physical with me and I was like okay you know what I'm you know that's that's when I went and talked to The Neighbor Next Door and I came in and she locked her door I said Open Your Door you're 17 years old open your freak hoochie mama clothes that you bought CU I was going to cut them up with scissors all right and she wouldn't open the door so I kicked her door and I said and I was going to take it off the hinges but I had to go get a a a hammer and and a and a screwdriver to get the door off the hinges you're you're a minor you are under my protection until you're 18 that's it and so I was I I kicked the door in and she just freaked out whatever Bo so she ran into the bathroom and I just started going through her clothes okay and that's it did you ever did you ever lay your hands on her no do do you see any marks on her did you I'm just asking absolutely not I did not lay hands on my daughter nothing like that all I did I kicked the door open she freaked out she went into her bathroom locked it and I and you can go see all the clothes on her floor in there I started going through her clothes and looking for Hooch Mama clothes that's it all right so just so you know though Court punishment is legal in Florida you do I know I can spank my daughter but she's 17 I'm not spanking a 17 child did you ever did you ever push her anyway no she she actually she just ran by me and back to your room at this point because I can't put myself surrounded by him I can't do it like my I can't so he comes he breaks my door down I'm like what are you doing like I'm just speechless like I can't I can't where were you in the room at this point I was standing like right in front of my desk just standing there and then he just starts like grabbing everything trying to look like they're my whatever my clothes trying to get my clothes riing up and all that and I'm just trying to like think about just take good time and I tell I go I go after him I'm like please stop like he's has like all my clothes whatever I'm like please stop like you don't know what you're doing you're drunk like please stop just you're just so drunk right now please just stop and he's screaming and yelling at me I'm the [ __ ] of all this whatever I'm trying to leave like run like go to my neighbors one of my neighbors cuz he's like he's y yelling at me trying to push me grab me whatever so I try to leave like I try to run out the house he's chasing me he doing those how is what the on you just whatever on me huh he said he's trying to grab you push you and stuff like that can you describe that to me like you're both in the room when we're coming out yeah when I'm coming out he's like trying to grab stuff out of my hands and everything because you were able to take it out of his yeah okay and so he was trying to take stuff out of my hands as you're walking out of your room and then I I know it's a lot and I'm sorry for the way that I asked the question it's just that we have to he put his arm around my neck I don't even know how he did wrestling so I wouldn't be surprised but he went like this this is when we're in the living room and we have a camera usually but he turns it around when he's drunk I don't know why but we usually have a camera up but he put his arm around like that he said yeah go to sleep go to sleep he pushes me down to the ground and then puts his foot on top of me holding me down on the ground you're no but I couldn't breathe like I wasn't knocked out or anything like sleep so you were always you were always conscious of what was going on yeah okay but when he pushed me down like I couldn't like it's almost like anxiety I could not breathe like and he wouldn't stop I just told him please let me be my myself like in anywhere like anywhere the bathroom just somewhere cuz I couldn't breathe and he's like yeah you do this to everyone D this this is all your fault everything that happened tonight was your fault just because I wore a Tik Tok to go to sleep okay and I literally it's not like I was arguing or anything I was just telling him please leave me alone like I have school tomorrow I have work tomorrow I don't have time to just deal with his [ __ time like all almost all the time so like I just can't do it anymore and he's like just call the cops like I don't know what else to tell you and then that's when you called us yeah that's when I you guys came and I called my uncle and I said I'm waiting for the cops to come can you stay on the phone and then that's when he started knocking on the door when you guys came right yeah want to go
