altercation over money where a mother punched her son in the face giving him a black eye hey brother hey come on brother we ain't playing that nah nah n come here get back in the car so right here Mom doesn't have any marks on her face or choke marks but I did take a picture of his eye and it's a cut and it's black okay where was this reported too DCF okay someone called in a DCF report okay and so I'm responding to the call okay and I came out got what happened and um so then things got out of hand and then I call you guys okay who reported this to DCF or how he got a black eye was it I don't know someone reported it in was there a sheriff's office case number no there's no Sheriff's Office someone just called it in so you you can leave you have no business here I was I was trying to get of old family stuff and she slings it at me across my room and she grabs my fan and Chucks that at me too and then after that she starts coming at me physically trying to hit me I first time she sworn at me she didn't okay the second time she caught me in okay after she CAU how did she do that she she was drunk and I was trying to catch her other hand open fist close F close Okay do she have any back at him I guess mother and son thing but yeah yeah I was at work um 2 2:00 in the morning when I got the phone call okay all right I appreciate it man oh yeah man so apparently this is stepdad mhm is it okay with your investigation if he stays with stepdad he we have to do a safety plan so he's going to go with Grandma cuz Mom be around him so we're going to put in a safety plan where mom can't come around him and it's going to have to last for two weeks until we get services in for the family for um two weeks or longer it depend on if they cooperate with the services and what services uh we have for them but he has to go with Grandma okay perfect according to DCF DCF is going to be uh you be taking possession of the kid she's going to jail for uh child abuse and hopefully she get some help after the fact obviously there's a black eye that's not normal discipline when someone's impaired I mean that that's something you can't Overlook I can't Overlook I'm sure nobody else wants to overlook either it'd be a little different if he's actually hurting mom and she has to defend herself which was her story which doesn't coincide with everything that's taking place so she will be thing I really do want you guys to be aware of is her medical kit situation because she has which is messes with her and her breathing she's also got um fixed her jugular vein if they break three one will go right to her brain it'll kill her instantly you got to watch for that stuff okay is she does she is she aware of them she knows of them and she can describe it to the nurse she should okay um but she's supposed to be on all kinds of medications so you might want to check with her before hey ma'am it don't waste your breath once the second she gets listen you're going to tell me about your Medics okay I went in there with a it's not Medics the people at the jail are jail staff she'll have brand new medication at the jail yeah I went to I went to the jail one time okay do you my blood pressure was 205 beats okay well you can don't waste or was 205 over 140 perfect you're wasting your breath ma'am they were supposed to check it three times an hour and they checked it one time in a 24-hour period I know your Medics you call the sheriff at the they're going to get the best medical attention in the second they get to the jail cuz if you give us all 900 prescriptions the Jail's not going to do nothing with it right no I she can't take is a very rare disease she had have specialist it's a she has to have contact the jail and the sheriff and let them know what type of disease she had they'll translate that to the medical at the jail which they also do what they call a background check of all medical history period with her it'll all be solved well they got a long way to go cuz they got it from sh but she does have two Perfect Two and her jugler no you got to be aware of this because if one Breaks Loose it'll go straight to brain she'll die okay well Medics are coming here well come on out the woman was charged with cruelty toward a child abused without great bodily harmm
