This This has happened multiple times. You call us on 911 say you need help and then we show up and you say you don't need help. So, is there any emergency tonight? >> There was, but I feel that you guys have qualmed it and I'm sorry about that. I'm willing to pay $1,000 right now if you want me to write you a check. >> No. >> There must be a way out of this. I can pay you. >> No. >> Karens are known to have a knack for taking everything for granted. A few have been known to dial 911 just for fun, but what really happens when these entitled Karens treat emergency lines like their personal complaint hotline. >> Did you call 911? >> The way I am you know, you are. The way you are and I am. >> I'm the way I what? I'm not understanding. >> Can I Can I HAVE A WHITE OFFICER over here, please? >> STOP. >> WHY? >> HERE ARE SEVERAL MOMENTS WHEN certified entitled Karens call 911 for the dumbest of reasons. Starting with the queen of pointless 911 calls. Her thirst for attention earned her a ride in cuffs. >> What's going on? >> Uh she's just She just called 911 a whole bunch of times. But then she was, you know, saying it was a prank. You were in the restroom using a cell phone. >> Why? >> Yeah. >> Why? >> remember? >> Why? Why? >> It's kind of looking like you're going to county. >> Is it? >> It's kind of looking like that. >> Is it? You're being honest. >> I'm being honest. >> Around 7:43 a.m. on October the 11th, 2022, officers were dispatched to Gabriella Collins' residence after a 911 call that set off a few alarm bells. Gabriella had first asked for someone to come over, only to hang up without much explanation. When dispatch tried to call her back, she brushed it off as just a prank. A second call back didn't make things any clearer. She barked, "Stop calling me. I'm busy." and hung up again. Sensing that something wasn't adding up, officers knew that they had to check things out before a prank turned into real trouble. >> I know you did. >> Yes, I did. >> You dropped the water bottle. Come on. Are you okay? >> I'm fine. I just want to go to bed. >> Hold on one second. We just want to make sure you're okay. >> I'm good. Thank you. >> Hold on. >> Good. >> Well, why'd you Hold on. Hold on. Why'd you call 911? Who's your friend? >> I forgot. >> You don't remember? >> I I literally just smoked weed. I drank. >> You smoked weed and you forgot that soon. Why'd you call 911? Are you in distress? >> It wasn't me. >> It was you. Your voice on the phone. It was your voice on the phone. Are you okay? >> I'm fine. Thank you. >> Then why'd you call? >> I didn't. >> Why'd you call? >> I didn't. Thanks. >> Good. It's your voice. It's your voice. I know your voice. >> It wasn't my voice. >> Was it? >> No, it wasn't. I took my phone, like he said. Thank you. >> Hey, Gabby, we need to see if your friend is okay. >> Like my friend isn't here. >> Where are they? Can you tell me? >> They left. I don't know. >> Well, we need to find out if they're okay, cuz we're here to help. You know what I mean? Did you drop them off? >> No, I didn't. >> Well, you were you were driving. >> No, I wasn't. >> Gabby, the security guard showed us Yeah. >> What do you want to do then? What do you want >> We want to find out if you're okay. >> I'm great. My friend is great. I don't know. Go find them. I don't know where they are. Thank you very much. >> Who's your friend? >> I don't remember. I just smoked weed. I'm chill. >> What Why do you think your friend called? >> I forgot. >> Well, you were there. 22 7. >> Can I go? It's cold. >> Because you were driving. >> Oh. >> All right. So, here's the Here's the big problem. Take this and show your friend. >> I'm on duty. Am I starting and >> 15095. >> For our understanding, you called Why did you call 911 then? >> Um, I don't remember doing that, so I'm so sorry. >> Do you want to grab your phone and check to see if there's some type of glitch? Maybe we can help you with that. >> It's okay. >> It's There's no glitch. Your phone's fine. >> My phone's dead right now, so I can't >> Your phone's dead right now? How are you not helping us? >> I'm I'm telling you You're here for no reason. Like, just go. Leave. >> No, we're here because you called 911. >> Yeah, we're here because you called 911. >> We did. >> Well, I don't need you. Thanks. >> You just said you did. >> I don't need you. Okay. >> Why did you call 911 then? >> Okay. Well, cuz maybe I want to see your face. Thank you. >> She's playing this for Sarah for us. Well, she's going to bed. >> For now, she insisted with full confidence that she was fine. So, the officers let her be. Little did they know, this encounter was far from over. The real fireworks were just getting started. >> No. Yes, if you want to. >> Um, >> can you just go get the general Okay. Good. Okay, yes. Huh. >> Hello. Were you here when Gabby came through? >> No, that was Tom. >> Tom? >> What's going on? >> Uh, she's just she just called 911 a whole bunch of times, but then she was, you know, saying it was a prank and Yeah, so. >> She's prank you? >> Yeah. Have a great day, ma'am. Hey Gabby. >> Hi. >> Can you come out and talk to us for a second? >> Why? >> Just come outside and talk to us for a second. >> Why? >> All right, listen. You're under arrest for this using 911. >> What? >> Yeah. >> Why? >> This morning, remember? >> Why? Why? I didn't I didn't do it. >> Gabby, you did. >> No, no. No, please. No. Wait, can I just have my phone? >> All right. Yep. Hold on. Is there Do you have a key on you? >> No, it just It just goes in. >> Leave it unlocked? >> Yes. >> You got nothing on you? >> No. >> She was transported to the Vineland Township Police Department, where the weight of what she had done finally started to sink in. >> As soon as you squeeze as you can, all right? Over here. You got work or anything today? >> No. >> Watch your step, all right? >> Turn around. Left. Face wall. >> Thank you. >> All right, we'll take the cuffs off. As I take them off, just put your hands on the wall, all right? All right? >> Okay. >> Right behind you. All right. There you go. All right. You been thinking of >> No. >> Okay. Have you ever attempted suicide? >> No. >> Are you thinking about suicide now? >> No. >> Okay. All right, so we got Well, I don't even know if it's going to go on a warrant yet. Okay. So, I mean, depending on what the uh prosecutor says and your score, it'll go from there. So, worst case scenario, >> Not to like >> Listen, listen to me. Worst case scenario, you're going to have to you go to the county, all right? Best case scenario, you get released on a summons pending court date. All right? I'll be honest with you about it. Do you have a middle initial? >> No. >> Who bailed you out yesterday? >> Oh, my friend. >> Little Percy Purse. He's the working pizza pro. >> Were you born? >> Um, where was I born? >> Who's your employer? Where do you work? We don't know that yet. We don't know that yet, I told you. I'll be honest with you about everything. We're not asking any questions. Well, maybe we What I always think is do you want to write a statement? Is that what you want to do? Write a voluntary statement about what happened? Cuz it'll be submitted to the prosecutor. The gravity of it all started to weigh heavily on her and she quickly realized that she had little to no control over what was coming down the pipe. Break. You have to roll it, right? Scratch your wrist. So after this, I'm going to go back and sit in that room. Do you want to use the bathroom? >> No. >> Okay. I have to do some paperwork and then I'll find out where you're going, all right? >> Where are we going? >> Where are you either going to You're going to county or if you're going to All right. I'll let you know in a minute. All right. How long have you worked there? That coffee shop? >> 2 months. >> 2 months? How do you like it? >> It's all right. >> It's all right. I mean, it's working at a coffee shop. It's probably better than doing donuts, though. >> I don't want to I don't want to go to county. >> I hear you. I hear you. >> I really don't want to go to county. >> You probably won't have to. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> No. >> I I will tell you that like >> I already have two VOPs. >> You're not going to probably go to the county today, but next time Yeah, if your actions continue >> But like I I just needed I needed to call you guys. I just needed to call you guys. Like I Like >> Kaitlyn, if we ask you, do you need help? Do you need anything? Is there anybody you wish I knew out here in this situation? >> Yeah, because I don't >> That's That's That's That's what you need >> It's like >> Out of anybody I know in the past 2 years, we've offered you more help than anybody. >> While her call may have started as a prank, the officers weren't about to let her cry wolf and walk away unscathed. They were determined to ensure that she wouldn't report a drizzle unless she had already weathered a storm. >> I got a friends distant cousins and family members out there. >> No, because like I'm just like thinking you're such a young person. Maybe a restart in life would help you. You know >> I'm on probation. I can't leave the state. >> That's what probation is all about. I know people who are on parole, right? >> You know I'm thinking about that. >> And once they're done with parole, they've actually already gotten allowed to leave the state. So So, how long is your probation supposed to last for? >> It is. We'll see after this. I'll ask him for writing this time. I don't know. Couple years. >> How How many couple years? And when did it start? When did it start? >> Last week sometime. >> Your probation just started? >> I don't >> So, right there. So, right Excuse me, I don't even understand what I'm doing. Go on. Go on. Go again. Go there. Go. I think it's All right. Go back in that room, all right? I just got to Yeah. Yeah, grab that stuff. The health freak. Go on. Go on. Go on. Go on. Okay, what's the time? Can you use the bathroom? All right. I'm waiting. Like it's kind of looking like you're going to county. >> Is it? >> It's kind of looking like that. >> Is it? You're being mean. >> I'm being honest. I told you I'd always be honest with you. >> No. >> It's only going to be It'll only You might even get out today. >> No. >> Just use use the bathroom first. >> Wait. Why? Why? Why? >> Because your score was high. It had nothing to do with us. >> Why? No. No. No. No. Please, no. >> I know. I know. It's not up to us, Gabby, you know that. You know it's not up to us. Go to the bathroom, we'll talk after, okay? Go to the Yeah, we'll get to We'll get to you I want you to use the bathroom first. I'll get Leo on the phone call right after this, okay? What's What's the time, Jake? Say what? Well, we didn't think so. We didn't think so. Don't say that. >> With reality staring her down, regret and remorse quickly turned the once calm office into a pressure cooker. >> Like I said, I'm crazy, guys. Like that's my humor, like that's so stupid. That's so stupid. They should have just told you. Like I'm sorry. They should have said why. Like I Like again, I don't know. That's stupid. Again, I haven't been drinking. I've been going to Kelly. I've been doing everything. Like I've been to Mr. Corky, and I just paid off a thousand dollar bail. I just paid a thousand dollar bail to get um here yesterday. So Mr. Corky Like I I Like again, I've been doing everything I have to. Like that was the one thing yesterday. Like I Like I told you. They called They called They called you guys. They called you guys. And let me tell you why. I shouldn't have just told you. I didn't misuse Like I didn't misuse I misused the phone. >> I I definitely I told you. It's over at the prosecutor's office. Up to them. No, that's not them. >> Who is? >> That's for the lines calling in. Come on. You want to make a phone call? >> I don't know my heart. Like I'm so I don't want to go. >> Listen, you're not even You might not even be out tonight. >> Really, it's so bad. Like I I called you. Like I needed you. Like it wasn't a joke. IT WASN'T A PRANK. LIKE I needed to call. Like I needed to. Like I'm sorry I said that. Like >> I understand. Come on. Let's go Let's use the phone real quick. Come on. It's not a definite yet. >> Is the white what made you say that then? >> Cuz it's leaning towards that. I'm telling you I was going to be honest with you. Your score was high. >> But cuz like you said it was He was like He was like your score wasn't that bad. He was like it wasn't like a 6.6 where you're going to go. Like he said >> It's not a 6.6, but I'll tell you right now it was a force That's still pretty high. >> Cuz he said that >> from the prosecutor's office. And then we told him we called the prosecutor's office and that's what they're recommending, but now it has >> the county. They're recommending like the court and the judge doesn't The judge never says like >> He says no. >> He never says no. >> He does. >> He never says no. >> Yeah. We don't know who it is. You want to make a phone call? >> I'd love to see someone I'd love to see someone before I go. >> No. >> I'm definitely going. You have to >> You're not definitely You're not definitely going. I already said that. It's leaning heavy towards that though. >> Why are you laughing? >> Don't give me that. Somebody's on the phone. >> Did you say out to them? >> It's the judge. Listen. Yeah. I'm I'll even let you have two phone calls, all right? You can call somebody now. And then when we find out when we when we know it definite, I'll even let you make another phone call. >> Why did she cut you off like that? >> Because your Cuz because because your score was high. That's why. >> But I needed you guys. Like I didn't purposely do that. >> Okay, and you can ex- And you can explain that to them. >> A grown woman seeking attention could have called anyone, but not an emergency number for a prank. Unfortunately for her, this stunt would be etched into her record as one of the dumbest, and the fire was only just beginning to burn. >> I really don't like remember last time I thought it was going to be like what I literally thought it was going to be I mean last time I also >> Try to get whatever you need to get out right now, and then you can call me. >> Like after? >> Meaning like >> Cuz right now you're just guessing. Once we have an answer, then you then you can at least tell them something. Now you're you're not really telling them anything. >> Whatever information you need to get across right now, you can just kind of get it across to them. >> Well, last time this time >> Just tell them who you need to contact. And then you'll we'll give you another, you know, chance. >> Unfortunately, this isn't like >> Hey. Cuz you're you're holding yourself up right now cuz you're having to sit here and wait. >> I was supposed to like >> Instead of figuring out what's going on. >> Is that what you guys have been doing all day? >> Yeah, that's what we're waiting. We're waiting. >> I'm like >> I'm like that's >> We're trying to get answers. >> Yeah, but that's like real deal. >> All right, so >> You're going to get another phone call. So >> What? I said I was so sorry. I said I was so sorry. I literally could I wouldn't be sitting right here if I didn't if I just said why I called. Yes, say say she's really sorry. Yeah, say that. See, she's really sorry. Um Wait. So, you will be able to pick me up from the courthouse tonight if that's even a thing. All right. If I'm at um Yeah, if that's a thing, it will be that. But, if I end up going to the the jail, if I end up going to jail, I'll call you from there. Or I'll let you know. I'll let you know and then I'll call you. Yeah, and then I'll let you know when visiting days are, if they're still doing that. All right? It might be like that. It might be that. It might be like the same exact thing as last time. I think this time I didn't I didn't get a DUI or have any cops, but like, I just have a really big feeling about that. All right. Yeah, okay. I'll let you know when I find that out. All right, I have to go. >> At the time of making this video, updates about her charges remain unavailable. While Gabriella's action got equal and opposite reaction, she was way better than this racist Karen who made a ridiculous call so nonsensical even in her drunken state, she couldn't articulate why. >> You know, I already gave her a courtesy ride here earlier today and now she's calling 911 doing 911 hang-ups. >> Please, CAN I GET A WHITE OFFICER over here, please? >> Ma'am? >> Yes. Can I get a white officer over here? >> Does >> who is a suspect, that a white guy. So, >> She told you a white guy? She told us a black guy. >> On March the 17th, 2024, officers from the Winder Police Department rushed to the Holiday Inn Express in Bethlehem, Georgia after a string of disturbing 911 calls from a woman claiming that she was being situation that had all the makings of serious trouble. >> I think she's drunk right now. >> So, she was not the cause of the disturbance. >> Yeah, she caused a disturbance and then went back up to her room and I guess called us and then hung up. >> Winder Police. Hey. >> She called. >> Did you call 911? >> No, I did not. >> Yeah. >> No, I called 911 on the person that was like me. Breaking in my face. >> Breaking into your face? >> Yeah, not me. >> Is there anybody here with you? >> No, it's just it's just my aunt on the phone. >> Can I talk to her? >> Yeah. >> What's her name? >> I don't know. Evelyn. >> Hi Miss Evelyn, this is Sergeant Yoder. How are you? >> I >> What uh can you tell me what's going on? Okay. Cuz she run down to the front steps or the front desk and she told the clerk that uh somebody had tried and then this random guy pulls up in a truck and walks in the door and she said, "That's him right there." And the guy had just pulled up. She's extremely intoxicated. So, we're I mean, you know, I offered gave her a courtesy ride here earlier today and now she's calling 911 doing 911 hang-ups. I mean, we can't keep running out here, you know. With her calling 911. Is there a family member or something that might be able to come take care of her or >> Well, her mother was trying to take care of her. >> That's why she ended up here. Okay. >> All right. What's your name, ma'am? >> Amy. >> Say it again? >> Amy. >> Amy? >> Yes. >> Okay. Are you okay today? What's What's So, give me a run down of what all happened. >> So, so somebody came into this room. >> Uh-huh. Okay. I'm listening. >> You know, I don't want to All right. So, so somebody came into this room. >> Uh-huh. >> And I >> Okay. >> I was like, all right, whatever. You know, I I I got some tequila in here. >> Okay. Okay. How much have you had to drink tonight? If you could guess. >> Oh, I barely even opened this thing. >> You barely even opened it? Okay. Okay. And you say you're the only one in here? >> Yeah. >> Okay. How long you been been in this room? >> Since yesterday. Yesterday. >> Since yesterday? And >> I don't know why I'm being investigated. >> No, we're asking questions. You called us, right? So, we have to we have to do our job and ask questions. >> He's the one that came in here. >> Okay. Okay, give me a description. I'm trying to get a run down of what all happened. How did this occur? >> 6 ft like probably like 6 ft 5. Right? >> Okay. 6 ft 5. >> I I can't describe him because you know, you are the way you are. And I am >> I am the way I What? I'm not understanding. >> I can't I can't describe him. >> Why can't you describe him? Just describe him. >> I can't I can't be like he said >> I knew he was white. Yes, you can. That's called describing somebody that attacked you. >> Okay. Well, he was he was of color. >> Okay. >> He was a a taller dude. >> Okay. When you say he was of color, what are you saying? You see Okay, there there's race there So, is he white, black, Hispanic? Don't touch me, ma'am. Is he white, black, Hispanic? >> I'm not >> I I'm I'm asking questions. >> I I don't know what I don't know what proper terms are. >> The slurred speech was the first red flag that her judgement was off. But just how entitled and out of control she could be was something the officers were about to find out the hard way. >> You don't know whether somebody is white, black >> He He was a little bit darker than me, okay? >> Okay. >> But he came into my room. >> This was over with. >> So, he drank my Thank you. >> So, he drank your tequila. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, he drained your eyes drunk your tequila. >> I I also saw him earlier today. >> You saw him earlier today? >> Yes. >> And where was that? >> In the elevator. >> You saw him in the elevator. >> Yes. >> Okay. Did he have What color was his hair? >> What color was his hair? Yeah, it was just dark. >> It was dark. >> Like >> brown. >> You're You're like You're like picking No, you're like you're you're prying. You're prying. I I don't like it. >> I'm prying when you said that somebody tried to harm you. >> I get Can I GET A WHITE OFFICER OVER HERE, PLEASE? >> MA'AM? >> YES. Can I get a white officer over here? >> Yes. >> I need a white officer. >> And she's asking for a white officer now. >> Oh my word. >> So, okay. All right. Well, let me see what I can figure out, okay? >> Um yeah. >> All right. Yes, ma'am. Ma'am. >> I just really need to talk to you. >> You all right? >> Yeah. >> All right. So, what's going on? >> This dude came to my room and like tried to almost >> Who? >> That I can't I'm not saying it on y'all's body cams. >> A person of color is what she told me. >> Okay. Why won't you say it on the body cam? >> I ain't saying I'm I ain't doing it. >> So, you went down to the lobby and talked to the clerk down there. And what did you tell the clerk? >> I said somebody came to my room and the same guy that I met in in the freaking elevators earlier. I don't know if it was today or I don't know. Yesterday, I don't know. But and he offered me shoes earlier today. And then now he is like trying to >> How's he trying to you? What is he doing? >> He came in here and tried to He came in here and tried to rape >> What did he do? How did he get in the door? >> Oh my He just the door. >> The door wasn't locked. >> I I know, the door was locked. >> So, how did he get in? >> No, I didn't know I unlocked it at all. No. I thought it was an I thought I thought I thought it was an officer. So, I unlocked it cuz I thought it was an officer. Officer. And that's the only That's the only reason I ever unlocked this door. >> So, there's nobody in there right now, right? How much have you had to drink today? >> Um probably like four margaritas. >> Four margaritas square up? Well, that Jose Cuervo has probably got a big role in it. >> Well, I haven't drank all day. >> Mhm. >> I was I was going to get there. >> Huh? >> I was going to get there, but I was in the refrigerator and everything. >> No, I was just looking where anybody could hide to make sure nobody was in here. I got it. >> I was trying to open this one. Open hold on. >> So, what is What is our plan for tonight? What are we going to do? >> I'm I'm just going to bed. >> At this point, the officers were starting to get a real sense of who they were dealing with. And the more questions they asked, the messier the night became for everyone involved. >> Where's your phone? Are we going to call 911? >> Yeah. How do I do Stay away from this damn freaking >> If I knew who he was, I would. >> 217 >> Huh? >> 10777 [ __ ] Well, 217 the number. >> You don't know who he was? >> I wasn't here. You can't give me no good description. You said you wouldn't tell us on body cam. >> Yes, ma'am. >> What? What do I have to >> How old are you? >> I'm 32, but I know what the [ __ ] So, he's like this tall, but I can't say >> Yes, you can. >> No, no, no, uh-uh, no, no, I can't, I can't, I can't say anything. >> It would help our investigation if you >> Oh, my, I can't because I but I can't >> Let me go down and talk to the clerk real quick. >> Besides, she decided to track down a few people who might actually know what was going on, hoping to piece together the real story because everything she said so far sounded more like a stammering toddler's angry noise than anything meaningful. >> Hey. So, you were here when she came downstairs. What happened? >> She didn't come downstairs. She was just screaming and yelling from the second floor. >> Oh, okay, from the railing. >> I was helping that guy, but she said he was trying to >> Okay. >> I was checking him in. >> Mhm. >> And I I she said somebody was trying to but she was screaming and yelling from the second floor. So, I said, "Let me go upstairs and check us because I asked, "Who's trying to She said, "That white guy." So, >> She told you a white guy? She told us a black guy. >> No, she said a white guy. And the guy that was here is a white guy. >> Yeah. >> So, and then uh then I said, "Let me go upstairs and check." And she said, "No, it's just that running down here." And then she starts slamming I mean, she was doing crazy stuff. And I mean >> What? She was >> She grabbed the phone. She starts slamming the phone over here. She's >> She was throwing things around and she was yelling and cursing. >> So, she was disrupting your business. >> Yes, sir. >> Is that what you're saying? Was she using profanity? >> No, she did not use profanity, but she was just screaming and yelling. >> Okay. >> And saying that we didn't care, that we didn't call the cops, that and she just grabbed the phone and and called you guys. >> Okay. >> going to call. >> She threw the phone at me and she was smashing it and she was all over this place. >> Okay. All right. >> Before long, her unpleasant personality started to shine through. All while she sat on a bogus 911 call that just might land her in even deeper trouble. >> All right, she's fine. >> What's What you want? >> All right, homeboy. What? What's What's going on? >> I don't know, you tell me. You still haven't given us a description yet. >> You won't tell me? >> I don't know cuz you haven't given me a description, ma'am. >> I'm a dick nurse. I know I know how it goes. >> Okay, if you're a nurse, then you should be able to identify people by their race. >> Yeah, I know. >> So, >> Yeah, I know how it goes. >> So, what's the race? What's the description of the person? >> No, we we we identify people by their race. I'm I'm about to call my daddy right now. >> Help us to help you, ma'am. How can we help you if you don't give us a description of the person? >> I'm not calling my mom. I'm calling my daddy. And my daddy is the one that watches the Fox News and the cousins. Sitting here with no shoes. I'm sitting here with I'm sitting here with two SO, I'M TRYING TO GET I FREAKING DAD ON THE PHONE with because because they're freaking phone ringing. I NEED MY DAD ON THE PHONE, BUT HE WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. >> HEY, MA'AM. You're saying lower your voice, please. >> Because because it's it's it's it's it's a it's a like a Fox News like civil pursuit like going on right now. It's It's like a black and white and and I don't I I I don't want I don't want TO SAY IT'S BLACK AND WHITE because well, I'm on camera. And then but I NEED MY DAD on the I NEED MY DAD. I NEED MY DAD. I NEED MY DAD. I NEED MY DAD CUZ I WAS ALMOST I was almost >> Ma'am. >> by some some I was almost I was almost by somebody of color, but I I I can't say anything >> Don't touch me, ma'am. >> I can't No, I'm not touching you. >> Don't touch me. >> I I can't touch you because I can't touch him, man. I can't touch his camera and I can't say anything and so >> She came out here and was screaming downstairs. >> The officers had a quick tête-à-tête to figure out their next move. But true to form, her reaction only made things harder, just like she'd been doing from the start. >> All right, ma'am. Some of it's hard. >> Hold on. Hold on. >> All right, ma'am. She's like, "I don't want to say what it really is." I'm like, "Okay, what do you mean? Like the race?" "No, it's I don't want to tell you. She's trying to cover my camera." >> She's like >> Yeah. >> She's like >> In the end, she was charged with public intoxication, disturbing the peace, and obstruction. Another strong contender for the dumbest 911 call trophy goes to Brian Chadwick, who had his neighbors call the cops after he raised a ruckus begging for help, a move that ended with him in handcuffs and plenty of explaining to do. >> I broke up with her. I'm trying to get her to move out. I just if if you could get make sure I get my cell phone, and that's fine. And I don't get stabbed. >> What's your name? >> Chadwick. >> I just told you. >> You going to date me? >> Definitely not. What about the 911? What happened with the >> 19, oh, yeah. >> Who pulled the 911? >> You think I did? >> On January the 2nd, 2024, in Palm Beach County, Florida, a concerned bystander called in to report a man acting strangely outside, demanding the cops be called. He claimed his girlfriend was inside and that things weren't looking good. She allegedly had a knife. But the more he spoke, the less his story seemed to hold value. Brian appeared intoxicated, but there was more to this situation than met the eye. >> What's her name? >> I mean, what what's going on here? It's >> Well, you Well, you called and you said that you were involved with some issue with your girlfriend and she had a knife, so that's why we're here. And we have to make sure she's not in there with a knife trying to hurt herself or somebody else. >> No, so that's what I I just need to go talk to her. That's it. >> Okay. To make sure she's not armed. >> calm down, okay? Let's calm down. It's stuff that's uh >> We're calm. >> Okay, thanks. >> Yeah, we're calm. >> I I broke up with her. I'm trying to get her to move out. I just if if you could get make sure I get my cell phone and that's fine. >> And I don't get stabbed. >> Yep, we can do that. >> That don't work. >> What's her name? >> Are you guys in charge of this? >> Oh, I got to talk to her. I just talked to her. >> Listen now, if you take her jail I'm the one that's going to have to bail her out. >> I get that. I just want to know her first name so I can ask her. >> freaking chain of events here. >> Yeah. >> Because she doesn't she sometimes What what's your name? What's your name? >> Um so Washington. Hey. >> I apologize but sometimes women think they can get away with stuff. >> I'm like this is not a [ __ ] cop. I get that. >> She took my my mother I am actually I I haven't drank since 9 months ago. I did drink last night so I'm going to tell you I'm going to go home. I'm just going to go home cuz I >> What's the apartment number? >> I live here. >> Right here? >> I just want to chill out. I told my I'll give you whatever you want. I said there was knives in the house. >> Are you >> Maya. >> Maya? >> Maya. >> All right, can we go inside and talk to her real quick? >> We'll keep gathering all the [ __ ] way I [ __ ] get. >> Oh oh be careful be careful. >> I I tripped. I told you >> I know I saw it. That's why I said be >> I I literally haven't drank in a year and I drank some wine last night. >> Mhm, see? Let me tell you what happened with your back. When you stop drinking and then you pick up something when you pick it back up, it's like your tolerance is now >> You know, you know you know the most amazing thing in the whole world is the human body. And I'm going to tell you why. How old are you? You're probably 35. >> No. >> Older than that? >> Older. >> Okay. Let me tell you what I am. >> Okay. >> I I'm 58. >> Okay. >> Okay. I was a almost a professional football player. I tore my ACL, but they didn't figure it out for 20 years later because I kept going for it. So, my everything around it figured out a way to strengthen. My point is, forget forget about ACLs and how old you are, but if if we just fight through things, our body has a way of healing itself. Been married? >> I am. >> Oh. >> Been there, done that. >> I had the best marriage, but it just didn't work out. I love this girl, I'll be honest with you, but she is I told her to uh 9 months it hasn't worked. >> Yeah. Are you originally from here? >> From Iowa. It's close to Iowa. >> Yeah? How long you been here? >> Long enough. >> So, it's just an argument, huh? >> Say again? >> So, it's just an argument, huh? Y'all breaking up? >> We're good boys back there. Whatever you want to say, it's not your business, right? >> I mean, you know, I want to make sure everything's okay. Not totally my business. >> Well, I had to travel for my work and I supported her for 8 months. >> Yeah. >> And she was trying to trying to find a decent little job and she didn't. And then I was last night about about 9:00, my mom, who lives here, you know, called me and said I fell. My my back. So, I ran over there. I was still scared I'd run my over. And then, I had a buddy that called me. He said, "Why are you out?" I'm like, "Yeah." Well, she's on the dating site. And like, like came back home. I made sure mom was okay cuz I think I'm like, "No." >> This conversation with the female officer was a clear red flag, offering a glimpse into why things are falling apart in paradise. It also explained why he was standing outside shirtless in the first place. But little did anyone know, this was just the beginning, and things were about to take an entirely unexpected turn. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Can I share with you for a minute? >> Yeah. >> I like your glasses. >> Oh, thanks. I like them, too. They help me see. >> Well, I was I'm 58 years old. Small town Iowa. When I saw police officers, I was like, oh thank god. Back then, police officers like Santa Claus In the in the in the 30 seconds we came across right there, you seem very who you are. Like hand-tied meat. And I think that's what's going wrong with the world. >> I'm not anti you. I don't know anything about you, man. Why do you feel that way? I'm not >> I think you're full I think I think you're wrong. They There's a thing on the back of of the original police officer's car says to serve and protect, all right? I don't care who pays you. But you're paid by by people to serve and protect. I I had a weird situation here. You should be my backbone. And you can sit over there. You were not my backbone. You were my adversary. And that that's that's wrong. And I don't know if I got that statement right. >> Okay. I don't know where that's coming from, but all right. >> I told you. You know exactly where it's coming from. What what what's your official name? >> Officer Barker. >> Okay, Officer Barker, let me tell you this. I will pay this 100%. I can handle my stuff. >> Okay. >> Okay, I would never ever get the police involved if I was worried about anything other than the fact that something was going to get out of hand. All right? >> You said you were from Iowa? >> I used to live there. >> I'm up here. I wasn't being rude in the first place. >> We can we can start over. >> Oh, there you go. Is that better? >> Let me explain. >> Yes, I understand. >> You want me to be my best buddy? I'll tell you the true story. >> Okay, so uh >> So she's from Israel. Okay, you know what happened in the But I had to leave for all the work that I did. She She hasn't done anything. She hasn't worked. She hasn't moved. She hasn't done anything. This that and the other. And I said, "Honey, you have got to go." I'm not married to her, right? She's my girlfriend, right? So I can't do every single [ __ ] She She kind of worked my head the head last night. And I told her I said, "Listen listen." I said, "First of year, I said, if you're not even going to try You're not even going to try." I didn't say you had to be successful. Just try. I said, "Get busy." She didn't. So the car there I've paid every [ __ ] I took the car to the I I'm a grown man. She won't let me touch it. It's her car. As a kid one time So I mean things kind of got out of hand, all right? And I never got violent. And I came home and said, "Babe, you got to go tomorrow. Get out of here." So >> All right, all right. She's a little wild type. >> I'm a good man, man. I would never >> Yeah? You talking to me about any of the details that happened? >> Very very briefly. >> Soon the female officer returned. And that's when the pieces of the puzzle started to fall into place. Slowly but surely, the real cause of the pandemonium inside the house began to unravel, revealing just how messy things truly were. >> She's a good person. She's just lost. >> Can we fast forward to today? >> Well, he was asked me a question. I don't I don't know if you want me to answer you or go ahead and do it. I'll I'll answer his question. I'll answer it. I mean, I'm not I'm not >> This one is >> Tell me what happened this morning in the kitchen. >> Um okay, so I have not I don't drink alcohol. >> I don't know I don't I don't >> Do you want to know the truth or do you want you you want to play a game cuz you're playing games with me and I don't appreciate that. >> I just want to know what happened in the kitchen. >> Nothing happened. >> Nothing happened in the kitchen between you and Maya? >> I mean I mean I mean you're >> What about the knives? What happened with the knives? >> Knives came out, yeah. >> Who pulled the knives out? >> You think I did? >> I'm asking you. I don't know. >> Are you freaking serious? You think I need to pull a knife out on somebody? You think I would have to pull a knife out on you? >> know what to think right now. I'm just asking. >> I don't know why you're getting upset. Like I said >> I I I wouldn't my mind wouldn't even process pulling out a knife. >> Okay. >> Because my mind would think I've got a big enough knife in my hand. >> What happened? We just want clarity. >> Um I think it was a joke. I think it was just to stay away from me but because I wanted my phone. >> Okay. >> That's all I don't think it was that big a deal but I kind of said "Maya, I need my phone because I'm on call for work today." >> Okay. >> And it got a little bit higher than that and and there there honestly there was a little maybe that much I was scared it would be accidental. >> What can be accidental? That's what I'm >> get stabbed maybe. >> Just think Maya. >> Because you're saying she had the knife. She pulled the knife out. >> I would never pull a knife on anybody. >> And which kind of knife was it? >> Cuz I promise you this if I wanted to kill you I would take you down with this. Not you. I'm not not not talking to you but I but I would never need a knife. >> What kind of knife? It does it it matters. >> Butter knife. >> It was a butter knife? >> Maya Maya is a sweet girl. I think it was just uh >> No grabbing of anything? >> Oh no. >> No none of that? Okay. >> You guys are great and I hate to get you involved in this but but my whole thing was is I'm on call for work today. I'm a mom in the hospital and I she took my cell phone and when I went to get my cell phone >> I really apologize for your mom being in the hospital and you being on call today, but What about now? Um from the totality of everything and your statement in reference to her statement, unfortunately, sir, you are going to be under arrest for aggravated >> Do you >> Yes, sir. Go ahead and put your >> What what did I do? Can you at least tell me what I'm under arrest for? >> Aggravated assault domestic related. >> I I I I I didn't even leave my room. >> Okay. >> Okay, so if I if I woke up and my my wife was going ballistic, I'm going to get arrested? Oh my god, you guys are going >> That's fine. We're going to be fine. We're We're going >> Oh my god. Are you you kidding me? >> In the end, he was charged with aggravated domestic related. Brian rightly got what was coming for him, but his antics looked tame next to this entitled Karen who called the cops for no good reason at all. And when things started to backfire, she tried to smooth things over in her own cringeworthy way. >> At this point, we can't continue to do this where you're calling 911, we show up, you don't tell us what's going on, okay? >> There must be a way out of this if I can pay you. >> No. Are you offering to bribe us? Stop touching me. >> On June the 19th, 2024, deputies answered yet another 911 call from Amanda and it quickly went off the rails. A repeat offender when it came to misusing emergency services, Amanda stood her ground the moment deputies arrived. >> Amanda, come to the door and talk to me. Amanda, if you don't come to the door and talk to me, I'm I'm to leave you a citation for improper use of 911. Done for. Nobody's coming to the door yet. >> We don't consent to further answer. I will not answer. >> All right. >> I already said >> All right, if you're not going to come talk to me, I'm going to leave you a citation for improper use of 911. >> I will not answer more. >> Hi. >> called you. >> I'm not going to shake your hand yet. >> Sorry, you actually don't have permission past this point. I was a complaining witness that called you. So, I don't give you permission past that point to enter my property. >> Can I explain something to you first? So, this is this has happened multiple times. You call us on 911 and say you need help, and then we show up and you say you don't need help. If you If you actually don't need help, we're going to write you tickets for improper use of 911, okay? Cuz you're tying up our phone lines and you're not using 911 for what it's for the purpose. So, if you need help, now is the time to tell me. If you want to step away from the residence and talk to me about it, we can do that. >> I'd be happy to talk to you up at the street side. >> After you. Please. >> It's actually my property that I own and I pay great property >> I I don't let people walk behind me, okay? >> That actually makes sense. Don't like me leering. Such a leer on me is damaging property. >> No. I called them, not you. >> He's a leerer. >> Amanda might not have grasped the gravity of her actions, but the real trouble was just getting started. After all, a dumb person never admits they're dumb, especially entitled Karens who think the rules don't apply to them. >> Yes, and then we're up here, right? >> Any alcohol or substance? >> I mean, past this, like I'd be happy to speak to you on my property. Like I'm definitely not going to walk you on the property. You actually, I think you're supposed to say if you're recording me. That's the light, yeah. >> Keep Keep Do you want to keep going further >> No, I think in general like I do want to speak from my heart. Um in light of O.J. Simpson literally like his anniversary of death. Yeah, I have to use my >> What What happened tonight? >> It doesn't really matter and I'm certainly not going to be core worse nor Okay. Um I think that all that matters legally is that I met you on site at the property and I've explained to you that I am not moving forward and then you can now leave. >> No, what matters is you are calling 911. This happened more than once. We show up. There's no emergency. So, you say there's no emergency. And we come out here for nothing and waste our resources. >> Okay, should What >> So, is there any emergency tonight? What What happened? >> I feel that you guys have qualmed it and I'm sorry about that. >> What happened? >> Sorry, I'm really sorry. I'm willing to pay a thousand dollars right now if you want me to write you a check. >> No, what happened tonight? >> Sorry, this person's like splaring light in my face. >> What happened tonight that made you call? >> First of all, I already recalled that I already recalled that like 911 call. Sorry, would you Okay, so now I'm going to go back inside. Would you mind getting off my property? I know my lawyer would say that you would have to. Hi, sorry. We own this property. Please get off it. >> Hold on, you're not You're not free to go yet. You're not free to go yet. You're not free to go yet. >> Okay, I'm willing to play with you. Please don't touch me. Please don't touch me. >> want to put you in handcuffs, but you're not being cooperative. >> arrested though. >> Okay. >> Okay, how can we go about >> say you're I didn't say you're being arrested, but you're not free to go yet. >> Okay, what can I do? >> I want to know what's going on. >> I admit that I have had a tumultuous relationship. >> I feel comfortable being on my home. >> Okay, step off the stairs. Look. >> Guys, please. I'm starting a new job. What do you guys want me to do? >> The seasoned officers figured there had to be more to Amanda's calls. Either something deeper was at play or she really wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. Either way, they weren't about to leave without getting some real answers. >> We want to talk to you. >> Okay, that's fine. >> to know why you're calling 911. >> Because I'm in a domestic relationship that results in abuse. >> What's going on? >> What happened? So you need to tell us. >> Like he like verbally abuses me a lot and then he like Yeah, but I don't give you permission to go inside. >> We're going to try and talk to him. >> Okay. >> What's his name? >> Joe. >> Joe? >> Yeah. >> Joe, we can hear you in the house. Can you come out and talk to us, please? >> I just want to go inside and talk to my lawyer. >> Okay, but that's not going to happen right now. >> I just think you guys are really good guys and like you're going to help me out when >> I know Joe is within earshot. He can hear everything we're saying. Do you want to go Can we go up and talk on the road? >> No, I want to like honestly go to bed cuz I'm leaving like I have a work trip tomorrow. >> I get that but >> And I'm but genuinely from the bottom of my heart sorry. >> At this point, we can't continue to do this where you're calling 911. We show up. You don't tell us what's going on, okay? >> No, I'm happy to just like Here, there's Joe, right? He's right there. >> Can you come out here and talk to him? >> right there. >> We can go ahead and talk to him. >> Who's Joe? >> Yes. >> Can you come out here and talk to us, please, man? >> They're trying to arrest me. >> Nobody's trying to arrest you right now. >> I would like to go back into my home. Is there a reason for me to be detained? >> Yes, there is. >> What's my Miranda rights? >> We're investigating a possible domestic abuse crime that you just told us about. >> Um Joe, do you agree that there's been no domestic assault towards one another? >> We're not going to go back and forth with each other, okay? >> Go Go inside. >> No, we're going to go back into my home. >> No, you're just going to sit here with you guys doing the same kind of stuff. Okay. >> Yeah, I'm I think you guys are really being very um mean people. I'm literally going to rehab. >> trying to be mean to you. >> I'm going to rehab for literally 3 months. >> We need to get closer to the road or we're just going to keep >> Stop. >> Please stop. >> Put your hands behind your back. You're being detained. >> Oh, no. Please stop. You can't help You can't do that on my property. >> Stop fighting us. >> disagree. I totally disagree. Help me. Help me. They're literally so mean. >> Put your hands BEHIND YOUR BACK. >> OH, THEY'RE TAKING ME. OKAY. OKAY. OKAY. >> Put your hands behind your back right now. >> They're so mean. Why? Why did you do that? >> Because you were fighting us and we were trying to arrest >> 5:30 in the morning, the taser deployment. >> What is the reason for reason being right now? >> Come here. >> They're so mean. >> The last minute claim of abuse threw another wrench into an already messy situation, but Amanda's actions made it hard to take anything she said at face value. At best, it was only complicating things. >> There must be something I can do to change this. I'm really genuinely from the bottom of my heart. >> Do you need an ambulance? >> No, of course not, sir. I really mean this. I'm so incredibly sorry that I acted this way. I really mean this. Like I disrespected like Wisconsin and the state and you guys are seriously really nice and I mean this from the bottom of my heart. I really am going to rehab on Friday. Like is there any way you guys can let me out of these cuffs? What? Yeah, we promise we'll never call you again. >> You got her. >> Yeah, I got her. >> Step down the stairs carefully. I don't want you to fall. >> There must be a way out of this I can pay you. >> No. Are you offering to bribe us? >> Why are you so angry? Do you even go to college? Well, okay. Yep. That's what happens when you call when the man hits you. It's okay. That's what happens when the man hits you. That's what happens when the man hits you. Get arrested by Walworth County. >> Stop yelling. >> Sir, I'm allowed to say whatever I want to. Whatever you told me to >> want to make you cuz if lights start turning on out here, you're going to get disorderly conduct, too. I'm going to unlock the door. Where are you from? >> You guys shouldn't be such [ __ ] to me. You guys should actually help me out. They actually do get the [ __ ] beat out of me by this person. You guys should actually help me. They got the [ __ ] beat out of me by this person. >> It's locked. >> You guys actually should help me. They got the [ __ ] >> Okay. You got it. >> I'm like so sick of this. I love I'm happy. >> you just yeah, pull forward a little? >> [ __ ] suck. >> Amanda, I was trying to ask you questions. >> beat out of me by this person. It's okay. >> Okay. So, what happened then? >> Oh, no. And you should let the DA worry about this, right? >> What happened tonight? >> A pair of white trash officers arrested me. >> No, what happened before we got here? >> I want to go to wherever you need to >> What happened in the residence tonight that you're saying that there's domestic Hold on one second. I I got to search you. Come back out. >> Search me now, cop. Take me there. >> Come back out so I can do it. >> Get the [ __ ] off, dude. I'm not going to let >> Get out OF THE CAR. HELP! They just decided to arrest me because I'm unwilling to press charges on my husband who hits me regularly. I know that for a fact. You guys should be smart. Don't touch me again, you pervert. I'm not belligerent whatsoever. You have chosen to arrest >> Yelling in the ear. >> That's not true. You have chosen to arrest me because I called the police when my husband hit me. And this is how you guys typically respond. I've asked numerous times to be able to speak to the nurse alone. Numerous times. My shoulder blades are spazzing. I'm trying to get home. Just take me home. >> I'm not taking you home. >> Okay. Take me to jail then. >> In the end, she was hit with multiple charges, including bribery of a public official and resisting or obstructing an officer, though both charges were later dismissed but read into the record. On top of that, Amanda faced three counts of disorderly conduct and was found guilty on all three after entering guilty pleas. Speaking of 911 calls with zero justification, meet the man who phoned in a bomb threat all for a TikTok stunt and an even more reckless agenda. >> A bomb. >> Where? >> Walmart. >> Hey, we're going to talk to you real quick before you leave, all right, boss? >> What's up, buddy? >> How's it going? >> You got to get going anywhere? >> I was going to go to the movies, I guess. >> TikTok. Do you remember what you said to the dispatcher? >> I just said a bomb, Walmart, TikTok. That's it. >> You were saying TikTok as in the app TikTok. >> On January the 12th, 2024, a chilling 911 call came in. One that had the power to change lives and seal the fate of countless people at a Walmart outlet. >> 911, what is the address of the emergency? Hello, 911. >> There's a bomb. >> Hello, 911. >> There's a bomb. >> You said there's a what? >> A bomb. >> Where? >> Walmart. >> You said it's at Walmart? I'm attempting callback. Hello. Hello, this is a This is a 911 operator. What's your name? >> Sensing the high stakes of the situation, dozens of officers rushed to Walmart only to find the suspect already in custody. But, what unfolded next was something no one saw coming. >> So, we're trying to confirm management said he was trespassed yesterday. >> Where they finding the guy? >> Management said he was trespassed from Murdoch Walmart yesterday. >> You're all over the place today. >> So, we're trying to confirm that. We got this Kevin here hanging out. >> Who is he? >> Um he's following us around. >> I don't know how to dial it. >> Uh uh. Dude, I was I was looking at you. You've been trespassed from a bunch of places. >> And you've been like every business. Just everyone's been calling about you for some reason. >> They just don't like me. >> I don't know about that. I've never seen anybody that got called on by every single time. >> It's okay to be a customer at a at a place, right? But, when you start hanging out in there long periods of time, and they don't like that, you know? >> Sorry. >> Is he under arrest or >> No. Well, so basically Walmart Why's he walking in a circle for? >> I want to walk in a circle. >> Um so, Walmart management said he was trespassed yesterday. >> Oh, okay. >> Dude, what are you doing? Um and um so, I'm like ask Murray, I'm like, "Do you want me to detain him now?" >> Look at my stuff. Look at my grandma's stuff, bro. >> And Huh? >> What are you doing? >> Stop grabbing Don't grab any of your stuff. >> And then, I Walmart management told him to uh leave this morning. And then, he came back. So, I got to find out from Murray what what we're doing with him. >> Oh, okay. >> Because And then, I would like to verify in ASIS whether he's actually been trespassed or not. >> It wasn't long before officers made another discovery after reviewing the security footage. And this revelation sent the investigation spiraling into even more twists and turns. It seemed someone else was behind the call. Someone who stole a phone and used it in the toilet. >> Hey, we got to talk to you real quick before you leave, all right, boss? >> What's up, bro? >> How's it going? I'll see you real quick. >> What's up? >> Check something out real quick. This thing right here we just did. We're investigating something, so we're just trying to figure out who's involved. If you're all good, don't worry about it. You don't have You don't have anything to worry about. >> What's going on? What's going on? >> Come out here real quick. >> Yeah, yeah, here. Step out here. Yeah. Here, drop your bag real quick. Drop your bag. Is there anything in your bag? Can you explain to me real quick? We're going to bring you down to our office, okay? >> For what? >> An investigation we're doing. >> We're playing phone tag. You can check my phone. >> Yeah, that's fine. >> For what? >> Can I grab your phone now? Good deal. Very good. I'm going to just pat you down just to make sure you don't have weapons. I'm not going to search your person or anything like that, okay? >> All right. All right, cool. >> Just got like keys and wallet in there? >> Yep. >> All right. Nothing in there? So, I'll see you inside in a little >> Why am I getting pointed out? I don't have anything on my record or nothing. >> I don't know. I'm not the detective, but there is an incident that occurred here of some sort, and the detectives have enough probable cause to detain you right now. >> What's the probable cause, though? >> When we get down at the office, we'll speak about it. All right, you got the other one? All right, go ahead and step on out. We're heading that back door right there. >> You know they can just let go of it. >> Are they tight? I'll check them real quick. >> Since first making contact with the suspect, all he had done was be defensive. So, the seasoned officers pulled off a master class that he never saw coming. Up next, voice recordings from his interview and how the officers skillfully got him to confess to a string of reckless ideas. >> Time is now 4:50 p.m. Today's date is going to be January 12, 2024. General offense case number 2401-007918. With Detective Jones, also with me is Corporal Martin. Person being interviewed is going to be Coty, c o t y, Justin Clements. His date of birth is 3/28/95. >> Still in handcuffs? >> Yes, sir. >> We'll take you out. You're good with everything, all right? We'll We'll make you a little bit more comfortable. >> Sure, I'll just put them on. >> Appreciate it. >> Yeah, it was just hurting. >> I'm Detective Jones and this is Corporal Martin. Have you ever spoken to law enforcement before? >> Yeah, the Walmart on 0500 up north, so deal with them one time. >> Up north? Okay. So, we're doing the investigation that occurred over at the Walmart Neighborhood, and within our policies itself, we pretty much read off a card and it goes step-by-step in the process when when we address in conversation with someone for our investigation. So, I'll just read a couple of the questions off to you after I explain, and then we'll go from there, okay? >> I understand. >> All right. Can you state your name? >> Coty Clements. >> Are you under the influence of any drug or alcohol? >> No, sir. >> Do you know the meaning of perjury? >> Perjury? >> Mhm. >> Do you Do you it means? >> I don't know what falsifying something means? >> It's false information provided by you or as being interviewed. So, it's providing information without with the intent to deceive the investigation or lie while under oath. >> Raise your right hand real quick. Raise your right hand for me. >> I swear to affirm that I will stand by the given the truth, whole truth, and nothing but the truth. >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> The officers downplayed the gravity of what he had done, acting as if they were simply concerned about whether his claims held any truth. It was a smart move to get him to lower his guard. At the same time, they ensured that he understood that his DNA could be easily traced from the phone he used to make the reckless and very disturbing call. >> Do you get that? All right. You're the only person in the bathroom with that cell phone >> during the time >> during the time that the phone call was made. That's it, right? We just want to make sure that that what you said is not true. All right. If it was a prank that went wrong, I get that, right? What's done is done, right? Nobody else was in there during the time frame that the phone call was made. So, was it a prank that was meant was not meant >> have someone else arrest them? >> We don't. >> We don't. >> That guy was trespassing and he he just happened to show up at the wrong time. So, that it is what it is, right? If you made a prank call and it was taken wrong, I get that. We can explain that, right? We just want to make sure you're not the guy who actually put a bomb in there and it's going to blow up later, right? >> We we just want to document it so with our case that it was just a stupid idea that you decided to do for whatever reason. Unfortunately, people do it all the time, but there's a difference between just pranking and with intent to which unfortunately there has been the real issues where people have done an actual bomb. And obviously, that's the reason why it's been in the way that the investigation has been. Obviously, all the law enforcement showing up and everything else. A lot of times, unfortunately, people that do these incidents don't expect this for some reason to occur, you know what I mean? With the in-depth investigation that it is. But you know there's cameras. We know you walked in, you were in there less than 7 minutes. You walked directly into the store, obviously wearing the same clothes that you're wearing now. You went up to the pharmacy, which you you you told us truth, you went directly into the bathroom. Okay? The gentleman whose phone is, he unfortunately left it in there, okay? And he left it in there where you went. And you're the only one who's in there when that phone call was made. Okay? We have the 911 tape when you made the comment on there with your voice. Okay? We know that, okay? What's the reasoning on it? That's what we're trying to understand. It's not even for the fact of the 911 call, that it's just calling a bomb threat. We're just trying to understand and that's when we do our investigation, what's the reason behind it. With the intent of just making a joke. I mean, unfortunately, we take everything serious, you know what I mean? But once we decipher at the time that it's just a prank, we can be at least relieved that at least for future reference for you at least, that something like this would never occur, you know, again. >> Deep down, the cops were hoping that this was just a prank call. But the questions they asked were also aimed at uncovering whether the owner of the phone was actually his target or a setup meant to drag someone else into trouble they didn't ask for. >> But that's what he and I are doing this investigation for, okay? Is >> So your your fingerprints are going to come back on the phone. Your DNA will come back on the phone, all right? So we know you had the phone. >> All right. >> Is it a prank call that that was taken the wrong way? >> So what happens if it was? >> What's that? >> I don't know. >> Was it a prank call? >> That's what we're trying to decipher. Was it just a stupid like what We're trying to get to the moral of it, like what's the reasoning? Did you think let me do this stupid Did you like watch YouTube or something or Tik Toks or something? They do this stuff all the time, unfortunately. Is that what kind of persuaded you to do something? So where Where'd you find the phone at? >> So it was just laying on the the paper toilet paper like >> Toilet paper roll? And it was just sitting there? Was it an iPhone Was it a Samsung? Do you know? >> No. >> What color was it? >> Black. >> Okay. Did it have like a case on it or anything? >> Yeah, it had some case on it. >> Okay. And what about the screen when you activate it? Is it password protected and somehow you knew the password or was it just unlocked? >> It was open. >> It was open. >> The officers dropped a few breadcrumbs and he followed the trail, eventually admitting he knew the phone and had used it. But when he revealed his motives for pulling such a reckless and damning stunt, even the officers were left stunned. >> Whole scheme of things now looking back on it, I mean is there a huge regret for your decision? >> Yeah, that would have been a trouble all night. >> Okay, yeah. So where I mean where is Are you having like a mental health thing or are you >> No. >> suicidal or are you That's what we're trying to We're We're trying to get to that. We need to make sure that, you know, you don't You don't seem like a bad guy. This just seems like you made a mistake. >> Right. >> But we're trying to get What was the reason? You went in the bathroom, saw the phone, but what persuaded you to go through it and then say, not just search for pictures or maybe Well, let me hold on. >> I just shouted "bomb" in the house. >> Tik Tok. Do you remember what you said over the speakers? >> I just said "bomb Walmart Tik Tok". It's a >> You were saying Tik Tok as in the app Tik Tok, okay. Not tick tick or tick tock. >> No, I said Tik Tok. >> Okay. You're right, that's what you were saying. Is there a bomb in the store? >> No. >> All right. Have you ever done anything like this before? >> No. >> All right. Where do you You said you live in North Port. How did you get here? >> I drove. >> Okay. Where did you park your car whenever you had gotten >> It's a Walmart. >> It's a Walmart. What is it? >> It's a Chevrolet. >> Chevrolet. And where did you park at? >> In the middle. >> Okay. And is it an SUV, truck, a car? >> Uh it's a Chevrolet Silverado. >> Okay. What color is it? >> Gray. >> And is it yours that you own or no? >> It's me and my aunt's. Oh. >> But it's registered to you with a Ford attached? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So we know that you walked You came in originally. What was even the Was the real reason of you going to Walmart for the what you purchased? Okay. All right. So what made you return? >> To get the oil. I mean cuz I to get the whole load. >> Cuz you originally were taken out. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> What made you at the time you passed by a lot of officers and you didn't say nothing at that time. And now you're coming to since you've realized how many officers respond by or you know. >> Yeah. >> And anytime were you kind of regretting your decision at that, you know, realizing what the repercussion would be for making that type of decision? >> I mean >> No, I'm asking you what >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That's why I I come back to >> Okay. If you had anything to say about that decision, what would you say? >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. >> Waste your time. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Yeah, so there is no problem, all right? >> No. >> So we don't see you coming in to do anything. >> No. >> That's our thing. We just make sure everybody's safe, you Have you ever done anything like this before? >> No. >> What about through the I know you said TikTok and there's a lot of things that get done on TikTok. Any other threats that you've ever made or anything affiliated with >> No. >> doing these? I mean, were you sending it to Were you going to send it to people? Did Did you film this while you did it on >> Yes. >> Okay. Well, you you're referencing TikTok, but then usually you would film yourself doing that type of a threat with your own phone cuz how was anybody going to see it on TikTok? >> On my phone. >> Okay. Do you have any questions for us? >> What's going to happen? >> Well, we're going to talk about this. I mean, obviously this is not a good good situation. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You see the response they got, you know. So I mean, my suggestion obviously is never do anything like that again. Um and something you probably could have done is flag the only officers down cuz you kind of you knew why they were there, right? >> No. >> Flag them down and be like, "Hey, sorry. It was a joke. I screwed up, you know." But I would just not do this again. >> I'm sorry. >> It's pretty serious, you know. We had 20 deputies out there running lights and sirens trying to get there. >> Right. >> Now you think Think of Think about this is just thinking outside the box a little bit. If one of those deputies crashes and hurts somebody or gets killed and it's all because of something like this, you're looking at a lot more trouble, you know? >> Right. Right. >> And think being as a a firefighter, think of what what kind of danger Have you driven a fire truck before? I mean >> Yeah. >> It's it's stressful, you know? You're trying to get somewhere to help somebody, and you know. >> And at the same token, imagine you're doing the volunteer fire, and you're responding to the same call. Come to find out it's just a prank. I mean, how upset would you be at the same time? All this time and resources, you know, money-wise and everything. You know, other things need to be happening. So, anything you wish to add, change, or delete from me that you just told us? >> No, we talked about that. >> Well, we were talking about all that. >> But in for the interview, anything you need to add, change, or delete? >> No. >> Anything we spoke about off tape we can speak about on tape? >> Yes. >> Who's the statement? >> In the end, he was charged with making a false bomb threat, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, misuse of emergency services, and inducing panic. As wild as that woman was, she didn't hold a candle to this guy, a man who genuinely believed he could do whatever he pleased and volts away without consequences. >> No, no, no. Dude, you know my dad's a federal agent. You know my dad's FBI. >> I don't care if you're the President of the United States. >> And you're going to still arrest me on these [ __ ] charges? >> On the 3rd of January, 2023, police officers responded to a complaint concerning a vehicle repair. When they arrived, they did not expect to meet one of the biggest rats of all time. >> I had an appointment. I had a breathalyzer thing in my car that needs to get swapped out every month and they do an evaluation on it. I I paid for it over the phone by credit card. I already did all that. And now he won't do the work on my car when he's already got my money and everything else. >> How do you know he won't do the work or what? >> Yeah, he told me he won't do the work. >> Why are you sweating so much? >> Because it's hot. It's up in sitting in the car for an hour and a half. Like, I know AC. >> Yeah, I just keep your hands out of your pockets while we're talking. >> I called you. >> I understand that. I treat everybody the same way. I just not no disrespect. Just hang on for a minute. Let me talk to them. What >> happening? >> I got to go to work. >> Yeah. >> And he was supposed to do the >> Wait. Thank you. >> the switch it has once a month only maintenance. >> Got you. >> He says my camera is disconnected. He's like, "Oh, the camera is disconnected." I was like, "No, the camera is absolutely not disconnected and if it is, I don't know anything about it. We got to get in the computer and check diagnostics on this." But then he tells the guy that it had sticker tape or something over the the camera part. And he starts telling him he can't do it just for that. >> At this point, the officer began to notice that something was strange about him. And this was when things really got interesting. >> Long story short, the guy got his money. >> Why are you so nervous? >> I'm not nervous, dude. I'm frustrated. >> Your pupils are pinpoint. >> Who cares? I'm high as hell. Is that what you want to hear? >> So you drove here high as hell to get here? >> I'm not high, dude. >> Just said. >> I was being sarcastic. I was just trying to move this along. >> I'm not feeding into the sarcasm. >> I I got high after I got here. >> Weird. >> I know. >> How are you going to get here? >> I'm not even high, dude. What are you talking about? >> put your hands behind your back. >> For what? >> You're being detained. You said you were >> For what? For what am I being >> Suspicion of narcotics. >> That's not That's not illegal. >> Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands up. If you tense up, it's going to be real bad. >> I know it will be. >> All right. You haven't met me yet, so I'm just giving you a fair warning. >> This is crazy. >> Isn't it? >> You don't think so? You You really get >> Yep. Well, you admitted that you just got high after you got here. >> And you didn't take that as sarcasm. >> I know. You got anything in your pockets you need to state to me? I'm going to pat you down. >> Right side. >> He was starting to realize that he may have put himself in some pretty serious trouble. >> Listen, why? There's nothing illegal. right. >> Possession of narcotics? >> Possession or is it possession of? Where's your possession? >> Hey. >> I don't know. No, no, no. Where's your possession at? >> Have a seat. >> No, dude. >> Dude, have a seat or you're going to go to jail. >> You're What are you trying to do that? Let me sit out here like a normal person. If you want me to sit No, what's your suspicion? >> I'm going to ask you one last >> That's not illegal. >> Have a seat. >> It's not illegal, officer. That's not illegal to >> Have a seat. >> It's not illegal to have a seat. >> Sit down. Sit down. >> Most people at this point would try not to allow the situation to escalate further, but for some reason, this guy seemed to love complicating things for himself. >> Dude, get the leg in. Actually, come on back out. Now you're getting searched and you're under arrest. >> Uh why am I getting searched? >> Obstruction of justice. Resisting an officer without violence. >> I'm not resisting. >> You You just did. >> How did I resist? >> to go to jail, my dude. I'm not playing your games. >> You're You're You're breaking the law. I'm not resisting. How did I'm asking By me asking a question By me asking a question, how is possession or something which How is possession How is it Oh, yeah. You can There's no possession. >> You can't You're not going to find anything. You're going to be real pissed and look real stupid. What did you take? >> I didn't take anything. >> Do you need an ambulance to check you out? >> Why would I need an ambulance to check me out? >> know. Say you just took narcotics. >> I did. It's Yeah, it's sarcasm. >> Well, I guess you'll learn about sarcasm, won't you? >> Mhm. I don't know. >> Suspicion of drugs, huh? >> So, that's a crime now. We're arresting people for that? >> No, you're being arrested for resisting without violence. >> How in In How did I resist you? In what way? >> Resisting a lawful command to sit down. >> What How did I What >> I have a seat now. >> I got I asked you what I was under arrest for. >> At this point, he was beginning to show the officers how much of a brat he really was. >> No, no, no, dude. You know my dad's a Fed. You know my dad's FBI. >> I don't care if your dad's the president of the United States. >> And you're going to still arrest me on these [ __ ] charges? You know what he's doing is [ __ ] up, man. Hey, let me talk to you. You know what he's doing is [ __ ] up. >> Get your foot in the car. >> Come on, dude. You know what he's doing is [ __ ] up. >> Eventually realizing that he wasn't going to be let off the hook, he began to show a little more remorse, at least momentarily. >> Try to get out of the car, we're going to have a problem, you understand? >> I thought I was good to go. >> No, you're not good to go. What are you trying to get my attention back here for? >> I was just going to say, listen, I came off rude to you. I do apologize for that. I was I was frustrated cuz he was being >> start rambling or let me read you something? You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you're being questioned. If you cannot afford to hire a lawyer, one will be appointed to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You can decide at any to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. Do you understand each >> I understand that. I understand exactly. >> Okay. That being said, what would you like to tell me? >> Nothing. I'm good. >> Okay. So, you're being arrested for resisting without violence. Okay. >> You got your body camera on, right? >> Yep. It's been recording this entire time. >> Okay, great. I'm taking it to trial. As far as I know I'm >> You're being arrested and you're also getting a civil citation >> for marijuana. Oh, damn. >> Do you have a prescription card? >> I'm definitely taking it I just want you to know I'm 100% going to take that to trial. And when you when you're sus- uh suspicion of uh suspicion of whatever you said. What'd you say? What was it again? What was I under arrest for? >> Because you had narcotics on you because you told me that you had >> No, I did not. >> the narcotics. >> I didn't tell you I just had narc- I >> You definitely did. No I want I want to talk. >> So when you're lawfully detained and handcuffed and an officer asks you to sit in the back of the patrol car on the seat and you just obey my command that's resisting a lawful command. >> No it's resisting without without being any charge with anything charged against me just your suspicion I can be placed in handcuffs and put in the back of your car. >> absolutely. Absolutely can I. >> Yep. >> I can sit on the curb right there just like this and you can do anything about it. >> Does the car say Burger King or police because last time I checked where I asked you to sit is where you'll sit and you refuse to do so. >> Okay well I'm taking it to trial I swear to God I'm taking it to trial. >> under arrest I'll see you at the jail. Move your foot. >> Despite the fact that he was now in trouble he never once considered that being nice may help in making things easier for him. >> But I swear to God I'm 100% taking it to trial. You know you're getting that way to court. You're being taken to court and you're not allowed to talk to anyone else. I can't believe I'm kidnapped. >> He called >> This [ __ ] is straight kidnapping. >> If you want to be straight kidnapped you can be. >> [ __ ] are you doing Andrew? How do you sleep at night knowing you >> Listen very carefully. >> What? >> If you do not obey my instructions I can't guarantee your safety. >> Oh I know you can't you >> Sammy >> You're a [ __ ] >> Stop right here. Stop 14 white female juvenile. That's a jail. >> You can't hold me here. You what you what? I'm a predator so what I can do is say I'm going to work out have a job and be >> I actually got a letter of recommendation from the army. >> Eventually he was charged with resisting an officer without violence and received a citation for possession of marijuana. As unhinged as she was this woman was still no match for the full-blown meltdown that followed. Total psycho going full Karen mode the moment she realized jail wasn't just a threat, it was her next stop. >> Are you going to kill me? Are you going to Are you going to beat me up? Are you going Are you going >> On the 12th of April, 2022, officers received a distress call from a woman claiming that she had serious difficulties with her breathing and they rushed down to help. However, what they initially thought was a medical emergency quickly turned out to be a clash with a completely insane Karen. >> Hi. Please don't approach. Back up. >> I'm good. Hold up. Don't roll the window down. Don't roll the window down. Roll the window down. Is this the same female from Chase or City's Chase Bank from earlier? >> Fetch my work for me. Fetch. >> I'm going to tell you don't drive away, okay? >> I think she needs a mental health check. Like I think she's got >> I I kind of figured that already, but thanks for your input. >> Watch the Walmart tapes. Demand they be seen. >> Karen, what's going on today? It was immediately clear to the officers that they were in for a bumpy ride. The woman who claimed to have had a medical emergency was not only fine, but was also actively trying to irritate them. Yeah, I'm called for. We're next to the Sam's Club car wash. Are you going to hang out here at Walmart the entire time or are you going to leave? Karen. Karen. Turn the music down, we can talk. I'm going to give you some options. Turn the music down so we can talk. Are you going to leave? Are you going to go back to Illinois? >> Can I leave now? >> Are you going to go back to Illinois? Right now you are. >> Okay, then I'm going to wait. >> Okay. >> all day. I'm on vacation. I'm going to go all over Wisconsin picking up my cousin David in Stoughton to hit the town. >> Nice. >> Thank you. My parents were immigrants, born in Poland, Germany. >> Okay. >> And I got tired of being called a Nazi. >> I bet. >> And I thought I want you to please back Full watch, full scratch. I need you to. >> 10-4. >> Next version >> Are you okay? >> Yes, yeah I am. You don't know >> What? You don't even know me. >> You don't know. >> I know. I'm that's what I'm trying to find out. I'm from Mexico. Anybody. >> Get away from >> I'm from Mexico. >> Listen. >> My family's from Mexico. >> Can I leave? >> Are you going to actually leave? Are you going to actually leave? >> I'm going to drive around a little bit more in the Walmart and then I'm going to >> Cuz right now, the way you're acting, I'm >> Go ahead. I just gave you my lawyer's name. >> I'm not involved or interested in your lawyer. Do you need mental help? >> No. Do you? >> Assistance? >> I think you do. I'm going to report you. I'm going to report you. >> The way you're acting, you're acting erratic. >> At this point, the officers tried to question her, but they did not know what to expect as it seems like she had totally lost it. >> Ma'am, ambulance at all? They said you were having trouble breathing. What's going on today, ma'am? >> Have you had anything to drink or taken any controlled substances today, ma'am? >> It's not very nice. >> It is on.
