On May 22nd, 2025, police officers responded to an ice cream shop on reports of a person attempting to take items without paying for them. There were also reports of a physical altercation between the individual and an employee. An onseen investigation revealed the actor grabbed candy out of a jar without paying, took money out of the tip jar, and tried to grab money out of the register. When an employee attempted to get the suspect to leave, the individual threatened the employee with violence before eventually leaving the store.
