understand that good and I went in there I asked do you have an ID with you I do not B you can ask B went in there also ask they seen him there take nothing from store okay do you know if your friend went to W um I went into Walgreens didn't see him and I asked him if they had seen him they said they hadn't seen him walking around so I left and I came we earlier so went the B asked if they'd seen them there and they said no and I came out and then here you were oh okay I have to wait here until you guys are done you can yep yeah because if we if if they are you are the person that's on the video or that they saw taking stuff and we can't just send you on your R and then oh yeah obviously yeah then we have to go search for you later and it's just a lot more work than if we just have you hang out for a few minutes and then yeah I mean I just figured that that's why you took down the address and the number or whatever well um that's for I mean if we had to send you any mail but that's kinds of stuff in my bag anything you legal in your bag oh no no meth no what's the syringes for for all kinds of stuff blood doping so is that syringe going to test positive for meth no nope okay they said for a shoplifting case he's back on the property didn't take anything but they they yeah it should yeah and so he didn't they didn't have a good picture that's the Hat he's wearing right now exactly and that's why I saw quente putting that hat in and I'm like wait a minute and then um I showed him the picture and he goes yeah that's him and I was like oh there you go RC said's going to you don't have to talk to me and those rights that you um were advised of earlier are still in place do you understand that okay so you can choose to answer my questions or you can choose not to one partially burnt fitl pill in your pocket I didn't really know what I had um said I've been trying to stay away and everything I've just got to out for all that M and I'm not trying to get trouble um I was tempted to go back to doing everything that I was doing because when I got out I found out that I lost my house everything I owned my dog was murdered um I lost my puppies like so I was just being really really overwhelmed um but I was talking to this guy about it and he said you gave me the boil but I had not smoked it or anything yet that's why I didn't believe you when you said that you smelted it on me I hadn't even done so you hadn't smoked it yet okay somebody smoked it probably your friend but whatever the reason I was telling you I could smell I could just smell that there was burnt fitel it has a very a very distinct smell um so it's pretty obvious when when you have it or when somebody's been smoking or because it sticks to everything kind of thing um that's why it's so easy to detect in cars and things like that because you can I mean if it's not burnt then it's a lot harder to detect you can't really smell a pill once you start burning it then you can um smell all the stuff that is that gets you high basically um but so you got it from him knowing that it was probably F all but you haven't smoked it yourself yet I assume because that's what I did before what I used to do okay but you hadn't you hadn't smoked yet so you're when was the last time you did smoke before I went to do last time oh wow well only been out for like a week okay I get I get what you're saying um but from my understanding there's been too much bad history of you being unreliable or wanting to do this before and not following through I've never done this before and so I've all been Municipal of things and that was just when my wife died I just kept forgetting CU I was a bunch of stuff going on at the same time it was literally I went to court never remember it's all Municipal it's all for the same case it's all in one case it's not like I don't go to court on purpose and go on the run or anything like that I've never been on the run or anything I've always been to except for right after my wife died I just was had so much on my plate just sure I just didn't remember that I had or what day time well I mean this isn't so much about you missing Court um as as it is about you know this is not the first time even I've got you with the fal pills you know what I mean that's what I'm saying ever since I went to jail the last time like I haven't it was I haven't heard anybody like I'm not violent and I don't think you are I'm I'm not accusing you of being violent I don't you know I think you make some bad decisions occasionally but I it's not going to like I'm going to go in there and then be stuck in there for who knows how long again and then okay well you you should see the judge tomorrow okay as far as the shoplifting stuff goes there's I mean there's not much we can do about that they want to pursue charges have you ever been trespassed from there so you were never told not to go there okay all right give me just a bit okay William Brady was charged with shoplifting possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia
