go to jail you have no right though to push get out I'm not fighting St resisting call my mom please on May 21st 2023 officers responded to a club after receiving a report of a woman refusing to leave when asked by security I get to do it and I'm going to win the money no but you have no right to push me off no you don't no you don't come on that's fine I don't want to but you have no right though I grab her we started resisting me you mind me ask what happened like what out the section don't I don't know know that's a private this private property they don't want somebody specific here they have the right pick her out okay yeah cuz she was with us but then she met somebody in that section so we left her with over there yeah I don't know what happened okay because they told her to leave and she was refusing okay I do okay so she's going to go to jail I see she going to have a bom you [Music] B going back from that no I'm telling you we have do it don't do it come on stay back here don't do [Music] it your hands on your so they have taken a lot of Pride and tried very hard to have enough security they're the only Club that's has officers on duty every single day there so they do try to take the safety a lot higher than the owners have in the past so hi yeah I get it me and my friend Jessica hello Jessica how you doing tonix the way that you're sitting much better now I'm there anything on my face you have like if anything myin chin so what happened H I think that was it what your hip remember we found the hip when we went to the bathroom okay so what all uh oh yeah wow it's cut open did you take pict yeah so what happened there at the board tonight and this is just me because of ultimately what happened so this doesn't go in any problem cause or anything like honest there's some I honestly don't remember um from what I remember is I know I did leave the girlies my friend Alexis and Jalissa came out I think I probably came out for a drink or something but it came to the point being with a group of guys that I did I did meet because they were trying to offer more to me like to pay out for like a picture or something cuz I did meet another group of guys that were on the VIP by the stage so that's really the last thing I remember so from there to come back at that moment I really don't know what happened in that like predicament I don't know if like you don't remember being asked to leave or anything no I don't remember them asking me to leave like when we did speak cuz a girl that I know she was there and she was very nice and she was very kind it was just like oh yeah we're going to each other oh let's have a few drinks that was it so whatever more that possibly could have happened I in all I generally don't really don't remember okay anything from that the last thing I just remembered was yes getting taken into the car or whatever trying to excuse me explain things but that was really about it yeah I don't so you wouldn't even remember if a deputy told you you had to leave no sadly yeah s if you were completely sober you probably would have done it no if I was sober I'm not going to lie drinking yeah I was Sunday Funday I was there for brunch like I had food we had food in our table and stuff but it's just like I'm not going to devour my food in that moment but I was having a good time so just things happen the way it shouldn't have but it did play out as it did you know like I mean my intentions just were to [ __ ] eat my food I did me a group of girls that's why I mooved from where my SE was I did go to another section and I did hang out with a group of girls and another girl and her boyfriend we hung out we all danced for a little bit I'm not going to lie at that point I don't remember I think at that point is when I got tooken took tooken from yeah I think the where I got removed outside Remember by who I don't remember by who but I was with Kim and her little boo or or whatever at that moment some guy took me out yeah I think it was a light skinned Hispanic guy maybe but when that happened I was like okay well [ __ ] I don't know what's going on and then he put me in the back seat of his car so yeah and that's when I kind of just went off okay all right that's all I have to come there and then and any subject management or use of force incident I have to come and talk to y'all to see so what goes more after this like all right the reports in filed and stuff what do I have to do later on with this or we're just going to book you then you can talk to your mom about posting the bond you can go home you'll get contacted by the state attorney via male or if you get bonded out they'll get they'll give you instructions yeah if you don't make it to first appearance so all right well the jail is not going to release you though if you have a blood alcohol level at a certain rate they'll hold you blood alcohol level is low it's better you're here pumping the fluid at least that's what I remember so yeah it's like a minimum eight hours so it's good that we do here and get you so you think do you think I might have to just contact myob I'm supposed to work tomorrow morning might open my bar hour I have to be I have to be my job the latest 10:45 I would not go to work tomorrow by the time they get you well I will tell you this by the time she even get you to the jail it's going to be 4 to 6 hours before you'll even step foot back out so I'm going to have to call out you might have to call in sir so whenever you guys can if there's a possibility that I can get my phone and call my managers and we don't I can't phone CU nobody knows where it is I just feel bad cuz I know if they don't they're going to come at me and give me a you're going to have to call you're going to have to call once you get bonded out either you can use your mom's phone you can then contact your friends once you're out to be like hey who took my phone and my hat home with them because one of them so all right well good luck to you how's it going man how you doing Nathan bark uh so just real quick you had asked her to leave and she refused yeah okay yeah and then ultimately he ended up having to to take her down because to me it didn't look like she was going towards an exit looked like she was going she was trying to go back in that's why blocked and you saw you stand over and she was trying to force a away yeah all right yeah I just have to talk to you for like 5 Seconds about that only because you're an actual witness to the subject management so cuz he has to do report for that that's it man anything else you'd like to add to this or all good no he's got it all written down and stuff and you know she's just like little people like to I'll tell you she she says she remembers nothing of it so okay bet she doesn't she was also saying that she was like going to call her mayor and get this place shut down and obiously stuff cuz we were treating wrong like Oh no you're bouncing off
