Tell her like I will pay her for wanting me out. I just don't want to pay you. Before you listen to me, my cameras are wrong. Dude, we're gonna call your mom and we're going to let her know that we're coming. Hello. Yeah, don't don't put your crocodile tears. Mom. No, I'm not. I'm crocodile tears. I can you check for my warrant. There's no check your warrant. You got a warrant for your arrest. Now you're going to jail. Police officers stand for to protect and serve, but some find themselves protecting society while serving warrants for their own children. What really happens when the criminals they're pursuing shares their DNA? Please listen to me. Just stop. I peed my pants cuz she was being mean to me. I peed my Please don't arrest me. Please, please. I don't have a record at all. Please, please, please call. Please don't. Don't. No. No. My dad's a sheriff. Please. You stop. Can you put your other hand behind your back? My dad's a sheriff. Please don't do this to me. Please. Please. Wait, this is [screaming] all right. Help. Oh, help. I'm not going to lose you, mother. Here are several instances when cops discover their kids are criminals. Starting with a case of this 21-year-old crybaby who thought her daddy could save her from getting arrested. Oh, your dad's right over here. My dad was a sheriff's officer. He would tell you this. Can I call my dad? On the 28th of December 2022, police officers reported to an accident scene where a traffic light got hit by a car and fell to the ground. You want to uh just go check 9 south real quick? Yeah, there's a white bumper here. All right, B. Be advised we have a white bumper. Yeah. Yep. Okay. What kind of car was it? It was I think a white Toyota. A white Toyota. Do you have a license plate by chance? I buy two, but the car Okay. Any distinguishing characteristics on it or just a white Pretty easy. Okay. Was it a four-door, two door? 67. I'm going to check 9 south. Okay. Be advised. We spoke to the person who observed the crash. They stated it was a Toyota Ford. They trailed the culprit to a gas station and she denied hitting the traffic light even though all evidence pointed to her. Come back from Applebees. Yeah, I had a drink. Okay. How old are you? 21. You're 21. We're just supposed to play this out. My dad is um Lee. Okay. All right. I'm sorry. My um I think I left my wallet at Applebee's. Sorry. Just keep your hands out of your pockets, please. That's okay. So, you're coming from Applebee's right now? Yeah. I had a drink. Okay. Which way did you take to go from Applebee's to here? Um, I went around um at the light at Route 9 and I came back from here and then ran back and then here was empty on gas. So you went over by like Lowe's. No, that you came out of Applebee's. You came out of Applebee's. The light. Which way? Yeah, the light. The Lowe's, I guess. Right there. Right. You cut through Applebee's, right? You went through the plaza. You came out by Lowe's by Chick-fil-A. You made the right and you had the traffic light right there. Okay. Did you hit that pole that's over there? No. You hit the utility pole. Hit anything cuz your bumper's in the middle of the road. No, my um I hit the So, do you see like this side? Yeah. I hit this. Okay. At my um How long ago? Like about a month ago on my ex's. Okay. Because he broke up with me and I broke up with him and All right. Go ahead hang it about back over there. Keep your hands in your pockets, please. It's okay. I'm sorry. Listen, your bumper's in the road over there. Okay. Did you just hit that pole? No, I promise you I did not. No. So, someone brings that bumper over here. It's not going to match up perfectly. You're coming from Applebee's. You're telling me you went out that way. Everything's matching up. Witnesses said they saw a white car cross over in this direction. And then I happen to find your car parked here with no with no bumper. Okay. All right. She remained adamant about not hitting the lights and tried using the emotional card to appear innocent. So Teresa, yes. Let me ask you again. Yeah. You left Applebee? Yeah, I left Apple Geese. You cut through the plaza. You came out by Lowe's and Chick-fil-A. Yes. Yes. Did you hit the traffic pole? That's right there. I did not hit the traffic pole. Do you not remember hitting a traffic pole? I did not hit the traffic pole. I promise you. So, your bumper's in the middle of the road over there. And there's a pole down. This part was hanging off already cuz I already hit something. Okay. When I I hit a deer in Pennsylvania cuz I go to school and and the the this part was hanging off already. Okay. Do you smoke marijuana recreationally? No, I cannot smoke marijuana. What do you prescribe that you put You have I am a soccer athlete. Can I call my dad who's a sheriff's officer? Let the one officer come here who's who's out with your other part of your bumper. He's going to talk to you and then we'll go from there. Okay. Well, Do you go to college? Yes, I go to a soccer captain there. Okay. I do not smoke marijuana universally. Do you do any recreational drugs? How old are you? I'm 21 drink at Applebee's and I'm like scared out of my mind. But Teresa, I explained to you this before. Lying isn't going to get you anywhere. We just need to know the truth. You just lied. You just lied. We just caught you in a lie. You found this piece by the traffic light by Lowe's. You said you that piece fell off from Pennsylvania. You told me you hit a deer. You a whole bunch of stories. You're a Pennsylvania guy. You just hit a traffic light and that's where this piece was. I hit it. You see this? This piece fell off at the traffic light that you hit that you knocked over. Lying doesn't help anything. Where were you coming from? I'm lying. I came from Alice. I had one drink. Okay. After Apple's, where'd you go? I I came from there. The the traffic light that's right there. And then the I came around and there because my house is I would have to go through that traffic light. So there Okay, that doesn't really make too much sense either considering that the traffic light that you took out was on the corner. Which corner? Of the back entrance of Lowe's? the back entrance of Lowe's. Have to go around there. So, I have to go around there right there. Here's I'm just going to draw this out for you. So, here's the corner for the back entrance for Lewis. Your vehicle came and impacted it on the passenger side hitting the traffic lane. So, that means that you're coming from down a different part of Lanesville Road. You see that Hawaii or Apple right there? Yeah. Okay. So, I would go that way. I would go that way which Lowe's is right there. Then I would go to traffic lights to the LA fitness which right there which is my gym. Then I would go that way which is goes down to the quick check which is that way and I would make the right that way road. Again that does that doesn't make too much sense considering where the damage was and where the pull that was. So here readyville road yes closes on the right. You hit the traffic, you hit the traffic light on the right hand side of Los with the passenger side of your vehicle, which is where this piece was, which matches identically, which didn't fall off in Pennsylvania, which fell off road. Pennsylvania. I know that. I hit a deer in Pennsylvania. Well, you also hit a telephone pole today or a traffic light today. And I I must have hit something today. I'm sorry. So, you you don't know that you hit a a traffic light. I did not hit a traffic light today. So, you mean to tell me that's just coincidence that this was on a traffic light today. So again, you need to tell me this is just a coincidence that this piece was found right next to a traffic light. I'm not saying that I was coming home from my boyfriend's house for one day where I hit a um cross sheriff's officer. He would tell you this. I can't stop. What's up? Yeah. She's got guacamole everywhere. She got guac everywhere. I was trying to figure out what the green stuff was and I saw that's not chips and guac. Yeah, I know. Yeah, I don't know what in Pennsylvania. You know what I'm saying? But I hit a like a thing in here and this damaged this here and then I must have hit something today and then this fell off. I'm not saying that I'm lying. I'm saying like and I'm I'm explaining to you that you hit a traffic light at the corner of Lville Road back at Lowe's. Okay. And then you left the scene. I did not. Did Did you call 911? Did you report it? No, I didn't. When the pressure became a lot, she began spilling the truth. This rim's all messed up, too, on this side. So, I That's already messed up. The other I know. I was right next to Yeah, I know. I was at Duncan and the guy backed into me in this this accident. Listen, are you just scared you're going to get tickets or something? Yes. Is that all it is? Yes. So, you want to just tell the truth? Yes. I'm telling you this. So, when after Applebees, did you hit a traffic pole? I think I hit something. I remember hitting something. You can't miss it. It lights up. It's red, green, and yellow. I remember hitting something after Applebee's thing like And did you drive away cuz you're scared cuz you had maybe had one drink and you think you're drunk and you might get arrested but you don't seem like you're drunk. Yes. Is that what's going on? So you drove away cuz you're scared. So you might get some tickets and maybe you might get arrested. Is that why? Yes. Okay. So now we're starting to tell the truth, right? I remember hitting something, but I remember like like from like before this I already hit something and he he was So you're saying there was some damage but obviously your bumper is over there like this officer was saying this was already damaged. This was already this fell off because of already damaged. Okay. But it fell off on Lanes Mill where the pulley is in the middle of the road. I told my dad he would tell you. Well, here's the thing. Your dad the sheriff's officer wasn't driving your vehicle today. Your dad the sheriff tell you it's already damaged. They already reported to the insurance. You already reported everything. Right. You're 21. You're an adult. We're trying to figure out what happened with you and driving and leaving the scene. I hit a curb. You hit a traffic signal. Oh, I hit a curb. Yeah. You went up the curb. You hit the traffic signal. The traffic signal fell down and you left. Someone's text me. That's why. And I already had damage. I still I'm just trying to figure out how cuz if you went the back entrance to come out of the Lansville marketplace that that still doesn't make sense. The damage should be on the driver's side because this is where you hit the the the traffic light. If I came out of Again, I'm I'm telling you I'm telling you your story doesn't make sense. She was later allowed to phone her dad whose explanation further proved that she was lying. Please. I just need to talk to Yeah. I think I think she's scared. She's hang out with a boy or something and the dad is I don't know. This makes no sense at all. Maybe hanging out with a guy. Yeah. She doesn't want Yeah, exactly. Something like that. She spun around or something or she's going to a guy's house or something. Who knows? Yeah. Teresa. Teresa. What's your name? Right. Sheriff's office. What's going on? Hey, John. How are you? Um, so your daughter is a traffic damage on that on the car there. I think I'm I'm trying to remember off the top of my head. It was like the front right bumper and down the side. There was some bending and scratching going down the side. Okay. How bad was the front bumper? It was the front bumper. Yes. How bad was the front bumper? Oh, how bad? It was uh Yeah, it was a little bit little bit of damage. I mean, like I said, it was it was very dry. I've had this flight just called today to get an appointment for an estimate for it. Um but like I said, like the fog light area was kind of uh missing kind of thing. Okay. That's the bottom side. Yeah, the was the passenger side. Okay. All right. cuz uh it looks like the fog the fog light thing it's I don't know if it's a fog light or if it's like a plastic piece. So that's gone. The the bumper cracked and then there was another piece of the bumper right below the headlight that fell off by the traffic light that she took out. Okay. You say took it out. It came down. Yeah, she took it down. and then she was trying to say that the the one piece that was newly missing from this incident was in Pennsylvania uh from the other crash. So, I just wanted to talk to you and get, you know, a better idea of what actually happened. I I I the only thing I know is that the there was the I don't know like a like a rectangle black thing that was missing. The bumper was was me. I don't know what piece you're talking about. So, that down the side. Yeah. So, where that rectangle black thing is, there's a a white piece of plastic. So, that came off in this crash. The bumper's like kind of hanging, but it is drivable. Um, so that's that's kind of that's kind of where we're at right now with this. All right. No problem. Uh, can I come out you guys out there? Uh, that's up to you. I I'll see if she wants you to come out if she wants, you know, you to drive her home. Um, the best thing she needs to be talking about. Yeah, she's at the uh the Waw Wa on uh by Kent Road. Oh, okay. Gotcha. So, yeah. Uh I think it might be best if you come cuz like I said, she's she's upset. Still very nervous. So, okay. Yeah. All right. I I appreciate it. Let me let me come out there and and I'll see you guys and thank you. Okay. All right. Sounds good. All right. Shortly after her dad arrived at the location and more light was shed on the situation. So, you know where back entrance for those is? Yes. Where like LA Fitness is in that interceptor. Yes. So, We got a hell of a hole by the low side. So it came down came and then that piece of lumber there was there but described with the other damage the other black piece obviously. Yeah. No, it was more than that. I mean that I mean that's more than it was. Okay. Yeah. So for the other one was it just like the bumper wasn't hanging like that? Yeah. No. So what it was is um basically this was intact. Okay. Um, this piece was missing, but these scratches here, that's all from a gear that she just to prize you or something. I I got off work on the warrant squad, right? So, just I I want to show you this so you can see it. Um, I don't know what time you you initiated the stop. Uh, you home 10:39. So, what time do you stop her at? because she probably got nervous and I'm not saying that's we know that's not an excuse. I get it. But what do you think time do you think that initial call came because she probably hit it and was like, "Dad, what the will I do?" Probably I would say somewhere between 10:45 and 11. Wow. That's about right. Hey, Sergeant, how are you? 1050. [clears throat] Okay. Um right. So that would probably be about the time she hit it. At what time? She texted me originally at 10. I was trying to get some sleep. I just got off work. Um she said you home at 10:39. Yeah. Yeah. It's about when that say somewhere we got to Right. So she hit the thing got nervous and Okay. Did she tell you she was going to happen with me or Rubies? Yes. Yes. I'm not sure where which one she went to. Yeah. Um but I know that she was going out to rappers or I think she said she got something at Rugers or something. I'm not sure. Like guacamole. I I just weren't sure. She was like talking to her. She wasn't telling us the truth at all. She was what wasn't telling us the truth at all. That damn old trying to piece everything together, you know. because we're like, "Were you at least going this way on the road?" Yeah. Well, she's had Well, I I don't know who she was hanging out with. She does have an ex-boyfriend. She's off school for the for the the two weeks. So, I mean, I I mean, lying to She knows that I'm a cop. She knows she knows not to do that. But in the beginning, like we just want to make sure that there might be a car driving around that car. She tried saying all this old damage happened. Okay. Well, maybe she didn't even do you think she That's not I'm saying she didn't lie. Yeah. Okay. And I want to be very clear about that. She might not even look at the freaking car to see if there's any difference. But you know, but she hit something. She hit something. She hit something. A pole. Yeah. She hit something. Yeah. She's going to know she hit the pole. She might not think, "Okay, maybe maybe I didn't get any damage." Like I could see that stupid thing going on in her head. So, but a lie is a lie. It is what it is. All right. Hey, how he's going to run her through some tests. All right. An officer proceeded to test her for drugs. Rolling out of bed, but uh I'm not even sure. [clears throat] That's what we didn't know originally. Maybe she was coming from some guy's house. She wanted dad to know who she was hanging out with or something. All right. Um this right here step on the ground like this. You're going to take nine steps back out loud. All right. While you do the test, make sure you touch good step. Look under your feet. See if you can see where you walk. Keep your arms down at your sides and count your step out loud. Right. Okay. Right. You stay in that position while I give the instructions demonstrating as well. Start testif and so forth until you stop. While you're doing a test, both legs straight, arms out of your sides. Straight your nose. Count out loud. Now you're going to keep your arms out of your side. Okay. You sent us This is unbroken and everything that happened today. All right. I don't think that you were okay to safely operate. All right. I think that is great. base one for female 41 17 for dad. Dad, hold on. We'll let you drive away. Um, do you have any? No. Do you need anything inside the car or cell phone? I don't like I did this test, right? So, the warning not okay to take the operating too many steps. You missed steps to tell the one leg stand raise your arms up. There's a lot of indicators there that you're going to walk through. I'm sorry. Unfortunately for her, daddy could not save her from this one. Where's my dad? Oh, your dad's right over here. Okay, so we got your cell phone. You need anything else from inside the car? Anything else in there? You do stop with this [ __ ] in the car. You're arrested for DUI. That's [laughter] X-ray. She works booking um intake. Is there any way you can let me go? Like I I can't do that, sweetie. Like there's no way that I have a warning right now. Hello. Yeah. Guys, don't don't put your crocodiles here. Mom. No, ma'am. I'm coded out with tears. I can you check for my warrant? I There's no check for your warrant. You got a warrant for your arrest. Now you going to jail. On December the 21st, 2023, police officers responded to a disturbance call at 1:30 a.m. Local residents reported hearing a young woman screaming near a park, causing enough concern for them to step outside their homes and call 911. When officers arrived at the scene, they had no idea they were about to deal with one of the most entitled suspects they had encountered. a corrections officer's daughter who believed her family connections would get her out of any trouble, accompanied by an uncooperative teenage boy. However, when questioned, neither seemed willing to [music] provide straight answers about what had transpired. Where she at? I don't know. What do you mean you don't know? She just ran obviously. I don't know. So, what they what they She probably went home. I don't know. What direction did she run? I don't know. She's fine, though. She's just going to sober up and tell me just chill, bro. Okay. So, what direction did I know you saw her run off? I don't know. I don't know where she ran. Okay. Well, you're lying. So, where did she go? I don't know where she ran. I don't know where she ran to. Do you have an ID on you? No, I don't. How old are you? I'm a minor. You're a minor? Yeah. Okay. Where's your parents at? Right here. I live right here on this street. I was just walking to the gas station. Where's your house at then? Where's Where's Where's your house at? I don't know. My house is right there. Right. I'm chilling. All right. How old is she? She 18. Just turned 18. All right. What's her name? I I don't know her name. You don't know her name? You're That's your girlfriend. You don't know her name. What's your name? So, what are you What are you trying to hide? What is it? E L M A R. So, she's not going to get in trouble, man. All right. I already know. I already know how this goes. But I I just want to All right. How do you think it's going to go? We're just trying to figure out where she's at cuz she's running down the street screaming. Bro, I already know her, bro. I don't know. All right. But you're not going to get in trouble, right, for trying to help her. I'm not in wrong. I know. All right, then. Okay. So, we need to find out who she is. I don't know where she went. Okay. But you know who she is, though. To tell you. She What's her phone number? I don't know. I don't have a phone number. Is that her stuff in your hand right there? No, it doesn't. You're just walking around with a coach wallet in your hand. No, that's mine. Although the young woman was covered in mud, barefoot, and had suspicious scratches. [music] She believed officers should simply take her word that nothing was wrong. What's going on? I'm fine. Well, obviously you're not fine, sweetie. You're covered in mud. I just had an argument with my boyfriend. That's it. That's all it. Did anything get physical? No, I promise. Okay. Well, I need you to tell me because I have people calling saying that you're screaming. Yes, I was screaming. I'm not going to lie. But I'm fine now. I was How did that scratch under your nose get there? Where? I was at a party and my my boyfriend was asking me where I was and I was screaming because didn't want him to know where I was. Okay, that's all. Why are you covered in dirt and mud? I was running through the I was running through over there through the um mangroves and all that stuff. Okay. Why were you running? Cuz the lady was yelling at me. I just wanted to run. I didn't even I'm like I just don't even want to talk to anybody. That's all. Okay. Well, where are your shoes? My shoes? I'm pretty sure they're with my boyfriend. If they're not, then I don't know where they're at. What were you guys arguing about? I just got here like 10 minutes ago. He was arguing with me going to a party. and I was at a party and I just came over here. That's it. He just didn't want me to go to the party and I said I wasn't but I was I was lying. So he was trying to get out of me and then the lady started screaming so I started panicking. I ran down the street and then I seen you guys. So I just was like I don't want to seem like innocent or anything so or like guilty of anything. So I just came back here. You're not in trouble. Yeah, I know. That's why I was like I should just come back, you know, explain what's happening. But I need to know cuz you have a scratch on your arm. You have a scratch on your face. It's fine. I was just I was just running through the mangroves and stuff, so they were scratching me and stuff and all that. I'm just out of breath. Okay. Well, I can tell you the way that you were screaming, I could hear you. Something was going on. No, it wasn't nothing going on. I was really just like I was mad at him because, you know, since I went out, he went out to a different party. So, I was mad at him for going out to a different party. Just when she thought she could distract officers with stories about party drama, she had no idea they had already discovered her active warrant. [music] One that even her mother's position couldn't make disappear. I talked to my mom. Uhhuh. And my mom, like I don't know if you know, she's she's in corrections officer. She's Eel Rodriguez. Give a word back. All right. And relax. She's going to be able to I have a warrant. Yep. Four for brawling. Brawling and fire. Is your mom working right now? Yeah. I'm not sure. She's already had the call, right? Yes. Can you add her, Sarge? Yeah. I'm not sure what I'm in for. Can you My person love you. Yeah, please. Yeah, that way you don't have to stand. Please. And she's going to bring her car over here so you don't have to walk barefoot all the way over there. All right. Okay. Can I ask what my warrants for? Brawling. For brawl. Yeah, for brawling. I didn't write the warrant. Okay. Of course. I know. But can I I have first appearance tomorrow? Could be. I love you though. I'm just going to stay put so you don't fall over anything. All right. Her mom doesn't work. Her mom Your mom works shift, right? She works in um I think she's awatch. I think she uh what's when you first go in? She works booking um intake. Intake. But I don't think she works nights, right? I'm She works nights. She works overnights. Eyes. What is it? Eel. Oh, that is right. That is I know. I love you. Your mom Your mom works tonight, so she'll be in there. Did you get his number? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I got it. Thank you. What? I hate you. Where's your property? This is his number. Will it be transported with me? Yeah. I was going to go with you. [laughter] Did you know you got this for? No, I didn't. He's seems like I went underestimated. I was supposed to go um Friday this Friday. Today's Well, today technically is Friday. I was supposed to go to talk to Detective Bouvier and I told him I went to court for this case that he's asking about and he's still asking about it. I told him we already went to court for it and it got dismissed. So, I don't understand why I still have to go. Well, we weren't for it. So, it's all your fault. You stupid. If you didn't, I would laugh. Calm down. All right. It's not going to make it any better. Okay. If you didn't, I would love I wouldn't be here. All right. Please go in the car. I'm so sorry, sir. Stand up. I love you. But if you didn't live, I wouldn't be here. I love you. [screaming] Tell me you love me back. Just watch your step. All right. Tell me you love me back. I love you. I love you. I love you. I'll see you. I'mma call you. You better answer. I love you. What started as a routine disturbance call was about to teach this young woman that having a mother who works in corrections doesn't mean you're above the law. All right, listen. Huh? In the end, her mother's position at the jail didn't earn her any special privileges. Instead, it meant facing charges of battery and making threats of violence under her own mother's watchful eye during intake. Speaking of law enforcement families enabling bad behavior, [music] here's another case of an entitled daddy's girl who would not take no for an answer because her father was an officer. Johnny. Johnny. On August the 7th, 2023, officers were dispatched to address a domestic dispute involving a mother and her daughter who was identified as Maxine. But the events that unfolded next were nothing but interesting. Hi, sir. What's going on? We came here for commodities. Uhhuh. I had a phone call and then these two, my daughter, she's in the bathroom, I guess. Is she the one wearing black? Yeah. Oh, okay. She's right here. That's my my head. So, what happened today? My daughter decided she was going to throw herself a tantrum because I threatened to take off without her. While she was visiting over there, I was sweating out here, putting the groceries away, and her and my sister still hadn't gotten back to the vehicle. Her and your sister? Yes. Where's your sister at? She left. Okay. She wasn't going to stick. But she was threatening to leave. My sister could tell you everything. I got her number. Okay. No, her but your but your daughter was threatening to leave. No, she got into the truck. She cuz I was threatening her. She got into the driver's seat. Yeah. You're really going to have her in the car with me? You choose. You choose. You have 3 seconds to choose between me and her, Dad. Who's it going to be? Her? Her?" blah blah blah blah blah. She on her knees up here and the passenger reached over here and she was swinging. After hearing what the mother had to say, the officer decided to talk to Maxine, but it was immediately clear what the real issue was. What was going on? My mom, I don't know, did what she said and threatened me. She threatened you? How did she threaten me? She pretty much said that she was going to call you if I said or did anything wrong. Can you tell me the whole part, please? I mean, I can show you text. She's got mad because first of all, she wanted me to try to take advantage of the commodities and I didn't want to. She got She doesn't live with you guys. She doesn't live with you guys. No, she Well, she does. She sleeps on the couch. What happened in the vehicle? Not going to lie, I was going to, but my dad said no. So, I backed off. But cuz your dad's saying that you guys are both going at it. I never made contact. Who started it? She did. At this time, the officer felt he had enough information to determine who the primary aggressor was. But before taking any major steps, [music] he had just one thing left to do. Can I talk to you real quick? Yes, sir. Um, did do you want to press charges for her scratching you? Are you okay? Sorry, my sight. Are you okay? She knows how to go away. You want to start? If I do, what have you? Are you okay? Can you think right? Do you need water? I can think right. I just I need a brace. Okay. Okay. Can you have Can you stand up for me, please? Okay. You forced me. That's good because I didn't do anything wrong. So, are you serious? Wait. Okay. Please, please give me a hand and we'll walk and I'll talk to you. We'll talk to your dad. Okay. So, why did you go out of the store and then go back into I don't [laughter] know. I told you I have a UTI. It's making me act crazy. I don't know. I don't know. Oh, I don't know. I just I don't know. Despite her repeated attempts to use her father's position as a shield, she was charged with assault and resisting arrest. Her sense of entitlement likely fostered by years of special treatment [music] finally met its match in officers who believed no one, not even a sheriff's daughter, was above the law. If you thought that this entitled Sher's daughter, who thought assaulting a store manager was okay because of daddy's badge was cringe, well, here's an even more delusional cop's kid who thought being drunk behind the wheel was fine since her daddy was basically [music] the chief of police. I don't talk to the police. I just whatever is needed is needed. When it's all the extra stuff, I'm not doing it. My uncle works for cuz I could call them right now. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Now you're rest for obstructing. Stand up. [screaming] Stand up. My dad's a police. Can you please call me? Stand up. On March the 30th, 2024, during a routine patrol, an officer noticed a vehicle suspiciously [music] parked in the middle of the road. Inside was a young woman slumped behind the wheel, seemingly unconscious. As the officer approached to check on her well-being, he had no idea he was about to encounter one of the most entitled individuals he had ever met. Hello. Hi. What's going on? Julia, please. Yeah. Yeah. My phone broke off. What's that? 14 tonight. 695. What's going on? Copy. My tongue's tongue. Okay. Why don't you jump out so I can talk to you? 22. I'll take a second to occupy one time. Hey, what's going on? Nothing. My tongue fell out. My tongue ring. Your tongue ring. Why don't you jump outside so I talk to you? Where do you stay at? Um, off Hobalt. At Hobalt? Yeah. Okay. Here. Come on. Come on. Step out and talk to me. You okay? Yeah. Just leave your car, your phone in the car. That's fine. Yeah. Okay. We'll put it in your pocket for me. Here. Step over here. Just leave leave your towel in there. Your blanket. You okay? Yeah, I'm good. Okay, just leave it in there. Come on. Step over here for me. Come on over. What's going on? Put your phone in your pocket for me, please. I had lost my arm. Just put your phone in your pocket for me, please. For what? So I can talk to you. I want to see what's going on. Nothing. I just ran on the gas. That's it. That's [clears throat] all that happened. Okay. Can you put your phone away for me, please? For what? Because I'm trying to talk to you. What's up? Can you put your phone away so we can have a conversation cuz you're distracted by having a conversation. What's So what's going on? I just ran out of gas. That's it. How long ago did you run out of gas? Like 20 minutes ago. I'm waiting on somebody to pull up. That's it. Okay. You know where you're at? Yeah. This is my best friend's house. And what's her address? I don't know. She lives on the street, though. Okay. So, you ran out of gas. Running out of gas. That's it. I'm trying to find somebody to come help me put some gas in my car. Okay. Can you hang up your phone? Unless you want to give me a ride. You want to? We can see about arranging that. I'm trying to talk to you. You can give me a ride if you want to. If not, I'm going to go back in my car so I can find some. Okay. We're not doing that right now. I'm talking to you. Okay. Will you talk to me and let me know the solution? Give me your phone. We're done with this. We're done with this. Let go or I'm going to arrest you. Let go or I'm going to arrest you. Let go or I'm going to arrest you. Let go. I'm going to arrest you. Okay, that's it. What's your name? Yeah. What are we doing over here? I'm going to put it right here. I'm just waiting on gas. While her story about running out of gas [music] seemed simply enough, her behavior suggested something far more concerning was at play. Okay. How much did you have to drink today? Nothing. How much did you smoke today? Nothing. Why does your car smell like camp? It doesn't matter. Yes, it does. I'm trying to talk to you. It doesn't matter. You're sitting here. I'm just trying to tell you. I'm I'm sitting here waiting for somebody to pull up so I could get some gas and that's it. That's all I'm sitting here for. Okay. Well, that's it. You don't have to ask me like, "Oh, you have you have I don't have nothing. You can check my car." Could I talk to you a second here? I don't have nothing. What's your name? My name is Mia. Mia. So, the reason why I'm asking you, okay, cuz I'm staying right in here, right? Can I finish my conversation with you? The reason why I'm asking you, okay, is yes, you're sitting in the middle of the roadway and you're blocking traffic, okay, but you're also slumped at the wheel. Like, you're asleep completely. No, I'm just sitting here. I'm waiting. I'm tired. It's early in the morning. I just got off work. I'm tired. Okay. Where do you work at? And where are you headed to? Home. I'm tired as Where do you live at? off Hobo. I told you that already. Okay. Do you know what street you're on right now? No, I don't know what street I'm on right now. Okay. Which one? Summit. Summit. One in Manuka. Okay. So, why would you be up this way? Like this? Cuz I this my best friend's house. I just told you that. I came to drop her off. Okay. You didn't tell me that you're dropping her off. It doesn't matter. I don't have to tell you that. That's none of your business. I'm just letting you know this is my best friend's house. Okay. And I'm trying And I'm trying I'm just telling you I ran out of gas. It's not a problem. I just I'm waiting for somebody to bring me some gas and that's it. What time did you get off at? 3. Okay. And what time did you drop her off at? I don't know. I don't keep tabs on that. I just came to drop her off. Okay. And that's it. Okay. I'm trying to have a conversation. Man, we don't have to have a conversation. I don't talk to the police. I just Whatever is needed is needed. Well, it's all the extra stuff I'm not doing. Okay. I don't have to ask. The reason why I'm asking you, okay, is cuz you're you're slumped at the wheel here. You got heavily bloodshot glassy eyes and you're you were sluring your speech. Okay. You normally slow your That's what I'm That's what I'm waiting on. I'm waiting on her. Yes, I'm tired. I just got off work. Yes, I'm slumped over the wheel. Yes, I'm tired. I'm tired as actually I just got off work. Okay, so why can't we have a conversation about what's going on? Do we have to have a conversation about what's going on? If I'm letting you know what's going on. How much did you have to smoke? You just tried to You just tried How much did you have to smoke? Nothing. You didn't smoke anything? I don't smoke. Why is your car smell like? It don't matter. I don't I don't smoke. Okay. Did you take any prescription medication? No. Just when the situation couldn't get [music] more tense, her response to a simple field sobriety test request would push this very simple encounter [music] into dangerous territory. You want to do some test so I can make sure you're safe to continue on driving? I don't take none of that. Is there a reason for that? No, I just don't take none of that. Is there a reason why you doing all this? Yes, cuz I want to over some gas. You're stopped at the Miller Street over some gas [music] and I want to make sure you're safe. That's That's the bottom line. Safe. I'm pretty safe. I'm letting you know that I'm safe. Okay. But you're not willing to do a test. What do I need to do a test for? So I can make sure that you're safe to drive. I don't even have to drive. I'm staying the night here. And you're stopped at the middle of the roadway. Yes, because my my gas they're coming to put my gas in. Okay. So, you're not willing to do any tests? What am I doing the test for? I'm not even supposed to be talking to y'all. So, that because you're operating a motor vehicle and you're stopped in the middle of the roadway here. I'm stopping over the road cuz I need some gas. I feel like y'all harassing. What's your name? I'm Officer Maciac. Maciac. And I'm not harassing you. I'm trying. Who is harassing me? Cuz you said he kept trying to ask me about some gas. I'm just trying to tell you that I'm going to get some gas in my car. Somebody's pulling up to get some gas for my car cuz I'm running out of gas. And how long ago did that happen? I don't know. Stay over here. Stay over here. You're not free to leave. You're being stopped for improperly parking. What am I being arrested for? I'm not arresting you. I'm being Why do I can't be in my car? Because I know all my laws. Come on. Because I don't know what's in your vehicle. You could check my vehicle. Go ahead. Okay. Why don't you stand? Go stand over here for me. At the end of the day, y'all can't y'all can't check in my vehicle. Go ahead. Stand over here. Permission. Stand over here for me, please. Y'all can't take my phone away. Let me ask you this. I ain't going to lie to you cuz I could call them right now. Okay. Let me ask you this. Are you Are you willing to provide a preliminary breath sample so I can see what's going on? What does that have to do with anything? If I'm out a motor vehicle, like, y'all pissing me off. I'm asking you a simple question. Y'all pissing me off. Okay, go ahead. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest for DUI. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Now you're arrested for obstructing. Now you're arrested for obstructing. You're on my camera. No, I'm not. Now you're under arrest for resisting. Another one. Put your hand. I don't want to have to taser you. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. You're under arrest. Put your hands behind your back. Do it now. Put your hands behind your back. Do it now. Put your hands behind my back. Put your hands behind your back. [music] You're back. You just bit me. We're fighting. Put your hands behind your back. I got a taser. Do it now. Put your hands behind your back. Just as the situation escalated to an arrest, [music] she played what she thought was her trump card. One that would eventually backfire. Stand up. Stand up. My dad's a police. Can you please call me? Stand up. You know you out here. Yeah. Police car. It's the It's the It's the light. My dad's a police. Please. Yeah. Let's go. Yeah. She's home. Oh, that's Yeah, you've been a police officer. Good job. Take a seat. I swear to God. This didn't have to go this way. [laughter] Lay back. Yes. What a god. [laughter] Please, [laughter] please can I talk to you? Please, please, can I can I please talk to you? Can I please talk to you? I feel like they're harassing me. What do you want? I didn't even fight nobody. I'm not trying to get into it with nobody. I'm just waiting for my mom to bring me some gas. Despite her connection to law enforcement, her actions that night would have severe consequences. I don't have nothing. Right. What's your name? My name is Mia, and I don't have nothing. I just want to go home to my son. Okay. Well, you beat a police officer, so we're beyond that. Okay, now I'm going to buckle you back up here. Okay, we're going to get you through this, but you need to remain cooperative. Lean back for me. I don't know. I don't know why you would think officer right there. I don't know why you'd think it'd be okay to bite a police officer. Lean back [laughter] because y'all harassing me. Nobody's harassing you. Y'all, you know this. Y'all act like I'm sitting here trying to commit a felony. Well, you did. How? You've been a police officer [laughter] is what you did. So, I mean, we're we're beyond cuz you guys are slamming me to the floor. Why wouldn't I try to defend myself and we told you? Why wouldn't I? That's it. That's it. So, my hands behind my back for what? For some gas that I I'm waiting on my mom to get. Y'all could do the DUI test right now. I'm not drunk. I just got off work at 3 in the morning. Let me see your rest here. [laughter] Sir, I'm Please. Like, I'm not drunk. I'm not nothing. They just tried to slam me to the floor cuz I told her my mom was waiting on some gas. [laughter] A search of her vehicle revealed concerning evidence, and her behavior had already earned her multiple charges, including aggravated battery on a police officer, resisting [music] arrest, DUI, and operating an uninsured vehicle. This drunk driving cops lady was wild, but she's got nothing on this next entitled [music] princess who thought her daddy's badge gave her a license for maximum attitude. Okay. No, I'm not. What airline are you flying with? Obviously, no airlines. I was the last airline tonight. I'll just money, bro, cuz I didn't want to make a scene for y'all. Okay.
