That's what 951's figuring out. >> We've got to have like a combination like a a lock that's going No, it's not her. >> Oh, wait. Hold on. Cuz then I wouldn't be [ __ ] back here if that was the case. Who's the creep going to bring us to? Where are we going? You creepy creep. You [ __ ] creep. Imagine being a dude who gets off on people who have to be around creepy people. We have to be around you and you're like, great. Let me make it even extra weird cuz you're creepy gross creep. We don't need >> Okay. Well, we don't need other people to know that. I need to drink my video. >> Oh my god. I'm not going to hit anybody in my community. God, give me leave me alone and I'll leave. How about that? >> Hey, I just want to talk. >> Look, you're on the same page. Okay, look. Please. I'm not going to hang. I got >> I'm literally doing this what she's afraid of. Come with me. Come on. Turn around this way. I want to make sure I have the >> second time we dealt with her. >> While the woman got checked into jail, the officer gave his colleague a quick rundown of what happened that evening. >> She lives in 301. She went in 2011 in the housing over there and pushed her way in. But the people there didn't want to do nothing with it cuz they knew she was drunk. Just get out of my apartment. >> Well, then we get ready to leave, right? Me and the uh FSU officer get ready to leave. Look who's walking out on floor 2011 or floor two trying to go to 2011. No, this not your apartment's next door. So we take it up to three to make sure she gets off the elevator. She gets off there and she's trying to hold the door and stuff. You going to walk me to my apartment? No, we ain't going to walk you to your apartment. >> So we go back downstairs. >> I ain't gone 10 15 minutes a call. She's in 401. She goes up to 401 and she's in raised in hell. She done battered one of them. She's in raised in hell. Won't leave. So I said, "I'm not dealing with this right here." And she resisted all the way down. >> And like I said, he's doing the uh >> complaints and stuff. I'm going to do his booking. So, uh, >> but she'll start she'll start racing. >> Just calm down. >> If you want to drink drinking four dudes with no >> school. There's four white dudes that got their their places up there. It's fine. >> Okay. >> In the end, the woman was charged with battery, resisting an officer without violence, trespassing, and disorderly intoxication. Chloe's case was indeed insane, but not as insane as Sarah, who thought her medical condition was a free ticket to behave in an erratic manner. >> You touched my stuff. You don't know where it's going. >> Stop. >> You're under arrest. >> No, I am not. >> Yes, you are. >> No, I am not. >> I don't know what you're going through in life right now. I can't imagine. >> Brain tumor. I'm dying. Touch me. Don't touch me. Touch me. And touch me. >> I don't want to. I am not a criminal. >> I did not hit or hurt anybody. >> On May the 7th, 2024, officers were dispatched to a local hotel following reports of a customer who refused to leave the premises. Once officers arrived at the scene, the hotel staff gave a brief recount of Sarah's despicable attitude towards staff and explained how she'd been an utter nuisance throughout her stay in the hotel. >> The housekeepers went to knock right now to the service. uh she has a dog and the she opened the door so the dog ran out. One of our housekeepers kind of got scared she moved out of the way. So then she comes out and grabs her dog and since housekeepers don't really understand uh English, don't communicate English with her that well. Uh she called the the housekeeping manager to see what's going on. When my housekeeping manager gets there, the lady's yelling at her. She's like, "You guys are not letting me into my room." This and that. So then my she's like, "I'm calling the cops." So my ma my housekeeping manager came down. She's like, "Hey, a guest is upset. We don't know why." I go up there. She was on the phone with you guys. And then out of the nowhere, I asked her, "What's the problem?" And I can't get back into my room and you guys locked me out. And I was like, "Wo." I was like, "I just got here. What's going on?" She was like, "And don't yell at me again." And then she was like, "Well, you guys are not letting me in." And then my housekeeper manager tried to explain to me in Spanish what the other housekeeper said, and she cussed her out. She was like, "Don't be talking to about me in Spanish, this and that." And I told her, "Ma'am, you can't be talking to us like that. I want to ask you to leave." And then she's saying, "Oh, I'm really scared now. They're they're acting like I'm doing something bad." So, I'm like, "I just we don't want her here anymore." And she doesn't want to leave cuz when I called her earlier to tell her she needs to leave, she's like, "That's not happening. I'm not leaving." >> Is she back in her room? >> Yeah, she's back in her room. >> Okay. Let me wait for the other officer and then we'll go ask her to leave. After getting the employees statement, the officers headed to Sarah's room, hoping to swiftly remove her from the premises. However, within seconds of interacting with her, the deputies realize this would be a long and complicated case. >> Santa Fe Police Department. >> How's it going, Miss? >> It depends. Which side are you on? >> I don't know what that means. Uh, but here's the deal. Okay, so I spoke with the guy downstairs. Um, and then I read the information that you provided to dispatch about them letting your dog out. Um, regardless of what occurred, whether you believe they were rude or they believed that you were rude. Okay? We're not really here to dispute any of that. >> I didn't I'm sorry. >> I did not let my dog out on purpose. That was an accident. >> Okay. I need you sit in the hallway. >> I am busy packing. I'm getting ready to leave. >> You need to open the door. be to take my stuff out of the room. >> You need to open the door. >> I'm not going to open the door. Sorry. >> I'm short now. >> Sarah, hide. >> Sarah, you need to open the door. >> No, I don't open the door. >> Okay. If you don't open the door, you're going to go to jail. >> Do you want to go to jail? >> But right now, I am short of breath and I can't move. So, I need to rest for this. Give me 15 minutes. Okay. >> Do you need an ambulance? >> And don't get treated this way. >> Miss Hine, this is the Santa Fe Police Department. Officer Romero. >> You have to open the door. Okay. You're getting very close to a point where you're going to be placed under arrest if you do not open this door. >> King2571. >> Miss Hine, >> you need to leave the premises now. If you don't open this door, you're going to jail. I'm telling you right now. If you >> I asked you to bring I'm getting ready. I asked you to bring my stuff. If you can't bring in, I'm not opening the door. >> Bring what stuff? What? >> Not what I am going through, what I am doing is not going to jail. >> So, let me explain something to you, okay? If you leave on your own free will, you open this door and we walk with you outside. >> I am calling for somebody to take me to another place. I am short of breath. I have >> You can still open the door. >> You guys will have to live for a while. >> Miss Hine, you need to open the door. You're going to be placed under arrest. I have the right to privacy right now. I have asked for the dolly to take my stuff downstairs. Once I'm packed and my stuff is downstairs, then I'm gone and you don't have to deal with me again. >> How much time do you need to pack, >> honey? I'm still working on it. I told you I'm short of breath. I have a brain tremor. They're burning out. I can't think. I'm on bad medicine. I get short of breath. >> I hear that. But you need to open the door. No, I'm not opening the door until I'm all ready and you can get that thing back up here. >> With the door locked, Sarah thought she was invincible to the police. However, it didn't take long before the officers found their way in. >> Let's get going. Okay. >> When I'm done packing, >> I'm not done packing. >> Can we open his door? >> Would you let the dog back in? That's stupid to let him out. He's not out. The door. >> Snider, come here. Come here. >> I'm sorry. This is Bring me the stuff that I can put my stuff. >> It's right there. >> Is it okay? Can you bring it in? I'm short of bread. Do you want to check my pulse? >> I don't need to check your pulse if you need an ambulance. >> You don't care to check my pulse. >> I can call an ambulance. I'm not a medical professional, but I can call an ambulance for you. >> I have been treated very cruy and rudely. >> Finish packing your stuff, please. So we can get >> I can't because I'm short of >> If you don't pack your stuff, then I'll pack your stuff and I'll call an ambulance for you. Those are your only options. >> That is not the only option. >> Those are the only options. >> Those are not the only options. >> So I can call you an ambulance. They can check on you. Well, they're checking on you. I can pack your stuff for you. >> No, you're not touching my stuff. >> Then you need to leave and package your stuff. >> I'm trying. I have been working my >> So go ahead and start packing. >> Not right now. I'm taking a short breath because my pulseox is low. >> Okay. >> Snider, come here. >> Get an ambulance and I'll pack your stuff for you. >> Snider, come here. >> How old are you, ma'am? So I can get you an ambulance. None of your business. Spider, come on. >> If you refuse to leave, I'm telling you, you're going to >> I'm not refusing to leave. I'm refusing to finish packing right now because I'll pack your stuff for you then. >> No, you will not. >> Don't come close. >> Do not touch my stuff. I will sue you. >> You can sue me if you want, but we need to get going. >> Do you understand how I am? >> I can call you an ambulance, >> but we need you to leave the property. Okay. >> Do you know Do you know how grateful that makes me feel in Sanford? >> Listen, ma'am. I don't want to fight with you. I don't want to argue with you. >> I have a job to do. >> My person. >> Listen to me. >> Okay, fine. >> I have a job to do. Okay, that's your job. >> They no longer want you on the property. So, I have to ask you to leave. >> Okay, they've asked you to leave multiple times. You have to leave their property. >> Ask I was getting ready to get them something nice and say I'm really sorry because there is stuff there's medicine in my brain and I was going to say I'm sorry. >> While they tried to reason with her, Sarah began taking the officer's restraint for granted and became inappropriately handsy with them. A dire mistake that she'd come to regret much later. >> Listen, Dar, >> don't put your hands on me. >> Gentle be gentle. It's okay. >> I'm being very >> I had the the waitress knocked at my door. I opened the door. The dog ran out, ran into the room. I got locked out for 20 minutes. They left me locked out >> for 20 minutes. >> I'm sorry that you feel that that they were rude to you, but they need you to leave. >> Excuse me. I would like my purse. Thank you. >> There's no reason for you to be so aggressive. >> There is a reason for me to be aggressive and they've been nothing but mean to me. >> I need you to pack your stuff. >> I need to rest until my pulse goes back down. It's going to take 5 minutes. Why don't you guys go back downstairs? I'll be out. >> I'll pack your stuff. >> I'm not going to stay. I'm not going to poop in the room. Please do not touch my stuff. >> I will pack it for you. >> Please do not touch. >> Unfortunately, we can't wait. If you have a medical emergency, I can call an ambulance for you. Okay? But if if you do not have a medical emergency, you need to leave. >> It is a medical emergency. We'll >> call you an ambulance. >> It's not an ambulance needed. I needed to get over to Zia. >> Okay. >> To the rest place where they're going to fry my brain. >> We need to pack your stuff. Okay. >> Okay. Can we wait 2 minutes until I get my >> We've been waiting. So, I'll pack your stuff for you. What else do you need to go? >> Don't touch my stuff. You don't know where it's going. Touching an officer's face was one thing, but hauling a phone at one was another. At this point, the deputies were tired of Sarah's antics and decided to show her what law enforcers do to uncooperative cars. >> Stop. >> Let go of me. You >> let go of me. >> Stop. >> I'm trying to pack this for you. >> You're under arrest. >> No, I am not. >> Yes, you are. >> No, I am not. You tried biting me. You threw a phone on my officer. That is illegal. You do not do that. >> Please, would you please let me go? >> You do not do that. >> Can I have my phone? >> No. I'm sorry. You feel I'm really offensive. I was trying really hard not to be offensive. >> Ma'am, you grabbed my face and I >> I touched your face gently regardless. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry I touched you >> and I let it go. >> Okay. But you continue to be capable. >> I'm not trying to be difficult. I'm trying to get out of here and it upsets me more. >> Please let my wrists go. I promise I will. I will. >> She finish. >> Somebody can pick up my dog. >> So, whoever gets my UMR, I'm not going to jail. >> You are going to jail? >> I am not going to jail. >> Look, I'm a really >> I have no reason to be in jail. It's >> I don't want your dog to go to animal control. >> I'm done. My dog's not going to animal control. I'm going to Zia. I'm going to get my brain fried. Please let me go. I promise I will be very, very, very nice. I will get out of this. I will never ever look at this place again. I try to apologize for how I behave. This is unconscionable. If you knew who I am and what I have done and what I am going through, it's been very rude for these people. >> Can you hear me out? I I will listen to you. >> Okay. I've been nothing but nice to you. >> You have been nothing but nice to me. Yes, you have. I did not slap you touch you regardless. Okay. You still grabbed me. Okay. >> I did not grab you. I touched you. >> Listen, >> there's a difference. >> I didn't want things to escalate. So, I didn't do anything at that point. Okay. All I did was ask you to pack. I'm packing. >> Listen to me. You said you were going to hear me out, right? I asked you multiple times to pack. Okay. You said, "Oh, I need to catch my breath." I said, "Okay, we'll get you an apple to catch my breath." Okay, >> let let me out. So I you know it's been 15 minutes. If you let me out of my things and get me I will go sit on the >> Are you going to listen to me? >> I'm listening. Are you listening to me? >> I am. But you need to listen to me first and then I will listen to you. >> Your actions today. >> Okay. You can't throw stuff at me. You can't grab me by the face. >> Let me throw anything at you. I do the face. I touched you. >> You grabbed me with both hands to the face. I touched you. >> Listen to me. All I'm saying is touch and grab. Please just let me go. >> All I need is >> But your actions today are they're not reasonable. >> Well, they're not reasonable because my brain's not reasonable. And I totally admit that. And it's not my fault. And it pisses me off. >> She didn't actually bite you, did she? >> She tried. She grabbed me. >> I did not pinch. >> I did not. I wouldn't touch his. >> I don't need one. >> Listen real quick. Okay. We've we've already gone through this. Okay. Like we both agreed, I've been nothing but respectful to you, okay? >> I've been trying very hard. >> I have. >> All I'm asking, please take >> I'm going to tell you again, okay? I don't know what kind of interactions you've had with police officers, okay? But you can't grab me by the face, okay? >> And I let that go, okay? I All I did was ask you to leave and I still tried to >> I will not touch any of anybody else. Just please let me don't respect. >> But unfortunately, go. >> Unfortunately, we're we're past that point. Okay? So, you are going to be placed under arrest. After realizing messing with the officers was a terrible move, Sarah tried to apologize her way out of an arrest. However, it was already too late. The ship had long sailed. And one way or another, the woman was going to get her much deserved karma for being a terrible person. >> You want to sit up? >> I want I want this off. >> Fortunately, they're not too medication. I need it off. I'm not going to be mean anymore. I promise. If you want me sitting in your damn police car, you can take me. I will find somebody to come and get check your pants. >> Your pants aren't torn or anything. >> I didn't touch >> Yeah, she's not being very helpful with us. >> Did she yell at her? >> I can hear you. >> Did she yell at her? when we were here. >> Was she the one that she yelled at or she yelled at another housekeeper? >> There was another housekeeper, right? >> Okay. Are you okay? >> No, I hear you. I hear you. >> I promise I will not touch anybody. I will pack my stuff. I will leave this place and I will not bother anybody here ever ever again. >> Thanks guys. >> You think you guess what? >> Thank you. >> All right. Best of luck, miss. >> I'm going to send >> Do you want to give you guys a slides a note about how well I was taken care of? >> You're not going to get any assuming no. >> If you sit up, I can fix those for you. >> I cannot sit up. I'm sorry. >> Can you roll over? We'll send you up and I'll fix the >> the restraints on you. Can you reach down? I can't get up. I'm old. I don't have good. I have bruises all over my body. >> That hurt? No, that hurts. >> We have to stand you up regardless. >> I don't have to. Please. No, I don't have to. Please undo it. I'll lift it up. Just lift it up and then I'll get up. >> It'll work that way. The faster we get you up, the faster we can get you out of here. >> Works, too. >> You know how you put it on there, right? What you did, you can't be doing that. I did not do anything. >> Okay, so we're going to help you up slowly. The medic said you're fine. >> Don't pull on me. >> We have to send you up. >> Please don't pull on me. >> We have to send you up. Okay. >> Please don't pull on me. Please try to be gentle. >> The easiest way is if they sit you on your bottom and then we help you up. That way they're not pulling on your arm. >> If he is pulling on my arm, sir. >> You got to cooperate. >> I'm trying. >> Roll you on your side. I need you to kick your feet under you so I could so you could stand up. >> I'm still going to hurt. >> It's going to hurt a little bit. is hurting a lot right now. >> Ma'am, Miss Hine, you're under arrest. Okay, those handcuffs are not coming off. So, work with us the best way possible. >> No, if the handcuffs are coming off, I'm not moving. >> Unfortunately, they're not coming off, ma'am. So, I'm going to be very honest with you, okay? You We're going to ask that you go willingly on your own. Okay, >> I'm going to ask nicely. >> I'm going to tell you straight up what's going to happen, okay? If you do not go on your own, you're still going, but we will force you >> to get up and and go to our vehicle. >> Okay. >> So, I'm >> I swear to God, promise I will not touch you. Please un I know you can bend over. Undo this. I will stand up gently and then you can put the damn thing back on. >> You're under arrest. Okay. We're not taking those off. >> Okay, fine. Just Just bruise bruise. Get out of here. >> We don't want to hurt you. We're just trying to hurt you. >> Break all my break my clothes. Just sit up. >> There you go. >> There you go. >> Stand up. One. >> We're going to help you with your feet. >> Three. >> There you go. >> You want to put these on? >> Here's your shoes. >> Let go. Let go of me. I need to finish packing my stuff. So, I have my stuff. >> Fortunately, we gave you a chance and you declined that. So, now we get to pack your stuff. >> I declined that because I was short of breath. >> Got plenty of breath to argue and fight with these guys. Put on your shoes. >> No, I'm not. >> Okay. Then you can go barefoot. That's >> Nope. >> Another question, man. You're going to walk down to the car one way or another. >> Can I get my purse? >> Where's it at? >> It's on the bed. >> Please be nice to my dog. He's gentle. >> Once Sarah was escorted out of the premises, the officers detained her in the police car and prepared to transport her to the hospital before heading to the station. Throughout this entire process, the woman was adamant about playing the victim and blamed her arrest on everyone but herself. >> Oh, yeah. I asked for that like 20 minutes ago. >> No, I asked because I was not physically able to get off the floor with these tight things. I'm going You're going to find that I have bruise all over my body from what's going on. And now it's worse. I did not hit you. I touched you gently. And you're buying that I hit you. And I think that's wrong. >> I taught my Oh, Jesus. >> Other officers. >> I did not pinch him. >> That's what you guys are saying. >> I'm sorry. I can't do that. >> You have no choice, ma'am. >> I But it hurts. So, can I slow down a little bit so it doesn't hurt? >> Take your time. The best way is to slide more in that way. If I didn't have a fat, maybe I wouldn't slide would slide easier, wouldn't I? Maybe if I had shorter legs. God damn it. I can't. It hurts. I'm not going anywhere. >> I was not a horrible person. I cannot believe this. You're sitting on the seat. >> I can't. I'm sorry. I can't move. Quit playing with my ass. >> Get your hand off my ass. >> Grabbing the seat belt. >> If you're going to be a seat belt, get your hand off my ass. If you're going to be rude to me, I'll be rude back. >> We're going to bring you your purse and your shoes, and I have your cell phone. Okay, Miss >> Thank you. I appreciate that. >> So, real quick, Miss Hine, you do have some belongings here. Okay. I just have to make you aware that your belongings are going to stay here. When you do come to pick them up when you get out of jail, you have to give us a call and we can come and stand by. >> Can you come and help me, please? I asked yesterday when I came down from task if I could just drop them off. It took me 2 hours to get from treatment at 3:00 to 5:00 here to check in because they wouldn't let me check my stuff. I have been nice. I've been walking my dog. I've been picking up his stuff. I've been quiet. And now this is I asked for juice this morning. She goes, "Oh, there's no juice." And I have been treated more rudely than ever. And now I'm the one who's bearing the thing and they get to live with it. I was getting ready to All my stuff goes into that one place. >> Listen, you're you're you're not getting arrested because of how you were treated or how you felt. You're getting arrested because of the things that you did when we asked you to leave. Okay? I asked nicely to not leave and I was not given options. >> Unfortunately, when they ask you to leave, you got to leave. Okay. And then your actions after that are just unacceptable. >> Okay. >> Could we just get here so I can take this off? I am in pain. >> Give us a second. Okay. We're getting your stuff now. We're going to get you some shoes and stuff. Okay. What's your telephone number? >> Not telling. >> So, the the reason that we're asking is that way animal control can call you when when you get out. You can go pick up your dog. >> 719. I appreciate that. It hurts me too hard to move around. >> Can you undo it, please? >> What's that? >> Can you undo the wrist, please, so I can move? >> Unfortunately, we can't till we get inside. >> Okay. >> Can you hold my shoulders, please? Just touch me so I No, don't push. Let me stand up. >> I'm trying. I'm really trying. Okay. You know I'm not a stupid stupid woman. >> I believe that >> we all do cuz we all commit mistakes. I don't know what you're going through in life right now. I can't imagine >> brain tumor. I'm >> all Where where do I go? >> This way over here. >> Inside the clinic. Sarah tried to use her health problems as an excuse to get special treatment from the officers. However, the law enforcers were done playing nice with Sarah and saw through her pity scheme. Have a seat on. >> No, I want my wrist off. It hurts me. It's physically hurt. I have breathing problems and I have bruising and I cannot see. >> We can put two sets of cuffs on. >> You can put You can undo these and then put them in front and I will be half much happier and you will be much happier and it will be more comfortable. But it will happen right now. Please, >> I asked nicely several times. You can you can glue each of my arms to one of the labels. I just can't have them behind me, sir. It's not physically able. >> Well, unfortunately, they are going to be behind you. Okay. >> They will not be behind me. >> You will put one here and one here. My wrist will be in front. I'm not You're not moving my wrist. They hurt too bad right now. I am in pain and I will not move until I >> Once he gets back, we'll make a determination. >> Okay. You You keep a determination. I really >> I am not a terrible person and I did not slap you. I didn't say that you touched you. Yes, you did. I touched you. >> Why did you grab me? >> Did not grab you. I touched you. >> Let me ask you a question, Miss Hanks. If I grabbed you by the face right now, >> touch me. Go ahead and touch me. Touch me. Go ahead and touch me. >> I don't want to. >> You can touch me and it's not going to hurt me. >> You would feel that it was inappropriate? >> No, I would not necessarily because I'm a medical person and you touch people when you're a medical person to make sure that they're medical. >> You're you'reating something that you have. Have a seat over here now. >> You need to go sit back over there. >> No, I'm sitting here cuz it's more comfortable and I need my I need this off. [Music] >> Go back over there. >> No, I'm not. You're going to remove my >> I'm not >> being open to remove it until they remove it to find out why you've brought me here. >> Go back and sit over here. >> No, I'm sitting right here and it's much more comfortable. >> This is This is the nursing station. You can't sit over here. >> Well, I'm sorry. When they undo my wrist, then I can go back over there and sit. I'm not a mean person. >> You need to go back over there, mister. >> My name is Will. >> Hi, Will. I'm Sarah Hine. I'm a physician assistant. I have a brain tumor. I am in terrible pain. They have been horrendous to me for an hour. >> Sarah, my name's Will. I'm one of the doctors. I appreciate your PA. I was looking at the glyobblasto multiform. I know that, but we also, and you know this as somebody who works in medicine, we don't negotiate, right? We can't let you sit at the nursing station. I Okay, I get my negotiation is please don't do that's all I want. I need you to come. >> I'm going to stand. Okay, I'm standing there. >> That's fine. You can stand. >> I'm standing there. I'm not I will not sit in your place. >> I'm sorry. I have been through horrendous activity this morning. >> Okay. I'm just going to try to figure out what's going on. All I'm going to ask is that you stand right here. >> All I'm going to ask is I do my wrist. >> So, you're claiming that we >> beat you up. >> I am not claiming that you beat me up. I am claiming that you pushed me onto the table, ripped my arms behind my back, and put the wrist on. >> Can I take some pictures of you to document your injuries? You said you had some bruising and stuff. >> When I get in the room, I'm going to take my top off, and you're going to see the bruises. >> Can I take a picture of what I can see right now? >> You can take a picture of what you see right now. >> I am not a criminal. I did not hit or hurt anybody. >> Can you please? >> You can put them in the front for now, but when we transport you, we're going to have to put him back in the back. Please put them in the front. >> But I I need an assurance from you that you're going to cooperate. >> I am I have given you an insurance for 30 minutes, 45 hour. I will not hurt or you will shut my mouth up. All you have to do is just hide in the chair. >> Don't touch her with the salt. >> Well, no. Whatever. She to >> I didn't do anything. >> Have a seat. >> This is the issue that we're having now. >> I didn't do a thing. I didn't do anything. Not only that you're going to complain and stuff, but your actions are something else. Okay. >> I asked you nicely to remove these and fix me. >> That's not the way. >> I am a nice person. >> I I I don't doubt that. >> After the woman's relentless nagging, the officers finally decided to have mercy on her and adjust her cuffs. >> Will you move your handcuffs to the front ladies? Like I said, okay. >> If you act up or do anything, >> you're going to end up back. >> I am not going to act up. For Christ's sake, I'm an elderly lady. I have a tumor. Thank you. Thank you. >> Let me see your hand. Turn on. >> I have to be careful. Let me see your hand. I don't dispute. Okay. What you're saying, okay? >> Can you loosen this side? >> Let me see. >> I'm sorry. I'm not going to hit you. I'm doing range of motion in my shoulders. Okay. >> Please. >> It needs to be this. Okay. >> Once you get to the gel, I don't want to look at you. Okay, just shut me in. I quiet. I'm just not going to look at anybody. I'm going to try to be good. >> I'm very upset and very frustrated. >> I'm going through hell and here I am at the jolly jolly hell. V so proud of my life. Just >> the only thing I did was simply ask you to leave. I asked to leave and I told you I had shortness of breath and I needed to spend some time packing. It's the guy at the front desk who's being more than rude to you and me. >> She didn't want to get vital or anything. >> Ready, Miss Fine. Ready. >> Ready for what? >> We We got to go. I will go after I get my pants fastened up. Professor, >> I cannot with these on. I need some assistance. >> Somebody else helped me take them down and did not help me put them back. >> I didn't see anybody taking your pants off. >> That doesn't matter. But I will not leave until my pants are fastened. And I do not think that that's unreasonable. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> Hey, put your pants back on, >> please. Thank you. >> Are they here? Can we shut the door? >> They don't want to see my >> Yeah. So they can shut the door. >> Okay. >> To the back. Okay. >> Please don't. >> I have to. It's our >> Can you make it loose to the back? It hurts so bad. >> I'll use two sets of cuffs. Okay. But it's our policy. >> Okay. It hurts when this happens. >> I understand that, but we have to go with you. Okay. >> I know because I'm such a mean. Not worth bumping in the world today. I know what he said. >> Well, that's fine. Okay. I'm sorry. I hope this never happens to your mother or your grandmother. >> You don't have to face the wall. >> I'll stick my tummy out. Could >> do that if you want. >> I can do whatever I want to. >> I could, but then I'd have to stay here the rest of my life and you guys would enjoy me so much. >> In the end, the woman was charged with two counts of assault upon a police officer, resisting arrest and criminal trespass. Just like Sarah, this woman also thought she could scream at people in a school and get away with it. >> I wasn't talking to her and I wasn't doing that. So before you come in, you can listen to my part, too, because that is a part of the >> Okay, we're going to stop right there. Go. >> No, I'm not going nowhere because >> then you're going to be arrested for trespassing. >> No, you need to call the cops because that's not >> I'm leaving with my daughter. Do not Are you kidding me? >> Yeah, that's what we're doing. On September the 21st, 2023, officers in Florida responded to a call about an enraged parent who had stormed into a middle school demanding answers about an incident involving her daughter. The situation rapidly escalated as the parents behavior became increasingly erratic and confrontational, pushing school administrators to their limits. Upon arrival of the cop, she was met by the school's principal, who had attempted to deescalate the situation by calmly inviting the parent to discuss the matter privately. However, the parents' fury had reached a boiling point, and she was in no mood for a rational conversation. As tensions rose, it became clear that this confrontation was about to take a quick turn of events that no one anticipated. >> We're going to talk about side. I wasn't talking to her, and I wasn't doing that. So, before you come in, you can listen to my part, too, because that is a part of the >> Okay, we're going to stop right there because No, this is I'm I'm going to tell you right now how it works. She's the principal of this property. She gets to say who gets on this property. So, she says, "You got to go. like that. But >> you got to go. >> No, I'm not going nowhere because >> then you're going to be arrested for trespassing. >> No, then you need to call the cops because that's not going to happen. >> Ma'am, I am a police officer >> and I don't need you. >> So you could Don't me. I'm leaving with my daughter. >> I'm leaving with my daughter. Don't stop. >> Are you kidding me? >> Yeah, that's what we're doing. >> If you fight, ma'am, it's >> I'm not fighting you. But you can let me >> No, absolutely not. >> We're not doing this. I'm calling my husband. Ma'am, >> this is crazy. I'm being arrested because you guys let my joint get spit off. I'm not touching. I'm not calling my husband. >> Stop. Stop. >> You're hurting me. >> Stop. We'll stop fighting. >> I want the cameras of this because you're enjoying this. >> Stop. >> You're enjoying it. >> Ma'am, you're making it worse for yourself. >> I'm not doing nothing. You My wallet is in the way and I'm not dropping my wallet. >> Drop it. It's going to be I'm going to pick it up. >> Ma'am, >> I'm trying to turn. I'm trying my best to not hurt you, but if you keep fighting, this is going to be on you. >> You guys enjoy this. This is crazy. >> Ma'am, I'm not going to tell you again. Stop. I'm moving for you to do. >> You're the one having a panic attack. >> You can't control your I wrapped around my shirt. >> Can you stop around my shirt? >> There you go. You >> stop. All because I want the documents for my daughter. >> I hope you guys have a good time in court. And paperwork should be documented too that you guys illegally >> everything is on my camera so don't you worry. Everything is all set. >> I know. And I told you guys that you had a teacher spit in my daughter's face. >> Okay. And you did not contact me. >> Have a seat. >> You got my shirt wrapped up into I don't my Thank you. I would like my phone to call my husband, too. >> As the officer attempted to reason with the furious parent, her defiance reached to new heights. Her refusal to comply with lawful orders left the officer with no choice but to take more forceful action. The ensuing struggle revealed how far this parent wasn't willing to comply. Her behavior raised serious questions about the underlying issues that had driven her to such extremes. >> And I want the documents about my my daughter being spit on by a person and I wasn't notified about that. >> Can you drop me? >> You guys are hiding documentation. So, I'd like that. >> And I'm glad you guys dismissed her yesterday, but you should have notified me. That's all I wanted. But you guys can't. You came in here like you miss hot shot and [ __ ] >> Trespass after the morning. >> And you have them twisted. So that's why it's not going on right cuz you panicked and had like an anxiety attack. >> There was no panic. >> No, you didn't need to go that far. I hole for yourself. No, I didn't. Ask that lady right there. I said I wanted to have a conversation. I'm not sitting down. I'm sitting down. I leaned forward and said I wanted to have the conversation in the back. You guys, she got some stuck up her ass and then you came in here with your mouth. >> Okay. You guys we're going to go to my car. >> And by the way, you're going to be in trouble for like not having somebody arrested. >> Sure, ma'am. Absolutely. Whatever you say. >> Don't push me. >> You fix my shirt. My stomach. >> No, absolutely not. We're going to go. Ma'am, I'm not pushing me. You're pushing me. >> Stop. No. You're pushing me. Stop. >> I'm glad you're enjoying. >> Do you have anything on you that's going to poke me? Make me hurt me? You mean reading my rights? >> I don't need to read your rights. I'm not asking you any questions about any criminal. >> Well, you can't arrest somebody without reading their rights. >> That's not how it works, ma'am. But sure. I think you watch too much TV. >> Do you have any other things? Any pockets? Anything on you? >> 56 576. >> 576. Go ahead. >> Hey, I'm going to need you to widen your >> 94. I heard you said four. >> Yeah, I'm still getting a uh 94. >> You should ask for backup, too. >> Oh, man. such an attack. >> I'm going to hurt everybody so bad. >> Okay, I'll make sure to note that in my report. So, >> I would like you to call my husband, too, while you're at it, cuz they're the only ones that pick up my children. I am. >> Even as she was placed in the police vehicle, her defiance showed no signs of subsiding. Her continuous complaints and accusations painted a picture of someone unwilling to be accountable. Despite attempts to reason with her, she remained uncooperative. Her mood swinging wildly between aggression and victimhood. Her refusal to engage in constructive dialogue left authorities with limited options. It became apparent that resolving this peacefully would be no easy task and that this incident was far from over. >> So listen, now that now that you've calmed down, okay, I I need to ask you a few questions if that's okay, right? Because you have to understand why I took the action that I took, right? >> No. >> Okay. So >> I don't agree with you. >> Okay. So So here's the thing, right? when you're so belligerent. >> I wasn't belligerent until she confronted me. That's why I said, "Are you going to let me finish or do I have to roll out the window again?" >> But you guys aren't listening. >> You're talking over me and you're interrupting me. You're doing the same thing you did when you were inside. >> This is what landed you underestimated. >> Get that to me inside. >> Okay. >> You did the same thing I'm doing. >> You know what? Since this is not going to happen, then we have nothing left to say. >> To get a clearer picture of the incident, the officer met with the principal for further clarification. The suspect's misconduct had made it challenging to gather reliable information at the scene. >> So, what happened when she came in? >> So, I walked in the side door and I heard her yelling the side door and I figured I'd put my stuff in. I'll come back. I told Miss Aaron I was going to take her to the back. I came out and I said, you know, nicely at first, hey, why don't you come to the back? She said, no, you're going to do tell me who's spitting my daughter's face. I said, we're not going to do it out here. I want you to come to the back. She said, no. And then she went on and on. You're going to blah blah blah blah cursing and so forth. to say, "You're not going to be able to do that here." She continued on. "Yes, I am because you're going to do XYZ." And I said, "Ma'am, if you continue, I'm going to have to put you off the campus. I'm going to trespass you." I was clear. You're not going to do blank to me. Blank blank blank. So, I called you the first time. Then I decided, "Okay, let me see if she'll calm down." Because I called her. Let me see if she'll calm down. I heard your response and then I said, "Why don't you calm down? Let no, you can call whoever you want to call." And >> and then it just >> she continued on until you walked in and >> I thought she would calm down when you walked in and you could get her outside and and I could I could explain to her that we trespassed the sub. She's not welcome here anymore. She can't come back anymore that I had already handled it. I I was trying to >> This has to do with that that cell that was Yes. >> Okay. So if she see I couldn't get any information. couldn't do anything either because she kept going on. If she would have given me an opportunity, I would have told her I suspended the lady. She can't come back to our school. >> Even after she kind of semi I don't want to say semi calmed down. After she kind of quieted down sitting in her car, I thought maybe that could calm it. She still wouldn't get she kept saying that her daughter was spit on. So that was an incident where the substitute teacher was yelling and spitting as she talked and she took it as like a >> Yes. Yes. Yes. >> Okay. Yes. And I wanted to explain that to her. Didn't want to trespass, but I can't have her scaring all the rest of the parents up front. >> Yeah. No, that was belligerent. And she That was Listen, we did what we had to do. Um, do we have students name so I can at least look up information cuz she just has a New York ID. >> Her scholars name. Yeah. >> Um, yes. I'll get that. Ask Miss Kimbro who um the sixth grade uh clerk. >> Sixth grade clerk. Okay, cool. >> Okay. All right. Thank you. >> No problem. Eventually, she was charged with trespassing after a warning and resisting arrest. The next case involves a woman named Jennifer who turned a fire extinguisher into a deadly weapon to avoid paying for a meal. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. >> On the 17th of January, 2023, Jennifer was confronted with her bills at a restaurant. And when she could see no other way out, she turned a fire extinguisher into a dangerous weapon. And what ensued was a chaotic scene. >> Stop. Stop. Stop. [Music] When officers finally got a hold of her, Jennifer switched tactics and became very obnoxious. But the officers knew exactly how to handle her. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> Get all >> No. Get up. >> What do you mean get up? You [ __ ] reach. You're holding me by the hand. >> Even though the whole atmosphere was foggy and it was difficult to see, Jennifer continued to be abusive towards the officer. She had no idea what was going to happen next. >> You're a monster, dude. You're a monster. >> A scammer does this to me and tells me he's going to pay my f to eat because he can hear me in a bar. >> Yeah, you going to jail. >> And I leave a tip. And I leave a tip. And this is the thanks I get for leaving a tip. >> I don't care. >> Stop. >> I don't care. >> Okay. >> You can break my bones and I'll sue you. >> Stop. orange. >> Sit down. Do not get up. >> What you did is wrong. >> Lady, you're about to get Stop. Stop. Stop. >> Why? >> What are you going to do? Hurt me? >> Take it to the >> Does it make you feel good? >> Yeah. You want to just take the car? >> It makes you feel good. >> My car is at D3. You want this right here? >> Yeah. >> It makes you feel good. Oh my god. >> Yeah. How could you guys do this over? >> Yeah. The female gave me when I came >> airport. You want me to wash your face off? >> He told me. >> Do you want me to wash that off your face? >> Listen. >> Yes or no? >> He told me that he was >> all right. >> The bill and then all I needed to do was leave a tip >> and then he left. And this is how you treat me. >> Okay. >> You're [ __ ] monsters. >> Okay. All right. But yeah. Okay. Sure. >> I can give you his phone number. >> Yeah. Okay. >> He gave it to me. >> You don't give a [ __ ] about the law. >> Stop. Stop. >> You hear me? Stop >> the water. After failing to have it her way, Jennifer decided to change her tactics yet again. But at every turn, the smart cops knew exactly what to do >> from criminals. >> Yeah, I'm going to need them down here. >> Get off. >> Stop >> right now. >> I'm pregnant. >> Stop. >> I am pregnant. >> Well, act like you're pregnant. Stop. Why don't you not put your knee on a pregnant woman? You stupid lifeless. >> What are you going to do more than you already have? >> You power hungry sucker. >> Huh? Does it make you feel good? >> You got >> You going to go home and be nice about it? >> Yeah. Go ahead. >> Go ahead. >> Try ahead. >> Three. Go ahead. >> Go ahead. All right, that's fine. >> Takes three men to take you. Get off of me. You're going to break my femur, you uneducated pig. >> After hailing insults on the officer, Jennifer deliberately ignored several warnings to behave herself. So, the officer decided to teach her another lesson. >> What did I tell you? >> Get back on the ground. Do not do that. >> Do not touch. >> You're going to go back face down. You abus >> racist. >> Sit down. >> Get off my >> sit down. >> Get off. >> You're about to go back face first. We can yell all night. That's fine. >> Your body cam on. >> Yeah, it's on. >> All right. >> Whatever. If it's showing, she sprayed the hell out of me. >> And I told my off. >> When firemen came to help her with her arm, Jennifer's response to the fireman was just as bad. But they clipped her wings. >> Save me. >> Can you stop for me? What's your name? >> Save me. >> What's your name? >> I want to go back to say Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. And this is where things really got interesting. >> You have to say my name. >> Hey, boss man. What's your name? >> What's your name? >> You have to say my name. >> Okay. Well, I can't guess every name in the book. So, here's how it's going to go, my man. >> Okay. Hold on. Hold on. Listen to me. Listen to me. >> You're under arrest right now. You understand that? Okay. So, you're going to go down to the jail. Now, here's the issue. If you don't tell us who you are, that jail is not going to release you. Okay? So, you are going to have to sit behind a behind a bar in a cell until you tell us who you are. So, why don't you tell us your name now >> and we can work all this out. All right. >> Okay. >> So, what's your name, boss? >> Yeah. My name's Jared. What's your name? >> Mighty. >> Marty. >> Mighty. >> What's your last name? >> Mighty. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. Okay. If for whatever reason you turn into mighty Mo, you decide to resist me, it's going to be a fight between me and you out here. Then what's going to happen is the deputies going to come out here, the boys in green, they going to pile on. >> I don't know. I ain't been here today. It don't matter. Either way, they going to come to my aid. >> All right. We're not going to do that. It's not enough. >> Listen, if you got anything on your on your in your possession that shouldn't go in that jail, like drugs, anything else, it'll be an extra charge. All right. >> How got you in here, dog? Oh, what in the world? >> Well, you shouldn't do things >> that cause the police to drop you to the floor. >> Oh, you dropping? >> Yes. Oh, I'm tripping. Yes. There you go. Okay. He's crying. He's crying. Okay. In July 2020, officer Cameron Machioweski of Sterling Heights, Michigan, rushed to a home in Walm Drive after a 3-week old girl choked on her bottle and stopped breathing. He was the first on the scene and immediately sprang into action. Time was not on their side. The baby was slipping away. And if he waited for EMS, the worst could happen. >> Hey, what's going on with the baby? Okay. Okay, let me Okay, calm down. Calm down. Calm down. At the hospital, doctors revealed the bullet had pierced his lung, bruised his heart, and damaged his liver. He later made a full recovery. On the other hand, the suspect, Nicholas Mitchell, passed away as a result of his injuries. The next case involves a heroic officer who risked his life to save a man from getting run over by a train. The red shirt man was fortunately saved and suffered no injuries.
