I don't want her anywhere near my car. >> Just multiple injuries to the head. I'll get you the plate. The fight took place here or >> No, right here. >> I was leaving to go to work and I As you were coming right out of the >> Literally as I was coming out of the Great Wolf. >> All right. >> I believe there I believe there's a African American American man who was saw everything that happened. I don't know where he is. >> Great Wolf doesn't have one? Great Wolf? It doesn't matter really. >> Uh 150 is being around your location. >> This is uh >> Her her deal and the the license plate for her car? >> Yeah, uh for her. >> For her car. >> And then I don't have her deal. I'm still going to have EMS check you out just just cuz you said you were hit in the face, all right? This is a precaution. You can say no, but you're right. >> Okay. >> I'm not going to force you to go anywhere. Do you know if she followed >> Yeah. >> Tommy's yeah, all right. >> 100%. >> Yeah, wherever you guys were. >> 100%. >> Which is where specifically? You guys have a deal you can give it. >> Hm? >> Yeah, you just grabbed it. >> All right. >> She's trying to make sure you're doing the reporting. So, you coming from Route 3E somewhere near Tommy's Tavern. You guys getting to I guess road rage incident, she cuts you off. She gives you the finger. So, you get in front of her, you like what the hell? Then she follows you from Tommy's Tavern all the way to the service road entrance to here. You pull in here, you going to go pick up a bagel buffet I guess. >> No, I went to Great Wraps. I went inside, I got my food. As soon as I came out, she got out of the car. I guess that's when I dropped my food. Okay, and then that's when you were fighting back and forth. >> Yeah. Hey, Ronald. Yeah, they're Ronald right now. Yeah. Did you tell her to tell somebody to get her on the phone? Did she say she had somebody who could come pick up the kids? Yeah. They're coming where? >> They're in Secaucus. My dad, but he's like 40 minutes away from work. >> I'm trying to call the family members who are living in town, but nothing so far. So Lisa's always >> can call Lisa, yeah. >> Keep trying Lisa on All right, perfect. >> Thank you. Would I have to be able to wait for my dad? >> We'll let you know within an hour. >> Probably wouldn't be able to wait on scene. So, like what would they do? What would happen? >> We'd have to figure that out if nobody can come. Where's your dad Where would your dad be coming from? >> Um Somerville. >> Somerville? >> It's like 45 minutes a minute. >> Hold on a sec. Right now, nobody's answering and the closest is dad from Somerville. >> Can he come out? >> Can he come out? >> Um what kind of like a criminal history do you have? >> I have nothing. >> Nothing? No arrests or anything? All right, then. Take a seat. Come back to headquarters. So, if they haven't told you already, you're going to be arrested, all right? For simple assault. Okay, so what that means is we're going to bring you back to our PC station and they're going to do a complaint against you and arrest report and we'll have you out of there. We'll transport the kids back with us for now. And then, uh so they can come pick you up. >> Can I still call him, though? >> Yeah, you can call. So, yeah, I mean, once he gets I'll tell him the address for it. Headquarters. What's that? >> Yeah, well, we have a car coming. Dad. >> Yeah. >> Brooke, I don't >> Um I need you to leave work now. >> Why? >> Cuz I had a fight with some girl and I'm in Secaucus and now they're arresting me. >> No way. >> So, I need you to get them. >> Where are the girls? >> They're in my car. >> Yeah, we're going to be at This is Officer Secaucus Police. So, right now it'll probably it'll it's going to be towed. Is there a handicap spot here? Is there a handicap spot before it? >> My car's running. >> Well, we'll turn it off. Well, what if it gets >> Where's it going to tow to? >> It'll be probably Main Towing. >> And then I have to pay to get it out? Today? >> Yeah, you can probably get it out today. They're open today and we're not going to keep you that long. Do you want to bring your phone with you or do you want to leave it in the Probably. >> Hold on, can I call one more person? >> Who are you going to call? >> Robbie. >> Who? >> Robbie, r o b b y. >> Where's he coming from? >> Glendale. Oh, wait, can I call him? >> This is customer you >> Get out of the car. >> He can't come get the car cuz we can't leave it here for that long. If you were in another spot, that wouldn't be an issue, but because you're in a Well, before I call Robbie. >> I can't just get a ticket? >> I mean, you'll get a ticket anyway, but I can't just leave it in the handicap spot cuz what happens if somebody who's handicap needs to park there and Robbie can't come for 10 15 minutes and now they can't park there. >> So, nobody can just move my car to the spot? >> We can't That's just just not how it works, unfortunately. >> What's he telling you? >> This is for a tow. You got it. What's up? >> She's going to burn a handicap ticket. >> Can we leave the car parked here? >> Can we leave the car parked here? >> Yeah, but I don't want to. I just told her no, but I'll write the ticket anyway. >> Yeah, she's going to always go to court and always actually win this, >> All right. >> You know, she's going to win. >> I don't think so. I think she just set it on. >> They can't issue that. All right. Yeah, so I'll All right. I'll write in the ticket. I was going to write in the ticket anyway, but she gets to keep the car. That's fine. >> Yeah, yeah. The car will stay here. >> going to I was going to have it towed cuz it's still blocking the spot. So, >> Yeah, but we can't tow for that. >> You can't, really? >> No. >> All right. >> All right, cuz if not, then we'd be towing for that every time there's a violation. >> So, Yeah. Cuz I'm even in >> So, you can check out. >> So, she can leave? >> Yes. >> What's your name? >> It's still me. >> No, not yet. >> Okay. Don't worry. >> I was kind of hoping we could keep Chrissy around for a little bit, but >> Yeah, no, no. He just asked, though. >> Is it in the passenger seat? Uh yes, everything. The car will be staying here, so no need for Robbie anymore. You're still going to get the ticket, though. >> So, just a ticket, no tow? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. Stay right there. >> Touch Taylor. Not I That's above my pay grade. In my purse. >> Do you have anything inside you? >> No, I have nothing. No other pocket. Okay. >> Both? >> Yes. >> Yeah, that's it. >> Yeah, all right. Perfect. Thank you. All right. So, yeah, the car will stay there. I am going to be writing you the ticket along with the thing. So, you'll get that in your complaint at the same time. You have no history or anything? >> This lady's moving herself. >> Okay. >> Step over here. >> Uh >> barely did, but if Chrissy's still in when we get there, we'll have a little start with searching her. >> Um you want me to I don't even have a car, dude. >> Yeah, no, that's that's fine, man. I I can't drive you though, so obvious. I mean, yeah, you could >> I'll happen in the front seat. >> Throw my stuff in the >> car? I can drive it. >> 24's right there. Just throw my stuff in the trunk. You can come with me. >> I'm going to bring her to the station. >> License back here if you can. And where are my girls going? >> They're going to be coming to headquarters. We have a car with car seats and stuff. >> Oh, okay. >> And then your dad can come pick them up from there. >> Short Hills? >> No, further. >> Somerville? >> Maybe we'll be done before then. >> Bridge long yeah. >> If that happens, you can just walk back. >> That quick? >> I'll try I'll try, but I have there's no guarantees. Going to arrest her before then. So is that her purse or something? >> Yeah, yeah, those are her purse. You checked the back, right, but check again anyway. Hold on. >> I'm going to put her stuff on the floor. >> All right. Yo. >> You good? >> Yeah, I'm good. Want me to take a break or >> Yeah, you know, I can start it. We'll wait with you for >> All right. >> The dad's coming but from like Somerville. >> Somerville? >> Yeah. >> Do we have anybody to follow you? Somebody's coming? >> Bobby's in the car with me. >> Okay. No, no, we're bringing him in. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> What's that? >> No, I was just seeing uh if they got the challenge information, but they don't they don't have it yet. So, I'll get it at headquarters. >> Yeah, yeah, yeah. >> I'll come with you. We're going, right? >> Hold on, Austin. Okay, hold on. Yeah, I had to cut through the lot today. Just ignore him. >> Yeah, all right there. You Just tell him. >> Perfect. You just throw it in the trunk. Throw it in the trunk. Do you have a key that can open my trunk? Taylor just told me to wait, so I'm just waiting a second. >> He said wait? >> He just said wait a second. >> All right, you're all right, you're good now. >> Okay, now we're good. All right, perfect. All right, just going to have to, you know, be careful. It was a lot of sparks. Got it. Do a check for me cuz I can't. You know what? Let's take her to the squad room. Oh, you're good. >> The individual involved was issued a complaint summons for simple assault along with a motor vehicle parking summons.
