my elbow up and she I don't know which arm she hit me with but uh she hit she I felt to hit me good you know with her swing and impact against my elbow I felt it anyways that was that and she swung she swung at me twice but she only hit me once okay but she didn't hear me like anyway just on my ALB anyways uh can I see it did you like bruise or anything like that no I sure there's a bite marker on my back though like the officer wanted to take a picture the man presented video evidence of the assault to the officers and while at it another officer goes in to hear his partner side of the story like most abusive Partners in a bid to avoid getting into serious trouble she tried to paint herself as the victim but somehow while busy playing the victim card she didn't know that she was unknowingly making statements that showed the cops that she was the actual abuser how you doing I've been better honestly is there anybody in the bathroom right now no is anyone else in the house besides him outside no okay just you two uh-huh okay are you able to no this is my witness as she was on the phone the whole time okay hearing everything all right I just want to get some basic information off you uh first off do you need medical attention or anything like that no I don't think so okay just go and tell me what happened so it all started because I was eating I had made a sof food the girls were playing in the room and I tell this people that my daughter had H my son had hided from whatever he was feeding him and he's like well what what was I feeding him I said butternut squash and he like he I'm a damn idiot oh no that's probably why that's literally what started it it's like talk to me like that like what is your problem so the whole time I'm sitting in the living room he's walking back and forth between the room checking on the girls and the living room talking to me okay the person I have on the phone heard me telling him leave me leave me alone shut up leave me let me talk let me have my conversation leave me no he wants to go and start literally like talking about me to those kids one of them is my daughter okay so I'm telling him dude like shut the how hard is it to just shut yeah why do you have to say anothering me when I'm actually calm mhm because that's what he likes to do he likes to provoke me when I'm calm and I'm Collective telling him just shut up and leave me alone dude St that just see me but then when I lose my sh and I pop the so he wants to oh let me just call the cops let me record her because to the way he's treating me okay the minute I told him D just get your sh get your daughter get the that's when he wants to start screaming at me I'm on the phone the whole time he doesn't know that he starts at me like what am I supposed to do when I'm sitting here trying to talk to my sister trying to calm down and he's from the other room so obviously I the go to my doorway and I'm telling him dude shut the find your business leave me alone if I want to call my sister and B to her I can do that leave me alone he gets up and his like oh am I screaming at you now he didn't know I was on the phone still am I screaming at you now his bit literally landed in my cuz he's in my face in the doorway just how he's standing I was in the doorway and he's screaming at me getting in my so I mushed his face and I said do away from me be me the he goes in the room oh you know what I have this all on camera I said go ahead dude then it's going to have on camera when you're sitting here screaming at me from the other side of the house even when I come in my room I'm trying to come talking SH now he thinks he going to scare me when all it's going to show is himing provoking me anytime I try to calm myself down and deescalate the situation there he goes talking on me got you so no idea that the cops had seen enough evidence that showed that she was the actual abuser and that they were just giving her the benefit of the doubt it was only a matter of time before they decided to put her away for the safety of her baby and partner like go here like he didn't break contact with the phone you guys were both fighting over the phone together and that's when you fell into the wall and then did he fall on top of you or did you fall on top of him at that point that's when we started to spin around because when he pushed me into the wall I wasn't letting go of the phone yeah pushing his weight down not enough to like choke me or seriously like injure me but he there was no obstruction of your breathing like you didn't have to change how you were breathing this is how you you have done thousands of for do you guys live here together okay during the interrogation the officers soon realized they were going to be dealing with a more complex issue than they had imagined but for the time being it was difficult to determine if her boyfriend was the abuser or if she was just trying to play the victim card subsequent events would soon unveil the truth is that your leave this leave the at leave the car keys so he he said no and he started leaving so I was on his car on his car trying to stop him to not leave and give me my stuff back well obviously we know
