She had it right up and I said, "What are you doing? What are you doing?" It cracked. Okay. And he got in my face. Started yelling and screaming at me. Okay. Can you push him away? You pushed him away. I left him out of my face. Parents can face threats sometimes, but they never imagine that these threats can come from their own children. So, what happens when things get so bad that cops have to step in to save parents from their own awful kids? Wait, I'm telling her. You think I deserve for my kids to see me being choked? Do you want to get tased? Oh, you are. Here are moments when cops have had to rescue parents from their own children. Starting off with the moment when officers stepped in to rescue a woman from her very daughter who had physically assaulted her. I love her. But I love her. Put your hands behind your back. You're going to be under arrest for domestic battery. My mom can't call the police on me just cuz she'sing offended. On August the 16th, 2023, officers in Illinois responded to a distress call from a traumatized mother reporting a domestic incident involving her daughter, later identified as Megan. She claimed her daughter had physically assaulted her, believing it might be a case of a misunderstanding between family members, which might have been exaggerated due to the mother's emotional state. They headed to the daughter's residence to ask her a few questions. The scene that awaited them, however, would shatter their initial assumptions. Absolutely. I love her. She pisses me off a lot, but I love her. All right. I know you just were talking to these officers, but what happened tonight? The same thing. I just told these officers. Well, I just got here. What happened? Well, that's right. Well, you can ask them because I just spoke to me. Okay. No disrespect. Okay. Well, put your hands behind your back. They didn't even They took my car from mying house, you dumb. You didn't evening get to walk to my house. No, I haven't. Actually, I didn't explain that part, you dumb. So don't say I did explain it to you cuz I didn't. All I said is I didn'ting talk to my parents and I didn't tell you where the charge happened or whatever or whatever whatever. All I said is it go near my parents house is what I said. They took my car from the location I was at and they took it from me. That's all that they did and they Ubered out of that location. That's all that I did. How is that telling you that I did something or did some like what are you stupid? How the do you even like I can't believe my [ __ ] taxes pay for this stupid I don't pay my goddamn taxes it pays for your dumb [ __ ] It's like asking for free payment. He gets it and he gets to try to drink a shake in the process as if he actually lifts. What a [ __ ] dumb the records off my case because she knows she when I didn't do what she said I did. She continued talking thinking that she could somehow talk her way out of the situation, but when that failed, she lost it completely. I didn't even have time. Like I didn't even have I literally did not even have I didn't even see her. So how can she put me in jail if I didn't even have any contact? Like literal contact. Please tell me. Officer Officer smartass. Hey officer smartass. Don't answer your question. You never answered any of my questions. You never did answer any of them to begin with. You dumb. I do be in here. I have other people's places I could have gone to. I have my fiance's house I could have gone to. I have everywhere I could have gone to. And this little beyond the jail. My mom can't call the police on me just cuz she'sing offended. Get me out, please. I cannot breathe. I can't breathe. I'm trying to tell you. Get me out. Get over the most random. I didn't do anything. video footage. There will be no footage of meing anyone. There'll be video footage of me kicking this and kicking that and kicking that. There will be no video footage of me actually kicking a officer. No problem. I can't like I just tried to help. I'm because it's going from both side to both side and you're not getting it out of either side to be completelying honest. If you want to know the truth sake I'm trying and I'm going nuts. Don't look at me you nasty ugly away from me cuz you haven't done a goddamn thing as a woman to help another woman and that tells me everything I need to know about you as a human being. So look away. You're trash. You're not a good person. You can smile all you want and look at me and be like, "Oh, you're on the man who scored. I'm winning." Congratulations. You are running at the moment, but you're still an awful human being. Cuz who would watch another female go through what I'm going through and explaining what I'm going through and what I've gone through and look at me and smile? It's sick of you. You're not a good person. Get me over. Okay. But you have to work with us. When you say get me over, are you saying get me over to Will County? Get you over to Will County. Correct. Okay. So, you're not actually going to get me out of here? I will. We will get you out of Neighborville. to not getting out of here. But we're but we're stuck between a rock and a hard place right now, right? You're stuck between them. We're not we're not getting anywhere. So if you if you refuse to give us your fingerprints, we're going to have to charge you with obstructing. Okay. Obstruction of what? I've already explained it to you, but if you do if you do So what? Describe I I'm listening to you, but I'm asking a question, too. What does obstruction of what mean? It means you're not allowing us to do what we need to do. That's what that means. Because you guys shouldn't be doing what you're doing. All it means is we need to get your fingerprints and then we can get you over to Will County. I'm suing the living without a felony charge. Okay. I don't deserve a felony charge. Period. What the is this? I didn't do anything. So then we need to get you fingerprinted. If you don't allow us to get you fingerprinted, then we have to add a felony charge. I didn't do anything to get fingerprinted, though. That's just that's okay. That that needs to be told with the judge. That it doesn't get settled here. That gets settled in court. [Music] Oh my god. All we're going to do is we're going to fingerprint you and we're going to take your picture. Okay. How about we do that? Then we're going to get the ball moving. We're going to get you over to Will County. For some strange reason, they responded to all her excesses calmly as they hoped to make her see the consequences of her actions. But like a typical problematic child, the warning only increased her quest for more mischief. So, let's step out. No, cuz what is what's Will County going to do? So, if if you don't step out, then we're going to have to charge you with a felony. It's a felony. Why? What's the felony? Felony obstructing. Obstruction of what? I didn't do anything. I can't even see. You're arrested. Yeah, but I shouldn't even be arrested. Like, who agreed that I should be arrested? Hey, this is the chance that you get out of your handcuffs. Okay, go in here and follow instructions. You'll be okay. [Music] We're about to get you out of your house. Why? I appreciate. I was just going to give you a minute. All right. Go ahead. So, dump this. We have to. Even if you do, I'll still undo it. It's your stupid ass. They got what they want. Okay. Camera. No, I see the camera up there. Camera. All right. Where's the camera? How did I know? Oh, she just turned it. I'll turn it again. This is work right now. No, no one that I respect is even coming with me and talking to me and talking me through this. None of you that I actually respect, like the three of you that I actually respect, none of you guys are actually talking me through this. You're all just talking me, laughing at me, smiling like it's a joke. I didn't do anything. Who the gets to decide that I did something? Who Who get to decide that I did something? All of you. There we go. Not a little more. You think I'm going to love that stay? Cuz you're wild if you do. Especially if there's not an officer in here that I relatively respect. Please. No. I'm being bad honest. Okay. All right. Come on. Sit back. It's your position. Will not sit back. You put your foot back in the back. No, I won't because I didn't do anything and you guys have no right to arrest me. No one wrote me my Miranda rights. Nobody wrote me my Miranda rights. Nobody told me what Nobody told me what I Nobody did anything. Just agree with my [ __ ] parent. Megan, you're going to get all that you idiots did was agree with my marriage. Don't do anything. If you want to not see them anymore, then let them close the door and take you to Missoula County Jail. That's what Yeah, that's fine. I would go to my fiance's house. Then put your foot in the door. Yeah, but I can't believe you idiots are arresting me. Megan, they're trying to get rid of you by taking you to the county jail. We can't do that unless you let them close the door. Yeah, but they're not going to let get rid of me in the county jail. They're going to my life up even more. There's That's the only way you're going to go to bond court. Yeah, but I'm getting charged like domestic a battery or some psycho that I'm not a violent person. I don't deserve that. Everything that you've been doing after you've been arrested is not showing that you're not violent. I have not been a I have not I've just told a few people that they're nice and I won't Can you please put your foot down? No. Not until someone [ __ ] tells me that they're a happy decent goddamn human being and maybe some understand what I might be going through instead of just acting like cowards doing a loser job. I didn't do anything. You guys just decided this for noing reason. I left a place and all of a sudden my car wasn't there. She was charged with obstruction of justice, domestic battery, and resisting arrest. Moving on to when cops saved a man from his stepdaughter after she viciously attacked him with a baseball bat. I got hit in the face and I got hit in the ribs by a bat. You have you broke your jaw? It's already been broken. Right. But you can Oh, can I at least have a cigarette 4? On September the 28th, 2023, the cops received a call from a home reporting an aggravated domestic situation and requested for immediate response. They rushed over to the residence completely unaware of the kind of situation that awaited them. What's going on? So, my mom and stepdad have been drinking whatever. They just had a couple beers and my mom and him got into an argument, whatever. They were throwing each other's face, you know, just being disrespectful to each other and whatever. And then my brother got disrespectful to my stepdad and tried to stand toe-to-toe with him and tried to fight him. My stepdad sat there, didn't put hands on them, didn't nothing. And where are they? Uh, my mom and stepdad. Yeah, they're in the house. I'm sorry. There's glass inside, too. Uh, no. Where' the glass come from? She broke my window. She broke the window. She took a bat to the window. Who's got the bat right now? My sister still has it. Where is she? I'm on her arrest. She left with my brother. She lives right up the road. Okay. And she's got my son. Okay. She took my son without my permission. Okay. I'm I'm just trying to get information. Can you let me talk without you? No, because every time you talk, you start a problem. So, what happened tonight? Give us a rundown from the start to the end. Me and my fiance. were arguing. Okay. I didn't want him to be here anymore. So, I did call at first and say, "Okay, can you have them removed?" Sure. Well, in the meanwhile, while that call was going on, their half sister showed up with a baseball bat, hit him in the face, and then continued to bash my window, which I just moved in here. I can't have this. What's going on tonight? Um, I think so. You're fine. As I said, hang on. My sister, he can't really tell because Did you get hit, sir? Do you want to be seen by an ambulance? I think he should, but he doesn't really have a way back. Can you take the ice bag off for a quick second? Did you get hit with a bat? I got hit in the face and I got hit in the ribs. By a bat? I don't know. Okay, let's get you checked out by an ambulance. Fine. Fine. So, cuz you started this whole n we got to have an ambulance prove that you can sign off on it. Hey, knock it off. If you got a cracked rib and you got some blood going on in there, don't you want to? I'm supposed to get on my teeth pulled out Monday and then obviously it's even worse. Oh, I tried. I don't I don't know what happened. Me and the old lady were arguing. That happens. and her son got a hold of her brother or just whatever. Mhm. And she keep they pulled off. She had a bat like a billy club like an actual like a wooden bat. Um the old wood ones, the baseball bats came out and she had it right up and I said, "What are you doing? What are you doing?" It cracked. I'm like, "What the are you doing?" Like I'm not trying to, but like I did the arm thing to try to hold it. She hit me there and then brought it up and hit me in the face. Okay. And I kind of like stars. All right. Did you lose consciousness at any point? No, I just was like, "What the Okay. Well, if you got a mild concussion or something going on, we got to get that checked out." I'm good. No, you need to get it checked out. No, baby. I don't. No, that's not okay. Yeah, we got to get you checked out. Okay. And he lives here, correct? Yeah, he stays with me. He doesn't live here. He's He goes back and forth between his mom's in here. Okay. Okay. That daughter that is in there right now is my daughter. Yep. And did she witness all of this? Yeah, she was kind of in the middle of the mix. Okay. What's her first name? Skyler. And my son is gone. I don't know if he's coming back or whatnot. She broke my window and took my son with her. Okay. Yep. I'll I'll get to that in just a second. Yeah, this is this is EMS coming to check him out. Well, he's already got two splits and screws in his jaw that she hit over the base. It was initially because we never find him and I wanted him removed and then it all escalated. Did she? So, she wasn't here when it occurred and then showed up. Yes. Because my son called her and said they were fighting and you know he threw mom's computer cuz he did throw my computer on the floor so I thought it was broke. Okay. So I told my son and then that everything all escalated. Okay. I wanted him initially removed but then like I said she showed up with a bat head twice and broke the window like she shouldn't come here like that. One thing was clear at that point. It was far more than a simple family disagreement. But they hadn't even heard the last of it yet. No, you're getting it checked out whether you like it or not. Need EMS for a checkover. Number one, I got to cover my ass. Number two, I got to cover your ass. I get it. I get it. I got I don't have a ride back. I don't have nothing. We'll make it happen. I will call her. You're Are you comfortable standing there? Yeah. Okay. So, like she literally [ __ ] was like, "What the fuck?" Okay. I I already have a plate right here. It hit me and I was like I just I heard them yelling and I'm like, "Babe, why are you why is this happening?" And then Liam jumps in the car like, "It's okay." And the dude was like, "I'm going to you. I'm going to [ __ ] you up." So the only thing that came out of my mind, you're going to hit me in the back. I'm going to be like, "Listen, we're going to do this. We can do this." I'm I'm a little You know what I mean? Mhm. And it was for no reason. Okay. But Liam, and I'm not going to lie, right, I'm going to say right in front of Liam procrastinate. like he makes worse out than what it's supposed to be. He does. He doesn't. Okay. And for her to even come here and then she was telling Lindsay, "You're a piece of mom. You're a And I'll tell you for a fact Lindsay just a week ago got off." Okay. Mhm. She was like on She used to do back in the day. She's doing her She's doing college. She's on that to where you don't have to do somemore. Okay. She's trying to do the right thing. But Liam is running his mouth and she does too when she drinks. I'm not going to say she don't. It's okay. But I didn't deserve to get hit in the face with the bat or in the ribs. All right. Can you Because I was trying to stick up mainly for Can you come sit outside? Wait for the ambulance. I really don't want to. Aby's on me and fine. Yeah. And it's the it's the one bat with it has a little the white the the black symbol on it like a billy club. Okay. She took it with her. Yeah. Okay. She I ain't going to lie. I'm not going to be no I that hit me and I was like it took everything. that she hit me hard and then he's going to and then a dude's going to sit there and tell me I'm going to you I'm going to fight. What are you going to do? I just got hit by a bat in the face. What are you going to do? Not saying you I understand. You know what are you going to do? You just seen me get in the face in my bat and I'm still standing. Let's do this. And he jumps cars me a little like come on. You get hit by a billy club. Somebody calls you a little I mean obviously you're a big boy. You know what I mean? You got some shoes you can put on so we can I don't want to go. Don't I'm not saying you got to go. You don't have to go. How am I going to get back? Hang on. We're not saying you got to go to the hospital. We just got to get you checked out. Make sure you don't got a concussion going on up here. Make sure there's not a cracked rib. Okay. You obvious you just told me you got hit in the face and the ribs by a bat. I can't I can't walk away from that. I got to make sure. I get it. I get it. Okay. But they broke glass outside. So I just don't want you getting a cut on your foot. Add insult to injury. Here. I just dyed my hair for the women cuz they wanted or Halloween. No, it's coming up. I was going to be joker. What? Wait. You ain't got no hair. Mine all fell out. I'm sorry. I'm just trying to I know. I know. I'll be outside for a minute. I'm not lie to you. That hurting almost knocked me out. So that's why we have a bus coming because you're not supposed to get hit and face the back. After finally convincing him to consent to getting medical attention, they turned to his girlfriend to get information about her errant daughter. But what she was about to tell them left a lot to be desired. Now, who is the daughter that showed up? Alexis C. It's not my daughter. It's my ex-husband's daughter. So it's their halfsister. Okay. Halfsister. Okay. How do you spell her first name? A L E X I S K E N DT. Yep. I don't know where's address. I know she's right down on the same road. Okay. Do you know her birthday or middle initial? Her birthday is 4 or 12402. Do we have her phone number? I don't have my phone. Grab a jacket or something. So, just to confirm I want her arrested breaking my window. Yep. And so just to confirm the whole Yep. So you and Larry were having a verbal argument. He threw the computer. You thought that that was broken. Yes. Your son then called in the road. You then your son then called Alexis who showed up, hit him with a bat in the side and in the face and then broke my window and broke the window and she told me, "I'm a piece of mother. You should too. You don't deserve to be alive. I want She told me I deserve to die. You need to go to jail. here. And you said she's 15. No, Alexis says 20. 20. How's it going? Oh, I got hit by the face of the bat from the roots. All right. You any pain at all? Your face looks a little swollen. I want charges pressed on. Absolutely. You cool with giving me a statement? Yes. All right. Cool. I'm going to grab her statement. Have a seat right there for me. You want me to bring him around? She got him good. Or we just spin right around and sit around for me. Maybe want me to help him. We got him. Grab a seat right now. Grab one right here. Going to grab a chair. I'm right here, Larry. Or a chair. We're getting a chair right now. Come here. Come on. It's okay. It's okay. Here. It's okay. I'm right here. I'm right here. Don't stop. have a scenery here for me. Yeah, better than falling. I know you probably didn't want to go to the hospital, but I probably would recommend it because especially if you if you broke your jaw. It's already been broken, right? But you can when you break your jaw, you can go it can what can happen is it can go into lock jaw and your jaw will literally get locked shut and you'll be able to open it. I'm not going. You have to. No, baby. Yes, you're going. So, I mean, you're not refusing. I don't have a way back home. I will call grandma. I will I will figure it out. Ultimately, you live a dork, Larry, or do you live here? I'm living a dork. Okay. How are you doing? What's going on? What was that? He's all right. He's getting checked over by EMS. Doesn't matter. Just give him space. No. Here. No. All right. We got to let EMS do their job. So, just take a step back for me. Okay. Easy. Easy. Come here. Come here. You're going. No. You're going. No. If you need to go, you're going. No. I'm going to see my knee. She called me. Especially if you just got hit with a bat. You're going good, bro. Tyler, you all right? I heard. I scared. Calm down and breathe, bro. Calm down and breathe. Please go get checked out. Come on. No. No. No. No. No, no, no. Not on my watch. Let's go. With him now in the care of the medics, they knew that they needed to find the suspect urgently. But the real question was how. You guys going to be good? Yeah. I'm going to try and calm her down. I'm trying to tell this one she ain't leaving. She ain't going nowhere. She get mad. She can be mad. So, where would Alexis be and Clyde? Do you know where that Okay, there's the ice cream uh place right here, Billy's. And then kind of the garage on the left. She's right across from it. It's I think it's um you know the white house on the corner. Say if you took that left lap to go around you go up to Windy Hills. It's basically you take that lap there's the big white house. It's the house right here. I think it might be like a pale yellow. I don't know. The detailed description proved to be quite helpful as it led them straight to the suspect. And when she was given the chance to narrate what happened, she flipped the script like a writer who lost the plot. We're looking for Alexis Kent. Yeah, she's here. probably go outside. Huh? We should have this. Yes. Come with us. Put our pants first. It's kind of cool out here. They right here. Yeah. Good looking dog. He's Yeah, he's very pretty, but he's not uh he's not suitable for people. to say the least. We got one per one person, one family dog. Uh, yes. He's very protective of his area. I get that. Can you hand me my shoes, please? Or at least a pair of shoes. It's very cold outside, so I don't want to leave my out there. You know why we're here, Alexis? Um, because I have What about the baseball bat? Um, so what happened is, and you can ask both of them, I did not have a baseball bat, but what happened is Larry slapped me across my face. Okay. And he slapped me on the side. Um, I don't know if there's still a mark there or not, but it was red earlier. Nice. All right. Um, so I had smacked him back, but they Liam told me that earlier in the day while they were fighting, the top of the window had gotten broken. Wayne 438. I I can't see without my glasses to jump. I have your glasses. Oh, Wayne, I'm sorry. I'm just worried about my brother. Oh, and it really hurts. You got pepper spray in my mouth. By now, it was beginning to dawn on her how she brought it all upon herself. But it was already too late. When they finally returned her brother to his mom, she had one more request to make. All right. So, when you jump out, just turn away. Turn and face away from me. I'm going to put this back in your pocket. Hi, Lindsay. Lindsay. Hey, your son's at the door. You can go and stuff him, but just don't go run away. Dingo. No. Hi. I'm turning him over to you. Okay. I got to talk to you real quick outside. You're good. Got to talk to you real quick outside. So, if he says anything, that's all that happened. Uh, I just want to be upfront and honestly about he's been through so much. Okay. And I'm hoping that this will be an eye openener about everything that happened. His dad's abandoned drug addict, homeless, and he reaches out to the kids, but only for money. It's just been a bad situation. Do you want an order of protection against Alexis? Yeah, I can do it. You want one of those? Yeah. Okay. Which one would you prefer? The full stairway. Okay. The other thing is is that Larry, have you talked to him yet? He was I was just on the phone with him when he got here. Yep. So, I talked to the other deputy. He's got He's trying to figure out a ride to get home. Yeah, he's coming home. So, he's trying to figure out a ride to go home. Oh, okay. So, I've been trying to call Medicare for him. I was going to say, doesn't medic not going through for him? No. Just when they thought nothing could surprise them anymore, she delivered yet another shocking display. Go ahead and step out. Walk forward a little bit. Yes. My finger is really feeling. We're going to take them off as soon as we get inside. Okay. The left one's the one that's too tight. It's both of them, but the left one is really hard. I'm sorry. There's a step there. Can you wipe my face? I will grab you some paper towels. I need water. I can't see it. My My neck really hurts. It was all in my mouth. I I just spit it out. No, I'm sorry I reacted the way and I was just scared about me. All right, go ahead and have a seat. Oh, no. No. There's a bench in front of you. Sorry. In front of me? Yep. There you go. Have a seat. Thank you. I can get a whole finger in there. I'm going double lock it so it doesn't tighten up on you. Okay. Am I going to be in here overnight? Across across the parking lot, you will be. Did he give you my cigarettes? Yep. Can I have one? Not inside the building. I'm sorry. Okay, before I go, can I have one? Possibly. I have an extreme panic disorder. And I take medicine to sleep because I have PTSD and I don't sleep very well. I just want to have a cigarette before I go. She was later charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a minor, and obstructing governmental administration. Up next is Megan, a pregnant woman who threw punches at her father and afterwards called the cops on him. I'm pregnant. Okay. How far along? I'm probably six to six to 10 weeks. Okay. Stupid. I know. Do you think she was trying to physically hurt you? always, but I'll keep this in mind next time. On August the 9th, 2024, deputies responded to a residence following the report of a domestic situation. Upon their arrival, they started asking questions, hoping to get to the root of the situation. How are you, Megan? I'm fine. Uhhuh. I'm fine. Are you Megan? Yes, I'm Megan. Gotcha. All right. How we doing, sir? Well, I'll wait for another officer here. We'll talk to you guys separate. See what's going on. Okay. Just let me know when you're done, bro. Yep. What's the relationship? Father. Father, daughter. Yeah. How old are you? 24. 24. All right. What's going on? Uh, my mom, I asked her if she could take me up to Finley Municipal or Munipal, I don't know how to pronounce it. Um, she was going to take me up there so I can pay some of my fine. Is your mom here? Yes. Okay. Then he gets in my face, starts yelling and screaming at me because I'm not doing it over the phone. I can't hear my phone. My speaker sucks. It's easier just for me to go up there, give them cash, and call it a day. Get my receipt. Okay. Apparently, that's not good enough for him. I don't know what else to say. He's going to get up, start screaming at me. It's not like I was yelling at my mom or anything. I mean, just, "Hey, can you take me up there to go pay my fine and show me how to put money in my bank account?" Cuz I made a bank account yesterday and I've never had a bank account. Okay. I don't even know how the argument started, honestly. All I know is he's in my face screaming at me. I pushed him back. I'm pregnant. Okay. How far? I'm probably six to eight. 6 to 10 weeks. I'm find out officially the 14. Okay. What's mom's name? All right. Other than that, that's I mean, he kept screaming at me. I screamed over him so he could hear me. I'm like, what the not even trying to argue with you, I'm not trying to fight. I have two kids here as is. No injuries, anything like that. They're just all verbal. Verbal for now. Okay. Okay. I'll talk to him. Friendly. Not friendly. I don't know. Just depends if they don't know you. Yeah. All right. Now, let's talk out here if that's all right. I I got her side. I'll talk to Robert here. What's going on? I don't know. She started talking about paying her court fees and getting a ride over there. And then she wants to get belligerent and jump at people faces. So, I yelled back. Next thing I know, I get punched in the mouth. So then she runs out here talking about, "Oh god, the pallet's on you." D mouth punch him off. You got any injuries? I mean, she's a little girl. I just ask. I got to ask. It's part of my job. All right. So verbal argument and then punch you in the face with which hand? Right or left? I can't tell you. She right-handed or left-handed? I have a TBI, so I wouldn't know short-term memory, but I just know that's what happened. Okay. Anybody else in there see it? Kids. Other kids. Yeah. Okay. 13-year-old and a 15-year-old. Okay. Um she heard a lot. So verbal um about paying fines. You heard everything. I told her she get paid on the phone. She didn't want to listen to me about she thinks that if she uses her credit card on the phone, you guys are just going to keep yanking money out of her account. Blah blah blah blah blah blah. And I had to explain to her that I do it every month for court fees, traffic fees. So you just order you can pay it online. She got No, I told her she could call the clerk's office and over the phone and then she punched you in the face just once. Oh yeah. She just wasn't getting her way and when she gets her own way she throw little fit and throws a little anxiety pack start putting on every [ __ ] thing. Just punched her once. Yeah. Well, no me and everything else probably. But whatever it is what it is. You are biological father, right? Okay. All right. I got her side of the story. She is uh believed to be pregnant probably. Yeah. Okay. Six to six to 10 weeks somewhere on that. Hey, Megan. Stay on out here with us. Okay. All right. So, got verbal. Then what happened? Okay. He got in my face for yelling and screaming at me. Okay. And you pushed him away. Pushed him away. I left him out of my face. I don't know what else to say. I went like that. Not like I literally went like this. I had my wallet in my hand. I went like that to his face, chest area. His face. Just go like this out of my face. All right. Any intentional hit him in the face or just push him? I didn't even It wasn't close fist or nothing. Okay. Were you trying to cause harm to him? I was trying to get him away from me. Not hurt him. I'm just kidding. No. All right. At that point, it was her word against her father's. But somehow they sensed the truth lay somewhere in between. And they weren't about to stop until they uncovered it. Did you hear what she said? Okay. Um, she said you guys were obviously agree you guys were yelling at each other. She said she went to push you away face, chest area. Um, do you think that's the case? Do you think she closed hand physically tried to punch you? She punched me. Stupid. I know. Okay. Do you think she was trying to physically hurt you? Always, but that's just her. Are you willing to fill out a written statement? I'm not doing all that. My daughter do. She has three kids. Two on the one on the way. So, you know, she just needs to learn how to keep her mouth shut. To be honest, well, in the state of Ohio, it's a little different if family members punch each other. Okay. What do you mean? She's going to be arrested. I don't have a choice now. That's up to the state. Well, that's what she wanted to do. So, whatever. I know how it works. Trust me, I know exactly how whatever. I can't only get to her by yelling. So So that's why I had to uh specifically ask you if she punched you or pushed you. She punched me, but it is what it is. How old are the kids in there? Can I talk to 15 years now? Hey, just Hey, Moto, just hang before you do that for just a moment. I'm going talk to the other kids. Can they come out? The dog dogs are in here. Hi. Hi, guys. Did you see any of the incident? Okay, gotcha. Step on out here for me if you can. I don't want the dogs out or be any problems. All right, so you obviously heard the argument. Yeah, we lost. Dog wants to be with you. Yeah, that's so what happened in your guys? Uh well all of a sudden my mom she couldn't like take him or something and then she started to yell. Everybody started to yell at him. All of a sudden she started to push on my dad and then my dad started to kind of go at her and start yelling at her still. He didn't really put her hand put his hands on her other than just push her once. But she did throw a punch at him and missed and her ball went flying somewhere. That's all I've ever seen. She missed a punch. Yeah, hit him in the mouth. Yeah, he did get hit in the mouth with with a punch or with a push? With a punch? Cuz she was like pushing back at him and she was hitting him while he was trying to get her back and so you did see her physically punch him in the where? In the mouth. You as well saw that. You guys believe she was trying to hurt him. She punched him. Yeah. She tends to get like this when things go away after a few days ago. Who is she to you? Sister. Sister. Okay. And Robert is your dad's father. His father. His father. Okay. Who is your parent? Um my mom. Yeah. Okay. Now, with enough evidence stacked against her, they're about to teach her a life that would last her two lifetimes. But her reaction revealed a truth hard to ignore. This wasn't her first time crossing the line as a daughter. determining factor on that. Real quick, I'm going to read you your rights. Okay. You have the right to remain silent. Anything safe to be issued in court? You have the right presence of a lawyer. If you're not afford to hire one, want to be hired at no cost to you, Megan. Do you understand your rights? I'm a little girl with her cigarettes. That's okay. Never mind. She got Yeah, she's she's hooked in the front. She's all right. You here to get your ticket. You here to get the little ones? Uh yeah. Okay, we'll go in with you. Make sure there's no problems. No, no, he's here with you. Oh, okay. Well, like go ahead then. Or finish smoking, whatever you got to do. Got my phone. Yeah. I need to call Marcos and tell Nikki I'm going to jail. I don't know why you're shaking your head at me. I don't know. He's shaking my head and doing the whole thing. I just don't feel like it's okay for somebody to get in your face and start cussing at you and call you stupid. I'm cool. Yeah, but that's just purple. I don't mean He was in my face, dude. This close. Nose to nose with me. Once your nose is touching with me, of course I'm going to push you the way. He's hit me before. I did. Unfortunately, we can't we can't punch him. Push him away. I didn't punch him. It wasn't close face. My wallet was in my hand. I literally pushed him out of my face. But if he's you know, I punched him. That's cool. I'll keep this in mind next time. that I don't know what else to say. He put his hands on me my last pregnancy with my first and he actually closed this punched me. Did I press charges? No. Should have. Well, he's not wanting to pursue charges, but for the state, we don't have a choice. We need to arrest when we're called. And there's this violence. He's lying saying that I punched him. I didn't. I left him out of my base. It was open. Do you know how long she'll be in there? Is it It's totally up to the judge. So, there's no bond with the original domestic arrest. Um, you just have to see a judge. Sometimes they release you immediately. Sometimes you have to sit a day or two. Sometimes you sit a little bit till you see them. Whatever the judge decides. I can't answer that personally. Way looser than I normally put them. If you can spin them around. Well, I mean, I got them in the front. They're looser than I normally have them. They should be tighter. It's not going to get any better. You have the details enough to do this or I mean I'll write what everyone else said. As long as you can write what Robert said. I got his information. Yeah. I got send me that and I'll take a supplement. I talk to her. I talk to the kids that What's that? Make sure you search her and check her pocket for if she gets in your car. I can see that. See what you got in your right hand there. You can take You don't have to go to the station. Either either's fine. We're going with him. Just make sure you uh search her before you put her in your car. She was eventually charged with This next case took a darker turn when officers came to the rescue of a woman who was seriously by her husband and stepdaughter. So he did he grab your your neck? She decided to do that. Hey honey, you want to go sit on the bed? Let's go talk. Yeah. Okay. Did that scare you? Listen to him. Did that scare you? Yes, but I don't want her to go. It said she said that she would to jump. So, the reason why she's going to jail is because she tried to hit us. That's a no no. And she didn't listen to us. Okay. Listen. Listen to this. It's like me. You want me hitting you? Exactly. So, you don't want her hitting them, right? Exactly. So, then then why are you mad? Why are you sad? Cuz I know where to go. Because we had so much fun together. Okay. And now she's going to do that. She's gonna run it. She She's going to get out. It's not fair. No, she'll get out tomorrow. No, she won't. Yes, she'll she'll see a judge tomorrow. She She might She might not get out tomorrow. It's really just dependent. Um but so she It's going to be dependent on the judge. So like a like a freaking homestead or heritage. That's yours, brother. You have more. You keep it, brother. That's uh that's good. Hey, so it's So you're you're just uh you're upset. A little scary and then uh y'all had a good time. Nothing nothing's going to change that. promised her that we would go swimming tomorrow. Hey, tomorrow can still happen. But but listen here. How does whenever whenever she was here? Okay, listen to this. Listen to this. I got a question for you really quick. Listen to this. She promised you that you were going to go swimming over her. No, I told her. What did your dad do to me? My dad, not her. Okay, your dad. Your dad. What did he do to me? Exactly. She has to pay the price. How much How much has has she and you and her been drinking tonight? She just got Who? The girl that just left. Yeah. Oh, no. She just got here like two freaking weeks ago. Well, no. Like, how much has she been drinking tonight? Oh, like three beers. Three beers? Yeah. What's her name? Jasmine. Jasmine. Jasmine. Jasmine. Same. Same as as Jesus. same last. Hey, so so tomorrow can still happen and if not there's a there's a new day. The judge is not going to know who is going to let her. The judge? No. Well, the judge might not. Okay. But you do got to answer. It's kind of if you don't clean your room or if you hit your mom, you got to answer those questions for those actions. Okay. But you know what? I told Jasmine even if we separated from her dad, I'm going to be her mom. Okay. Let's uh we're going to give you just a second. I'm going to go talk with mom just a little bit, okay? And then if you have any questions or you want to talk a little bit afterwards, just let me know, okay? Once they finally got her to calm down, they decided to start another round of investigation in a bid to uncover any lost details. Completely unaware of what they were about to uncover a little bit. So, what I would advise since the sensor was strangulation, okay, it only takes like 3 seconds for somebody to get knocked out from that. And there's a chance I got there's a there's a couple uh couple reasons. What I would suggest is go to PRC uh or I can get an ambulance out here, get checked out because there's some major medical stuff that can happen from strangulation. Okay. So, okay. So, I'll tell her to leave. What uh what happens whenever I try to get her to go and kind of calm things down? What What happened? Um, she walked out. Well, she was walking out and she slammed the door and I was going to get him cuz I seen when she slammed the door, he was outside. So, I was going to get him. Whenever I opened the door, she came back and tried to push me out the way from opening the door. How did How did she push you? She like both hands on. Yes, both hands on grab on my arms and she started pushing me back and on my shoulder and she clicked her hands up and she started pushing me back. And as she was pushing me back, I was getting to the the doorork knob. So, I pushed myself front to get her away from me. And then that's when I I did put my hands on her and I pushed her back to get away from me. But she originally came. Okay. Yes, she came at me first. Okay. [Music] Look, that's Riley's crying and calling me. Who was saying that? Help me. She was saying no, please. He was on her right there. I say no. That's you saying no. Mhm. So why did you say he didn't? So what was the I never said he didn't. I never told my grandpa he did it. Stop it. I don't I don't want to have to drag you out like I don't want to have to go put you in my car like we did her. But you're saying no. Time for me to stop. telling him no. That's your voice cuz I was like like fighting with him, you know. What's those uh bangs that you can hear? Huh? What's those uh like two or three loud bangs that you can hear towards the end whenever you just whenever you say no? That's a voice, man. My son. Wow. That's Jasmine. That's you. And then those What's those two bones? When he closed the door. No, that fell off. Yeah, this one open. Mom, is that what if he he hit you right there? Is that what that sound is? Hit me. He didn't hit me. He He tried to struck me. He was slamming the doors. No, but the two we didn't even go to that room. In the end, she was charged with obstruction and battery on an LEO and sent to jail. Just like these cops who saved parents from their awful kids. These cops rescued a man from his mentally deranged daughter. Okay. Okay. Give us your hand. It's not a warrant. You had said she bit you. Yeah. Where at? No, I didn't. Okay, I will [ __ ] you.
