doesn't seem like you have like a crushed windpipe or anything like that so what they're probably going to do is is give you some uh fluids uh give you some ice and and charge you arm and a leg pretty much so what happened yesterday um it was actually last night um okay so last night yeah I went with a couple of friends to a bar in town okay to celebrate New Years um we were leaving the first bar the driver wasn't drunk he was our DN mhm and so we were going to another bar and my sister had told Emily to make sure I get to the next bar safe okay and then to leave okay so Emily is just pretty much a family friend of oh she's not my friend but but not not your friend but your family's friend yes so pretty much just an acquaintance to you acquaintance yes okay okay so she was supposed to make sure we got to the second bar safe and leave but instead of just leaving after she knew we got there safe she decided to get out of her car walk up to me and start some crap about how I don't need to be bar hopping and how I don't need to come home if I'm drunk and that's when she called me a and came at me and she provoked unprovoked or just I didn't say anything okay all I said was okay I'm here safe you can leave that's all I said okay and then that's when she called me a and told me not to go home and then she came at me grabbed my hair and that's how I got this okay I did pull her hair to fight back I'm not going to lie right and then uh two of my friends pulled her off of me m and I they pulled me off of her and that was the end of it okay and then I come home today from staying the night at a friend's house I come home I'm in my room minding my business she comes in there she says an wants to talk to you I said if an wants to talk to me she can come talk to me herself an is this one scrubs yes okay an is your cousin my no she is my brother's scrub brother's girlfriend that's your brother yes okay so you live here with your brother and your mom I live here Emily finally did get off of me because I told her I was I would leave so she would get off um I tried to call my mom or tried to call the police for help so you you she finally gets off you when you say I'll leave I'll leave I'll leave you leave the house I leave the room where she beat me up I go to a different room okay how did your sister was your sister here no she was at work okay so you called her um I called her after I tried to call the police and I tried to call my mom okay so you called police mom sister yes okay um but after I tried when I tried to call the police and my mom the girlfriend my brother's girlfriend took my phone so I couldn't call the police and I couldn't call my mom for and you already called the police no I was trying to she took my phone so I couldn't okay why would she do that you know uh because she didn't want her cousin to get in trouble okay so she took my phone so I couldn't call anymore okay at any point in time did you fear for your life and twisting your hand within the Handcuff so you are the reason why your handcuffs hurt so if you stop twisting your hands and leave them in the position that I cuffed you in they're going to be a lot domestic b or battery resulting in uh moderate injury and strangulation which is a felony what's a strangulation yeah you can't put your hands around people's necks and choke them out I didn't sir or on you that would be legal inside of a jail such as guns knives drugs or any other thing that you could think of that might be Contraband failure to let me know now and we walk in there and they find it will be another felony charge I have my wallet in my pocket money in my front I don't know if my bait's in this pocket it may not I don't know okay but no other weapons not that I know of any drugs no okay all right we'll go in there I already had a discussion with somebody about drugs okay tell what they caught me doing them watch your step my ass would be grass okay because his brother
