Y'all, it's not that serious. Please don't I mean, come on. I'm telling y'all. Y'all don't know what just >> to confront him. Me and his mama tried to stop him, but then I didn't know he had his gun on him and he just shot through the window. >> How do we get to the point of a gun? >> Too small. I fell threat for my life. Look how big he is compared to me. >> Sometimes teenagers become psychotic and hold their own families hostage in a game of life and death. What happens when the law finally catches up with these psychotic teens and save their innocent family members from their rampage? >> I know you. I know. Well, let me have it. Let me get in there, ma'am. Okay, >> let us let us get in there, hun. Okay. >> No, he just brought us something to eat. >> Okay. >> But we sit on the couch eating and then I just heard gunshots. >> This is messed up. We got to get you guys out of here so we can secure this scene. Okay. We got to collect some evidence and find out what the hell's going on here. Okay. Here are several times when cops save families from psychotic teens. Starting with Jillian Vicaro, a mentally deranged girl who thought her mother's life was hers to take, but swift police action ultimately prevented a catastrophe. >> Scratching with a nail and that's when I literally >> you know, >> and then the scratch was the end. And then I went >> But you didn't stab her once. It's like seven times. I mean, trust me, it was an extreme, extremely traumatic event. >> On a quiet morning, dispatch received a 911 call from a girl named Jillian Vicaro, who reported that her mom was attacking her. Officers were immediately deployed to the residence, only to find a woman, Donna Vicaro, lying on the floor with multiple wounds with the girl nowhere to be found. Officers rummaged through the crime scene and found a bloody knife discarded in a garbage can. After a while, officers received another 911 call, and to their greatest surprise, it was Jillian. Officers had to keep her on the call long enough to enable them to track her location. Jillian was eventually located and taken into custody. With both parties claiming to be the victim and Donna being unresponsive, officers began to question Jillian. She must have thought that she was the smartest person in the world, and she was probably right, but not just as much as she thought. >> Hello. Hey, I'm Detective Hos with the sheriff's office. Are you Jillian? Okay. What What do we get How do we get called this morning? How do I How do How am I How do I end up here? How are we do we are we ended up trying to figure this out? What happened? >> I was cooking. >> Okay. >> And she wanted me to turn my music down. She came out and lunged at me out of nowhere like >> Okay. And um she had scratched me with a nail and that's when I literally >> you know fight or flight kicked in and I was like I'm not about to do lunch and have like >> I was starving man like >> literally starving. I didn't >> you didn't get any food that you cooked up or >> I I had already been having some kind of a defense like need to defend myself because she would like bang on my door, say all this stuff and >> and like she even like open it and came in my room with like a rusty screwdriver and I had to like bang the door closed cuz I was like, "Oh my god." >> Was so was how was that yesterday or today though or was that something? >> That was just this past week. We've had a few things where arguments >> and then even the police were called where she had to get a welfare check because I just was like I don't want to talk right now like I'm just resting like >> you were in the kitchen but then you went to the living room you're listening to some music and then she come barging out of her room >> like a bad owl like so but you so you knew it was her but you just but she come out and then did she have was she have anything on her hands or is she like what's she doing? What's she saying >> from I'm trying to figure out which hand it was without my hands. >> Mhm. >> Um it was her her left hand then came and strikeed my right hand with her nail. And that's when Okay. based on her demeanor and her violent, >> you know, it was almost like energy where she was like she was about to make me turn down that music. >> I blacked out, man. I was like, I I have to defend myself. >> Okay. I think at some point you there was somebody you might have had a knife or something. Did you did you have to defend yourself with that? Okay. So, what what did what So, when you set that you set that thing down. So, that's in the back, but where did it come from? Was it like >> I had it. >> Oh, okay. Okay. >> Do you want to know why? >> Sure. Yeah. >> I have felt threatened by her this past um week or so based on her her pushes towards me. >> Okay. >> Such >> has she has she been trying has she ever physically attacked you in the past? Like was she really trying to like like was she hurt you or is she >> what she do to you then? >> She had popped on me trying to get my phone >> trying to get off me and like I was just a little girl. Well, obviously charming. >> But she ever tried to like like seriously hurt you, like, you know, shoot you or run you over the car like, you know, I mean, like I mean, she's her mom and all. I would think she would try to do that, but I don't know her. So, she's she's never tried to like really like tried to like hurt you where she kind of Okay. >> While some cops remained at the scene to gather evidence, Jillian was taken to the station for further investigation. When Jillian was locked up in a cell, an officer began collecting standard evidence, including a DNA sample. During the procedure, Jillian made an unwise move that gave away everything she tried to hide. Even Jillian was surprised by the way her lies crumbled before her. >> I guess we the nature I miss, but the nature questions, >> if I can answer that one. >> Okay, so >> the two things I'm curious about are >> the status of the victim, >> right? when he >> I may press charges on them and go charging at me. >> You didn't have a scratch on you so to speak injury. >> You said that the CSI person would photograph me and we never followed through with that. >> No, no, she did. When she told me she photographed over the tall tall on this hand, you guys have never asked me where she scratched me. >> Okay. And by now it could have been the marks from the the um handcuffs when she >> you have no significant injury. Not real. You haven't been stabbed. You haven't been beat black and blue or anything like that. Your mom, however, almost died. >> Yes. And >> and that's >> and and she came at me at speed of course. >> Okay. The problem is also the evidence doesn't support that in the living. the blood spatter. I've been doing this almost 18 years. >> She came and stopped me, >> right? I I know, but the ev what I'm saying is your statement doesn't match the evidence I see at the scene. And I went with the evidence I see because that's literally like evidence, science, scientific evidence, blood spatter plus the general state of it. It just didn't fit what you had told me. That's what I'm That's what I'm saying. Plus, she had told people that you would stab her when they first got there. So you have a woman almost by being stabbed to death with somebody that has almost not a mark on them and who you know well you can imagine >> you didn't hear that my my >> I I listen to part of the 911 calls but once again what people say and evidence that I see maybe I have to go with evidence. Evidence is scientific. It doesn't lie. It's there. It can be documented. It's whereas somebody can tell me something that may or may not be true. when literally this moment, look at me. I'm tiny. >> I've been malnourished my whole life for a long time. Since I was like 10, 11, I've been I died. I've died a few times. >> Okay. >> Um I My girl was stunted by certain things. What did he do? >> Right. >> You're a large man. You don't understand. This woman is 57 or something. 50 something years old. >> She's large, >> okay? >> And she's strong, but she has arthritis. Imagine her hopping out of her bed. They're just hopping around in the kitchen and then the large woman >> comes at me like a shark in water and and then the scratch was the end. And then I went, >> "Okay." >> And then I run out the back door. I put that on there and I called you EMT, >> right? >> I'm like, "Oh." >> But you didn't just stab her just once. It's like seven times. I mean, trust me, it was an extremely extremely traumatic event. >> When Donna regained consciousness, her account corroborated with the evidence at hand. She also revealed that Jillian had been completely shattered since her father passed away, pushing her to a state of isolation, depression, and emotional distress. In the end, Jillian Vicaro was found guilty of attempted homicide. While her sentence was still pending, she would likely face up to 30 years in prison. Next is a case of Joseph Mario Castarena, a man driven by unhinged obsession that ended with him claiming the lives of innocent people in a merciless display of insanity. >> HE SHOT MY FAMILY. >> What do you mean he shot your family? Stay right here. this man. >> On October the 30th, 2022, a terrified Jessica Serrano called police after discovering her ex-boyfriend's belongings in her home, violating his restraining order. Mid call, gunshots erupted and she began screaming a name, Joseph. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a situation that had already spiraled into something irreversible. All that was left was a horrific sight and a deed that could not be undone. >> Okay, come back. >> All right, I'm in contact with female. What's wrong? What's wrong? >> He shot my family. >> What do you mean he shot your family? Stay right here. >> All right. She's telling me he's just shot her family. >> Stay right there. Thank you. Where's he at? >> He's over there. >> Over where? >> Over there. >> Where? >> He's running. He's running. >> She's saying he's running northbound. I'm trying to get more information. >> Yeah, that car just come southbound right there. >> [ __ ] streak. I've got one down. Gunshot wound in the kitchen. Jessica's twin sister, father, and her sister's husband were found lifeless in different parts of the house with bullet wounds. A family friend who came to rent a camper was also a victim of Joseph's madness. Jessica was completely broken beyond recognition. It was a situation that no one, absolutely no one, could come back from unscathed. >> Get the seat belt out of here. Get out OF HERE, MA'AM. COME ON. >> You need to get out of here. >> Come on. >> Go out there. Go out the side. Go outside. You stay outside here. Come on. I'm trying to get one. WHAT'S WHAT'S HE LOOK LIKE? He >> was a custom. >> What's he wearing? >> He's wearing a gray a gray sweater. I don't know. I don't know. >> He wanted to kill me, too, but he didn't have no bullets. >> OKAY, YOU GOT TO COME BACK OVER HERE. I want you to sit RIGHT HERE, SIR. I WANT TO >> THE GIRLS. THE GIRLS. >> WHAT GIRLS? >> They're in the boo. The room. I don't know. I don't know. >> Okay. Stay here. I need you to stay here. >> The girls. The girls. The girls. >> I might have some girls inside. Some taller females. >> I want you to stay here. I'm sorry. I just can't believe it. I can't believe it. My >> I know. I know. I know. I know. I want you to take >> care services rolling, please. >> I know. >> I know. I know. I know. >> I know. >> I need to cover my >> I need you to relax for me. Okay. >> I know. I need you to relax for me. Okay. >> I was I was telling her to hurry up. >> I was telling her hurry up. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. Sweet. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. I know. >> I'm We always called you guys. Always called you guys about him always coming here doing this and that. You guys don't arrest them. The >> dad I'm just >> The dad and the mom always spells him out. It's always >> I know. I know. >> I know. >> WHY? >> I KNOW. I know. I KNOW. >> WHY? WHY ME? >> I KNOW. I KNOW. >> I KNOW. I told you. Hurry up. Hurry up. >> I know. >> You guys laugh. >> I know. >> That's what he left. After Jessica calmed down, officers shifted their focus to the girls she mentioned, hoping for the best, even though the worst seemed to have already unfolded. >> How many do we have in there? >> Children inside that are going to untouched. Okay. So, >> kids don't need anything. >> Kids don't need anything. >> I don't I'm here. Sorry. >> The mom of these two little ones. >> I think those are her sister's kids. >> Oh, there you are. >> Yeah. I think those are her sister's kids. >> Oh, there's the sister. She's dead. >> Can we get those kids out? >> Yeah. We're going to hold here. >> We need to work on getting those kids out. That lady, >> we're going to get them out a different way. and Charlie will take care of those two kids. >> Okay, we need to do it. >> You want us to leave any stuff in here? >> Have we Where are we at? >> Have we done a backyard? >> We have not done a backyard. >> No, cuz she came in after I came in here and I had to get her out of here. >> So, I did not do a backyard search. Is there any way to get them out of here without having them see? >> Let's wrap them up in blankets. >> Yeah. Yeah, we'll we'll uh we'll probably just go out this way. Cover eyes and head. We'll take the children's. Um well, right now, head to toe. They're okay. So, they're green. >> Um >> I'm grabbing a blanket. I'm going to hold it. >> Okay. Do you both transported yours? >> Yeah. I'm just going to hold the blanket here, though. >> You're taking them to the hospital, right? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Jessica and the girls were transported to the hospital. Now, it was time to find Joseph. Officers tracked his phone's GPS and discovered that he was less than a kilometer away. Unfortunately, his parents' house was in the area. Without wasting any time, officers went to Joseph's house and met his sister. They promptly began questioning her, doing everything in their power to uncover any leads, even if it meant going to the ends of the earth. >> Here's the deal. I'll be straight up and honest with you. >> We want to get in contact with your brother before somebody else, some other agency does. Okay? I would rather your brother be alive and and under arrest than to be or shot because he does something stupid. Okay. >> Is there any way that you can help us out to find out where he's at? >> I already tried calling him. My sister tried calling him. He won't answer. >> Okay. >> Does he have any social media that he might be on right now? >> Why Why would his phone be hidden? >> Why would we be seeing stuff around here? >> What do you mean? As far as where he was last located >> or his phone? >> Yeah, >> like his phone here. >> Yeah, >> I don't know. >> Is there anything Is there anybody that he would be living or going to someone's house around here or anything like that? >> I don't know. I just got home. Um I noticed my dad and mom were gone. They were over here. I called them that had happened with Joseph. >> Okay. So, are you cold right now? Are you feeling okay? >> Oh, I'm I'm scared. I'm nervous. >> Okay. Don't be nervous around us. We're here to make sure that things are good. So there's nobody that's in danger inside your house. >> Okay. >> Just my mom, my sister. >> I No, I seen him earlier before I left to work. >> Okay. >> What do you mean? And what how was that contact? How was that? >> I just seen him walk out the door. That's it. >> Okay. Was he mad? Was he angry? >> No. No. I think he said something about a haircut. >> Officers went further to check the area around his parents' residence and found his vehicle parked along a street between the two houses. Officers swiftly moved in, but there was no sign of Joseph. They found the firearm used in the homicide and also found his phone in the backyard, likely left behind to throw them off his trail. With Joseph nowhere inside, officers devised another means to find him because a man who just annihilated an entire family didn't deserve to walk free. Begun a daylight search of the neighborhood. Uh we even had drones up in the air at first light and we're now doing a thorough search of the immediate neighborhood because we are concerned and and want to find the subject. His name is Joseph Mario Castana. He's 21 years old. Um we have to assume he is armed and we are very concerned and want to do everything we can to find him and take him into custody as soon as possible. His photo has been released on APD social media. If anyone sees him or has any information about his whereabouts, we ask that 911 be called immediately. >> After Joseph vanished, his family silence began to crack under police pressure. His cousin admitted to giving him shoes. His brother confessed to driving him to Denver, and another relative revealed dropping him off with cash and a blanket. One month later, Joseph was captured in Mexico and brought back under heavy security. But when investigators finally sat him down to uncover the truth behind his horrific actions, he had other plans for how the interrogation would go. >> I know it's been a long day probably for you as us. Are you cool with talking to us? >> Um, I I am I mean, but I feel more comfortable attorney. >> Okay. >> Oh, do you have an attorney? >> No, I would like to get one. >> Yeah. I guess we were told that you were talking to the Mexican authorities. Um, not really. >> Not really. No. Um, they're a little more brutal. So, >> um, >> well, you're shaking like a leaf here. >> Yeah. >> You know, nobody's going to beat the out of you in Phoenix, Arizona. So, I don't know. >> What? >> They said nobody's going to beat you up here. >> Oh, no. I know. I just thought I was shooking up was passed out of there. I haven't slept. So, honestly, 2 hours sleep. I haven't slept since um say Saturday that I woke up in the morning and slept. Awesome. Um yeah, the Mexican police didn't r me up in our bed. So, >> you're not very nice. That's an understatement. >> All right. Well, like I said, nobody's going to beat you up here. So, if you don't want to talk, that's >> kind of where we're at >> in the end. Joseph Mario Castarena was charged with four counts of first-degree homicide and one count of attempted he was sentenced to four consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole. A far more devastating chapter is about to unfold in the case of a mirror. A kid who acted on impulse and led a woman to an entirely tragic end. >> SHOT MY BABY. I DON'T GIVE A DAMN. >> I TOLD HER SHE GAVE her a gun. On May the 30th, 2025, officers were dispatched to a neighborhood after receiving reports of a 10-year-old who had opened fire on a neighbor during a dispute. Upon arrival, the officers were met with a chaotic scene. They tried to handle everything the best way they could, but it only seemed to keep crashing down. >> All right, I need you guys. I need you guys to back up. >> Come on, talk to me. >> We're all 37. She's going to be a Bravo. Bravo gun shot in the head. >> Where did the offender go? Who that shot her? >> Where? Which apartment? >> This apartment right here. >> Okay, back up. >> This one here. >> Yeah, this daddy doors 39. We had a possible suspect. Apartment 205. >> Says a possible suspect. Let her know take the front. >> What do you guys have? >> Get in there. >> What do you guys have? >> The The girl had They said the girl had a gun and she shot her. >> Now she's on. I ran cuz I thought I heard >> So she's in the area. >> Yes, the girl ran into the house. >> You saw her run in there? >> They said she ran into the house. >> What do you need? >> They say over here. >> I just heard the gunshot as my friend. >> Did you see what happened? Nothing. >> She's not breathing. >> Sir, if she's breathing, you can't give her CPR. >> What you doing? GO AWAY. >> STOP SUCH a You trying to do CPR and you do you? >> Yes, I know what I'm doing. She's in the apartment. How do y'all know it's her? >> So, they said they said it was crowd control. Did anybody >> Did anybody see where whoever shot her went? >> I don't know if she went, but she fell behind the bombs though. >> Okay. Do we know who shot her? >> Last picture. >> Yeah, the little girl shot her. >> I don't know. Okay. >> You know where she stay? Bro, y'all not even doing that. >> What is she doing? >> What are we going to do? We're trying to figure out where the suspect is. >> WAIT FOR HER. WAIT FOR HER. >> SUSPECT. >> WAIT. Do something. That's my baby. >> Stop. Stop. She's breathing. >> Well, you can't DO NOTHING FOR HER. >> WE'RE WAITING for the paramedics. >> SO THEN YOU GET PERSON TRYING TO FIND OUT. >> You want me? >> Just back up. >> Just back up. >> JUST SHUT MY BABY, MAN, for nothing. >> All back up. WORKING ON HER. >> YOU GOT TO GO BACK THERE. Come on. >> Come on. >> The victim was taken to the hospital for further treatment. As the chaos at the scene was a huge obstruction. With the victim at the hospital, it was time to find air. Officers launched a calculated move in order to take her into custody. But even with their great plot, things did not go smoothly. >> I'M OUT HERE. >> WE OUT HERE. >> All right. The little girl shot my >> free gave her daughter a gun. >> YEAH, SHE SHOT MY GIRL. THAT'S A DOG. >> OH, SORRY. They're going to see if you needed to know. >> Hey, I need all you guys to move. We're making contact with an apartment with a possible gun. So, I need all you guys to move out of the way. >> Hey, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up, hold up. Can you go around that way and around? This window right here is in play. >> Hey, don't walk this way. That window's in play. Apparently, the suspect's inside that window right there. >> Hey, I got you. >> I'm down this way. We got to start shooting. >> I was going to clear this window. I had to move them. >> Yeah, but just be careful. These are the windows. >> I know. That's what I'm saying. I was going to clean it. >> I need you guys to go back over that way. Go back inside. I need y'all to move. >> Hey. Hey. No, no, no. Hey, go back on the other side of the tape. Go back on the other side of the tape. Go back on the other side of the tape. I understand. You need to go on the other side of the table. You can't go over there. You need to go on the other side of the scene. >> You cannot go over there. You're in a crime scene. We're trying to investigate. >> My cousin. I don't give a about that. >> You need to get out, >> bro. You need to get out. >> Get your hands off me, bro. >> All right. Get out. Get out of our crime scene. >> But I can't have you guys out here. >> You going to shoot us, too? >> Sir, I don't want you to get shot. >> Sir, I need you to go back that way. One more unit. >> GO TO THAT SIDE. Help with crowd control, please. Suspects in this building. >> What is the problem here, bro? Move back. >> I'm about to stop, bro. I'm about to stop. >> Just chill, man. >> Officers spoke to some witnesses who gave them a welldetailed account of what they had seen and heard. At this point, it was clear as day that a mother had just wrecked her kid's life before it even started. >> I ain't got no clothes on. I was in the shop. So I I heard the shot. When I came out, I seen a lot of people outside, but I didn't know what was happening. I seen the little girl with the gun in her hand. They stay right across from me. She had it in her hand. That's where she stay at in this house. She's in that house. >> After numerous announcements, Lacricia and Amira finally came out and were taken into custody. One thing was certain. Nothing could save them from the raging outburst that awaited them. >> This is the Orlando Police Department. If you're touching the window, come out through the front door with your hands up. I see you touching the window. Come out through the front door WITH YOUR HANDS UP. >> YES. COME OUT TO THE FRONT door with YOUR HANDS UP. DO IT NOW. >> Door's opening. >> Your hands. Okay, >> you're not in any trouble. Take a couple deep breaths. Okay. >> She's saying it was just her and mom inside. >> Yeah, that's what she's saying. >> Lishricia cared about everything but the victim. Perhaps she didn't understand the weight of what her daughter had done. Or maybe she believed there wouldn't be any consequences. >> Come my daughter, please. >> She's with us. Okay. I need you to step out, though. >> This is my car. My car is over here. How old are you? >> I'm 31. >> 31. Okay. Well, how old is your other daughter that's inside? >> She's >> And how they're both I got one daughter. >> Is she the only one? >> Yes. My baby. >> How old is the baby? >> She's >> Okay. How is there anybody else inside? >> No. >> Okay. Ma'am. Ma'am. >> Officers spoke to Amamira and one could tell that she wasn't holding fine. She was totally crushed by what she had done. >> I didn't I don't know. I didn't know what happened, but she picked something. She grabbed something out of the house and my mom was bleeding. >> Okay. >> Okay. I shot in the air. >> Okay. >> I don't know what I was doing. I was just I just did it. >> I am the dad of the girl that shot the other one. >> All right. This is my supervisor. >> Just came to speak to my baby mama to make sure. Or did she go to the hospital? Because my daughter said that she right here at the bottom. I don't know which number it is. >> So, one over there. >> Yes. >> Okay. They're both down in the police station. All right, sweetie. We're just going to wait here. Okay. Do you need some water or anything? >> Give us one second. We'll try to get everything figured out. Okay. All right. Just knock if you need something. Okay. Knock like this. Okay. >> I'm sorry. >> I need water. >> You need water? Okay. Give us a second. Okay. >> The creature thought it was wise to be a wild mouth, but she was just about to be put in her place. You give a about me having no shoes on, huh? >> The I'm detained for. Can you tell me? >> We're going to go upstairs. >> You can't tell me what I'm detained for, though. >> No. Come on. >> Like, no. On camera. Like, you can't tell me what I'm detained for. >> But don't make now. Now, now I'm resisting, right? >> Yeah. If you don't come with me, that's what's going to happen. >> Tell me what I'm detained for, though. >> Pending an investigation. Just like how you told me earlier, you don't want me to violate your rights. I'm not going to. Baby in that car. >> Yes. >> I'm being cooperate. What you cuz I ain't got time for this. >> Thank you. >> Y'all better not say my goddamn child. Period. >> Do you need to use the restroom? >> No. I don't. >> Okay. >> Be hard. >> Sit down. >> Make me sit down. >> Okay. >> Okay. Make me sit down. I want some covers. I'm cold. >> We are working on it. >> No, he said he just said, "Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. They gave it to my my daughter." Like, so, >> sweetheart, sweetheart, >> y'all. >> Let me get a >> like y'all cuz y'all really like being nasty me and I'm not even being nasty to y'all, bro. Like, for real. >> What can we do to make you relax for a second? >> All I want All I want to do All I want to do is mother get some goddamn covers and sweet the people that's in invest like investigate the little situation. >> My daughter been gone away from me for two months, like two hours. Like, for real. >> Do me a favor. An officer spoke to the victim's boyfriend and his anger was boiling as he gave a visual explanation of what had happened. >> Who were you in a relationship with? >> Lash. >> Lash. >> The the victim. >> Tell me what what happened tonight. >> I don't really know. She came arguing. The lady we came first she passed by. Then she came back and then she said something my grandma got got loud and say take a seat because it was some old argument that the cause she came but she got drunk. So now she come back with the she drunk now. So maybe think that he had a plan cuz Okay. Anyway, they were arguing, right? Then she went and knock on a neighbor though to prove that what is this lady talking about, right? Okay. I'm my back turn. I'm I'm tend to food in the grill to get loud and then then I heard the girl say you and she my girl started to cut her back too. And she hit my girl first and my lady hit her back. Then it come out out of like in the breeze like out where the where the thing was and I was trying to hold her back and then she reached and hit again at the time I go come on baby come to the house come go in the house she said you and s away from me so by the time I turn around like this her daughter had a gun in the air I think she I think that was the plan I think they came to kill my baby that's all I think her daughter had a gun she tried to snatch it on the daughter in like she actually watched over she said they give you another she and she shot my baby she the little girl just shot her I said she ate my mama but your mom ate my baby first. OH MY GOD. THE LITTLE girl the little she my baby, man. >> Do you recall how many shots were fired? >> Oh, one or two? I don't know. It was just so fast. >> Of course. >> I think one miss and one I think probably know the girl probably can't control it. You know when a gunfire, you know, the the the friction, you know what I mean? >> Yeah. >> Oh my god, I keep seeing it. Oh god, I keep seeing it. Cuz my girl was just standing there cussing like, you know what I mean? When I turn around, she won't she the girl. She was trying to She was just standing there cussing and little girl shot her. >> Okay. >> See, you should have hit my mama. But your mama hit my girl. Why would you give your daughter a gun? Why would you Why would you do that for a little petty argument >> for for that don't mean nothing, >> right? >> No, my baby. They never coming back. >> I might have been in jail. I swear to God, I ain't even going to lie. Being a kid, I don't care. You know what you did. >> Now, you said when you went to go try to help out Bones, who was it that pointed that gun at at you? >> Her mom would once you grab the gun, I want you to shoot. I was screaming and you know what I mean like, you know, that's terrible. >> And I told her to go grab my gun. The gun was pointing at me. I shoot >> I know she wiping it off, but you were pointing at me. I I ain't wait to stick around, >> right? >> Right. I don't want to get shoot my baby. >> Sadly, the victim succumbed to her injuries and passed away. Aisha was eventually charged with manslaughter by culpable negligence, severe assault with a firearm, negligent storage of a firearm, and parental neglect. Amamira, on the other hand, was charged with seconddegree homicide. Aisha was sentenced to 5 years in prison, followed by 3 years of probation, while her daughter will remain in juvenile detention until her case is reviewed by the state attorney's office. Still on cops saving people from psychotic teens, we have Kamiya Hassel, a ruthless young wife whose minations with her secret lover Jeremy led to her husband's untimely demise. >> We sit on the couch eating and then I just heard gunshots and I ran to put my son in the room and I came outside and he was laying on the car. >> You put your needs and your wants about somebody's life. >> I did. On a cool evening, 911 received a distress call from a woman who reported that her husband had brought her and her son some food before stepping outside. While they were eating, she heard firearm shots. She went outside and found her husband lying on the ground. Officers were immediately dispatched to her residence. Upon arrival, they went ahead to handle the situation the best they could while holding on to the faintest threat of hope when there was almost none. >> Let me know. We got to get him on there, guys. Man, we're going to have to get him on this cod. Okay. >> I know you. I know. Well, let me have him. Let me get in there, ma'am. Okay, let us let us get in there, hun. Okay, >> let us get in there. That way, that way. >> Ready? >> Let me follow him with the sheep. So, we need to get this. >> Get these people back. >> More confusion emerged as panicked family members flooded the scene, increasing the tension and uncertainty that filled the air. >> Um, I'm going to be honest, it does not look good. >> Oh, no. >> I know what this is messed up. We got to get you guys out of here so we can secure this scene. Okay, we got to collect some evidence if I know what the hell's going on here. Okay, >> come out here with us. >> Come out here with us. I know. I know. I know. I know, man. We got to But we got to get you out here a second. Okay, we'll talk to you in a minute. Do you live here, bud? >> I live here. >> Okay. >> My grandson is probably in there by himself. >> Okay, we we'll go I'll go take care of that for you if he is. We'll get you in. Okay, we'll get you in there, though. Okay. >> Okay. >> The officers did their best to try and keep things under control, but there was only so much they could do to help a desperate wife. >> Back up. >> Whoa. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. This is hard. >> Oh, no. No, no, no. What? What happened? >> You grab the tape from the ambulance. Get out. >> While some officers scoured the scene for evidence, one officer questioned Kamiya. She gave the officer a devastating and well orchestrated account of what had transpired. But what the officers didn't know was that even more harrowing details were hidden behind closed doors. >> You have any idea what happened here? >> No, he just brought us something to eat. >> Okay. But we sit on the couch eating and then I just heard gunshots and I ran to put my son in the room and I came outside and he was laying on the cart. >> Okay. How many gunshots did you hear? >> I don't know. I just heard a lot. >> Okay. All right. So, as far as you know, he went to get some food. >> No, he he the food was here. He brought us the food >> from where? >> Our cousin's house. >> Okay. >> They have food at the house. >> So, when it was out the food was outside like he stepped outside to get the food. >> No, the food was in the house. He was leaving. >> Okay. Me and my son are sitting on the couch eating my head. >> Yes. >> Okay. What's his name? >> Tyrone. Has to dessert. >> You dealing with somebody here? I mean, do you have any idea how this happened? >> I'm not sure. >> I mean, this is serious. Okay. I don't know what his condition is, but it does not look good. Okay. So, if you know something, >> I don't think he was beefing with anybody. >> Now's now's the time. You know what I'm saying? >> I don't think he was beefing with anybody. He was just at his friend's house. He was at the family's house and then he came here. >> He told me a long time ago, "Daddy, if I go to jail, somebody frame me. My son walked a straight line his entire life." >> Following her interrogation, the officers needed to investigate further. Kama's account of the events that unfolded seemed very believable. The cops had bought it hook, line, and sinker, at least until some evidence on the scene started to show otherwise. whole hole in the the garage simply due to the fact that all these casings are here >> and there's a hole right there which is obvious that looks like somebody that was probably helping drag him out, >> right? So, Ronald, what I'm thinking is I mean there's there's matter there. So, he was shot point blank range. >> Oh, yeah. >> So, somebody had to be laying in wait for his ass. >> Yeah, cuz he he was shot right here. >> Casings and he might have been coming out to get in the truck and >> No, he was he was coming out to leave again. >> Somebody >> and his keys are right there. And the fact that the bullet holes there means that the shooter was over on the side and in the casings. >> We got a bullet right there. >> The officers got a crucial lead that Tyrone III was at Walmart purchasing ammunition, the same ones that were used in attacking him. Officers immediately went to Walmart to review the CCTV footage from that time. The footage revealed that he met two other people while he was there. Without delay, the officers tried to identify these two other men in order to find out whether they had an altercation during their brief meeting. The next day, at approximately 3:30 p.m., officers returned to Tyrone Hassel Jr.'s residence to ask him if he knew anything about the two men his son had interacted with. But in times like this, some inquiries only helped to deepen mysteries. Last night, he went when he went to Walmart, he was with a few guys, and there's a little bit of confusion. That's him there, right? >> Mhm. >> You can't really tell who those guys are here. This guy here, you know them, too? >> I don't. No, >> this one kind of looks familiar, but I can't even make it up. >> Yeah, those photos are printed on paper and they're blurry. That's how those two were driving. >> They was in a different car >> in that car. Yeah, he they drove separate from him, but they checked out and hung out with him in the store. And here's >> taking pictures. >> Yeah. Fresh, man. I know how it is. >> Yeah. And this is one of them. It's It's really a true who done it, you I mean, you don't Ty or Tyrone doesn't know. I mean, he doesn't have any beef. So, we got to we got to know who's who's upset with him. And right now, we don't have that. >> Before he left for the military, do you remember have any beef with anybody? No arguments, no nothing. Somebody hold a grudge for a long time. >> That was that was that was even before he went to school, man. He went to school before >> and then the person didn't He probably took off that way, but he didn't come from that way. >> Yeah. >> He came from this way. >> There's a bullet hole in my garage and my fence. >> Yeah. So, at some point they were definitely shooting that way. >> All the shells was in the same spot. >> Yeah. >> I seen it. I mean, I couldn't come past the tape, but I was looking. Hey, back up. Back up. >> And I can't say with 100% certainty, but it sounds like when Tyrone was on the ground, they they shot him again. I can't say 100% that's what happened. But typically when you're shooting and it's that type of a situation, you don't usually get two two rounds in the head. I want to be something. >> During the investigation, officers conducted several interviews and discovered that the two men in question were only his high school friends, and they were in no way connected to the attack. When all hope seemed to be lost, the next lead came to light. And this time, it came from the victim's father, Tyrone Hassel, Jr., after making some discoveries through Facebook, he instantly went to the police department to inform them. He came with strong evidence and seemed to be convinced beyond any reasonable doubt, taking the case a step further. If I tell you that this guy that who I think did it to my son ain't a black person >> Mhm. >> that he's not a black person. Would y'all treat him the same way? >> Absolutely. >> I think I I think I know who did this to me. That's the first screenshot. >> Oh, that's what you're thinking. Now you know >> y >> my stepson. >> Yeah, >> he's into a bunch of >> Oh, and we know. >> Without wasting any time, officers went ahead to pursue the lead with a series of interviews with Tyrone's stepbrother and those connected to him. But the lead ultimately went nowhere. The disqualifying factor was that Tyrone's stepbrother had long dreads that extended to his shoulder, making a case of mistaken identity highly unlikely. Time and again, the investigation reached a standstill, with every lead leading nowhere. Another strong lead soon emerged. A local resident came forward with a report of suspicious activity. A detail that gave the case new momentum. >> Well, how are you? >> Hunry as ever. >> Worried as ever. >> I we had uh not bad. We've had better days in St. Joe Township. >> I guess >> um we've had a shooting over there and Frank said you saw a vehicle parked over here. >> It parked right in Brown's driveway back then. >> Okay. The reason I know all this, I was in my bedroom watching TV and I had the shades open. I see everything goes on. >> Mhm. >> He got out of me. Well, first of all, >> about what time was this? >> Uh 9:30, 10. >> Okay. >> Somewhere around there, right? >> Anyway, first time he there, then he left, come back about 15, 20 minutes later. But when he come back, I bet I bet money on it. He was doing 50 miles an hour going up. >> 50 >> at least. And he turned around up there and got back, turned his lights off, backed into the driveway, waited there for a while. He knew I was watching, I think. But anyway, he stepped out of his car, got back in. Couple of seconds later, he got out again to start walking. And they watched him and he went and turned left. >> Okay. >> And I just add two two together. He has something to do with it. >> Okay. Did you hear anything >> when I was in bed? Yeah. >> Okay. What did you hear? >> Gunshots. >> Okay. Then after that, did you see anything? No, I was in like I got to say I was in bed. >> I heard it woke me up. >> Okay. So, >> the vehicle was said to be a black four-door car. Officers were able to obtain a license plate number from the vehicle as it traveled through Illinois toll booths captured on surveillance cameras. The license plate was identified to be owned by Jeremy Koella, a man who served in the US military with Tyrone III. Before contacting Jeremy, officers contacted investigators at Fort Stewart, working in direct coordination with the US Army. Army investigators began reviewing the platoon connected to the case while also interviewing multiple service members. One of them was Sergeant Bacon. He had very crucial and incriminating information about Kamya and Jeremy. One that left the officers shocked. >> So, when y'all would hang out, what would y'all typically do? >> Talk and drink and just chill out. >> Okay. Um, so any any relationships between any of those people in that group in one? >> I mean, in Korea, I knew uh Qu has me found. That was it. >> All right. Um, tell me tell me what you know about that. >> Uh, I see them together mess around and was it like, you know, everybody had their own little battle career, you know? >> So, when you say messing around, um, what are you what are you getting at with that? Cuz obviously, you know, everybody's got different >> Oh, yeah. >> As Kami's name came up, officers quickly invited her in for questioning. Everything seemed to be different this time. Her demeanor, her statement, everything. It then became obvious that Kamiya was not who she claimed to be. >> What was going on? When did you guys become romantic? You guys seeing each other while he was in Michigan? Now listen, did you see them while you're in Michigan? Cuz they're going to take your phone apart. When they take your phone apart, it's all there. So, what I want to say is before they do that, I want you to be honest with me. >> I've worked the same amount of hours that he worked and I still have to come home and do everything for the baby. >> I agree. That's not fair. And it's like the reason why I just why the why the relationship and the bond was built between me and Jeremy is cuz you always come, you know, you don't have to worry about that when me and you get together. I'll make sure you have your breaks. I'll do this for the baby. I'll do that. And it just make me really feel like that all of that was going to happen. So, um, when we were in Korea, I don't I can't really pinpoint exactly what it was. And me and S had this big argument. And then, you know, I came back into building. I was talking to Jeremy. I'm like, "Nah, I don't want to be with him no more. Like, I'm tired of this, you know, I don't want to deal with no more." And he was like, "So, why are y'all still together?" And I was like, "You know, we have a child and even if I talk to him about divorcing, he probably wouldn't even, you know, do it with me." And he was like, "I can handle that." And I was like, you know, "What do you mean by that?" He was like, "I can handle it. Like, I get that guy. I get a girl. I'm fly." Well, it just started to progress. >> Why did you do it Korea? >> No, it was just planned in Korea. We It wasn't to be done in Korea. It was just playing in Korea when we got back to the States. But I didn't take it serious because >> stop. I was This is where you and I stay straight because you didn't take it serious cuz you knew he's out there that night when the guy were you guys talking cuz they're going to get your correspondent every day. >> He would be like, "Um, what's today looking like?" And I'd be like, "Well, he's out cutting hair." And he'll be like, "Okay, we'll be up there in a few hours." And then he'll come up here and scope out and see if he'll come home by himself or if he wouldn't. And we would try to take the opportunity. I said, "Well, he's about to bring us something to eat." And then that's when he came. >> So you called him and said, "Hold on. I just come back to bring food." >> Yeah. I said that he was coming back to bring us something to eat. >> Why would you just divorce him? >> I talked to him about it and he didn't want to. >> You put your needs and your wants about somebody's life. >> I did. You know, you said you feel about as responsible as as Jeremy is. I mean, this is a would you say this is a 50/50? You guys right on this? >> Yeah. >> Cuz I know all about it. And I, like I said, I I probably could have stopped it, but the reason that I didn't because I felt like you would, you know, be mad at me or >> and not love you anymore. >> Yeah. Cuz I just felt like I wasn't getting that love at home like I was. >> Unlike Kamiya, Jeremy refused to say a word without his lawyer present. And because of this, his interrogation was cut short. Kami and Jeremy had connived and took the life of Tyrone III because Kamiya believed she was not getting the love she deserved from him. Another motive came up when it was discovered that Sergeant Hassel had life insurance and Kami would have received $400,000 from the army after he passed away. Kami Hassel was eventually charged with first-degree premeditated homicide and was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. Jeremy Koella pleaded guilty to seconddegree homicide and was sentenced to 65 years in prison. Next is the case of Colin Jeffrey Haney, a vile teenager who almost wiped out his entire family until police intervention brought the nightmare to a halt. >> I thought I was going to make sure we'll be okay. On January the 17th, 2020, a horrifying event took place at the Haney residence. Colin loaded up a firearm and waited for his family members to arrive. He put a bullet in them as they arrived one after the other, taking the lives of four of his loved ones. Officers arrived at the scene after receiving an emergency call, only to be welcomed by an unspeakably monstrous sight executed by a 16-year-old. >> Doors open. She dude got a lot of in the hole when I wait for the county >> copy. >> What's that? >> I wanted to keep in there. I don't know if that for sure if the shooter's still inside. I mean, they said it's a 16-year-old. Wait for at least one more unit and then we'll head in. One, three kids, moms. Well, how many were in them? Spoke your head in here and I'll cover you this way. Yep. >> Just see if we have anyone right there. >> Yep. Ready? >> Brownville Police Department. Is anyone home? If anyone's home, make yourself known. >> Okay. Have a lot of a lot of central spot. >> Just post up right here. What's up? I'm just going to post right here cuz I got a good angle. I got left and right. >> Okay. You go one way. I'll go the other. >> I'm going to go right. >> Got stairs. Gransville Police Department. If you're in here, make yourself known. >> I've got an upstairs and a downstairs. >> That's a gun right start to step over. What was that? >> My investigators to come down. >> Uh, let me get a hold of my LT first. Are we going downstairs? >> Nope. >> Okay. So, once uh Josh clears no one else upstairs. >> I'll hold right here to make sure no one. >> Yeah. Is that all clear? >> After finding Colin's mother's remains, they went downstairs for another examination. But what they didn't know was that they were about to encounter a site far worse than the previous one. transmo placement. Okay, so I've got two unknowns in a left. >> I'm just going to hook and hold. I got another grassful placement. I've got one here. Straight unknown. I'm going to go left. Just to confirm, I have four total echoes. We're going to house is clear. We're going to lock the house down. >> The officers came together to make sense of the horror that they had just witnessed and also delivered news that briefly lifted the weight of the moment. >> Phil, you and Gecko. Um, we got four deceased inside. The light's going to start on a warrant. We're going to start calling lab. Get them out here. See if they'll help us process. 16-year-olds in custody for city PD. Have the dad with multiple gunshot dad or grandpa gunshot wounds still alive at the hospital. probably fly into Salt Lake and uh so we'll need to interview kids someone at the scene make sure we have the suspect who's admitting to it make sure it's him. So you get crime lab he's going to get warrant to help us with scene >> y >> and then we need to have to >> we need Max to probably go into Salt Lake stay with our other victim. >> He's already there. >> Okay. And then we'll need someone to interview se. >> You want me to go up there and do after I do the crime >> crime lab and then head up there >> and you do interview make sure we have the right person. So >> you say Max is insulting. >> Yeah. >> It was revealed that Colin's father, Colin Haney, Senior was still responsive and was taken to the hospital for immediate treatment. Officers moved into the neighborhood in search of clues, but evidence can only surface when the investigation is on the right track. Hey. Um, have you did you hear anything down the street a little while ago? >> No. >> Nothing. Do you know the neighbors a couple doors down? >> Um, I met him once not too long after we moved in. >> Have you seen anything down there? Anything suspicious or anything like that? >> No. >> Okay. All right. That's what I need to know. Thank you, sir. Appreciate your time. >> Here. I I can stand outside. >> No, you can come in. >> Hi, sir. Hey, in the last hour or so, h have you heard anything like any gunshots or anything like that go off? >> No. >> No. Do you know the neighbors down here at 93? >> Is that too from us? >> Yeah. >> The hamies. >> Is that who it is? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. Did you know they had any problems or anything like that? >> No. >> I don't know. I >> I I was feeding earlier before it got dark and I was back there. We have >> property goes all along that. >> Oh, okay. >> So, I didn't hear anything then. >> Okay. All right. That's all I need to know. Hey, thank you guys. >> Yeah. You're welcome. Colin was eventually taken into custody and was kept in a patrol car while the officers took care of his father. While waiting in the patrol car, Colin's behavior grew increasingly troubling. So much so that even the officers became concerned. You're with heard me. Hey, thank you. I thought that was going to make sure everyone's going to be okay. We're going to have a long conversation and we're going to feel safe for the future. We're going to go home. I want to become friends. You want to learn how to make his favorite. You're going to be with that. It won't be weird. You're going to show him that you care. We're just going to the end. It's a new decade, a new year. Still January. >> When Colin was being transported to the station, there was a sudden shift in his attitude. He was no longer the same person who was waiting in the patrol car. Became obvious that there was something seriously wrong somewhere. >> My cell phone, my right pocket. I didn't touch it. It did ring when you were away, but I didn't get it. What's the danger having a small amount of someone else's blood get into your body? >> What was that? >> What's the danger having a small amount of someone else's blood enter your body? >> Sure. >> Okay. >> After a violent confrontation at home, Colin Haney's father barely survived multiple gunshot wounds and a brutal fight with his own son. And the chaos finally subsided. Colin confessed to committing a dreadful act against the rest of his family. But at the police station, he refused to say another word. What happened to the Haney family that night? And what drove Colin to such unspeakable violence? >> I don't feel any damage. >> Okay. But so nothing feels like you've got an injury anywhere. >> Right here. I can take a look on your knee. >> Yeah. Right there. Can >> Can we just pull up just to see if there's a visible injury there? Little bruise maybe. Look like there's some kind of a mark right there. Is there anything that you think you might be unclear on? I think that's everything. >> Okay. >> Oh, I kind of Okay. I've been friends with my neighbor. I watched his dogs. He's a lawyer. >> Can you what? >> Uh if we need to go to that point, then we can. Yeah. So, having those rights in mind, do you wish to speak with us now? >> Not yet. >> Not now. Okay. What does the media? >> Not very much. Our our job is not to help the news have a story to tell. So, we're going to keep everything pretty private. >> How much do you know? >> I I know that you are here and that you don't want to talk to us. >> Uh this is the only place I've been. I came from home over to here and I was waiting for you. Um so, I don't know too much. We're hoping you would tell us what's going on, but but we'll wait. All right. In the end, Colin Jeffrey Haney, who was 16 at the time, was charged as an adult with four counts of aggravated homicide, one count of attempted aggravated homicide, and five counts of illegal discharge of a firearm. He was sentenced to 25 years to life for each homicide charge to be served consecutively. He also received 25 years to life for the attempted homicide charge, which would run concurrently with the other sentences. Following that is a case of Jordan, a twisted man who almost sent a family member to an early grave over a pathetically insignificant family dispute. But the cops stepped in just in time. >> Him and my son have been fielding feuding. >> Didn't know he had his gun on him and he just shot through the window. >> How do we get to the point of a gun? >> Too small. I failed threat for my life. Look how big he is. >> On March the 3rd, 2022, officers were sent out to a neighborhood following a report of a man who attacked his family with a firearm. On arrival, the officers met a ruckus. They immediately went in to damage control to prevent any further escalation. >> Hey, excuse me. >> Sir. >> Sir, >> come this way. >> You're the one that You're the one that shot. I can't move. >> Hey, come here. Come here, baby. Come here. Yes. Yes. Come right here, baby. Down right here. Sit down right here. I sit in the chair. >> Yeah. >> You are not there. >> Where's the person that shot him? >> He's right there. >> Have him come outside with his hands up. >> Hands up. >> They want you to come out with >> your hands up. >> With the hands up. >> Hands up, too. >> He coming out, sir. With his hands up. >> Come on out. Step out and get down on your knees. >> Get down on your knees. Get down on your knees. >> Just get on your knees. Down on your knees, y'all. It's not that serious. Please don't. I mean, come on. I'm telling y'all, God don't know what >> Man, step out. Step out. Where's >> Can I just put my shoes on? >> Who else is in the house? They step out. >> That's it. You can come in, man. Is that >> Nobody else is in the house? >> My daughter-in-law and the baby. They >> can check me inside the house. >> Huh? >> Okay. And that's it. >> That's it. >> Somebody will separate these two. And finally, >> I just want to put my shoes on. >> Come over here. Talk to me, >> sir. Can I just put my opinion and put my shoes on, please? That's all. I'm not doing nothing. >> A furious victim isn't always the best person to interrogate. Yet, the officer spoke to them anyway. And his account would make you wonder if something else prompted Jordan's actions because that alone could not be it. >> That [ __ ] y'all got going on. Come on, bro. >> Come on, bro. >> Take her I Bro, please. rescue a place. >> Is this the only one? >> I got graze on my back of my head. >> You got >> Oh, that don't try to You should have Bro, you should That's That's that what you get right there, >> buddy. >> Come on, bro. >> Let me see the back of your head. >> Put your knees in. >> Put your knees in, man. >> Touch your knees up. This way. Touch your knees. >> Touch your knees up. Just pick them up. One, two, three. Up. Here. We'll wait till we walk by. Come this way. Come this way. >> Want to stay in the shade. >> Victim is going to be at 2430. >> 2430. >> I got my kids in the car, bro. Like, no. I don't want to hear that [ __ ] bro. I don't want to hear that. >> I don't want to hear that [ __ ] bro. It's not bleeding that bad. You feel it anywhere else other than >> besides there? >> Okay. >> I don't see anything in the back of your head, man. >> I just don't Bro, I just don't want that to be arty. How long y'all think? >> It's not. >> No, it it'd be it would be like it would be like sparting out if it was >> or just have a seat for me. Okay. >> You sure you don't have anything, right? We going everywhere. >> All right. Have a seat. >> Like, bro, you tripping. You tripping. >> What was this about? >> Bro, I bro, I've been gone all day. I just pulled up. They talking about some something missing. So I I I tell her, I said, "I don't know." And I'm trying to walk out the house before I get out my car. This man right here trying me before I get out my car. Jasmine, I'm not from here. Right here, too. I like go over them, but I'm feeling this going all over me, bro. Like, but I'm in the door like reaching over them, but I feel my leg get hit. Officers spoke to Jordan's mother and she gave a clearer explanation of what had transpired and the fact that she tried to shift blame said a lot about her character. >> Okay, >> this is my son. So, it's been just the way he treats my It's just been a big family issue for a long time and you know he's way bigger than my son. So, >> who who is that? Who is he? >> That's my daughter's boyfriend. We're good. >> That's it. That he's my son. >> Ongoing dispute between >> my son. It's like us too. Like you you in here when he was just talking to me. It's been it's just we all I tried to help my kids out because stuff is so high. So I moved everybody in with us. Him and my son have been fielding fielding just because of my daughter. See he has kids >> boyfriend. Your son have been feuding, >> right? Because he's been uh just totally disrespect. It's just been a longgoing thing. So I don't know what happened when he came up in here. I just know that my son >> This is your son here. No, >> that's your daughter's boyfriend, >> right? Okay. >> Um, my son's uh weed eater and blower is missing and it was right here behind the couch. So, that's what he he asked about that and as usual, his per usual, you know, and it just went down. So, >> so your son was the one that was just arrested, correct? >> Yes, sir. We'll let it fit right now. Is it a speed of over a whoop blower? >> No, just just you know how something just Okay, it's so the volcano just erupted, >> right? So it's like they just been beefinger. >> So it's been a longgoing issue between the two of them that came to a head today over the leaf blower. >> Not over the weed it was just saying you know your mama it's just been too much like me and him just had we we battled. >> Officers also spoke to Jordan's girlfriend and she didn't take time to pinpoint who exactly was at fault. >> Serious shot so I need you to talk to me. Did you see what happened? >> Yes. >> So, how did it happen? >> The one that got shot came into the house and my boyfriend, he questioned him what happened to his medie and his bro. So, it's been a lot of it's already been a lot of tension in the house between them two because of money issues. I I didn't know he had the gun, but he tried to get out the house >> to I guess confront him and then leave the house. >> Yeah, he tried to leave the house >> to confront him. Me and his mama tried to stop him, but then I didn't know he had his gun on him and he just shot through the window. >> So, was he standing outside when he got shot? >> Yes, he was. I think he was standing. I I'm not sure. >> Where was your brother? >> Who was my brother? I thought you said >> No, that's that's my baby daddy. >> I'm sorry. So, where was he? >> He was inside the house. >> Inside the house. Okay. >> More inquiries were sought and for a person who fired eight shots, Jordan had a lot to say about the situation and none of it touched remorse. >> Just for a second. >> I know. Nothing else. >> Yeah, we didn't find anything else. Did something happen? >> Huh? >> Does it? Were you protecting yourself? Is that why I can't find the lock? >> You see how big he is against me? Little old me. >> Okay. Just help us find the gun and then we'll deal with that. Okay. We just want to make sure nobody gets the gun. So, you want me to check the couch? >> Doing nothing worse or bad. >> What do you want me to do? Check the couch? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Okay. And if it's not there, you want me to ask somebody with somebody else in the house with you? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Who? >> Uh, my girlfriend and my mom. >> Do you remember now where in the house the weapon is or >> Olivia? >> Um, Olivia, >> check with Skinner. see if we need to have >> if you can't we'll take we'll get it later. >> Olivia, >> where where is it on the dresser? What? >> It's on the bed. >> Do you Do you know what kind of firearm it was? Um >> I don't know what type of gun it is. I'm sorry. >> Okay, that's okay. So, let's back up to when I'm sorry. Who is the guy who got shot? Who is he to you? He's He's not related to me to birth. That is crazy. Oh my god. >> What's your date of birth? >> 99 1970. >> I know. I know. It's a lot. >> Jordan's girlfriend was pressed further for clarity sake while his mother decided to put up an Oscar worthy performance, forgetting that her son almost took somebody's life. >> So, your sister's boyfriend, right? He's leaving the house and your child's father was leaving to come confront him about whatever is missing. Right. >> And we tried to push him and close the front we we end up closing the front door, but we didn't know he had his gun on him. >> Did he say anything to No, >> he didn't say nothing. He just pul pulled out the gun and shot him. >> Do you know where he pulled the gun out from? >> I don't know. I don't know. I didn't know he had it on his person. It's usually kept in our in our bedroom. >> Okay. So, you do know that he he has one. You just didn't know he had it on him. >> Yeah. I just didn't know he had it on him. God, why? Why? God, why? And he was trying to follow him out the door. You guys are trying to stop him from leaving. And then he he just shoots him. Like what what happens in between? How does it happen? >> We pushed him onto the couch. We didn't know he had his gun on him and that's how him shot through the window for sure. >> So he wasn't he was sitting on the couch in there and shot through the window. >> Yeah, we pushed him we pushed him out the way to try to keep him from coming outside to confront him. We pushed him onto the couch. >> Hey, which bedroom is the firearm in man? To the left or to the right? >> Which bedroom? >> Left or right? It's going to be to the right. >> Oh god. Oh. Oh god. Man, let me call his daddy. Oh my god. This is horrible. So he wind up on the sofa falling >> on that sofa. Uh that's right there. >> He fell >> like Mhm. like you know >> he fell as he was shooting >> cuz I'm I feel you pulled him. >> It's the first one. I'm pulling like no you know like >> this is just a shock you know this ain't what you expecting to be happening. So, I'm just that was my reaction to like >> I know I can't grab it, but that was just my >> All right. Well, I appreciate it. >> Jordan tried to push a different narrative. He probably thought that he could escape the situation with his impeccably constructed story, but he had the wrong idea. >> Just talk to me, man. I just need to give your >> like he just been messing with me. >> Just been messing with my mama. talking crazy to her, calling her her name, stealing stuff from us, just picking on me like, you know, to get something to get under somebody's skin. >> Okay. And what happened today? >> The same thing. >> And how was he doing that? >> Huh? >> Yeah. >> Because he know what happened to the stuff that got stolen from me. >> What stuff? It was a um we either in uh what you call it, how do you call it? What you call it? >> Weak door. I think that's what you want to call it. >> How do we get to the point of a gun? >> Too small. I failed third for my life. Look how big he is compared to me. In the end, Jordan was charged with attempted homicide, severe parental neglect, and missile into dwelling.
