She just climbs on me, starts beating the out of me again. My son's there. >> He's just trying to take my baby from me. >> Why would he do this? He's made it like I'm on. >> He's a to me. Somebody believe me, please. >> He made me pee all over myself. >> Why? He has marks that are consistent with being strangled >> because he does it to himself. >> He's so evil, sir. On March 28th, 2024, officers responded to a parking lot following a report of a man stating his wife got into an argument with him and endangered their child. >> Hey man, Deputy France Hall County Sheriff's Office. Nice to meet you. Tell me what's going on today. So, a couple months ago, we had a incident. This is her father-in-law, but a couple months ago, we had an incident at the house. Okay. >> It got it got physical >> and she's actively using. Okay. So, for about four years now, we've been, you know, been trying back and forth between detox centers and rehabs to try to keep her clean. >> Okay. She's been actively using again last night. >> What's she using? >> Pills. I mean, you know, I don't really consider that kind of >> anything. I guess I don't I don't really know what all she uses. She was there's a list of them that that the detox center sent. I don't know. The main thing is is >> she's been getting physical. There's several occasions where she's done it since that incident and I didn't report it. I did take pictures just in case, but I didn't think it was. I thought she was going to stop. You know, it's gotten a little bit better and then she jumps to this crazy again, you know, 3 or 4:00 in the morning, climbing into bed, beating out of me, calling me name, acting weird. Okay, so >> we actually went up there to get pay for two tickets at the courthouse because he was in traffic. And as soon as we got back, he went to go downstairs and I went upstairs and she just climbs on me, starts beating the out of me again. My son's there and you know, of course, you know how that goes. She tries to start trying to use him as a shield. And I said, "Look, I >> it's not about me. It's not about you. It's about him. You know, he's 11 months old and he don't need to be in there no more." And it's, you know, basically what I've tried to tell her is just to your family, right? >> And at this point, she don't care. So, we started to leave. As soon as we started to leave, I came out here to get in my truck. That's my vehicle, too. She drives it most of the time. And I'm going to be honest with you guys. There is no telling where are because that's the type that I've been dealing with. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, nonetheless, I got popped and driving up here. As soon as he started to leave, she pushes him and starts hollering at him and being verbally abusive towards him, too. And nonetheless, all I want to do is just get my son away from her and away from the drugs because like I said, I used to drink a lot. I used to have problems drinking. I ain't drank in 2 years. I made a promise. And uh not just to my family, but to the Lord, too. So, you know, nonetheless, I I I was four years sober before I ever met her. >> And she got me to drink a little bit and I stopped. And so, now I'm two years sober drinking. Never drugs, but just drinking. And nonetheless, it's just as much. It'll kill you just as easy. So, Right. >> Nonetheless, I stopped all that and here we are. All I'm concerned about is is getting my son away from her. We both do live at the residence. I've been there for 7 years. All my stuff's there. All my other two kids stuff is there. >> So, you know, I'm not saying that that I need all my That's not what I'm saying. All I'm trying to say is I just want to get my son away from her cuz I know she's actively high and using. >> Yeah. >> Will she want to fight us if we went over there? The last time that happened, she she wasn't very physical with him. She's probably not going to answer the door no. So, technically, it's in the estate of her her mother and her grandmother. >> Okay. >> So, she technically I guess she would you would say she owns it. >> But now, like I said, I pay all of everything there and do everything. There's a lot of weapons at the house, but she she we have an active case open and she's out on bail or bond, whatever it's called >> to until this court this case goes to court, but like I think it's the 13th. >> Yeah. >> And so, nonetheless, yeah, there's a lot of weapons at the house, but she's not like that. >> So, I don't Yeah. I mean, that's knives. >> Yeah. Uh what >> I said guns, knives, bazookas, grenade launchers. What kind of stuff we talking about? Oh, I mean there's uh I got all that locked up. Now there's a couple pistols at the house that you But they're not out and about like that. They're all locked up. >> Yeah. >> So last time she did the same thing. She >> she just grabs a hold of me and starts choking me and then hits me in the back of the head and >> lift your neck up for me again. >> Need an ambulance or anything? >> No. No, no, no. >> We got to ask. >> Yeah. No, I I don't need an ambulance. Like I said, I ain't worried about anything other than my son. >> Yeah. So run me back there. So about when did all this the stuff today? >> 15 minutes ago. >> Okay. You had just come home and she just jumped on you or >> we we got home. So as soon as we got home, we just got out the truck. >> Okay. >> Okay. The SUV there. Got out the SUV. I come in the garage. Okay. >> Lift the garage door up. We come in the house. As soon as I come in the house, I open the bedroom door and I stand there talking to her. Last night, she transferred $2,300 out of my personal account into her own personal account. Okay. >> Okay. She's been talking about wanting to sit down and talk. And I told her I had no problem talking. >> Yeah. >> But she needed to send me that $2,300 back that she that with my money that she took without permission. >> Yeah. >> Out of my uh my account. And nonetheless, then that's when she started just going ape. Well, so was downstairs getting his stuff cuz we were about to leave cuz we got a job we were going to go do. >> Yeah. >> As soon as I walked back from the boys' bedrooms. Yeah. She just come at me as soon as I got out the house. You know, I mean, as soon as I come out the room, she just grabbed a hold of me and started scratching me and choking me and hitting me in the back of the head. And then she hit me in the face twice. I holler for Pop to come >> and do something, intervene with her. >> And then as soon as by the time Pop starts to come up the stairs, help, she's sitting there beating me at the top of the stairs. >> Yeah. >> And so at that point, I just told Pop it's time to leave. >> So I just grabbed my boots and jumped in the truck. Is that blood from you or blood from >> She when she scratched me and cut me cuz I what I did the same it's the same damn in same situation as last time. She come at me and I went like this to push her back. Grab her shirt to push her back and direct at the house that may have been prior to any any of this other going on. >> I'm sure. But nonetheless, you know, her brother does the exact same thing. Acts the exact same way. And in the same >> Where's her brother at? >> Where's he at? He ain't there. There ain't no telling. 28. >> I didn't know. She may should call him. May >> he's in worse shape than she is. He does the same, man. >> So, what we're going to do now, so we're going to ride over there, attempt to make contact. Y'all stay here, okay? You and her father stay here. When we get over there, everything gets done. We figure out what we need to figure out over there. We'll contact you back, but just wait here. Okay? Don't leave. >> Am I going to be able to get my son from her? >> I'm going to explain this. I'm going to explain to you right now. So, we're going to be going over there attempting to arrest her. Okay? And pretty much anything aside from her running off into the woods, we're going to we're going to place her under arrest cuz at this point, we have multiple felony charges. Okay? So, at that point, you'll be allowed to go back there. Um, she'll get additional bond conditions cuz she's already got some, but she'll get more bond conditions. She won't be allowed back at the house. If she wants to come get anything from now, she'll have to coordinate through the sheriff's office, civil division. Okay. >> She will or I will. >> She will. You You stay in the house. You >> So, real quick, not to interrupt you. So I I remember I know this house because the other day I was out there for the the next door neighbor's house on fire. >> I I was the one that pulled them out of the fire. >> Okay. So those guys that we got out of that house are not at y'all's house. >> No, no, no, no, no. They are actually across the street at somebody else's house. >> Okay. Cuz I know that was a heavy arsenal we pulled out. >> Well, and that that's what I was telling them. Now I got but they're all locked up and there's no access for her. >> Hey, is this Stacy? >> Hello. >> Hey Stacy. This is Deputy Francis with the Hall County Sheriff's Office. How you doing today? Um, well, I'm okay. How are you? >> I'm doing well. Hey, we just got a call about a possible issue that took place at the house. We just need to talk to you for a minute. Would you mind coming outside to speak with us? >> Yeah. Thank you for watching. >> All right. Hey, >> I mean, I know what's going on, but whatever you >> Yeah. So, well, that's I'm Can I sit down? >> Absolutely. Absolutely. >> I was trying to get my camera working. He disconnected all >> Yeah. So, just tell me. So, I want to hear your side of the story before we talk about what he told us. I just it's just he needs to leave and I just um >> So, but what what happened today? What what do you think happened here that would have prompted him to call us? >> Um he he's just trying to take my baby from me and and he knows that since when I called the police last time, I'm the one that got arrested because I was not honest and I told him that he didn't put his hands on me. >> He told him evidently that that I did and so I went to jail. >> Okay. >> And so now he like holds that over my head. Really, in a nutshell, he just needs to to get his stuff and move out. I am a reasonable person. He can get his I'm not going to mess with his stuff. I just I just want peace in my home for my baby. >> And who's who is this? >> Rick and my dad. >> No, no, no. Who is Who is this right here? >> Oh, this is my baby. >> What's his name? >> Creed. >> Creed. All right. Is there somewhere Is there Is there somewhere that you can put Creed for him at? >> No. Are y'all Please tell me this. No. Can I call Lynn? Can I Y'all are taking me to jail. >> Oh my god. For what? >> Okay. >> Oh my god. Why would he do Why would he do this? He's made it like I'm on >> Stand Stand up, you guys. >> Stand up. Put your hands behind. >> Siblings. I don't have anybody. I know you don't have any. >> Keep that hand back here. >> Put your hands back behind your back. >> Guys, please somebody believe me. He's abusive to me. He's abusive to me. He's abusive to me. Somebody believe me. Please. Thank you guys. I'm not on drug. I'm I'm not on anything. I got I can't believe it. He's so evil. >> Oh my god. >> 2290 1095. >> All right, we're going to walk this way. Okay, >> you Why am I >> We'll talk about that as soon as we get over here. >> You guys, this is the worst. >> We want to do this not around your child. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Like I said, we're going to explain what's going on. Okay. But y'all are taking me to jail and I don't I didn't deserve this, you guys. I didn't deserve this. >> He's made it out to be like I'm such a >> I'm such a a person >> radio. Can you contact the caller? Adise him to return to the residence. >> One second. >> Hi. >> LTO. >> You want to see daddy? >> You see daddy? >> All right. Do you have anything in your pockets? Do you have any pockets? >> So I've got a pocket there. Okay. >> And I he when he when he pee all over myself, I've got piss pants on. >> Take take a sit here. They'll they'll change you out. Take a seat in here. We'll talk to you. Okay. >> He got what he wanted. He got what he wanted. >> All right. So, >> I can't believe this. I've got a messed up. I'm I'm not going to hurt anybody. >> I'm clear, but they have to be They have to be in bed. Seat all the way inside. >> What's messed up? >> Help me. Somebody tell Cibble. He put me in jail. >> Get in the car. Somebody that knows he's please >> at this point. Okay. >> I just Somebody's got to know. Somebody's got to know. >> Stacy. So, I'm going to read something to you. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court. Hang. I got to read through all of it. >> Having these rights in mind, you wish to speak to me. >> I want to hear what you have to say is. >> Okay. Um, so he he called us and he he told us what happened. >> What did it happen? >> So, he told us about an argument that turned physical. Um, >> that he got physical with me. Well, so he he me he No, he mentioned that he got physical with you after you tried to choke him. And well, then why does he have marks on his neck? >> I he jerked my necklace and tried to he tried to choke me out. And the only time he's ever had marks is when I try to push him off of me. I try to push him off of me. He hits me on the back of the head. >> Well, what I'm trying to figure out is why he has marks that are consistent with being strangled >> because he does it to himself. I swear to you. And I've got cameras. That's why I had to hide cuz he damages all my I know it sounds like I'm a lunatic. Well, so it I'm not saying that you're crazy, but here's he doesn't. So, right now, I I act on probable cause, okay? And he knew this. >> So, at this point, if you have any evidence, then you can bring that for that can come forward when this goes to court. Okay. >> Oh my god. But what's going to happen to my baby? >> So, the baby's going to stay with him. >> He's not He's not even legitimized. He's not legitimized. He He can't take my baby. Oh my god. Why is he doing this to my He's so evil, sir. He does this to himself. I'd put it on my child's life that he scratches himself. >> Okay. >> I've never in my life seen somebody so narcissistic. >> Okay. All right. Hang on here. >> I mean, >> he's on his way back here. I called him. He's on his way. >> Got to name a number for you. You >> He's interested in that badge. Yeah. >> He likes shiny things. >> Or we got a deputy in the making. >> He ain't trying to eat it yet. >> Look, they start at the jail younger and younger now. So, yeah. So apparently he's not legitimized, but >> uh Lieutenant said this fun. >> That's why we just have to let the facts know. >> Yeah. Well, and he's he's been here. He's here. Even if he's not dead, he acts as a father figure. >> And and her dad lives here. Who's grand? Who's maternal grandfather? >> Considering the circumstances. >> Yeah. Yeah. Like I said, of course, she started pulling out. Well, he does all that to himself. >> You saw what she was doing with the baby, right? Started to kind of >> Did dad write a witness statement for you? >> Yep. >> I appreciate y'all, man. I really >> No problem, my man. So, like I said, I explain to you those bond conditions how that works. >> Um, and then I explain to you that TPA. Okay? I can't force you to do it. There's no no consequence if you don't do it, >> but I would encourage you to seriously consider that. Okay? >> We got a case card for you here. This is going to be your current case number. My name is Deputy Francis and you got today's date. All right. >> Um, also, he seemed really interested in us. So, we start hiring at 18. I heard that. >> Yeah. Yeah. He was having a blast with that badge. >> Her prior case, she sit in jail for a wild hat, didn't she? So what it was is I actually pulled some strings and talked to a few people to try to get her out early because I when I was drinking I had a few friends >> down there. Anyways, nonetheless, I got her out in 4 days. >> So you won't be allowed to bond her out? He won't be allowed to bond out. >> So if she can find somebody else to do it, >> she will be back out here. >> Okay, now let me answer your question. So her brother, okay, I know she going to call him now. This motherucker is wild. What's his name? >> Scott Strickland. I'm telling you now, this mother, it'll be a handful for all four of us. All five, all six of us. >> We got to do >> So, if he shows up here and starts causing issues, >> out on him. >> So, so once she gets booked in, she'll be able to make phone calls, but as of right now, she gets there, not make phone calls. >> So, she won't she won't be allowed to contact you directly or indirectly. So, any contact from him >> at the request of her. >> Um, >> if he shows up here, just call you guys. >> Yeah. Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. Or if he even if he texts you or starts blowing up your phone trying to call you or something, say, "Hey, man. I don't want to talk to you." >> What's your name? Okay. So, from here, just as soon as I get the chance to go down to the >> courthouse. Yeah. Like I said, if you can they're they're open till 5:00 p.m. If you can do it today, by all means, she'll be tied up for a little bit. >> Get a >> Yeah. Like I said, just go in, tell them, "Hey, I want to talk about a TPO at the front desk." And they'll tell you where to go. All right. >> You got any more questions for us? Okay. >> No problem. >> Thank you. I hate to head to >> it is no problem at all. >> You are you all right, sir? Okay. >> I'm I'm just I just want to make sure. >> Thank you for the air. >> You're welcome. We actually just started doing it in the newer cars. Come on out. We're going to walk towards that green door. >> No, I was actually trying to get sens. >> Okay. What is >> to to talk to somebody that I needed help because he'sing me. It's not the other way around. >> I don't He spun it like this to and he made me believe which obviously is the truth that I have I have no leg to stand on and I don't know what to do. Like I'm I just want my baby. Okay. He wasn't even at home. He wasn't even at the house. Like he just left the house to call us. >> No, he didn't. He told me he was going to work. That's what he said. He left. He came to get his car because he took that wrong, which is what what I was supposed to have and and he he took he left and he was supposed to go whatever whatever. This is so wrong. >> I know you don't believe me, but I think you know. I'm don't know why. Somebody's got to see the truth. And he knows I don't have anybody to call. >> Do you abuse? I don't >> I was No, I'm not on drugs. When was >> the last time you >> It was It's been a while. It's been since the last time. Uh since before I went to jail the last time. >> What you used? >> Um >> what's your choice? It's not criminal. What's your choice? >> I mean, to be honest with you, I was on prescription pain medication for a long time and I got clean. You know, I was on prescription pain medication. He's the one that introduced the best like That's definitely I'm not on here. Step on the yellow footprints. Face the wall.
