There are also arrest for false information. >> On January the 15th, 2023, [music] officers were dispatched to a hotel after staff reported a woman who had taken complimentary items meant for guests and was now refusing [music] to leave the premises. >> We trespass her several times. She must have been here about >> Does she stay here? Has she paid for a room? >> No, she always just comes in. She sits down on the couch, >> just loiters, and then we say, "Ma'am, you have to leave. figure out what we're back here. >> And then she doesn't leave and then we call you guys, then she walks out the door. So, we do that every single time, but we have ripply trespassed her like if the other officers have said. Um, >> right. And and and then Yeah. So, we do still believe that she's on on site right now. >> Hi there. You know why I'm here? >> No. >> Okay. So, the hotel staff has asked you to leave multiple times before today. >> Before today and today. And you continue to stay. >> Is there a report on that? It doesn't matter. If they tell you to leave, then they you need to leave. >> Nobody's told me to leave. >> They told you to leave today and they've told you to leave before today. >> That's incorrect. >> But okay, but you have >> right now. >> But you've been Well, wait, hang on. I need you to sit where you are because if they want to press charges, then I will issue a citation. Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> No. >> Okay. Hang on one moment. Do you guys wish to pursue charges or charges? Don't worry. Go back. >> Okay. 2853. You can cancel my Okay. So, [music] I'm telling you right now, if I see you back here, and I'm going to put notes in my call that if you are seen back here, that you will be issued the citation. Okay. >> Paulo. >> Paulo. Who's my last name? >> What's your [music] name? >> Sher. >> What's that? >> Sheree. >> Last name. >> I'm pretty sure I don't have to give you my information. >> If you're being detained right now, you are. >> She's not pressing charges. >> I'm detaining you. >> You can't detain me. >> I can't. They can. >> Yes. Because I was called here for trespassing. You asked her if she was going to press charges and she said no. [music] >> But you are still detained. >> For what? >> I'm currently detaining you for the trespassing that I was originally called here for. >> That doesn't make any sense. [music] >> Okay. >> I didn't do anything wrong. >> You did. >> What did I do? >> You came back in here after. We're not going to [music] argue. I'm done arguing with you about it. >> I met you before. >> Okay. I didn't tell you. >> She said she was charges. >> If you come back here, >> you there will be law enforcement. Okay. Okay. >> You want her kicked out, right? >> Okay. You understand that she's going to keep doing this until you guys press charges and have her arrested. She's going to keep coming back in. She's going to keep grabbing food. She's going to keep doing all this stuff. So, you need to speak with whatever manager hire above and get her uh and have someone give you guys permission to get her arrested because this is going to be a constant problem cuz I understand she keeps coming in here stealing food and doing other crap like that. So, you need to let whoever know who's above that. We need to finally start arresting her for this or this is going to >> um Well, we'll do that then. Um I'm the one in charge. She's training. >> Okay. >> Because this is like the third or fourth time that >> press charges then if that's the only >> Okay. Cuz right now she's like they don't want to press charges. I can do whatever I want. So, >> she knows. >> Okay. Hey, wait. Officer Paulo, stop. They want to actually have her at the very least cited today for for trespassing. So if she wasn't going to give you her ID or her information, she needs to do that now. You they're going to issue at the >> I don't have an ID. >> That's fine. We're going to continue where we were >> and we'll get it from you. And if we don't get a valid one, then we'll take you to jail because we won't be able to prove who you are. Okay. So >> share me. Last name? >> Robinson. R O B I S O L N. >> Date [music] of birth. >> Date of birth. >> What date? When is your birth date? >> Why do you need all this information? >> Because this is for the citation. >> So, I have [music] to pay a fine. >> You will be legally held accountable for the trespassing. I don't know what the outcome of that will be. What is your date of birth? >> You need to explain what you're doing. >> I am writing you a citation for trespassing. >> Citation means a fine. >> Do I have to show It's a misdemeanor citation. >> A misdemeanor. >> Correct. >> For what? >> For trespassing. >> So, I got to go to court. >> You will. For some reason, best known only to her, she would prefer to war with the cops than to cooperate with their demands. What began as a minor issue over complimentary items was now spiraling into a full-blown incident. >> I'm not going to court for this. >> What's your date of birth? >> I'm not telling you. >> Do you want to go to jail? >> I'm going to press charges on you >> for what? >> Harassment. >> Okay, I understand that. So, you're not going to give me your date of birth? >> Nope. >> Okay. This will likely escalate further, just so you're aware. I don't want to arrest you. >> Then don't. >> Okay. Okay. Well, I need your all of your information if you're going to be able to >> I'm not going to court over this. You guys could play little games all you want. >> Show me what is your date of birth. >> I speak without my lawyer. >> So, what we're going to do this time is we're going to issue her a ticket. Okay. And if this doesn't work in the future, then we'll have her arrested and we'll just keep cuz we've tried the please don't do this anymore like multiple times and it's not working >> right. So, um, if I can get you to sign right here, just next to the X, and then, uh, if I can get your ID. What this is saying that is that you're signing her for her to receive a ticket for trespassing. >> Can I get try to get a 29 on a female out of Idaho? I do not currently have a date of birth. >> No date of birth. >> Okay. So, ma'am, >> I've explained. She's refusing to speak. If you're refusing to do this to us and we're not going to be able to issue our citation to you and you're resisting and obstructing our ability to issue this ticket and we're going to take you to jail, you're still going to get this ticket and you're going to go to jail for RNO >> cuz you're obsessed >> to be able to carry through with our legal and lawful purpose of issuing you a citation. No, ma'am. You're breaking the law repeatedly cuz you've been told the law >> you've been told repeatedly not [music] to come back in here. Okay. >> I'm not breaking the law. You haven't received any citation before. You've been told repeatedly verbally that you're trespass. >> You don't own any business here. You have no legal right to be here. >> Yes, they are employees here. >> They're employees here and they can tell you [music] to leave and they have told you repeated to leave and not to come back. >> This isn't a private office. >> This is a hotel. >> Yeah. Which is private property. Okay. Are you refusing to give officer Paulo your date of birth and your full information? Yes or no? Are you refusing to give officer Paulo your under arrest? >> Okay. >> So, you you've stolen you've stolen from them multiple times. You're coming in here and stealing food from them. You have been told multiple times not to come in here. >> You have been told. So, I'm explaining to you why you're now under arrest. Okay. >> Fair enough, ma'am. >> Yep. Go right ahead. Do you have any weapons on you? >> No. >> Do you have anything that's going to poke me or stick me? No. >> Okay. Do you have anything you shouldn't have on you code for with one? >> No, ma'am. This is your fault. You're the one for You're the one who refused to follow very simple rules that you're required to so we can issue a citation for trespassing. You refused to refuse to identify yourself. You refused to allow us to be able to complete our job fully. So, you're going to go to jail now. Okay. You were just going to get a ticket, but now you're still going to get a ticket and you're going to go to jail. >> Separate your feet. >> You'll have You'll be able to do that at the jail after you're booked in. >> You can't go through my stuff. >> Yes, we can. You are under arrest and you're now under arrest for trespassing. >> For trespassing and resisting an obstruction. >> Okay. I want to speak to my lawyer now. >> You will have that option at the jail. >> Don't have a lawyer. You guys never give me any option to call anything ever. >> That's cuz you're under arrest. Were they able to get a return? >> You don't let me have a phone call to call anybody. We don't help out. Nothing. I need to see what he's doing. >> You do not. >> As the officer searched their belongings, he uncovered something. >> Yes, I do. >> You do not. >> He's going through my stuff. >> Yep. >> I need to see what you're doing. >> Incident to arrest. [music] >> I don't trust you guys. >> Are you guys even real cops? >> Yes. really a real gun. >> Obviously, we are. >> Sounds like you're experiencing some pretty serious crisis here also, ma'am. >> Don't talk to me. [music] >> Anything annoying? >> That's a lot of work. >> Okay. >> So, you lied to us again. You do have a driver's license. Is this the information she gave you? >> No. >> Oh, good. You're also arrested for false false information. >> Okay. >> Same thing. Okay. So, you're also now under arrest for false information cuz you gave officer Paulo when she legally and lawfully asked you. >> So, you can't arrest me for uh you gave her false information. So, you're arrested. >> You're giving me false information cuz you're not a real cop. >> Both are real cops. >> The jail will not accept and neither will property food. So, I'm throwing this away. And this open bottle of water is going to be thrown away. There's nothing else in there. So, I'm going to be placing your items back into here. >> Will you put this lighter in with her other items? >> Thank you. Can >> you zip that up so that stuff doesn't fall out? >> It will be. It will be booked into the uh Ada County property for No, you cannot. You can pee when you after you get booked into the jail. >> So, I got to pee in [music] your car. >> Well, if you do that, then we will also put that along with the additional charges. >> Tim, why don't you just let me clean out? >> Cuz they're in custody. That's in the ability to be able to do that. >> And your drink from Hampton that I'm sure they did not offer you is also getting thrown away. >> You put my cigarettes. >> It's empty. >> Cigarettes in there. >> Come on. You just throw away my cigarettes. >> He just showed you that it was under >> You're welcome. I'll bring her back her name for you so you can have that. Here. >> Where is my cigarettes? >> There is a pack of cigarettes that were that did have some cigarettes inside there. >> Did you take my cigarettes? >> They're in your bag. >> Did you zip up my baggie? >> Dirty. People in here. So, this is the same female who's came in and stolen food and wandered off and stuff like that, right? >> Um, she's interrupted my other co- >> Yeah, we've gotten calls for someone a female coming in taking food and then >> but I know she has come in probably like the seventh time >> and she's been told each time we leave and refuses to. >> Yeah. Then we call you guys and then she leaves and [music] we call you and then >> what I'm writing is I'm writing her information down. I'm going to go write the police report. So then you can leave it note your staff like look [music] she was cited for trespassing and then arrested for other charge cuz she lied to us. She gave us a false name and so she's getting arrested for that as well as for [music] you say here's her real name cuz she's going to say Susie Jones again or whatever. She's obviously uh probably also experiencing either or some other things are making her with uh problems and she's kind of, you know, lying behind any lines. She is. So, I'll write down a page for report. I'll be right back with that. >> And the Raven has said at least seven times she has been told >> is looking in prior with Michelle's name and she's been in she's been >> Okay. >> Yeah. So, >> you did refuse to leave. >> I did. I was leaving and you guys >> You refused to leave when you were still there. When I got there, you had been told to leave before. [music] >> That was their story. I see calls in here that have your name attached to them that were refused to leave last week. Two of them, they both have [music] you in them. So, you came back after you? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> They're able to change their mind. They're able to change their mind, which they did. In the end, she was charged [music] with trespass, resisting or obstructing officers, and providing false information to law enforcement. >> I'm knocking on everyone's room's doors. >> Really? >> You really want me to do this? >> I've seen right here. >> Yeah. We need to pack up and we need to go. >> Go. >> Stand up and face. >> Let me go. >> The hell is your problem? >> What the hell is your problem? >> On the 5th of May, 2025, police were called after staff reported bizarre behavior coming from her suite. At first, staff claimed [music] the room was rented by a man, but it was Anne whom they caught wandering the halls, pounding on doors, and even dragging her king-sized bed out into the hallway. Behavior that was not going to go unnoticed, and in the worst case scenario, would be getting an appropriate punishment. >> Hey there. >> Hi. >> How's it going? >> Good. How are you? >> Good. I'm good. I'm here just to talk to you. They wanted me to come and see what's going on, but sounds like you damaged a window in room 136. No, that was already broken. >> Sounds like there's video of you. >> Go around the loop. Go over there. >> No, I want to talk to you. Do you have an ID on you? [music] >> Let's go right in while we're talking right in front of the front desk. So, I have a witness. I'll be right with you. >> I got video on my body as well. >> Do you have an ID on you? >> I do not. Do you have an ID? >> I do. It's written on my name tag. What's your name? >> Whatever you want it to be, right? >> Nope. I need to know your name. >> What's your name? >> Shelby. >> Shelby. What? >> Johnson. What's your name? Sheila. >> Sheila. What's your last name? >> Kennedy. >> Sheila Kennedy. If my dispatch looks for a Sheila Kennedy, is that going to come back? >> It might. Yeah, >> it might. Or is it going to? >> Cuz if it doesn't, we're going to have problems. >> Before I have >> break any window. >> I could I don't need any excuse. Please [music] stay and leave this property. >> All right. Well, then serve me with eviction papers and everything else just like you did everybody. >> How long have you been here for? >> You have you have a record on who's paying for my room 13 or 134. Print it out. >> I don't have any records. >> I had I left that wallet right on the window. So, the window was open. It was broken. >> I don't need any excuse, man. >> I'm not giving you an excuse. I'm being totally honest. >> Any explanations I don't need. Please leave the property cuz you are knocking everybody's room's door. >> Why are you doing that? >> I'm knocking on everyone's room's doors. Really? >> You knocked my room door. I saw with my eyes. >> Why are you doing that? >> What? >> Why are you knocking on people's doors? >> I wasn't. Maybe somebody else. What are you doing? >> Why are you doing that? He said he saw you do it. >> I don't know. >> You don't know why you're doing it? >> What's going on? >> That's what I'm here for. Figure it out. >> No problem. Arrest me. Then I'll leave. >> You're going to leave? >> No problem. >> Okay. I'm going to follow you and make sure you do. >> Come on, follow me. >> Okay. She needs a card. She locked herself out. >> And I want to have her print out over my receipt and I want to know who called her unless you guys did it or not. And let me speak to a key card. And [music] you said that these guys called you, right? >> I don't know the name of the person. >> Then how do you even know what you got the right person if you don't know who called you? >> I said I don't know the name of the person that called. >> What name? And this is your >> Anne was clearly wasting the officer's time, but one thing was certain. She had to be removed from the [music] hotel. No questions asked. >> Let's go. >> After you. >> You have a tab? >> Yeah, I follow you. >> No, you don't. >> Yes, I do. >> Let's go. I'll stand here all day. Let's go. >> I can too. >> Okay. I know you're not Sheila, so if you want to get arrested I said I did. >> What's that? You said you were Sheila or Victoria. >> Huh? >> They never called you. So then you don't need to be here. >> I never said they didn't call me. >> Who called you then? >> I don't know the name of the person. >> Well, then what are you doing here? >> An employee of the hotel called me. >> Really? >> Let's go to your room. >> Let's go to your room. >> You want to get >> Let's go to your room. >> Your room's right here. Where you going? This is the one I called, right? You have no sense, huh? >> Call her sto. >> You going to pack up? >> No, I don't need to have you here. I pack up and I can leave. >> I don't need to have you as a [music] witness. >> They called me to get you out of here. >> No, they did not. >> Yes, they did. >> No, they did not. They They did not. So, I you really want me to do this? I've seen right here. >> Yeah, we need to pack up and you need to go. >> Go. >> What's that? >> Go. >> When you need to come. >> I don't need you, Jack. >> You a pack up if you want. >> I don't need no pack up. >> I can help you. I'm offering to help you pack up so you can get out of here quicker. >> Don't need it. You go here. I'll leave this door right open. Start stirring. >> Why don't you start packing up or I can call someone to come pick you up, get you a taxi. What do you want? Sooner start, sooner you can get out of here. I would rather not have to charge you for the window, but that's the way you want to go. >> Are you doing this 15 times? How how quick can you undress? >> That's weird. I mean, if you don't pack up, we'll just remove you from here, change the door locks, and you won't leave with your stuff. >> I'm used to that. >> Let's start change today and start a different way. >> Change. Why don't you change? >> You know what I'm saying? Let's change the way you leave places >> with your stuff. >> You don't have to always make things hard on yourself. Are you talking or what? >> By this point, she realized the arresting officer wasn't falling for her antics. >> All right, Victoria, this is your last chance. You can go to jail or you can leave here willingly. Okay. What do you want to do? You want to do this the easy way or the hard way? What do you want to do? You want to go to jail or do you want to go with your stuff? You're just going to stay mute. Okay. You're going to be placed under arrest. Go ahead. Stand up. >> Don't touch me. >> Stand up. Don't touch. >> Stand up. Then don't touch. Get on the >> Get on your stomach. >> Stop. >> You stop. >> I'm going to tase you. >> You stop. >> All right. >> Face the wall. >> Stop. I ain't doing a thing wrong. >> You stop. >> Face the wall or you're going to get tased. >> Then t Stop. >> I'll tase you if you do not face the wall. >> I am facing the wall. >> Stand up and face the wall. >> Go. OW. STOP. >> I'LL TASE YOU AGAIN. >> Then stop. >> I ain't doing anything. [music] >> Lay on the bed. >> Lay on the bed. >> I am on the bed. >> Lay on the bed on your stomach. >> Lay on the bed. >> Let me pull my pants up. Can I? >> Then do it. >> I may. >> Lay down on your stomach. I'm not going to fight with you [music] anymore. This is dumb. Roll over onto your stomach. >> There you go. >> You don't. >> Put for criminal damage to property. over damage at property. >> Yes. >> Told you I did not have to go this way. >> No, there was no other way. What was the other way? Please >> pack up your stuff and leave. >> The other way. >> Stand up. >> Keep up. >> Taste the wall. >> I don't need anything. >> I'm patting you down. [music] >> Yep. >> Have anything on me that's going to or on you that's going to stick or poke me? >> What are you going to stick or poke? Really? Come on. >> Needles, knives. There's knives right there on the ground. >> I gave you so many chances. You didn't have to be a goddamn kid. You couldn't even tell me who called. >> All right, let's go. >> Hurry up. Dan, >> do you want to be seen by medical? >> Seen by medical for doing things. >> Yes. Yes or no? >> Well, >> yes or no? >> Probably. Right. Just for the record. >> Okay. Come on. >> When police searched her room, [music] they uncovered a stash of items that did not belong to her. And these were ranging from stolen IDs to the hotel's own alarm clock. Yet, not a single ID of hers [music] was found. At this point, the officers had no choice but to resort to desperate means to uncover [music] her identity. >> David, do you ever talk to her? >> This one? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. She's a nut in jail. >> Did she ever tell you her name? >> Oh god. >> She has nothing in that room. >> She's got tased. So, I just need to check out before she goes to jail. >> Um, she won't identify. >> Hey there. Hi, my name's Abigail. I'm a medic at Tri-State Ambulance. Mind if I check you out real quick? Make sure you're okay. >> Come on, everybody. Let's see this. What do you want to see? >> What are you doing? Sit down. She did not tell you to get out. >> She said she said to look at that. >> Yeah, she did not tell you to get out. What the hell is your problem? >> What the hell is your problem? >> Do you want him to check you out or no? >> She said look at I stood up. >> She didn't tell you to get out. >> Well, then have her look at me. >> You got to answer my questions, right? You in pain anywhere? >> No, I'm not in pain. >> Where did she get these? >> Arms, stomach. I aim for the stomach area. >> Okay. The jail is going to require me to get her medically cleared, so I'm just going to go straight there. >> She was sent to the hospital for evaluation where investigators ran her medical records. The moment they called her name, she finally responded. >> What do you like this? >> Just had to figure out her name. It's okay. That's >> all right. Take a seat. Thank you. You, too. All right. and stuff out. Hop over to the doors. You can take a left and sit on the bench. >> Yes, he did. >> For what? >> I don't know. They don't say why. >> They just put out a warrant for you. Your agent said, "Hey, go find her." And I did. >> It turned out that Anne was already on probation, free only under the condition that she stayed out of trouble. But her latest meltdown proved otherwise. In the end, Anne was charged with battery and threats against an officer, resisting and obstructing, disorderly conduct, criminal damage to property, and bail. >> What do you have there? Do you have your glasses? >> No. Thing is on my glasses. >> I have a cigarette already. >> No, YOU CAN'T HAVE CIGARETTES. >> GET OFF. >> On the 19th of December, 2024, police were called after staff had no choice but to reach out to a probation officer for backup. The source of the chaos was 30-year-old Danielle, whose behavior had finally pushed the entire hotel past its breaking [music] point. >> Hi there. We're here to help with room 100. >> So, um, we can be here to assist you at first, but you got to tell her to go and if she refuses, that's when we can step in. >> We are not taking anymore. >> Yeah, that's fine. You just got to go tell her she has to leave. >> You have to tell her to leave and then if she refuses, then we can ask her to leave and make her leave. >> Okay. When police moved toward her room, the situation escalated instantly with danger waiting just beyond the door. >> Don't worry. >> All right, fair enough. [laughter] >> Killian, >> do not laughing. There's a mirror there. Use a cigarette. Use a cigarette. There's a black window there. >> Okay, Killian, we got to get going. Okay. >> Lex and your point. >> You can go. Yeah, Dylan. I got to leave. >> No, I don't. >> Yep. Yeah, we >> I got my glasses. DON'T THAT BLACK WIDOW. >> Go ahead and open the door for us. >> I DON'T HAVE GLASSES. DON'T STAY ON MY DON'T SHOW ME my >> Just take one step back for me. Just relax. >> No. Widow bit me. Licked me. >> Okay. Just relax. I'll >> don't. That thing is a black thing. >> I'll look at what you're looking at. Not even sure what that is. >> Part tarantula, part black widow, part playing mantis. >> Take a [music] step back for him. >> Don't that. >> Okay, we won't kill it. >> It's a male or female. Can you tell the difference? >> It's a male. >> Does it eat the head? It does. >> Cool. A female licked me over there. Licked, not bit. >> There's spiders. >> And there's leather in the bathroom. I have neurophobia. >> Okay. >> It's okay. >> Why do I have to leave? If I had a week, I know. I have to go to Heather's place. My glasses are right there. Okay. You know how I see. Not with this one. Want me to have a nice [ __ ] saw? There's a thing there. Now I have A MIRROR PHOBIA. >> I'M NOT WEARING SHOES. >> JUST RELAX. >> I THOUGHT I WAS BEING WEAK FOR A WEEK. I'VE BEEN HERE two days. I'm wallet in there. Deny of that. Get out. >> Nope. >> Can't get out. The hotel is a private establishment. They do not want you here anymore. >> I'M AWARE I'M DONE SHINING YOURSELF. >> What do you have there? Do you have your glasses? >> No. Those are not my glasses. >> Stop now. >> Why am I BEING ARRESTED? >> I DON'T HAVE GLASSES. >> The kick kick. >> Officers refused to play along with her games and shut her down on the spot. >> Are you okay? Are you okay? What? Okay, you calming down. Let's get the hair out of your ass. All right, hold on. Oh, >> my foot is nervous. Why am I being arrested? Okay, I just want a cigarette. >> Can't be causing a large disturbance in a hotel. So, you got to relax, >> dude. I can't see. >> Okay, well, you have glasses. >> No, they're broke. >> Smashing them into the refrigerator probably wasn't the right call then. Stand up. >> You hate my life. >> Do you have shoes? >> Three, four pairs of them. Kill me. >> Let me just look for shoes. Don't kill that thing. That's my kid. I know. Heather Pro called me. I don't have a cell phone. I'm not allowed to have them. NO, I'M NOT WEARING THOSE. THOSE AREN'T my shoes. >> Then you'll go in your socks. I don't care. >> Yeah, I don't care either. Which I was trying too much to ask where I bath. I was somewhere. Get 2020 vision already. I [ __ ] pull my sock off. Seriously, can I pull my sock off? Can I pull MY SOCK OFF? SORRY. SORRY. I HAVE A KNIFE ON MY GUN. ALREADY. >> Sounds good. Thanks. >> Stupid. Learn to prostitute yourself better. Let her fight me. >> Quit holding me up so high. >> You stop resisting. Calm down. >> Quit being a tall, >> dude. Seriously, that hurts. I'm really hurt. You're tall and short. >> Hey, stop that. >> I don't have pockets. >> Well, got to make sure you don't have any weapons. >> I don't have pockets. Okay. I DON'T HAVE POCKETS or you piece of [ __ ] >> I can do it myself. >> I can button that thing myself. >> Okay. Well, we're going to do it for you anyway. >> Sorry. My shoes. >> We'll throw them out the garbage or if they do. >> Yeah. Nothing but a worse piece of trash. >> Uh you want to talk to him real quick? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Killian, >> what? Just knock it off. >> Can I have a cigarette already? >> No, you can't have A CIGARETTE. >> CAN'T KILL HIM. >> In the end, Daniel was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Both repeat offenses. All while leaving behind a $15,000 debt to the hotel. Out of >> How's it going, Miss? >> Japan. Which side are you on? >> Don't touch my stuff. You don't know where it's going. >> I was not a horrible person. >> Brain tumor. I'm >> Can I take a picture of what I can see right now? >> You can take a picture of what you see right now. >> On the 7th of May 2024, officers were called to a hotel after reports of a woman making [music] threats and refusing to leave the property with her dog. Staff revealed that this wasn't the first time she had caused a disturbance and they weren't her first victim. >> Hey, how's it going? What's going on? >> So, we went out for 2:30. She's a bit of a weird guest. Uh, when she came to make her reservation last week, she was rude to the person in the front. Yet, we still made her reservation. She said she was having a bad day. We understood. About 3 days later, she comes back here. An Uber driver drops her off and she calls you guys again. Uh, because he she said she didn't have a ride and somebody just dropped her off here. But the Uber driver dropped her off here because she started yelling at him. She was like, "You're so incompetent." This and that. So my manager went out and she was like, "What's going on?" And the lady was like, "Well, they left me here." And my manager told the officer and her, "Well, if you were speaking to me the way you spoke to him, I would have done the same thing." She came to check in yesterday. Uh I asked her for her ID cuz that's we always verify ID. She's like, "Why do I have to why do I need to show you my ID? I'm right here. I'm presenting." I showed it when I got here. I was like, "Ma'am, it's just policy." Uh she came down this morning. Wi-Fi problems. I was trying to help her out. Uh, not even a minute went by. She started yelling at me and stressing out. She's like, "I'm paying for free Wi-Fi and you're not giving it to me." I was like, "Ma'am, don't yell at me. I'm trying to help you." She's like, "Oh, I've been trying to get this for 30 minutes to work." I was like, "Ma'am, I'm trying to help you. You're yelling at me. That's not going to work if you keep yelling at me." She grabbed all your stuff and she she went to her room. The housekeepers went to go knock right now to do service. Uh, she has a dog and the she opened the door, so the dog ran out. one of our housekeepers kind of got scared, she moves out of the way. So then she comes out and grabs her dog and since our housekeepers don't really understand uh English, don't communicate English with her that well. Uh she calls the the housekeeping manager to see what's going on. When my housekeeping manager gets there, the lady's yelling at her. She's like, "You guys are not letting me into my room." This and that. So then my she's like, "I'm calling the cops." So my ma my housekeeping manager came down. She's like, "Hey, I guess it's upset. We don't know why." I go up there. She was on the phone with you guys and then out of the nowhere I asked her, "What's the problem?" And I can't get back into my room and you guys locked me out. And I was like, "Whoa." I was like, "I just got here. What's going on?" She was like, "And don't yell at me again." And then she was like, "Well, you guys are not letting me in." And then my housekeeper manager tried to explain to me in Spanish what the other housekeeper said. And she cussed her out. She was like, "Don't be talking to about me in Spanish, this and that." And I told her, "Ma'am, you can't be talking to us like that. Not going to ask you to leave." And then she's saying, "Oh, I'm really scared now. They're they're acting like I'm doing something bad." So, I'm like, I just we don't want her here anymore. And she doesn't want to leave cuz when I called her earlier to tell her she needs to leave, she's like, "That's not happening. I'm not leaving." >> Is she back in her room? >> The police officers eventually showed up at her doorstep. But Sarah was not going to just admit that she had been a menace. She needed a way out to make herself look innocent, no matter how ridiculous it sounded. How's it going, man? >> It depends. Which side are you on? >> I don't know what that means. Uh, but here's the deal. Okay, so I spoke with the guy downstairs. Um, and then I read the information that you provided to dispatch about them letting your dog out. Um, regardless of what occurred, whether you believe they were rude or they believed that you were rude. Okay, we're not really here to dispute any of that. >> I didn't I'm sorry. I did not let my dog out on purpose. That was an accident. >> Okay. I need you to sit in the hallway. >> I am busy packing. I'm getting ready to eat. >> You need to open the door. >> To take my stuff out of the room. >> You need to open [music] the door. >> I'm not going to open the door. Sorry. sustain. >> Sarah, hide. >> Sarah, you need to open the door. >> No, don't open the door. >> Okay, if you don't open the door, you're going to go to jail. >> Do you want to go to jail? >> But right now, I am short of breath and I can't move. I need to rest for this. Give me some people. Do you need an ambulance? >> Don't get treated this way. >> At this point, what she was failing to realize was that calling the cops turned the tables on her. Calling the cops didn't mean that they would give her a pass. She still had a chance to make things right. At least for now. >> Miss Hine, this is the Santa Fe Police Department. Officer Romero, you have to open the door. Okay? You're getting very close to a point where you're going to be placed under arrest if you do not open this door. >> King2371. >> Miss Hine, >> you need to leave the premises now. If you don't open this door, you're going to jail. I'm telling you right now. If you >> I asked you to bring I'm getting ready. I asked you to bring my stuff. If you can't bring in, I'm not opening the door. >> Bring what stuff? is not what I am going through, what I am doing is not going to jail. >> So, let me explain something to you, okay? If you leave on your own free will, you open this door and we walk with you outside. >> I am calling for somebody to take me to another place. I am short of breath. I have >> Okay, you can still open the door. >> You guys will have to live for a while. >> Miss Hine, you need to open the door. You're going to be placed under arrest. >> I have the right to privacy right now. I have asked for the dolly to take my stuff downstairs. Once I'm packed and my stuff is downstairs, then I'm gone and you don't have to deal with me again. >> How much time do you need to pack, >> honey? I'm still working on it. I told you I'm short of breath. I have a brain tremor out. I can't shake. I'm on bad medicine. I get short of breath. >> I hear that. But you need to open the door. I'm not opening the door until I'm all ready to put that thing back up. >> Let's get going. Okay. >> When I'm done packing, >> I'm not done packing. >> Can we open this? >> Would you let the dog back in? That's stupid to let him out. Come here. >> Out the door. >> Snider, come here. Come here. I'm sorry. This is Bring me the stuff that I can put my stuff. >> It's right there. >> Is it Can you bring it again? >> I'm short of breath. Do you want to check my pulse? >> I don't need to check your pulse if you need an ambulance. >> I don't care to check my pulse. >> I can call an ambulance. I'm not a medical professional, but I can call an ambulance for you. >> I have been treated very poy and >> finish packing your stuff, please. So, we can get >> I can't because I'm sure >> if you don't pack your stuff, then I'll pack your stuff and I'll call an ambulance for you. Those are your only options. I can pack your stuff for you. >> No, you're not touching my stuff. >> Then you [music] need to leave and pack it. >> I'm trying. I have been working my way. >> So, go ahead and start packing. >> Not right now. I'm taking a short breath because my pullock is this. >> Okay. >> Snider, come here. >> Excuses piled on, but the officers weren't about to waste time entertaining her pointless games. >> Snider, come here. >> How old are you, ma'am? So, I could get you an ambiance. None >> your business. Snider, come on. If you refuse to leave, I'm telling you, you're going to >> I'm not refusing to leave. I'm refusing to finish packing right now because I'll touch your stuff for you then. >> No, you will not. >> Don't come close. >> Do not touch my stuff. I will sue you. >> You can sue me if you want, but we need to get going. >> Do you understand how I am? >> I can call you an ambulance, >> but we need you to leave the property. >> Okay. Do >> you know Do you know how grateful that makes me feel in Sanford? >> Listen, ma'am. I don't want to fight with you. I don't want to argue with you. I have a job to do. You're my person. >> Listen to me. >> Okay, fine. >> I have a job to do. Okay, >> that's your job. >> They no longer want you on the property, so I have to ask you to leave. >> Okay, they've asked me to leave multiple times. You have to leave the property. >> As I was getting ready to get them something nice and say I'm really sorry because there is stuff there's medicine activity in my brain and I was going to say I'm sorry. Listen, >> put your hands on me. >> Can't talk. Can't talk. Okay. >> I'm being very >> I had the the waitress knocked at my door. I opened the door. The dog ran out, >> ran into the room. I need you to pack your stuff. >> I need to rest until my pulse goes back down. It's going to take 5 minutes. Why don't you guys go back downstairs? I'll be out. >> I'll pack your stuff. >> I'm not going to stay. I'm not going to poop in the room. Please do not touch my stuff. >> I will pack it for you. >> Please do not touch. >> Unfortunately, we can't wait. If you have a medical emergency, I can call an ambulance for you. >> Okay. But if if you do not have a medical emergency, you need to leave. >> It is a medical emergency. We'll >> call you an ambulance. >> It's not an ambulance needed. You do not do that. >> Please, would you please let me go? >> You do not do that. >> Despite all that had happened [music] so far, she refused to accept that actions come with consequences. And the more she talked, the worse it got. >> I'm sorry you feel me offensive. I was trying really hard not to be offensive. Ma'am, you grab my face and I >> I touched your face gently >> regardless.
